    Hi spectra team,
    This is regarding sr[protected].. My internet suddenly stopped working on 8th april morning, i raised this sr. Initial resolution time was given as 9th april. I called customer care to inform as well, they told that you will receive a call back from our team for resolution.

    It's been 4 days and i have not received a single call back from any of representatives of spectranet. Request was closed automatically without my knowledge. Event though issue is not yet resolved.

    Please resolve the issue asap, my address is "vishal aagrahari, e-205, ashish jk apartment, thubarahalli extended road" bangalore

    Customer care repeats the same thing again and again. They are not taking action. Complaints are closed automatically without taking consent from the customer.

      My internet is not working from past three days, we have been raising service Requests everyday and i see they are closing the SR everyday after 5Pm without the issue getting resolved.

      SR[protected] latest current open. Past ones: SR[protected] SR[protected].

        I had been using spectranet since 2 and half years. During the time of installation an amount of rs. 2500 was collected as security deposit and i was told that this amount will be refunded when i return the router.

        Since i shifted from that house, i disconnected the connection on september 30th. I was informed that the router will be recovered within 15 days. However i didn't receive any calls from the company. Later i raised a complaint with the customer care (Sr[protected]) on 19th october. The customer care executive collected my bank information and told me that the device will be recovered in 5 days. Again no one from the company called me. When i inquired again they told they have raised the priority. However its been more than 12 days since i raised the ticket and i haven't received a single call from the company.

        Please help me to get my refund amount.

          On may 16, 2019, i asked spectranet bangalore to terminate my service at the end of the billing cycle.
          On may 29, 2019, i provided my bank account details for the refund of 2000.
          On 10 june 2019, they collected their hardware from my apartment. I have the receipt.
          I am still waiting for the refund of the security deposit.
          They have asked me to send the copy of the hardware collection receipt & deny receiving any emails from me. They gave a ticket # sr[protected] recently. Please help.

            I have initiated the disconnection of spectranet internet connection on 2019 april 20 and they collected the device by first week of may. Also told me that, i will get the refund within 24 hours. I waited, waited and waited, finally got one mail in july saying that, due to bank issue they are not able to transfer the money and need a cancelled cheque leaf. I sent a new mail with the requested details on the same day itself. And after that i was in regular contact with them. But they are not providing any resolution and just giving some silly excuses. How i can tackle this problem. My account id is 172740.

              I took an internet connection from Specranet and just after 1 week, the internet stopped working. After MULTIPLE complaints to the Customer Care also, no one resolved the issue. They have now refused to address my concern and are refusing to refund my money as well (3 month's package). Please help.
              Connection taken on my husband's name.
              We are stuck with this so-called service and unable to get anyone from the company to resolve it.

              My husband's Customer Account Number is 208933.
              We are based out of Bangalore and have also emailed the company directly. Still no response after 3 conversations with the customer care reps and and email.

              Wow! So now your customer care representative calls (Nikita) and begs to give a last chance (with the issue still unresolved) and AGAIN, denies refunding the money paid!

              Why should I pay for services that are not being offered!!!

              Please take action against companies like these!

                Please cancel my connection 207006 in the name of One by me.
                and refund my money. I was asked to pay Rs.6887 by your executive and I had paid the amount. After which you have billed me res 8498 which had a deposit of rs 4000 which I was not told of.
                I received calls almost very hour from you even though your executive had told me that the bill mount was 6887. Your tele-callers and collection executives are still harassing me.
                please disconnect and pay me back the money
                You can charge me for the data I have used.

                  As per suggestion with sales person, i have taken plan 100mbps/500gb/then 1mbps unlimited.

                  I have already paid 3537 rupees for 4 month (3 month and 1 month free).

                  Every support person giving different solution.

                  I think, spectra do not charge me bill till next 4 month from date of 2 july 2019.

                  This is horrible for me... As per spectra name and fame... It is horrible support and providing solution.

                  If spectra change there plans or internal billing invoice format, then it should not be affect customer... Spectra should adjust internally and resolve this matter.

                  Before changing the structure, they should inform to customer by email.

                    From 6 days they were not sending technician and telling that there are ground level issue s... But today technician came and checked that the issue is with the device and told us that he would be coming in an hour with the replacement but now he is not picking up the call and the customer support is again saying tomorrow like the previous 6 days.

                    The customer care is again and again repeating the same thing and denying refund.

