Spectranet Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

I had use Spectranet Broadband in BTM IInd Stage, Bangalore I found it one of the worst broadband service ever. Every time before connect the internet I have to call the local broadband distributor and got answers like it take half an hour as some testing or troubleshooting is going or server is down bla bla. After that sometime I used to call Area Manger and instantly after call it got connected.

I have been using spectranet broadband past 2 weeks and I wonder when is the server available.I always get the error could not connect to server.Maybe if i keep trying for 2 hours i get access for 10 minutes which is highly unbearable.
My user is pragyadipta_11.
I have paid for the entire month and with this service i hardly get to use internet 10 minutes a day that too with painful efforts of retrying.

I am using the internet connection of spectranet . I am doing mailing to my clients when i am sending the mails to the clients it is not recieving to our clients from 10 days . My staff salary & my clients have not received my mails it is really a serious loss in my business from 10 days . & now the problem is not fully solve by spectranet because it has given his own relay port of smtp . I took the service from spectranet on 27th Sep and that day onwards the connection is not stable and even a day i could not surf the net. I took the connection from the Chanel partner SROne (Vikas Puri, New Delhi). I called up those guys and they are not ready to help me out also not picking my call. I am facing problems for the past 2 weeks of their internet services. I had taken the broadband connection of spectranet in may 2010 under the 2good2resist offer which offers 2 assured gifts
but i never got the coupons i kept complaining to my service provider and the customer support
finally the after two months gone i receive the coupons in july 10 which has been expired on 30june last date
what kind service is that ???
and the internet speeds for browsing is very below average...
