I have taken spectranet connection for internet at home located ate indirapuram (Ghaziabad) and my registered mobile no is [protected] and have made paid in advanvce money.

One month ago when my internet got disturbed i called them and they detected the adapter to be defective and replaced it with second hand adapater on which i objected but again they gave assurance that there would be no problem in future.

Since 26th may 2016 again my internet is not working and inspite of making daily complaints on customer care no solution is provided to me and they are enjoying the advance money shamelessly.

This is Ashok Singh, using the Spectranet internet for last 4 years. Was residing till 15 days back at D-301, Lakecastle, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai:400 076. Have temporarily shifted for 6 months in the same complex, 1302, Glencroft coop hsg sty, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai.

Have paid the six monthly subscription of 7952/- ie from April 2016 to September 2016. For the last 15 days have written around 12 mails to [protected]@spectranet.in, have talked multiple times to your employees Mr Bharat Jain and Mr Kamlesh with false promises of the shifting to be completed within 48 hrs.

The mails received have been promising "we have escalated your request and our team is working on your request regarding collection of shifting charges".

In a city like Mumbai, with college going kids at home and no wifi for 15 days, the torture can only be imagined.

Since I have already paid the 8000/- hence am totally at your mercy now to get my shifting done urgently.

Hope some sensible person from your end takes the trouble of reading this complain and address my long pending grievance on a priority.

2 things r expected: 1) Sene ur person to collect the 1000/- shifting charges from my current residence 1302, Glencroft, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai and 2) to shift the internet connection from the neighbouring bldg. Lakecastle, my earlier residence to the current one ie Glencroft.

hope this is my 13 th and the last mail to ur esteemed organisation.

I live in pimple saudagar. Spectranet internet is not working from past 4 days. Called the customer care loads of times, no action has been taken. Very poor service.. I curse myself the day i decided to choose spectranet as internet provider.. Very pathetic service provider.. From past last day customer care people saying that technician will come, he has not came to our home yet.. I informed them to disconnect my connection an return my money back.. They are saying this is not possible.. I think only 'no' word is written in their dictionary.. They dont know the meaning of 'high priority issues'... As from past 4 days they are unable to resolve high priority issue.. I have emailed on every single email id mentioned on website.. Still no action has been taken.. I think no body care about customers and try to resolve their problems.. Very pathetic internet provider..

First thing : When I took spectranet connection, Heera the spectranet representative told me that internet will work within two hours of complaint.

I lodged the complaint to spectranet customer care 4 times and still Internet is not working and I am facing frequent disconnection. I contacted Heera and many customer care executives but still no luck.This is 5th time, I again lodged the compalint.

Many times, I am not able to reach customer care [protected] as it always ask me to wait and takes too much time to connect to customer care agent. I also tried live chat with Fahad but he does not respond even after 20 mins. I have given him bad rating as well.

Three technician visits were done but they are not able to resolve it. I had to come back from my office just to see the technician.

I also sent text message to customer care 56767 with foxcare but no reply.

So in short, after taking 3 months contract, I am not able to get any internet service. When I ask them for refund, they say that they dont have any refund policy.

I have saved all sent emails and recorded chat with Spectranet care.

I want to file the harrasment case against Spectranet and want my refund, which has given me mental stress in past 12 days from 25th April.

There is signal problem in my home.I have called customer care.They promised me that it get resolved by 8 working hrs.But didn't get resolved by more than 7 days.When i used to call customer care, they use to made false commitment that i have escalated the problem and get resolved by tomorrow.But he never give me the details of technicians and any kind of confirmation.It is already 10 days and i am still facing the issue.Coincidentally i got technical supervisor mobile number from someone .When i called him, he told that he didn't aware about the problem.When i requested him to fix the issue.He send one technician but the technician was unable to fix the issue .Again when i called him he told that by tomorrow i will repair it as there is some cable problem.Now when i am calling him, he is not receiving my call .I am totally get frustrated by spectranet service.Please help to get rid of it.Already i have paid the bill in advance.

The broadband of spectranet breaks down in every 10/15 days, they are charging customers in advance that means we are paying them for no service days too and they do not send their service engineers for days. Repeated follow ups fall on deaf ears. The services are poor and services ar non existent and charging customers in advance means we are paying them without any services when net system break down. The employees of spectranet in indirapuram are simply oblIvious of consumers being hassled for non services

I am customer of Spectranet and this complain regarding internet is not working since 28th April 2016 to till now.I have complaint so many times via mail and call, but didnt get resolve till now.They keeps on saying me some outage problem is going on and it will get resolved tomorrow and this things i am listening from spectranet since 4 days.

I am paying amount but not getting services properly.

My internet connection was down for last 1 month ( from 13th Mar'16).

Intially I tried to contact through the Chat support and raised my issue. No respone received.Since I was out of station I was not able to check the internet status. On 1st Apr'16, when I came back I understood that my internet connection is still down.I raised an SR with customer care on 2th Apr'16. SR#[protected].


Till today nobody visited or contact me for to rectify the issue.While contacted customer care couple of days before, they conveyed that this SR is closed. I have paid advance amount of around Rs.2630.00 as I got confirmation from customer care agent that the issue due to bill payment and will be resolved immedately after payment.Everytime call center agent is promising to give a call back in 24hrs and its amost 20days now.

