On 15th oct we had booked our tickets from bangalore to bagdogra under pnr me3ftn for 15th dec, since we had to go for vacation in sikkim and join the tour organised by henna tours and travel on 15th dec from 16. Hrs. We were travelling from goa to bangalore in air asia schedule departure goa 7.45 hrs and arrival bangalore at 9.00 hrs and take the connecting flight further at 12. 00 hrs of spicejet for bagdogra, today we have received the sms that spice jet flight is preponed by almost 4 hours and now depart at 6.20 hrs, this is not ethical, when person plan their trip 3 month in advance and in last moment airlines change the schedule, now pls let me know how can i reach bagdogra on 15th dec by 16.00 hrs. All other person in the tour will leave further and we will be left behind. Further spicejet do not have any flight after 12.00 noon
Hello. It's Kunal Najwani. Toady I received a call latter in which it states that there is an opening for various jobs in Spice jet. We are required to submit the security deposit of Rs 9950 into bank account. Please help to resolve the problem and let me know if the news is fake or not

    money deducted from account but ticket is not issued.

    I was booking ticket on 08 dec 2018 from spicejet app from cochin to pune for the travel on 21 jan 2019. While doing that the amount got deducted from my hdfc bank account, but while returning back to the spicejet site, there was some error on the portal. As a result the ticket was not booked. I got the message from my bank (Sms and email) regarding the amount deduction (Rs 3766) but i didn't get any confirmation regarding the spicejet site....

    Hi,

    This had happened twice withing 2 months that my brand new baggage was damaged very badly.

    First complaint:
    Pnr : i5vggf
    Date : june 19, 2018

    I had given written complaint at patna airport and after making several call to them were ready to pay rs/- 2000 which was way less than actual price which is rs/- 6000. I refused 2000 rupee compensation and demanded full price of the bag, on which they said they will revert back. And getting no reponse from them i called and asked for the progress, to which they said it will be done with 4-5 working days. And till today its not yet done.

    Date : 22-nov-2018

    Same story repeat as above, standing near the baggage belt and i see my bag once again full damaged to worse condition.

    Filed my complaint at bangalore airport (Complaint #13822). I get an email response providing me a compensation of rs/- 1000, which is real insult and a big joke. Immediately replied to email asking for full compensation of rs/- 6000.

      I have booked one ticket on 30.11.2018 on spice jet to be traveled mct-ahmadabad - bangalore on 01.01.2019 via payment

      Ref. Psib[protected][protected]billdesk on[protected] and the amount is debited to my account

      As of now, i didn't received any ticket or no return of money to my account
      Kindly look into the same and take necessary action.

      Such types of complaints are indeffinite for all as
      the submitter is unable to present the exact reservation.

      The duty to provide the passenger with
      - his/her full reservation prior to and after the finacial transaction
      - the issued receipt
      is one of the service provider, which site was used by the submiiter.

      it is unclear. which e-mail address / phone number is stated in your possible booking.

      You can contact one of the following service providers:
      1. The site, where you had tried to reserve with the claim:
      I have paid and I have not received my e-ticket to email
      - date of of travel
      - flight number
      - my full surname (spell)

      the agent must ask about your e-mail and/or phone no.

      Usually, after the correct e-mail confirmation, the air carrier issues the ticket

      2. If the above is helpless,
      the other solution is to request the refund from your bank by the submissiona written complaint. The refund has to be returned (unblocked) by banker within 15 days following the correct claim receipt.

        Pnr number: s679gi for plane sg578, date of journey: 26/11/18.

        The flight was due for 03:55 pm but after printing the eticket from self checkin kiosk i found out that there was a delay. It was delayed by more then 2.5 hours. No message or call was put up by spicejet about the delay.

        So, i contacted customer care because not even a single spicejet employee was present near any gates. The customer care guy helped me out very nicely and guided me on how to transfer my ticket on alternate flight. But as soon as i got in contact with the ground crew, they were pathetic. I was instructed to visit spicejet booking counter, a spicejet employee, ms. Sanjana biswas, was there, she kept me waiting and tried to just push me back on boarding the same flight. I got a ton of misinformation from her. At one point she even said that "i cannot book an alternate ticket for you, you better call the customer care guy and tell him to book it for you."

        This kind of misinformation and unethical behaviour was not at all expected from you guys. First you dont inform me about the flight delay, then this irrational behaviour. Fortunately, after arguing about this issue for more then an hour someone senior to her came forward and helped me, but all because i did not budge from my stand and they could not make a fool out of me.

        If i dont get a proper explanation from you guys and a long due apology, in written, from ms. Sanjana biswas, for wasting my time, providing me misinformation and her rude behaviour, then i swear not only me i will make sure that all my family and freinds choose any other flight carrier over spicejet.
        The description of the submitter looks as a common fraudlent treatment of the passengers by, probably, the Spice Jet staff or their agents.

        1. The passenger could receive the boarding pass for 6 NOV flight SG578,
        not the e-ticket from kiosk of the Kanpur airport.
        2. The passenger is legally entitled on the compensation rs5000 in case of the delay (1+ hours) of the scheduled flight, if the passenger has a direct or indiredt evidence of the delay and has submitted a correct coliam to the air carrier.

