          Hi, I am Ganesh Dutt, (From Palwal, Haryana) I purchased a spice mobile (model- Mi 491, IMEI-[protected]) on 24/07.2013. The phone was creating problems, so for resolution i submitted the phone on service center named (Sumit mobile solution, palwal, haryana) but problem was not resolved. I submitted again and again but the problems were remains same. My phone in on service center since june 2014 but the problem is not resolve yet. Now warranty is ended but I didn't receive my phone after repairing. I faced lot of problems. Now due to so much struggle I am deciding to go in Consumer Court and Register an FIR against Company and the service center. If you can help please solve my problem immediately otherwise I will do the same what I said.

            This is in reference of my complain regarding product spice MI 436 with imei no. [protected]. Firstly i submitted my phone 4th oct. 2014 because of the problem of dead handset to Axe Telecom they supplied it to service center.they said for 20 days hardly but i got my phone after 1 month and 3 days.and when i got the phone it have the problems of not functioning volume keys, power key and also the camera is not functioning properly quality of picture also bad than before.Sir this is not a joke of, after 1 month what i got ? now i don't have that much time again to spent on your bad service.Your company may be changed the parts of my mobile.Sir this phone is under warranty please give the order to replace the mobile as it is not the mobile which i had! some changes of different part definately done on it which result the poor camera quality, and less INTERNAL STORAGE which is 1.3 GB now before it was 4 GB.i had the box of the product it was also written on it that it consist 4 GB internal storage.Please! look to it sir other wise i will have to go other authorities!.

              I have spice mi 525 mobile and using it from last 6 months. If leave common issues the phone is good and working fine, but accidentally screen got damaged. I rushes to service center located in Dadar, Mumbai they said its damaged and not in warranty. They cast me of the screen is of 8000 /-. I want to request after baying mobile in 9999 /- who will spent 8000 /-for the screen only. please provide reasonable price of the part so that we can go for this brand again. we love this mobile please provide cheap accessories and parts. please do something ... its a critical problem of your brand.

                  I have purchased Spice Pinnacle Pro Mi-535 Mobile Phone - Brown on 5 sep 2013 from Homeshop18 now in feb 2014 my handset's battery become faulty they ( service centre in lucknow) provides me a new battery after 1.5 months now again in may battery becomes faulty i have contacted in service centre and contacted in his head office also and also with homeshop18 now after 5 to 6 months no one is their to provide me a new battey. My view is customer care should provide parts of mobile within 15 days. (not provides me after 6 months now warranty period had also over) If they can not provide parts then they have to close their company. After spending 13000 rs now i am with no mobile in indian language IN GHATIYA COMPANY KI WAJAS SE AAM JANTA KO DIKKAT HOTI HAI SAALO KO LAAT MAAR KE BHAGA DENA CHAIYE.                     P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; } Sir, I had purchased a Spice Dual Core Android Phablet Mi-502n-White from home shop-18 vide Order no.[protected], dt. 26.11.2013, Invoice no. TARA739514, Invoice dt.[protected] with a cost of Rs.6999.00 from TARASH Overseas Pvt Ltd. Building no.47, 2nd floor, Brij.mohan marg, near Hindi park, Daryaganj, New Delhi-110002, Haryana, Faridabad-131028. On 10.08.14 my phone stopped charging. I took it to the M/s Mobile Shopee, Shop no.177, Dhilon complex, Bhilai, Chhatisgarh on 11.08.14 which is the authorised service centre of spice mobile at around 2.30 pm. My complaint was resistered vide SR no.33100127E80058 at 3.15 pm for which I got a SMS from LM-SMLLtd. At 6.07 pm on same day I got an SMS from LM-SMLLtd that my handset is repaired and ready for delivery. As the delivery time was upto 5.30 pm I couldn't collect the hand set on that day. I visited the service centre on 13.08.14 as the service centre is closed on 12.08.14 (tuesday). I was astonished that no repair has been done with the handset. When I asked, they told me that the charging port is damaged, so it has to be replaced with a cost of Rs.250.00 which I had to bear as this is not covered under warrenty. I agreed. When I visited the service centre on 14.08.14 the handset was delivered in repaired condition. The authoriesd service centre person told me that, 2 legs had been broken the charging port, please use it carefully. If the remaining legs will breake in future, the complete PCB has to be changed. Still I am facing the charging problem.At present the handset is charging eratically i.e. sometimes charging and sometimes not charging. I hope the charing port will fail completely in near future. Above all, I feel that I had taken a wrong decission by purchasing a Spice Phone. During my visit to the service center, I found no of cases coming to the service centre within couple of weeks or months and customers are getting harrased there. One or two hot arguments also I could notice. On 03.11.2014, suddenly my phone started behaving erratically. Now I think I have to throw this phone. Because I don't have time to visit your service centre so often, which is around 6 km away from my home. What I felt is; 1) Spice mobile is giving frequent problem, 2) the service centre is operating pooerly. In both cases Spice mobile will be the looser. I expect you to take this into your notice.                       Sir I would like to inform you that I have purchased a mobile phone(Model No:Spice MI354) on 4th nov'2013 from Danish Telecom, 29/1b, chandni chowk street, Kol-72 and IMEI No:[protected].But from last six month the set up was not working properly for hanging problem.Thats why I already complaint two times and the complaint numbers are E90081 and EA0079 and my phone was till in your company. I get no response against that two complaints and tomorrow is the last date of servicing.                             hello. I purchased a spice phone model no: mi-436 m-imei:[protected] from HomeShop18. It was going good till 1month later on it started hanging. I placed it for charging and I rebooted my phone. it didn't responded. I placed my phone at ur service center Dewas. they sent my phone to company for its treatment. I got my cell back.. it again started going well.. later on few weeks ago.. it started hanging again.. I thought it would get alright but on my use it hanged permanently. touch was not responding., anyhow I managed to switch it off by removing the battery and reboot it. but the touch didn't responded at all. my phone is in one year warranty and till now I have faced many severe problems regarding its working. I have again sent my phone at your service center for its treatment., but the same condition they were unable to treat and they have forwarded my phone to the company for its treatment. These all troubling occurred in just 4 months o[censored]sing.. I used it so carefully yet of no use.. till now I haven't received my phone. according to me the phone has used 2 months for its treatment and I have used it for 3 months with such troublance. I am not a fool who have invested thousands of rupees for a phone with such problems. I want my phone to be replaced. or provide me a judging solution to it. till now I haven't received my phone yet..

