Dear Sir/Madam, Model: Spice Smart Watch Request no: 19101789E90053 Date of request: 25.09.2014 12:27:35 I was purchase spice smart watch from homeshop18 in July 2014 of price worth Rs. 3999/-. But it's blue tooth not connect with smart watch. I was giving my smart watch to services under warranty period. So that the person commit that watch get within 2 week but today's date is 30th Oct 2014.I am calling everyday from last 1 month. Not got any positive response from services center. When I was calling any day of week then person ask that your watch is coming on this Friday, this Saturday. Please tell me the response on ASAP.     I have deposited my Spice Mi-506 Mobile phone in (Spice Retail Limited Authorised Service Centre, new bus stand Rourkela, Orissa) on 16/10/2014 due to touch problem, till now I could not get my phone back. My Mobile phone was under warranty.

I had perched (in June month 2014) Spice mobile model number MI-525 IME number [protected] and [protected], My mobile was dad last 3 month and that is in warranty, I was handed over to your authorised service center in "sun enterprises m-113, 114, yashwant plaza. "indore 452001 ( madhya pardesh) on 25/5/2014 after that 17/5/2014 once again 23/09/2014 and 10/10/2014 and the engineer{costmer care} was confirmed me u r provide new mobile place of mi-525.. my concern number is [protected]. spice costmer care employee and attitude is very bad.After some time my problem is not solved. I m very upset form spice company.this mobile gave me mentally harassment.and i have 4 job sheet photocopy. i am not received my Mobile, can any body confirm me what the services give to customer by the spice mobile company.         Dear Concern Person, I Sandeep Kumar using Spice mobile model number MI-436 IME number [protected], My mobile was dad last month and that is in warranty, I was handed over to your authorised service center in Distt center Janak Puri Delhi on[protected] and the engineer was confirmed me this is ok in 20-25 days but today is[protected] and almost 1 month and 10 days gone, but still I am not received my Mobile, can any body confirm me what the services give to customer by the spice mobile company .               Dear team i had purchased One Spice M-510 mobile by HomeShop18, after that once i am start to using mobile and i faced to much problems, i had submitted my mobile more than 5 times to your service center for facing problems but my problems still continue.now my warranty period come to end and now my mobile is out of warranty, and my problems is still pending, now tell me what to do.please replace my mobile with other one.as per specification...1. front camara is 3.2mp but its picture quality is not more than 0.3mp2. back camara is 8.0mp but its picture quality is not more than 3.2mp3. at the time of calling screen blank4. mobile hangup5. headphone slot problem6. and many more.complant details...1. 06/09/2013 - incoming voice problems/ screen blank at the time of calling2. 14/12/2013 - front /back camara problem, backup problem3. 31/05/2014 - front /back camara problem, motion sencer problem4. 28/07/2014 - touch pad and front camra problems, back kit not work5.21/10/2014 - mic problems and motion sencer problemskindly solve my problems and replace my mobile to other one and i am not ready to pay any amount.other wise i am going to Consumer Forum to take action against for wrong commitment and forgery.waiting for your replay as soon as.regardsAmareshLucknow

                  Dear Concern Person The Battery back of my spice mi-495 is very poor (1-2 hr) only. I am approaching spice care for last 6 months but No response is given by them for NEW BATTERY. At that time when I purchased the cost of Mobile was 10000 Rs. . After purchasing such type of costly mobile if parts are not available in the market then it means the Spice company are just cheating the consumers. The Government should take necessary on such type of fraud companies. On customer service the response of Spice Mobile is very Poor. I have no option to use my mobile Spice Mi-495 Stellar Virtuoso because battery is not providing backup. The only option is to purchase a new mobile. Dear Authority please look into the matter because like me lots of customer are facing this problem. Earlier I used samsung and nokia mobile for which I did not face any problem (say it in battery backup, service center service etc). but I totally dissatisfied from the performance of spice mobile.                     my name is antony joseph model number spice mi-535 sevice request no: 1010E[protected] IMEI no [protected] warranty type :under warranty i have bought a spice mi 535 mobile on jan 06 2014 foam home shop 18 and on august 28 2014 I had given my cell for the audio jack complaint and the have returned my cell when ever I ill give to spice service centre in mangalore chipnet technologies f-33, 1st floor, meridian guruplaza near k.s.r.t.c bus stand, bejai mangalore karnataka-575004 contact no [protected], and after so many request the have changed the board and returned the cell after 30 days and on 15.09.2014 again it got complaint and submitted to chipnet technologies as above address and today date is 23.10.2014 that means 38 days are over they didn't take any action for my mobile phone.