                      Dear sir

                      I varun aggarwal applied for new connection from spectranet and has given 12700 rs as full payment for 1 year 20 days back by their salesman with his number [protected].
                      Then cust serv told us that their is no line in my area so you wait for 7 days we will put a line.

                      Patiently i then waited then salesman said to talk with area manager mr arif his no [protected].
                      Then arif told me to wait last by 10th may then also i waited.
                      On 11th engineers came for installation and they saw that their is no power from your end so it cannot be installed. So today then i called them no one is responding.
                      After i called customer service which is very irritating.

                      My problems
                      1. Why salesman took money from me why didnt he check the line before?
                      2. Team is v unprofessional when we call them they say they r not in stn.
                      3. All commitments are failed.
                      4. Your company is v unprofessional hw they can give internet.

                      We want refund urgently and strict action against them.

                        I paid for a new connection with spectranet, its been over three weeks, now they have not given me the net connection nor paid back my money. They are sending copy paste message on facebook messenger to irritate me and are not refunding the money which they agreed upon. The sales guy who collected the document has been polite, while the other so called service engineer would call me a and not turn nor pick my call. Have pasted the copy of the receipt.

                        Kindly do the needful.

                          I request for spectra internet connection and paid for the same on 27.01.2019 (Ref : pay_bp2u3uzzl6sun4). Before they install, i've changed my mind and request a cancellation and refund by email which was accepted (Request no. Sr[protected]). I received an email that the refund will be process within 72 hours on 29.01.2019 and i provided my bank details. But after many email i still have not receive my refund till date. Please help.

                            Broadband disconnected in jan 2018 however after 1 year the security amount 2500/- not refunded

                              Spectranet charged me for two month internet services but due to relocation I am unable to use second month services because they dont provide services to my new address. I have called many times and registered my complaint. But they have not acknowledged it. I want to complain against them so that nobody will get fooled by them. Also I am looking for my refund else I will go high court. It's not about money. It about they are doing fraud with people.

                                My connection was blocked and and security deposit was deducted.

                                31st oct morning - i call in the customer support where the supervisor informs me that the connection will continue by noon
                                4pm same day - i call the support again the executive tells me that the connection will be unblocked in 2 hours
                                7pm same day - supervisor mr. Mohit in very rude and unprofessional way informs me that i have to go for a new connection.

                                2months back i was out of town where i informed the team to block my connection, but i come back to re-activate my account and the team asks me to go for a new connection as the old account cannot be re-activated.

                                I wasted my entire day waiting for an update, but the end of the day i'm disappointed

                                  2 months i am struggling to get a refund of my own money. Have raised multiple complaints through phone and mails but they are dragging their feet with excuses and excuses. I even reached out to their escalation ladder but they are also not responding with any resolution.

                                  Who else i can complaint to in this case. Any way to reach out to govt regulators. Only way i can think of is going to consumer court. Please suggest

                                    This is the worst customer experience by spectra. When you want a new connection they are very cooperative but after that they don't care.

                                      I am an existing spectra-net customer and my customer id is[protected]ban-036636 and my last quarterly bill (50 mbps unlimited) was due on 25/08/2018. Instead of paying the quarterly bill, i opted for a new connection (Spectra basic 100 mbps 200 gb/month) connection and paid rs 8253/- for 6 months (On 25/08/2018) along with new connection fees of rs 1000/- so to get a benefit of 400 gb /month. Spectranet customer executive called me the same day and promised to do the needful to continue with the same account id and with the new plan. Till now neither the new connection is done or the existing connection activated. Instead my old connection is deactivated citing reason"non payment of dues".

                                      The company was contacted several time on phone and as per their direction e-mail was sent to mr k chetan (K. [protected]@spectra.co) attaching the spectra-net site screen shot with the order reference no (12479-[protected]) and the credit card payment proof as attachments.

                                      Despite giving several promise to restore the internet broadband connection, the company failed to resolve the issue till now keeping me waiting for more than one month.

                                        Dear sir, i have surrendered my broadband internet connection 10 weeks ago and sought for refund of my deposit rs.2500/= and excess paid rs.429.05.
                                        Vide account no 1968429 customer id 172305. But regret to inform you that i am yet to receive the same.
                                        I have written to m/s spectranet customer care service many times by email, but i am not getting any positive reply from them till date.
