I have a spectranet account with account no. 181965,,
I got calls regarding to pay my bill in advance in the month of february from a customer care executive.
The person spoke to me in a very demeaning way and called me everyday day for 3 days despite me asking her not to call me again. It was about an advance payment and i did not have any dues. On the fourth day a different customer care person called me about the same matter. I insisted i speak to the manager upon which she transferred the call to another person who identified himself as the manager. I asked him to put me in a do not call list,, and he confirmed he put me in a "do not call" list.
Again in the month of march i got more calls from customer care executives and i am tired of telling them not to call me and i'm in the do not call list. Till i renew my subscription (I don't have any dues) they keep calling me,, and it is such torture.
Today in april i started getting calls again,, and i said i'm in donot call list and the customer care executive tells me i'm not in a "do not call" list. He tells me he will call me tomorrow. I say i don't want him to call,, then he asks when he can call,, and i say i don't want him to call me. Then he starts to speak my spectranet connection and i had to hang up.
I feel tortured. I just want these calls to stop. And these people to honour their word of putting me in a "do not call" list.
Spectranet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
