Spectranet — BAD BROADBAND

I AM INTERESTED IN SPECTRANET BROADBAND BUT WE ARE NOT GETTING GOOD SPEED AND WHAT IS THE SERVICE CHARGES OF 1 MBPS,512 KBPS AND WE ARE NOT GETTING FREE TICKETS OR CD`S FOR USING BROADBAND SERVICE PLEASE REPLY US

Spectranet Internet has the worst possible Broadband Internet service and Customer care facility in Bangalore!

They have pre paid scheme (30/60/90 days) and once you pay the money and start using the Internet you will find that it only works for 4 days in a week. Rest of the time they claim that the Fiber Cable has been cut underground due to which Internet is not working.

So this is their offer. You have to pay them 2000 bucks upfront as Installation fee and then you have to buy the Internet Package which is Pre Paid + 20% Tax on it. So for a 2 MBPS line for 30 days you will be charged Rs 2100 after tax !!!

They have the worst Customer Service personnel who hang up when you call in asking for information!

Just to test contact[protected] and say that you are living in Bannergatta road and your Internet is not working see how rude they behave.

I am already suffering by taking their internet connection as I have paid them a lot of money. Please do not make the mistake of taking Spectranet!!! You are better off with some other provider.

Very Very Bad Service

I had use Spectranet Broadband in Noida Sector 62, I found it one of the worst broadband service ever. Every time before connect the internet I have to call the local broadband distributor and got answers we are sending our engineers. But Engineer are not coming after 6PM theres mobile switched off.


Some time they picked his phone and telling we are not in your area and we are coming after 2Hrs... after 2Hrs I try to his phone but same problems...every time phone is switched off or they are not reciver our calls.

I called many times to customer care but they are also same. Every time they logged your problem and no one take responsiblity to teach these guys...

Its really Spectranet service is a very very bad service and his guys (Dilshad & Sarfaras) are very untrustable guys...

i am from bangalore, i am the victim of spectranet.

Spectra is the worst broadband service provider. i have never seen such a worst ineternet.

i took this connection 10 days back. i paid 1700 for installations and plan 1 MBPS. till today it did not work even 10min.

if i call their numbers they never respond. guys take a wise decision before you go.

Don’t go for spectra net fraud, cheaters
I’m living in Chennai choolaimedu for the past 6months I am using spectranet s 1000kbps
Don’t go for spectra net
They are fraud cheaters they will limit your speed at peak hours
7pm to 11:59pm
And 6am to 8am
Whatever your plan during night you will get 28KB only
In morning they limit your speed to 30KB it will never go beyond that speed

Hi Delhi world, Area: New Ashok Nagar.

I was taken plan of spectranet cable broadband from the local customer Name: Vijay.
Plan was: Unlimited @ speed of 384 kbps,
1. first they charges 750 for this .
2. Just after 4 days o[censored]sing I found that at night Internet was not working, or if working then speed was such slow that u cant open Google also.
3. If when i tried to complain to local ISP provider Vijay regarding this : he advised me talk to customer care: and the customer care replied for cable broadband we don't provide service. now when I again tried to talk Vijay Yadav, he replied as an example that when we buy mob then after that u call customer care not the seller.
4. On that response what should user do if both will not be responsible.
5. from last 5 days at night after 10 o clock internet is not working, no body replied. even after the complaining no response from local ISP provider Vijay YADAV.

ON the above scenario what should user do ?

Worst service provider. Worst customer care service. Worst connection.

You wont get internet daily more than one hour. You wont get response from local service person. Waste of money and waste of time. So suggesting to don’t go for this service. And also they are charging 1600/- for connection. They will give so many reasons and finally they wont respond your call. If you try to call customer care its too-much horrible

You wont get a proper response from customer care. They will give some xxx person mobile number please contact this person. But if you try to call that person he will tell try to call customer care. They are behaving like cycle loop

Kindly help me and let me know what i will do?

I took the service from spectranet on 27th Sep and that day onwards the connection is not stable and even a day i could not surf the net. I took the connection from the Chanel partner SROne (Vikas Puri, New Delhi). I called up those guys and they are not ready to help me out also not picking my call. When i am calling the spectranet toll free number[protected] then customer care people does not have any information to resolve the issue. Just telling to contact with the local area people to resolve. Till the date i am contacting those people and not getting any resolution .

Please help me out if any one can.

Yes Gyandeep u are absolutely right. Even i m not getting any resolution. This is the worst ISP i have ever seen. I live in okhla and i m facing the same issue again and again in every 2-3 days. Whenver i called customer care they dont have any other answer except "contact ur local operator". This is making me ill.

plz improve the quality o[censored]r service provider every second day they have a problem ... when u download something downloading speed doesn't even cross 2 k bps it is soooo frustrating and when u complain they say its the computers fault...sir plz try improving the quality of services ...

