We have got spectranet zero bill pack against prepeyment for 6 month.Now they have raised a wrong bill of 390 rs against a said topup which we didnot made and for nonpayment of same they withdrawn connection from last few days.wen I called their customers care and talked with ravinder and aman they both denied to even lodge a complain fo this. There is no confirmation email or msg was send to check da authentication of top up so that we get a chance to cancel it if we havent did it.. We are feeling cheated as without doingvany transaction bill is raised on our name and internet connection is withdrawn which disable us to do some important bill payment.

    I got my Spectranet broadband connection on 21st may but since than i have used it for just 4 to 5 days rest all the time i faced problem of frequent disconnection. I registered my complaint but no response or representative was sent by Spectranet service team . After assurance of good broadband speed by one of there representative, i took a 3 months plan but now i am feeling like i have been cheated .     Hi, we own spectranet broadband connection, and it is registered by my name : Bhavesh Godhaniya. Above mentioned mobile no is also registered. we hardly able to use internet 4-5 earlier when we got connection. But after that we are facing so much issues like frequent disconnection is one of them. We also registered so many complaints but they are talking we are working on this and will send their service engineer, but till date nobody come to resolve this issue. How can we file a complaint against Spectranet Broadband? Can anyone help us out? We want our money back as we are not satisfied with services.

      Sales rep named Sujit came to my home for providing spectranet connection and promised to provide a connection within 3 days, where even i five days i did not receive any communication nor internet connection. All employees are giving each others number and no one is helping out, as i had all money for the quarter. Morover lady on customer care says they do not have a process to log a complaint against their employees who make a fraud commitments. and was told to write a mail in revert of which i was just informed about my status other than anything else which says my application does not exist in the system.

        Last Year I have shifted my Internet provider from Airtel to Spectranet. In Feb 2014 I have recieved a call from there team that if I pay 6 month in advance I will get some extra benefits and there agent started calling me everyday to go for 6 month advance plan. I have paid 7232 and opted there 6 months advance plan as the person is chasing me like anything. Last month I have moved my house and informed all my service providers including Spectranet to shift my connection and they assured me that connetion will be shifted on 30th April. I have called them on 29 April to check when it will shift they have informed me that there is no feasibility at my new address and they can not provide services, I have told them nobody has informed me about this when I submitted my request for relocation. I have told them that I have gave you 6 months rent in advance and still 3 months subscription is with them and executive told me that somebody will call me and will explain the procedure of refund. Since then I am chasing these guys and spoke to almost all of them including 2 supervisors Yogesh Sharma and Sandeep and I have not recieved any response from their side every time I call them I recieve a standard answer that somebody will call me. Its almost a month and I have not recieved any response form Spectranet about my refund. My biggest mistake was changing my service provider from Airtel to Spectranet. Worst experiance I ever had. I think Mr. Udit Malhotra(CEO, Spectranet) should see my views. There call centre gave me complaint no : [protected]

        Sure, I am following Spectranet from last 10 months for my refund. I have send 280 mails to date to spectranet and all I am getting a standard copy paste mail from their side. Do let me know how do you want to take this further.

          I wish to bring to all your notice that spectranet broadband internet connection is not working since 10 days at my place in elysium, wakad. Starting from 8th-May, I have been calling customer care every day and everytime i get to hear that tomorrow it will be repaired. I have heard various reasons for disconnectivity ie. firewall issue, fibre cut issue, power issue and latest was that the port is disabled at the box outside by flat. I just subscribed to the new connection on 29-Apr-14 and in lest than 10 days time issues started occurring. There has been never a convincing reply. I even tried to ask to refund my money but they are not listening. Also when i ask to drop a mail with details of the issue of escalate my issue to seniors, this request is also not taken up. suggest not to go for spectranet. Regards, Rajesh

            I was using Spectranet Broadband for a Year and cancelled the connection as the coverage was not available in my area. They said ill receive the refund in form of check in 45 days it almost 6 months and still i haven't received any single call from them. If i mail/Call the customer care number they ll just say its process and will not provide the proper details.             I totally agree, They are taking money instantly and ask us to wait to wait for 45 days and even they dont refund. Same case with me i am chasing them since past 4 months and nothing has been done yet. Worst Company Worst Service.