                              I have spice mi-496. I got problem in my phone. It is in warranty period. I have given my phone to service center, surat from 24th July, 2014. Company service center gave same me reply like "wait for sometime" from last 3 and half months. They not provide any proper answer.                                 Last year I had buy spice MI505 mobile, but in one year phone was deposit for 3-4 times to service center for repairpurpose.Phone is not working properly & data cable, ear phone all thing not working. Last times. Before 03 months I have deposit my phone at your authorized service center panchkula (Haryana) due to softwear problem but till date I have not receive my phone. Please check the status and return my phone. If possible than please change the phone. I shall be very thankful to you.                                     Within two days after purchasing the phone (Model no. Boss m 5470) the phone is switched off automatically while calling or receiving the call, unless the battery case is opened and reinsertion of the battery is done inspite of full charge . Then only it starts functioning for 2 hrs to 2 days and again the same problems happening, how the problem could be solved?

                                      Dear Spice Customer Care, I would like to inform you that my spice mobile handset Mi 535 was given for repair to your authorized centre at Raj Mobile Shoppe in Vashi, Navi mumbai with Sr.no 13101013EA0018 on 30/9/2014 ( Under Warranty) due to Heating issue while using Wifi & getting restarted while using camera in night mode...they told me that it will take minimum 15 days to repair my mobile & every time i call at Service Centre, they told me your handset not received ( "jaise hi aa jayega..hum aapko update kardenge"). Now It has been a month and the mobile has not been repaired and delivered to me.Would you please be kind enough look into to this matter and sort out the problem as soon as possible.                                       Even after putting on the complaint, i haven't got any response from spice mobile customer support.
                                      its been a long time since i have given my handset Mi 535 for repair ( wifi & camera problem ). I tried calling to service center for my mobile inquiry but still no updates from them (Raj Mobile Shoppe)..very poor service!! My kind request you please check this matter on urgent basis. Thank you

                                        I have purchased spice mobile M-5388 model (Sr..No [protected]) on 4th Mar, 2014. During one month charger not working, there after one month mobile screen problem. We have raised the complaint to service center. But service center not responding. We have follow up every day, but still service center not responding. Attached herewith Bill copy. Pl look into the matter and resolve the problem at earliest. Regards Nikam D.U. [protected]

                                        We have brought spice mobile model No M5388 Sr.. No [protected]. But within one month mobile screen and charges problem occurred. We have show the mobile to Service station but service station people not responding. Please look into the matter for solving the problem. We have also registered complaint before 15 days, One call has received and he said we will call you tomorrow, but till date not received any call or e-mail. PL look into the matter at earliest.
