Service irregular, they take money in advance and do not activate services or plans for days, customer care call is a long wait before anyone answers, Local teams are pathetic to revert to mails or calls. Names- soumitra choudhary Bharat Kamlesh Over all horrible, pathetic service for which I feel government should lay some guidelines and penalised such private companies who take money from customers and do not provide services...

    Spectranet service is down from last 15 days.We have reported complaints to customer care. As per them there engineer has fixed the issue and closed the ticket. But in actual there engineer neither visited nor the service was made up. Daily we are calling the customer care atleast two tines and daily they are promising to get the issue resolved by eod. False promises and no technical support. Fake company. Spectranet Complaint numbers [protected] [protected]

      I think this is the fraud company whose main motive is to make false promises, mint money from people and not provide any service. I m still cursing myself for deciding to take their wifi. I gave 3500 /- for new connection and internet for 4 months and they said it will be installed by the evening . I dint get installtion or call from them. I tried to contact sales person and he behaved strangely. This is my first and last decision yo go for local services. Be aware of this company . They will just take away your hard earned money and will not give you any service in return.

      money have been taken but plan has not shifted to quarterly plan

      Spectra net has taken my 2700 Rs for 3 months (quarterly plan) in end of FEB, but till now my plan has not been shifted from monthly to quarterly plan, this is not acceptable, i want my money back or want compunsation

        Have already called them 10 times, and every time they say it will take 1 hr or something and max 8 hrs, but so far not even a single technician has visited. This is the case when I have their Gold Support. Really bad customer service, hope they recruit some good technical staff to solve their customer problem with in their given SLA. Right now seems like they have no engineer for the Wakad area in Pune where they are serving more than 1000 customers.

          My internet is not working for the past 6days. I am making a call to the customer support everyday, but the only response i get is that they will resolve the issue in next 8 hours.But no action is being taken. they are promising that engineer will come at your home in 8 hours but no one comes despite repeated reminders.My internet plan is approx Rs900 per month. Since spectranet is not listening to my complaint, i take it as a fraud made by the company by not providing the service( internet) and not responsing to the complaint made everyday.               Hello All, I sent an email to [protected]@spectranet.in for cancellation of services for account number[protected]PUNE-014502 but after sending email from registered number still they have not disconnected services and generated new bill . Right now i am in abroad so my registered mobile is not working and I shared my frds number to collect their belonging still they are not responding .When I had discussion to customer care on live chat than they suggested to send email from registered email id for cancellation of services but other side when calling on customer care than they suggeting to call only from registerd number. Very irresponsible services . Please find email conversation in attached files. Please cancel services immediate .I will not pay any kind of bills anymore as I followed all the setps given by customercare

                I'm Lt Cdr Vineet Jayaprakash serving with the Indian Navy at INS Rajali Arakkonam. I use Spectranet for the purpose of broadband services at home. I have recharged recently for a package costing Rs 750. The following is brought to your attention:- 1. The internet connection of Spectranet in my entire locality has been non-operational since over 5 days 2. The field representative of the firm Mr Sobhan refuses to answer calls and attend to the situation 3. Spectranet customer care based at Chennai have not been able to trace the problem at their end. 4. My wife who has been undertaking an online 'work from home' job has been facing penalties of Rs 250 per day owing to non-operational internet services 5. The subscription money paid by me is getting wasted sunce my utilisation over the past 5 days has been nearly zero The following remedial action requested:- 1.Refund of the subsciption paid till such time the services become completely operational 2. Availability of field representative at area to address issues/ problems 3. Legal action against the firm Spectranet Chennai for not providing services to customers in return of their paid subscription.                   I am using the spectranet broadband since Dec 2014. My Customer Account Number is[protected]PUNE-032248. For the complete month of August the internet connection was frequently disconnected. This continued till 4th of September. From 5th September the internet stopped working completely. When I called the customer care number they just raised a complaint on Saturday/Sunday(5/6th September). The advisor on the call was very rude and ill-mannered. I patienly waited till 9th September and I still don't have any internet. I agained called the customer care and told them about the previous complaint. they said it is already resolved and there is another service outage going in my location and it would be resolved by 1:00 am 10-Sep-2015. When I asked when did this outage begin, they replied 7:30am 9-Sep-2015. Then I asked why did my internet not work before that. The advisor kept on repeating that currently there is an outage and it would get resolved by 1:00am 10-September 2015. Again the advisor was adament. And ofcourse the internet is still not working. And every time you call them it's normally a wait time of around 30mins before you get through to any advisor - most chances are who would be rude, adament and lack communication skills. And every time you get through that the only answer for every issue is 'there is currently an outage' This service is pathetic. I feel I am been robbed of my money for nothing. I have been paying since August for no almost internet. Please somebody help me get my internet running and my money back for the huge amount time that there has been no internet.

                    I got the spectranet connection on 22nd August 2015. It is not working since then. I have raised 20 complaints so far with customer care. Those guys keep telling that it will be resolved in 8 hours. It is never resolved. They do not refund money. I paid for 3 months fee while taking connection. If I disconnect now, they say that they will not refund money. This is cheating..

