Sir, We purchased spice mi Android kitkat smartphone in Oct 2014 for Rs. 5, 499/- through Homeshop18. After say around one month phone stopped for charging and camera not enabling to operate. What suggestion can you give? Whether the phone can be replaced/rectified. sir, we shall be gratefull if can look into this matter and helpus out for solution of out phone. we are not in a position to use the phone more than a month. customer

    I have purchased this phone last 11 months before Home shop 18.com. This phone is having lot of problems like automatically rebooting, heating and hanging. These problems were occurred on the initial stage o[censored]sing and the phone stuck every time of the usage and restart after hanging. The 2 things is very bad about phone, 1) flash light, flash use only for camera not for video because its very hot to back side cover. 2) restart proplem, suddenly phone will off & restart automatically. These are the big problems about phone spice fhd mi 525. I upset about phone. I have given the phone 2 times for repairing in the spice service centre at Ambabari, Jaipur but the problem still be there. Requesting you to please replace my phone with the other same phone or with a different model so that the problem never occurs.

      I purchase spice mobile phone mi 498 on 21 December 2014 but I face some problem and I mate to Care firstly the updated the software but the problem is not solved the problem is that no any application download by play store I show my phone 2 or 3 time but my problem is not solve then I said for replacement because my mobile phone have 1 month replacement gaurentee then care make Approval to compony for deo on 9 Jan 2015 but comony do not give any reply so please make reply and I want replace my phone please understand my problem and solve it in any condition please chek the mails of Nilawar electronics yavatmal maharashtra my mobile IMEI IS: [protected]

        I purchased a spice mobile ( mi-507) in November-14 from spice hot spot, but its hands free not working from December month .Then I approached the service centre at T Nagar (Deprosys technologies). service number -213 date:22/12/2014 imei:[protected] But still no response if I called and went to office also no response from them. regards Ramesh

          I purchased Spice mobile Model no: MI-535 on 11th of July 2013.My cell fell down and developed a crack on the screen.When I approached the service centre they told me that it would cost around[protected] INR for the screen to get fixed which is about 70 percent of the cost of the new mobile.The amount charged by Spice is quite unreasonable when all other mobile manufacturers charge from[protected] rupees for screen replacement.I would like Spice to replace my screen at a reasonable cost and maintain good customer support. Now mobile having Hang, Switch off and Auto Restart Problem. Some times it is not getting power on. Really i am getting mentally depress after buying this mobile. Now i am in "Vishrantwadi, Pune - 411015 ". Now i am hopeless and helpless. Do some needful so i will feel that i am using right product. How many times i will go to customer care, every month one problem is occurring to this mobile. This is only 2 months old mobile. This is my request please replace this mobile with new one.                 10 Jan 2015 Respected Sir / madam, Subject: complaint about the new spice mobile I am Dr. C. Dsouza, an advocate in the High Court of Karnataka, (Bengaluru) Bangalore. I have been using for many years, spice mobiles. However, the last one which I bought from you spice centre, is simply defective to such an extent that prima facie it manifests itself as a manufacture defect or a defective product. The product: Spice stellar, 362 (Black) IMEI no. [protected] (too small a font to decipher, as it is printed on the box) Purchased at: Spice Retail Ltd, 13 MTHF Extension, 80 ft road, RT Nagar, Bangalore At the instance of purchase: INVOICE / Customer id generated:[protected] Name given: C Dsouza (for the bill / invoice) My mobile no. entered for the bill:[protected] Date of purchase: 22 Dec 2014, for the valid consideration. NATURE OF THE DEFECT as IDENTIFIED BY ME: 1) Even after charging the unit completely, the mobile does not get on, after 30 – 40 attempts, and with the power charge still connected, it comes on. 2) After such a desperate switching on, the mobile during use or conversation – goes of, without any indication and again we will have to attempt 30 – 40 times to switch on. The instrument has not been put to use even for one hour Within 2 days, I complained to your customer care, I have lodged a complaint to your toll free number: and the reference is[protected] Owing to continuous holidays, I have submitted the instrument with all its contents to the R. C Service Point, (Authorised service centre for Spice), Narayana Shastri Road, Mysore – 570 024, on 26 Dec. 2014. The service work order number: 739. Till date, from my part, with repeated phone calls, multiple visits I have NOT got any solution. The last oral communication is on 10 January 2015, that the instrument will be sent to the company, and I will have to wait indefinitely or at least ten working day. The service centre also takes care of another brand mobile phones, hence I have serious reservations as to the quality of service offered to me and to spice customers. Owing to the all the reasons mentioned above: I seek the following: 1) full refund of money OR 2) another new mobile phone instead OR 3) within 15 days the rectified mobile phone, with extended warranty by making good all the days taken by the service centre and an acknowledgment & reply to this letter, and all other remedies I am entitled to. Hope good sense will prevail and you would attend to it at the earliest. In any case, I reserve my other rights, Thanking you, Sincerely, Sd/. Dr. C. DSouza