        It is advisable to save the documents such as
        - e-ticket or copy of confirmation by SMS,
        - boarding pass,
        - bag tag, if any
        at least for few months, if the passenger wishes the compensation strongly.

        If the passenger does not know, how to submit the complaint legally by himself or herself in order to obtain the compensation from an air carrier, the passenger can hire a legal professional for charge .

        The level of the compensation for the scheduled flight delay starts from 5000Rs in case of the flight delay of 1 hour in India.

          It is really immature behaviour of your people.. They have not inform me regarding flight schedule change.. I took off for this flight and important work in delhi.. Which will not be possible now because this timing. My flight was from goa to delhi on 1dec 2018 at 12:10 hrs n arrival at 14:50 hrs. They changed the departure to 15 hrs without informing me. When i called to enquire there response was rude.. They were like we cannot do anything in this. This is not our fault.. Like whose fault is this?? Mine because i book with your flight
          We were 4 travelers and travelling on SG2988 from AMD to JAI . My seat no. Is 8A .8B, 8C, 8D ... my side window panel was broken and I complaint it to crew staff miss POOJA CHAWLA ... she misbehaved and very arrogantly shouted ... I want to register a complaint ...as it’s all about our safety...plz find the attached

            I have faced the same problem, where my Baggage got Damaged, and lots of inconvenience through the journey, registered complain for the same under complain no.02951203 / PNR- UHBPFE on 4.11.2018 and called 4-5 times ...very Sorry to inform NO ONE responded, I want to esclate this issue further, anyone please guide.

            All financial claims related to damaged baggage have to be submitted in written not later than 7 days follwoewing the trip and one time, not 7 times.

            All disputes related to the luck of the compensation, if such is forseen and has grounds, based on the travel documents, have to be considered in court only.

            The sircumstances of each case are diffrent, not similar, in most cases.

            ! no colected reply of the air carrier or no attept to submit the claim = no compensation
            ! The passenger is requered to save the ticket and bag tag further for the case.

            If the oassenger is not familiar with the court:
            - the cahepst court is a the customers court in each state of India
            - government fee 100-200 rs
            - but you need to hire the lawyer / legal professional in civil aviation issues who will
            1) define the correct court and write a complaint on your behal to the court
            2) advise which documents need to be attached
            3) to request the court to examine the complaint in written (cheaper option)
            4) advise your legitimate financial expecatations based on law and your circumsatnces

            Such work, if you submit the claim for written procedure, can cost[protected] rs for the customers court.
            The legal procedure before the customers court is less expensive than befor the general court (government fees from 2000+, preparation of the civil case 8000+, presentation inside the court by the lawyer 4000+ . All presented amount are raw and depends upon the exact laywer company, the younger lawyer = the cheaper).

            the "letter" is a document which represents fraud against you:
            there is no your full name and address, so such letter are not bonding you at least.
            And the sender does not know your name.

            ADVISE: DELETE all e-mail letters which do not state your FULL NAME and require payment in future.

            Also you can take this letter along with you nad to go to the local police office in order to report the fraud.
            The duty of the police is to investigate fraud by issuing you FIR - decision on the commencemnt on the criminal matter. the other decision : the policc officer must issue the decsion which state that you are a victim of the crime.

              I got a call from spicejet airlines it was completely fake call. First they took 2200 rs for registration. And for documentation 5600 rs. They said you are selected for this job without taking face to face interview. Only telephone interview was taken. And then for bond letter they take 11000 rs. They provide join date as 4/12/2018. Now i called them 'there phone is switched off. And email also not working. Please sir take action for fraud jobs.

                I've travelled from bangalore to hyderabad on 26/11 15:35 in spicejet with my family. We three carried one laptop bag and one travel bag for each. Before boarding, spicejet agents checked weight including my laptop bags then said exceeded limit weight and charged rs.5200. And also i put some belongings to dust bin to reduce the weight as per their request. All are precious things. I asked them why you are considering laptop bags, but they replied as they will calculate weight for all bags including handbag. Only they given two mins to decide or else gate will close. So i paid 5200 rupees and i put my precious belongings to dust bin. I have that bill copy, travel documents and all.

                  When I reached airport at 8:00 pm I was not given the boarding pass I want refund of the whole flight amount .

                    We had flight on 24th nov from silchar to kolkata with a layover of 8 hours and next flight to chennai. Our baggage was torn in 2 places. Pnr h5p6xi. We could not raise a complaint in the airport as our son was not well. Have submitted a complaint in spicejet portal, although i am sure there will be no response from their end. Kind request to passengers to not travel in such pathetic flights who has no concern over passenger's luggage.
                    Hello . I had received an offer letter from SpiceJet airlines as quality controller. They are asking to deposit security amount that will be refundable. Soo please confirm me is that true or not .