              Dear Sir

              I am staying in Kunal Icon Society & i am using Spectra net Internet for last 6 month. From last Friday I am suffering of Internet non -availability. For that i have raised complaints to customer cars of Spectra net two times. Till date (today is 5th day) no body has turned to resolve the issue. This issue is for all spectra net user in my building. This is not a first case. This is happened @ 3-4 times till date from the date i have taken the services from them.

              Very Hope less service these people are giving . I hope some action will be taken from you on them.

                Hi, I am from Pune (Pimple Saudagar). I have been a spectranet broadband customer for 3 months now. The internet service is highly un-reliable. There are frequent breakdowns and whenever there is a breakdown of service, the customer support is not reachable. ([protected]). This has happened to me multiple times. Every now and then, the internet is not working and when I try to call them I get an automated message "We are always there to help you." The truth is, spectranet doesn't give a about customer care!!! I have noticed this as a pattern, whenever the internet is down, the customer care is not reachable until the line is backup again. These breakdowns last for more than 8 hours. I once tried calling them atleast 30 times in a span of 4 hours, believing that i will get through atleast once. But no!!! It appears to me that they just disconnect the customer service line and go on a holiday!!! Such stupid and unprofessional behavior has disappointed me!!! I believe that spectranet should be taken to court for not delivering on the promises they make.

                  Hi, I had a Spectranet Broadband connection at my home which I got disconnected in July, 2012. I had taken an annual package which was to end in Dec, 2012. After disconnection I was told that a prorated refund amount will be given back to you. But even after 15 months no amount has been refunded yet. I have exchanged many mails with the company and they gave me some excuse for the delay. Now they have stopped responding for last 3 months now. Regrads, Anant Jain.                     i had apply Internet connection to this service provider.. i had pay 3 month tariff plan 0f Rs.1800.. The service provider says if you can pay rs.1800 i will give one WiFi modem and free installation.. i am waiting more than 1 month but i didn't yet receive WiFi modem.. And the connection is too slow i give complaint to my service provider( Chennai, Choolaimedu).. But i didn't get response to this person..

                      After follow-up more than a week, spectranet (Fox Services) person name Kishore Singh - [protected] and Bijit Jha – [protected] come to my house on 20th March, 2013. For collecting the registration charges – 1235 Rs And confirm this that our document and other details are all in order within 2 – 3 days internet services will be started.
                      After waiting more than a week: - I call the customer care number and find a very shocking answer that my documents are not even submitted yet., I reply him that “ I already receive a call from spectranet that documents are submitted properly and your internet services will be started in max -2 days”. After this surprising response from the Customer care I disconnect the phone and try to call Bijit but he is not responding asusual
                      Till today (6th April, 2013) I am waiting for my internet services. Whenever I am coordinating with these two people they always ignore me or a lot of time not even responded my phone.,

                      i am taken spectranet connection of 1mbps but i am not getting proper speed and they are not resolve my problem . pls take necessary action against them

                        Hi.
                        This is Ankit from Hyderabad. I have taken spectranet Wify home broadband solution in august by paying advance rental of 6 months(around 3500). But some where in November they have disconnected the connection saying they are closing up they entire business from Hyderabad. Going forward they said they will collect the device and plan for my refund. But its been 21/2 months and I have been calling these people and every time hear the same response "Sir your complaint is escalated and SR is created, our back office will call you to collect the device after which we will plan for your refund" But nothing is moving since November. I have written mails also but all the time mail got bounced back. Can you please do the needful so that I can get my refund from the company.

                          This is with reference to complaint to you about the irresponsible service, negligence and consumer dissatisfaction activities of your officials towards our queries and complaints .

                          I have been a loyal customer of Spectranet for now many years and ever since I have started with your services I have been struggling to have a consistent Internet connection for my computers .

                          I have been dealing with these problems mentioned below :
                          - unresponsive staff to our problems
                          - supplied with defected wires tapering all around the house joined by normal tapes with open electric pores
                          - regular complaints for network disabilities at your end and above that no official responds on time as an when it is required .
                          - I pay bills regularly and still atleast for one whole week my Internet connection does not function constantly every month
                          - rude and manner less staff working under specifically Mr Naresh Saini , Vikas, and the lady in Custmor care Archna

                          I hope that you will look into the matter and provide us with better services and register a complaint against your etiquette less staff . Failing to do so at your end will enforce me further to file a law suit against you in the consumer court . Which eventually would be a waste of your time and company reputation .