Hi Mr Manu this is ravi bansal i[censored] really know about sanbrother there timing or work is not 24HR can u please give the time if service u rec ... as they close there shop after 10 for internet customer after 10 whatever they r doing its not spectranet not not involved in all this after closing prob...

hi i am spectranet user at mehrauli(bhuiyan chawlk, everytime in night or day i am facing problem of diable my connection for half n hour
its very irritating, whenever i send or recieve any email the service is gone i mean what for
nd every time it was my connection which has been timed out while i saw other computers working on net at the same time
so its very irritating n very harasing

sir i am a resident of mehrauli city nd from last week i have seen my net has been shared without my permission, speed is slow net is improper, i am really been harased due to it if anyone could help it out then help

n i am that much fed up i will deny my renew n internet connection the next time they want

i always renew n pay the ammount on time nd always get these problems

spectranet service is good in ashok nagar but service provider are not good . they have no manner how to talk our customer. and he provide very bad services in ashok nagar(delhi-96). they directally says spectranet
service are close in 2 or 4 day. so i ask you sir your company realy provided that type of bad fasalities.

I've taken Spectranet connection from a Katwaria Sarai operator. The connection get interrupted always. Its service providers are hooligans and uncivilized barbarians. They dont know how to behave.

I have taken spectranet new connection in first months it worked only for 5 days,
i am sick of the working there

spectra net is not the the problem the service providers are the main problems they are soo JUGAARUU that it is assumed that it will again stop working within 2 - 3 days every time ... i m feed-up... if i had any other option in broadband i would happily remove my spectra net connection...plz react to my complain... My self Sathish I am using Internet connection of Spectra Smart form last 1 month. I took the service from spectra-net on 2nd Dec. The service provider is making customers fool by taking advance payment of connection with installation. I have taken a 384kbps plan from Spectra-net for unlimited download. I have hardly access my e-mail for an hour Speed is too slow 15th Dec and that day onwards the connection is not stable and even a day i could not surf the net. I took the connection from the Chanel partner SLV Net work (Ramesh, Bangalore in Garabhavipalya). I called up those guys and they are not ready to help me out also not picking my call. Till the date i am contacting those people and not getting any resolution.

Spectranet Connection really sucks. I am almost crying taking the worst internet connection ever. I stay in Garvebhavi palya and SLV network proved to be the nightmare. Even after paying more than actual plans, services are pathetic and responses are zero. Out of 30 days in a month, interner works hardly 8-10 daysthat too speed ten times slower than what is expected from the current plan. Local operator(Ramesh) and even manager (Vinod Patil) never pick calls of complaints. Thats not all, even customer care agents at delhi also doesnt know how to interact. They have no sense of professionalism in their talks. Even after complaining so many times throug mail, i never got any response.Currently internet connection is disrupted.Local operator Ramesh told me that he is doing so just bcos we have opted for Rs500 plan and not higher one. Our biggest mistake was to pay for the three months advance payment in oredr to save some money but in vain.now the situation is we have lost full three monts payment and inspite of refund he is telling that he wont return even a single penny.

Hi, I'm Arul Bala Kathiresan residing in CK Nagar, GK Layout. I opted for a new Spectranet connection that has turned to be a nightmare from the day i received the connection. I had to call the customer care to get my usid and password and from that moment, every day i have to keep calling the Franchise person to get the internet working. I opted for the highest plan that my Franchise is providing and hardly have access to internet. Just waiting to get my subscription lapsed. I have screen grabs saved when ever the internet is down. Planning to file a legal charge with the help of my Brother who is a high court lawyer and let me see what best i can do to teach them a lesson. I will keep you guys posted as i progress.

Spectranet — Poor connection

I have paid three month prepaid connection in August 2013 in Chennai. I was promised 1mbps connection. But I never get the speeds above 300kbps ( If at all i get connectivity ). For the past 2 months only few days I could get the connection. Always an outage. The customer care never respond. Repeated calls go wasted.

I am a spectranet broadband home customer in indirapuram ghaziabad. And from past 1.5 months the speed is too slow, I raised several complaints on its customer service number but they close my complaint ticket without resolving my issue, I have sent several emails to [protected]@spectranet.in, [protected]@spectranet.in but the result is still zero.

Why can't they just revolve my problem or terminate my account so I can switch to a different service provider.

I agree .. i'm also facing the same problem .. they are providing poor connectivity .. they just shut their server for 5-6 hrs without any notice ... poor customer response.. their service so called 24*7 service center is not accepting calls later in night ..

Spectra Smart — Internet service is not getting

Dear Sir/Madam,
my self Ramesh Kumar I am using Internet connection of Spectra Smart form last 3 month. from last 2 month my area connection is not working properly when I am calling to service provider then it is working for 1 or 2 hour after that again same thing happening. I am asking to refund my deposit money because now I am not satisfied this kind of service so they not giving my deposit money.