                    NEVER BUY SPICE PHONES. VERY BAD SERVICE Problem with my Spice MI 436 Mobile phone. I have given this phone to service centre hyderabad for repair on 29th sep 2014. But till date they could not repair the phone. They were offering me old phone of very cheap price and very less features than this and when i called customer care they told me that the current market price for this phone is equal to the phone they were offering. when i argued with them they told me that submit the old phone which they were offering and they will repair the phone in a week but today 8 jan 2015 they could not repair the phone. But why anybody will take phone having less features. i have attached job sheet for the above mentioned mobile. So my friend please like this comment as much as possible till it reaches spice.                       I own Spice CoolPad MI-496 mobile, Since purchase of handset, messages sent via Internet (i.e. OTP, Way2SMS, online verification code e.t.c) are not getting received. If I replace SIM card in any other mobile handset device then all messages sent via Internet are getting received. Kindly look into the problem & try to get me solution ASAP. Thanks & Regards.

                            25/11/2014 ko humne apne mobile spice mi 506 submit. kiya allahabad service centre fastrac computer me. mujhe 25/12/2014 ko mobile lene gaya. to mobile me mujhe camera on the spot check karaya gaya aur bataya gaya ki camera change ho gaya hai. lekin service ke ladke ke dwara check karne per camera work nahi kar raha tha. ladke ne bataya ki aapka lence kharab ho gaya hai aapko 150 rs dekar change karana padega. maine kaha change kar do. but ladke ne kaha abhi lence avilable nahi hai mai complaint note kar leta hu aap mobile le jaiye 10 days ke baad aakar change kara lijiye ga.mai kal 30/12/2014 ko service centre gaya to dusre ladke ne bataya ki lence nahi aaya hai. aur mobile aapko 7 days se lekar 45 din tak ke liye chodna padega. meri complaint ye hai ki kya ye log ek baar me thik se check nahi kar sakte the ki baar baar hume paresaan hona pad raha hai aur mere pass us mobile me urgents & vip, para mility force(crpf, raf, itbp, cisf, spg) ke no. hai jinka ki kabhi bhi phone aa sakta hai. ab us condition me kaise mai phone chodu. plz tell me. kya hum log isi tarah paresaan hote rahege. kyuki hum costumer hai.

                              DEAR SIR, I am PRITISH TAPARE, I had purchase SPICE MI-436 from homeshop.18 on dated:-18/02/2014 MY ODER NO IS [protected] from last 2-3 months handset going very badly result so i give it at service center.this pic quality is totally defective pic there are many problem like battery not working & earphone don't work & phone gets hack & battery doesn;t get charge.this type of problems are occuring from last 2-3months.i had giving my under servicing from 3rd december2014, service request no.[protected]EC0014 under warranty period that time tell that max.8-10 days required for servicing but nearly 1months is going but my handset is not getting me or not any msg/call coming from service center or company. service center person tell my handset's PCB required to change or repaire, PCB is heart of the any handset at that time i want my money back or otherwise i would do legal process my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com mob no.-[protected]

                                I have purchased a Mi506 android phone from Hope Shop 18 through Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Plot - 5 Sector - 27, Near Ssr Corporate tower, Faridabad, Haryana, Faridabad-121003 through Invoice No. - TARA/14-15/393723 with a invoice date 30/11/2014 order no.[protected] on COD basis. But from the day one I have faced primary network problem in that set. Finally I rushed to one of your service centre in kolkata : Mobile Services, 55 Manick Talla Main Road, Kolkata - 54 on 18/12/2014 and left the set for repairing but till date I have not received my set from them. They are saying that "Set sent to workshop & whenever they sent us that set we will deliver you." In these fast moving world nobody has time to waste by dialing your service centre number.                                     This is Pratibha i m using a spice mobile Mi 506 . i brought in the month of November but it consumes lots of battery & it gets hang also whenever i use it. its on warranty so i want it to be replaced n want a new phone as soon as possible Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                                        sir i have purchased a spice mobile mi 520 IMEI no. [protected] on 08 oct 2014 from Gwalior M P. sir in the month of Nov 2014 it got defect with not charging. I shown the mobile in spice service center they send the mobile to Jaipur for rectification. After rectification the snag i got the mobile on 11 Dec 2014 in serviceable condition But it got the same type snag battery not charging on 25 Dec 2014. Why this problem coming again and again. I am staying in Bikaner working in Air force. If this happening within 3 Month how the customer will keep the faith in spice company. Sir i want to replace this mobile with new one. Please intimate to me what action you are going to take.Your Bikaner service center is not able to repair the mobile.what i should to do.

                                        sir my mobile mi520 not charging . i have deposited the mobile to service center and same day evening i got the message from service center YOUR MOBILE IS READY please collect with in two days.when i went to service center they told set not ready than why the company passed the wrong message to the customer. Earlier service center send my mobile to Jaipur for same defect and they changed the display of my mobile WHY. Again my mobile gone for another 15 days.in three month i used the mobile only one month. Now i am going to consumer court against the spice company and the service center for very poor performance by spice mobile.please intimate me my mobile no. [protected] and[protected].Thank you.Earlier my complaint SR No 20100009EC0935.
