Sir, I had purchased a
Spice Dual Core Android Phablet Mi-502n-White from home shop-18 vide
Order no.[protected], dt. 26.11.2013, Invoice no. TARA739514, Invoice
dt.[protected] with a cost of Rs.6999.00 from TARASH Overseas Pvt Ltd.
Building no.47, 2nd floor, Brij.mohan marg, near Hindi
park, Daryaganj, New Delhi-110002, Haryana, Faridabad-131028.
On 10.08.14 my phone
stopped charging. I took it to the M/s Mobile Shopee, Shop no.177,
Dhilon complex, Bhilai, Chhatisgarh on 11.08.14 which is the
authorised service centre of spice mobile at around 2.30 pm. My
complaint was resistered vide SR no.33100127E80058 at 3.15 pm for
which I got a SMS from LM-SMLLtd. At 6.07 pm on same day I got an SMS
from LM-SMLLtd that my handset is repaired and ready for delivery. As
the delivery time was upto 5.30 pm I couldn't collect the hand set on
that day. I visited the service centre on 13.08.14 as the service
centre is closed on 12.08.14 (tuesday). I was astonished that no
repair has been done with the handset. When I asked, they told me
that the charging port is damaged, so it has to be replaced with a
cost of Rs.250.00 which I had to bear as this is not covered under
warrenty. I agreed. When I visited the service centre on 14.08.14 the
handset was delivered in repaired condition. The authoriesd service
centre person told me that, 2 legs had been broken the charging port,
please use it carefully. If the remaining legs will breake in future,
the complete PCB has to be changed.
Still I am facing the
charging problem.At present the handset is charging eratically i.e.
sometimes charging and sometimes not charging. I hope the charing
port will fail completely in near future.
Above all, I feel that I had taken a
wrong decission by purchasing a Spice Phone. During my visit to the
service center, I found no of cases coming to the service centre
within couple of weeks or months and customers are getting harrased
there. One or two hot arguments also I could notice.
On 03.11.2014, suddenly my phone
started behaving erratically. Now I think I have to throw this
phone. Because I don't have time to visit your service centre so
often, which is around 6 km away from my home.
What I felt is; 1) Spice mobile is
giving frequent problem, 2) the service centre is operating pooerly.
In both cases Spice mobile will be the looser.

notice.