                      Hello Forum, I am writing on this forum after suffering for more than one month due to spectranet internet service provider. They claim themselves as a fast internet service provider and they offer quarterly plan. I had taken there connection by paying Rs. 2, 733/- on 14-Jul-2015. And the internet started on 16-Jul-2015. Since then I am facing continuous issue. Issues: 1. Internet not working for many days in a row. 2. I am not getting correct speed. 3. Internet not working daily after 10 - 11 PM till morning. 4. No wavier given for the actual problem faced till date. (They gave me Rs 80/- waiver which they think is correct) For this I had tried to connect them in many ways. Mode of contact: 1. Chat feature on website. 2. Emails to both customer care and appeal (higher authority) 3. Phone call to customer care. There will almost 15 - 20 mails which are exchanged but issue persists. As a consumer I am very helpless and I turn towards this forum to get me justice for such internet providers. They took advance and not giving me internet. After raising complaint I get same response every time. They changed the cable and did the whole setup again after 20 days of taking connection because there network person says that setup is not correct and even after that internet is having issue and they not provided the refund.

                        The internet service provided by spectranet does not work for 5-6 days in a month and they don't even resolve the issue, provide irresponsible response to the clients. Due to there down time the lot of loss of office work is suffered by the customer. They have very poor customer care support department. This is for Pune location

                            My internet connection is not working since last 8 days(last worked on 21st Aug).I had called customer care for 7 times but i am not getting proper assistance to resolve the issue i am facing. each time i call them, they create a complaint and tell me you will get a call from field engineer and your issue will be resolved in 8 hours. But i never received a single call from any of their engineers and they just close the complaint without sending any notification to me. This has happened with me 4 times. I have raised a complaint 4 times and they closed it without resolving my issue every time. I asked to CC executive to transfer the call to some higher authority person so that i can talk to them and escalate the issue but i was never able to catch any person with whom i can talk and get satisfactory answer. I was put on hold for almost an hour for 2 times. This issue is still not resolved. I tried to catch them on twitter also but no response.                               I am a customer using Spectranet since last 4 months. My customer account # is[protected]DELH-035576 (Name – KBL Srivastava {Father’s name}) I opted for Spectranet while they were promoting in my Apartment (I.P Extension) about promotional plan of 3+1 months wherein they were giving one month complimentary on paying for 3 months. One of my friends recommended Spectranet due to better speed and reliability. I started using Spectranet and was satisfied with service quality, which ran smooth for 2 months and then internet did not work due to some technical issues (almost 10 days). Then the internet stopped working on completion of 3rd month whereas I was promised an extra complimentary month free of cost. I had to make numerous complaints and do fact finding about agency manager and the sales guy who made the promise and finally after chasing people for almost 15-17 days, Spectranet agency manager Mr. Ashish Bhardwaj paid one month charges towards my account and hence I was able to use services thereafter. I was out of station for a month and I returned 3 days ago and noticed my internet was not working. I was trying to recharge my Spectranet account yesterday and I was unable to do so. Upon making a call @ Toll-free number the customer support personnel told me that my account has been suspended. I was surprised to hear this since my internet was working 13-15 days ago as I did Skype calling with my brother. I requested them to re-activate my account since it was not paid/used for 13 days only. To my surprise Spectranet Executives denied to do the same. They requested me to get a new subscription to be able to continue using Spectranet services. He said that my billing date was 30th while I made last payment on 17th May’2015. I educated him that it was a discrepancy that happened due to Spectranet’s commitment which was made to me and that Spectranet agency manager paid that amount upon reasoning with him for 17 days, and that it was not my fault. He was repeating “System due date is 30th of every month, we cannot do anything in a 20 minute conversation of reasoning and logic (from my end, of course). Not only was he sounding DUMB and RUDE, but also denied transferring the call to a manager or someone with better I.Q This is the worst experience I have had with a service provider who is offering great services. Lousy policies and bad customer support contributes in downfall of best of the organizations. I would suggest you take out time and get these issues rectified ASAP. Do not hire people who are as dumb and numb as Vodafone or other service providers do. I would love to continue using Spectranet services but I will not apply for a new subscription. So please get this sorted by one of your officials. PS: The name of DUMB executive was Rajendra Kumar.

                                Hi Team, Date of Incident - 4-Jun-2015 Date of resolution - 13-Jun-2015 (9:30PM) Client Number[protected]FTTH-020808 Issue : Internet was not working from 4-Jun-2015 till 13-Jun-2015. Have called spectranet customer care almost twice & even more on some days for the issue. Poor response and service provided for the complain. Customer agents always provided the incorrect resolution dates and supervisors are always unreachable for escalation. Spectranet provided refund of Rs 207 for 10 days of discontinued services.                                   I made online payment of 1403 on 22 May which failed due to system failure but amount was deducted from my account, PFA statement. Later I was promised by Roshni Negi (customer care agent) that payment will be reverted to me within 5 working days. And was asked to make payment again which I did on 27 May. I was given request/ complain number [protected] to track further status. Now calling customer care service agent Neha refuses to accept request number tracking and emphasize that I should wait as problem will be resolved automatically. I don't understand how come ETA to resolve problem has not been handled properly and service agents are incapable to track it as well. I am very disappointed in their service and it's too much hassle for technical problems in their system. Even paying each month on time I get such an awful service.

                                    Hi we have been using spectra net internet service for a long times, but whenever issue occurred I tried to call them and request to fixed the problem, But they never fixed my request in times they simply promised they will fixed it within 4-hours but that was not happened hence call them back again to re check the issue but again they promised me will fixed it within 4-hours but that was never happened in time always need to wait more than 8-hours (every day same scenario when I raise my voice to fixed the issue. but this time I cannot able to digest the fake promises ). AS A MATTER OF FACT OVER HERE I HIGHLIGHTED NOT TO GIVE FAKE PROMISES TO THE CUSTOMER.                                       Fox Spectranet requires you to pay three months advance for the service. After that they are not bother to do the installation at any point in time. I have been calling the customer service number everyday. They give me a new complaint number everyday. And when I mention I am would be unable between so and so time they call me then itself.