Last 2 weeks I am trying to get support from technical staff in spectranet and not understanding while they are not willing to close the issue.

I filed a request with Spectranet for rewiring my connection within same society on 31st March. Request Number: SR[protected].
For this request they charged me Rs500 and deadline of 5 days was given.
Now after 10 days and repeated calls and emails to the Spectranet customer care, no one is willing to resolve the issue or refund the money. Every time I call a new deadline is given and this has been going on for last 2-3 days with no resolution in site.

I tried to reach the customer care multiple times via phone as well as emails but no replies received from them. They never receive calls. The LAN cable that they have connected is not working since the past 15 days. There are multiple complaints registered but no one came to resolve. They sell old routers to us which we become aware later when it stops working within few months of service. These people are simply cheaters. Please inquire about there method of working and handling customer support.

I have been waiting for 14 days for a connection change from one flat to another flat in the same building...
THey asked me to pay 1000 Rs for the same and i paid. Everyday the customer care is giving reasons saying today, tomorrow etc.. still no body has turned up for change my connection.

It's been about 1 week we are continuously calling Spectra net Customer care but not getting any positive response.

We have raised Complaint regarding the issue going in our Locality (Ruby Park, Park street society, Wakad, Pune). From last 1 week your customer care executives are telling us that issue will be resolve in 8 working hours and technician will come, but no one came and it is still the same.

CCE (Ajay Pal Singh) took the responsibility to resolve the issue before 9AM today, but it is not working yet.

We have already made payment of 3 months in advance. And now that the issue is not resolved I request you to refund our money back, so that we can close the connection without any dues. We will escalate this issue to Consumer Court as the service is not provided properly.

Kindly Look into the same.

- Internet Connection not working
- When we tried to get in touch with spectranet support for home users using[protected], we were not able to get through after more than 100 attempts and waiting for 10-20 minutes in last 5 days. The support for home users is not available and there are no other means of getting any other kind of support. calling their support for home users PATHETIC is an understatement. On the other hand their business users can get through the support on first attempt and the wait time is hardly 0-5 seconds. I would recommend to stay away from spectranet for home usage.
The service request number which i got after getting the call transferred from business user segment to home user segment is SR[protected] which was never acted upon and you can't even imagine to follow up on this request since you will never be able to access their home segment.

I am a Spectranet home internet customer. I have recently (15 days ago) shifted to a new apartment(21st Feb). The new apartment is right below the earlier one.
For starters i have been calling their Customer care service daily for hours n hours and nobody picked for a week. When they finally did they raised a service request(29th Feb), and said it will take 5 working days.
It has been more than 7 working days now, and when we call again they say that our work will be done on priority, and within 24hrs. It has been 2 days since that call.
There is a complete lack of commitment and honoring that commitment. I have paid Rs 1000 for the Service request to be done, which in itself is a lot of money.
As we have to pay spectranet for the whole quarter upfront, we cannot cancel the subscription now, as it has only been one month.
When will our internet be shifted ?
Who will pay for the 15 days of prepaid internet that we have not been able to use ?
This is not only a matter of poor service but now it becomes a case of cheating.
And to top it all off, when i go to my spectranet account page, i see internet usage of more than 250MB everyday, even though i have no internet. This company is a complete fraud.

We are not able to connect to Internet for the last 4 days. Called the customer care and raised a ticket bearing no. SR[protected] and assured that the issue will be resolved in 8 working hours. But till now the issue is not resolved. We contacted to customer care almost 10 times till now and they keep on saying that the Technicians will come and resolve asap. We lost trust on them and the service is very bad.

What the hell is this, from last 3 days internet is not waorking.. Called customer care lots of time, first they kept me oh hold more hour an hour,.. Again called from office only one thing they are saying, internet is not working in your zone, and moreover they don't even know that how much time they will take to fix it.
It's weekend now, come on gyss...

Spectranet service is very pathetic. I live in Dwarkadeesh Residency in Pimple Saudagar, Pune . Maharastra. While taking connection they committed there won't be any service issue . It's been a month, I don't have proper connectivity .
I did spoke to there customer care twice last week, still no action taken . Even I spoke to Are Sales Manager of Pimple Saudagar, he is also a dumb.

Last ten days I don't have internet at all . Can't get through customer service, there phone is always busy . I did write email to them, it's been two days, no reply yet on top of that they have send me next month bill .

Please help me get my refund of 4300. Spectranet service is not good .

I asked Chandra for spectranet broad band connection to Coronnet building Lokhandwala township Kandivali east, he spoke to me regarding plans and
Told me to submit documents for connections, next day he had sent executive ajay to house to collect documents and money that is Rs. 3550, he gave me the receipt and went, later same day 07th October Chandra called me and told that there is no feasibility in that area, so engineer require some time to get broad band connection, and asked me to wait for 2weeks, later when i tried to call both ajay and Chandra phone not reachable, then i spoke to Ashish his team leader and manager regarding this they took letter from me saying what had happend, they told that they will refund my money back, as it is there is no feasibility for our building ...those guys left the company. From past one month there is no update on this, till now no response from the sale persons manager(Soumitra Choudhary sales manager spectranet) . Spectranet Company cheated me collecting a amount of 3550for internet broad band connection.
Please refund my money back ASAP.

Bad customer service, made complain from 10 days. they have taken monthly charges advance of three months.and providing no assistance to fix the problem.we have made call 50 times in these 10 days