                      I like to put a complaint on spicejet airways..
                      Always they are delayed. Im travelling regularly from chennai to coimbatore. Every time i travel minimum of 1/2hr late in their schedule. Bcos of this i've to pay waiting charges for my taxi booked on the day.
                      Some stringent action like they hav to refund or pay penalty to all the passengers for the delay.
                      Or suspend from service for a day or two.

                        I traveled from delhi to madurai[protected] with spice jet. I had purchased spice max. When i entered for priority check-in, the staff in that counter didn't allow me without ask me anything (Ticket copy..). Later i had check-in in normal counter, explained about this, they didn't even apologize. There is no priority boarding. Food is average. Flight was around 1hr of delay. Finally no priority bag out. Its completely useless. You are just grabbing money from guests. I had very worst experience with spice jet. Would you refund of add on service of spice max money?

                          Dear team
                          Me and my wife has booked Spice jet flight for Amritsar to Goa by flight no SG-281 with PNR ND612N. We were coming from Nawanshahar and delayed in traffic. I do call your customer care and your emergency helpine no several times but no body pick my call. We enetred Airport by 6 pm and your Spicejet counter was closed.. After 10 min we met Miss Swaraj and she deneid for any assistance or any help.. She totally ignored our requests..
                          You flight departure time on 22 Nov was18.50. So i want the explanation and my ticket refunds for not providing the assitance by your staff.
                          Altough I have rebooked the same flight for next day.

                            My dad booked a flight from chennai to hubli in spicejet on 23/11/2018 (Time 07:25) but unfortunately due to heavy traffic because of rain he cannot reach on a boarding time and reached after 10 minutes of boarding time and before 55 minutes of arrival time. For that the counter staffs never allow my parents to get the boarding pass and rude to them and tell them counter closed. My parents wait and ask the staffs for 20 minutes but never issue the ticket. Finally my dad ask them to refund the money but the staffs told cannot refund and tell my parents not to disturb them. As highly named company spicejet staffs don’t know to handle the customers and cannot help the customers. If customers having any problems when coming on time and anything means this is how the staffs of qualified airlines will behave to the customers. People are not doing wantedly due to some nature happenings they cannot come on a time. For that the staffs can do whatever they want means how the customers will suffer. Totally money waste and time waste now. So please assist your staffs to guide the customers politely and make the customers happy. I ensure that the spicejet airlines to refund my money. Thanks

                              My flight was delayed by 4 hours and on arrival i found my luggage bag to be broken and my stuff tossed. I filed a complaint at the airport itself but got no response from their useless team. I then mailed them several times to which they replied by outright denying any responsibility for flight delay or luggage handling. They asked me to mitigate this issue by offering a rs. 1000 voucher to which i declined.

                              I would request everyone to not travel by this pathetic airlines. A lot of people had warned me about the same but i still booked spice-jet because it was cheap. Only later did i realize that that it actually turned out to be a lot costlier and it is not the ticket prices but the management and the employees who are cheap and frauds.

                                Inspite of taking payment twice I was denied seat of my choice 1B .

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had booked my flight ticket on SpiceJet official mobile application for my travel to Jaisalmer from Jaipur on 21/11/18.
                                I had also later booked add on for preferred seat and had choose seat no. 1B for which I was charged since my credit card was debited and also got confirmation E-mail of payment being received by SpiceJet.
                                At the time of check-in at the Jaipur airport SpiceJet counter I was declined the preferred pre booked seat for which I had already paid and upon requesting the concerned SpiceJet staff / manager after showing them the proof in form of E-mail acknowledgment from SpiceJet they did not cooperate and also made me stand for almost for an hour.
                                Since I did not want to miss my flight as I had no choice so I requested for a letter from SpiceJet airport manager which is attached for your reference.
                                Please also not that I was charged twice Rs.600 each for one preferred seat and still was not given that seat.
                                Till date the charged amount of Rs.1200 has not been refunded to me.
                                This situation and treatment by your airport staff has caused me a lot of distress.
                                I might seek legal action against you if you do not respond.

                                  Non allotment of seats to the customer is not correct procedure and it is general violation of natural justice. Selling the seat for price for persons who bought the valid ticket to travel is illegal and bad in low. Your person has refused to give the seat to our family members and said that pay for it or get at the time of boarding. But the time of boarding it is not possible to get seat in row for all four members. And there is every possibility that seat may get any where for all four member which is more discomfort created by your air lines. It is informed to avoid such things, if you want increase your fair, and donot harass the customer by asking penny amount and not loose customer for ever. Think about this and retain the customer for ever

                                    Pradeep poddar travelling to bagdogra from kolkata was not allowed to use washroom even after flight take off. Sg 578 seat 6c. Airhostess disha nd shweta. He is diabetic with urinary problem. Very bad behaviour nd negligence. Airlines should have better staff as it belongs to hospitality department. Girls like them should be restigated. Atrocious. Inhuman.

                                      Hii, iam booked one ticket from hyd to jaipur in november to and fro, but due to some i the plan got cancelled so i cancelled my ticket with spice jet. The refund has been initiated long back from airline but it's not given by this fraud company happy easy go.. They don't even pick the call nor reply anything.

                                      Please help me with my refund as this is lot of money.