                        Hi Spice, I was regular customer of your brand and like the products you provide in the market. But for last one month Spice team is kind of giving lots of pain . Currently i am having the Spice Stellar 435 with me, and the battery for the same is gone bad, its hard to reach your call center as no one respond. When i been to your service center at Sector 15, they dont entertain in good way and also never have the battery or any accessories.                             Problem in mobile handset hello i purchased a spice mobile handset from a reputated mobile shop of our local market as i got the mobile from the day one it was creating trouble for me but the main issue started from 3rd month i was unable to charge the handset even after charging the battery got diminishing after complaining to local shop they send to local service center and inniatialy they rectified the issue but the same issue was not rectiefied completely was again creating problem for me then they send they same to mumbai service center after coming from service center within 5 days the same issue was repeated its become mental and physical harrasment for me 3 time i have given my mobile to local service center and they send the same to mumbai and kolkatta but the same issue still pertain it is still under warranty and now i want to replacement of this mobile kindly suggest me what to do or help me to sort out this issue

                              requested sirtin no-[protected]inv no[protected]customer id no[protected]phone- spice mi-354 blacki purchased a mobile set from spice retail limited, c22, opposite mile stone, gandhinagar mode jaipur, rajsthan. on 7th- feb- 2014.within 15 days it start to hang as i open any app. and its sound jack also went wrong. nearby 12 of march I visited to spice service center because it got switch off automatically. After 10 days i get back my phone. But again after 2 days same problem again appear. i again went to service center and submit my phone. same i got my phone again. Then after 3-5 days i again went to the center. At this time my phone went for replacement. and finally i got my phone on 27--30june(i don't know the exact date). and the company has given me a old and damaged set. In the received set even the screw were not attached. and even battery backup is not good in the received set.this is the 5th time i am receiving my mobile back. Which is a old one.

                                    i purchased spice mobile MI502N from Home shop 18 last year. my handset have touchguard issue so i submit my handset for repairing to Service Centre S.S.Enterprises, Pune on 4th Sept.2014 . Almost one month over i don't recd.my handset. Every time i call Service Centre they told me your handset not recd. required 7-8 days. When i call Customercare they told me yet spares not available so will get another 15 days. I don't know who is correct and who is wrong.                                       mere mobile ki tuch screen tut gai thi maine AM Communication me Job sheet no. 4181 date 15/09/14 ko change karne ke liye diya tha parantu abhi tak kuch sahi jankari waha se nahi mil rahi . ki kab chang ho ker milega kripaya uchit karyawahi karne ka kast kare. aur mobile jaldi se Repair karwaye.

                                        Dear sir My self amit from mumbai.i am kindly inform you i was give my spice mobile mi504 for repair in kalyan service centre name is the sky lark associate.on 11 september..they are told me that within 15 day you can get your mobile.but still i was not got my mobile.i also called in coustmer care no.and both ( service centre and coustmer care person) every time told that 6 day more required..i cant wait .please do nessesary step .and give my mobile as quick as possible..                                         Please sir take quick action .i am not satisfy with spice customer care and with service centre..every time they told me .6 day more required..i cant understand why they take too much time.in my mobIle Problem is touch pad not working..and i dont think so this is the big issue.and i kindly inform u in service centre.they have mi504 handset touch pad.but they transfer to spice company.i cant satisfy with this company argument.

                                        Very very Thank you sir .within 4 day after complaint you solved my problem.and today i got my mobile in good condition.this is the best site for all consumer.who have cheat by any compny.they solved all problem within an week.

                                        Ohh sir .dont lie.every time in last 15 day.when i was called To your spice customer care they also told me that ..our concern department will call u.dont do this like fraud.
                                        Take quick action and give me My mobile as quick as possible.
