sir 25\10\2014 ko Maine spice mi 526 kharida tha jis ka IMEI no [protected] or complent no [protected] hai iss mai kuch manufacturing problem ke karan maine spice service center mai date 05\12\2014 ko diya jo ab tak muje receive nahi ho paya hai . sarvice center wale date pr date de rahe hai mobile under prose's bata rahe hai, mobile ko liye hue ek mahina hua hai, na hi o replace kr rahe hai or na hi money back kar rahe hai. pls meri problem ka solution kare thanks.

I submitted my Spice MI-436 Mobile Handset due to handset dead problem at our nearest service center in Lucknow on 28 Nov-2014.After 22 days of submitting handset today 22 Dec-2014 they told that my set is not able to repair & offer me that Spice Company Give us a old & used handset.You have to replaced your set with a used second hand old handset..but i ingnore that offer & not accepted that second hand handset.. now today 22/12/2014 they told that they forward a new service complain to Spice regarding My Handset that customer not satisfied with that handset. Sir I have purchased a Mobile model No. Spice MI 349 from INFO-NET Bareilly (Copy attached) on 14.03.2014 vide bill no. 9119. After one Month of purchasing I am facing problem of hanging phone and in camera of Phone. I visited to Spice Serive Center naming Saloni Enterprises D- 35 Butlar Plaza Bareilly. The Persons operating Service Center did not behave politely to any customer. After So many requests they finally took my phone for servicing and they returned me after 25 days. But when I received my phone after 25 days it worked only a day properly thereafter problem persisting continuously. The Mobile is still hanging. When I again went to customer Service Center Saloni Enterprises they responded that i am not sitting here only for You. They did even not not listen me and did not see my phone again. The phone was taken to your service centres all around Kolkata, viz. Billenium Sales and Service, 6 Chowringhee Lane. As reported that the camera can't be repaired by them. hi this is for urs kind notice that we purchased a spice mi-451 from yours authorised mobile shop at raisinghnagar, after few months it has stoped working[ service request nomber 20100716E90392 dated 24/09/2014 we give it to urs service centre for repair on 24/9/2014 after sevrals reminder and complaint we not recd our mobile till the date we are forced to put this matter to district consumer court as neither store nor service centre replied us . plz solve this complaint within a week or take this mail as a notice[ as we may force to go to consumer court ] scaned copy of service request is attached here with

i have purchased the phone on 23rd nov 2014 and the does not working properly. its display caries white lines on desktop. i have given my phone to the service center form 31 days but there is no response when they will back my mobile. i m going tempored now and thinking a compalint file to the court. if you can solve my problem then please sort this matter.

My mobile details MI-509 WHITE:SPICE:MOBILE IMEI NO: [protected] I choose this product because of it is an Indian product. But it is shame to say you that after 19 days o[censored]sing this product, the front speaker is not working. So i am not able listen anything. I had bought this mobile from "VENKATESHWARA ENTERPRISES, HSR LAYOUT, BANGALORE". At the time of buying the mobile they told me that if any problem will come we will help you out, also i had paid extra Rs. 500.00 for insurance (DAILY:POLICY). Now when i went with my problem they are telling we can not help you for this. So i had taken it to the service center "ASK SK MOBILE CARE, BOMANAHALLLI, KARNATAKA" . They told me you come after 4 days. I am felling shame in front of my friends, because i was telling proudly i am using Indian not out of country product. miane spice mi502 mobile liya tha. mobile purchase karne ke 2nd day hi maine dekha ki front camera work nhi kar rah mai mobile ko lekar shop par gaya to usane mobile ka do karake dusara dilane ka bola and mujhe spice service center bhej diya. maine mobile ko trisha spice bhopal cervice center me de diya usane 2 din me set change karke dene ka bola. but 2 din bad mujhe phir agle din tak ka bola gya agle din phi set nhi diya gaya and next day yah kha gya ki set ko repaire karke de rhe hai. but set proper work nhi kar rha tha. isake bad mai kai bar set ko service center le kar gaya yah set ko mahino ke liye service center me ya yah kah kar ki compony bhej rhe hai rakh liya jata tha. is set ko mai sayad hi 1 se 2 mahine bhi chala paya houga. iska warrenty bhi khatm ho gayi hai. jabki set abhi bhi indore ke service center me karib 8 mahine se rakha hua. ab wo yah kah kar ki apka set change karke diya ja raha hai paise bhi mag rahe hai. ab mai spice compony and service center ke khilaph consumer courte me complaint karne ja raha hu. and sabhi readers ko yah batana chahata hu ki kabhi bhi spice ka set na le. pradeep mishra [protected]

Hi, I am Dillip, a good spice mobiles consumer . Am using Spice -M-525i vide Mobile IMEI No- [protected] & S IMEI No- [protected] smart phone series handset since around 10 month . Few couple of days back, my handset keep on my desk, after had seen screen is lock and no display in the screen .Even if also am trying take back-up of important contacts and contents but fail to take . So I visited local service centre at Sai Complex, Berhampur, Ganjam, Odisha on 30th October 2014 and get confirmed by engineer that my Handset has Display problem which needs to be replace the LCD . And for that they need to send it other state Kolakata, WB for replacement the LCD . After a long couple of days continuous follow-up with team, I received my handset on 3rd December 14 . Again I found faulty with my Handset side volume controller not working after replace my LCD . Earlier it was working . I informed at service center while am receiving my handset, he refuse to check the handset as he was left the service Center . Then am called to your concerned Area Service Manger MR. Pranab Sahu, he suggested received back the handset and keep it for next 15 days at my end . He will informed me once again when new service open in locally, then again visit to service center for my handset repairing . So My kind concern is that company kept my handset for more than one month, but still repair it fully . So it company fault why should not Spice extend my warranty period . Warrenty Extension denied by Area Service Manager . He suggested that after few days am again giving my handset at new service centre, again he will take another one month time to repair my handset. Really How Stupid Service provided by this renowned company to his customers .

Respected Sir, I feel very sad to inform you that I handed over my spice mobile Model-MI-449 3G No.[protected]/ Service request No.12101251EA0105 on 09.10.2014 at your Authorized Service centre - Sanjay Mobile repairing, Shilpi Plaza (B) Block, Rewa (MP)-486001 for rectifying damage of touch screen and receiver.Even after passing about 51 days the same was not delivered to me despite repeated inquiry from service centre and your customer care. When ever I ask them regarding delivery of my mobile set they pacify me with false promises of giving it with in 2-3 days. The last inquiry from your customer care was done on 27.11.2014 when I was told that the set is repaired and will be reaching to me within 4 days but I have not received it yet. This kind of dealing and delay cannot be tolerated from such a famous company like Spice.