                          Make sure you look forward into the matter and revet back as soon as possible .

                            i have face many problems because of your irregular or not proper customer service in Badlapur(w) , thane , 421503. . i have yours six months plan of 256 kbps . but its not regular. at the time of downloading the speed is not get more than 25kbps. at night also. the service provided by our local net(yours) is very bad as compare to any other local net service. and twice or thrice in a week your connection was not available. i am requesting you to please see the problem and rectify that. you or your company please talk with the respactive center. i will waiting for your reply.

                                We had called up Spectranet for their Internet Services on the 19th April 2012. Person named Manjunath (Customer Service Specialist & Territory Manager - Retail Sales) - came the very next day early morning for the collection of money. He told us that first 1 week we will give you a trial account and then we shall provide you with your own log in id and password. We paid him a sum of Rs. 2000/- and told him that we will pay him balance Rs. 1000/- when we get our own account. We never got the speed of internet according to the plan which we applied for from the very first day. The very next day the net was not working. I called him 15 - 20 times and every time I got reply as Sir I am on my way I'll be there in 15-20 mins. Entire day we kept on waiting for him he did not come. Next day again I called him he sent his technical person named Kaushal. After almost an hour o[censored]nsuccessful attempt Kaushal told us that you will have this network issue always as there is no proper connection in your Building by Spectranet. This was told to Manjunath but he was not ready to accept. He instead told us that we shall install a powerful Router on the Common terrace of your building so you will get proper connection and speed. Well that has still not been done. Every day we call him and there is answer we will do tomorrow. We don't get net at all forget about good speed. As a routine call we again called him on 16th May 2012 asking him for the money and withdraw their services he said that sir in the weekday we do not have time so 100% we will come on 19th May, saturday and fix your problem. My wife & I both are working & weekend is the only tme when we can do our extra outside work but still we agreed. He never called up on Saturday morning to confirm so we called him at 10:30 am he told us Sir I am on my way I should be there in another 15-20 minutes. He did not show up till 1:30 pm. After that we have been trying to contact him he has not been answering his phone at all. We would have called him atleast 50-60 times that day with 3-4 sms. But there was no reply. Then we called up Kaushal (Technical person) and told him the entire story. We told him to contact Manjunath. We called up Kaushal after 15 - 20 minutes even he stopped answering his phone. Then we called their office numbers there their security person sayd he does not know anything about Manjunath and we shall not call and disturb him for any problem. We finally called Spectranet Consumer Complain number and there to our surprise the Executive disconnected our call and did not put a complain. Its been more than a month now and there has been no outcome to our problem.
                                We have been lot of difficulty & hesitation by this person. We have spoken to almost all concern person telling them that we want our money and do not their services but Manjunath still does not call us. He has seem to disappear after taking our money.                                 Please look in to this matter at earliest and teach a good lesson to this person Called Manjunath. He truly deserves it.
                                I also have problem with them. They are irresponsible and don't bother to do anything after taking money. Always some technical problem. I would suggest not to take from them. I stay in Suncity Apartment in Bangalore. Now the sales guy is Vijay who don't have any cutesy to speak to people after moeny is taken. Manjunath only says sorry and no work. The backend 3rd Party is Starlight which equivalent bad.

                                I would request Mr. Rajat Arora to look into the kind of people you hire. Sir you many do good in Sales initially with aggressive sales guys but if there is no service you will have higher average disconnection per month. I would request you to do a google about Spectranet and even there you would see the suggestions that comes first is for Complaints, hard but true. Checkout the review also at mouth shut

                                  Hi Sir,

                                  My Spectranet User Id is-->[protected].

                                  I applied for Spectranet Broadband on 15th July,2011(Order Id-->4607).
                                  It was activated on 30th July,2011.Their representative convinced me to recharge for 3 months by paying 1500 rupees and by doing this I will get 10 days more of surfing.
                                  On the very first day i.e. on 30th July,2011 just 4 hours after the installation the internet stopped working and whenever it worked the speed was very very poor.I called the Spectranet Customer Care (Complaint Number-->13807).They said that the problem would be fixed within 1 hour.To some extent the problem did get solved on 30th July,2011.But again on 31st July,2011 again the same problem persisted.Again I called the Spectranet customer care (Complaint Number-->13854) and it got resolved after 2 days.Within 1 week I realised that I have made a mistake by subscribing for the Spectranet.I called the Customer Care to refund my money which they outrightly refused.In this one week I called the Spectranet Customet care approximately 200 times regarding spped.They were ready with their excuses like its raining,its storm,local cable cut etc etc..On some occassions they transferred my call to their seniors who promised to resolve the issues and also promised to call back for confirmation but that confirmation call never came.My recharge expired on I guess 10 or 11th November,2011.After 25th November,2011 I started getting calls from Spectranet Customer Care to recharge but I refused all the time.This kept on happening for 2 months.Then one day they asked me that if I dont want to continue their services I should return their devices(modem and wifi antenna) which they had given to me at the time of installation.I refused to return their devices because I have also suffered loss of 1500 rupees.Now on 30th March,2012 Spectranet have sent me an email advising me to return the wireless router and CPE (mention all equip) within two weeks of the date of communication failing which they shall be constrained to initiate appropriate action for breach of trust, misappropriation of assets etc. against me.

                                  Sir,anyone can check the data usage of mine for the 1 week for which I used Spectranet's services.It would be negligible.I asked them to send me a mail regarding data usage but they said that for that you will have to contact the guys who disabled your account.
                                  I have attached the relevant snapshots.

                                  Sir please help me out.What about my 1500 rupees and what about the mental torture that I went through all this while.

                                    Now since last 1 years Spectranet ownership has been transfered to new company. Spectranet service are going down every day,

                                    From last one month lots of problems coming in their web servers. Recently by a virus attack all global.asa file deleted. an instead of accepting it and restoring files form backup they are saying that Global.asa file is banned by Microsoft and this file is of no use you have to use global.asax file with .asp applications. They do not knowledge that global.asa file is must with every ASP based applications to run, On Forcing them they copied global.asa file from one of my website to all other website and said that we have copied the files from the backup, while upon asking the backup policy details and backup files they do not answer anything.

                                    If you email some critical issue either they will not reply or will reply after 5-6 hrs. or will ask you to do it your self.

                                    Spectranet has no backup policy, When I asked about the old backup they are not replying. Lawrence Dcosta and Sunil Tyagi are the most fool guys there. They never tell truth about webservers.

                                    They Do not have any migration policy, Some day you will find that your website showing 1 yr old version. When they migrate your website on (So Called new Server)they can put older version of website.


                                    Hosting site on Spectranet is always in risk and you are in wrong hands.


                                    Even their Support Emails are not working from last 5-7 days.

                                    Their Senior persons Mr Sunando is always busy in meetings. And Will ask you to come their office at Okhla for any issue which is impossible for any reseller.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I am using Spectranet Broadband internet service since past 5-6 months. Since the day it was installed, I am always having issues with it. I am not getting proper speed and the speed is fluctuating every time. I have complained each time but to no vain.

                                      I have proof that shows how many times i have complained them and nothing has been done yet.

                                        Spectranet Internet has the worst possible Broadband Internet service and Customer care facility in Bangalore !

                                        They have pre paid scheme (30/60/90 days) and once you pay the money and start using the Internet you will find that it only works for 4 days in a week. Rest of the time they claim that the Fiber Cable has been cut underground due to which Internet is not working.

                                        So this is their offer. You have to pay them 2000 bucks upfront as Installation fee and then you have to buy the Internet Package which is Pre Paid + 20% Tax on it. So for a 2 MBPS line for 30 days you will be charged Rs 2100 after tax !!!

                                        They have the worst Customer Service personnel who hang up when you call in asking for information!

                                        Just to test contact[protected] and say that you are living in Bannergatta road and your Internet is not working see how rude they behave.

                                        I am already suffering by taking their internet connection as I have paid them a lot of money. Please do not make the mistake of taking Spectranet!!! You are better off with some other provider.
