    I have purchased a mobile set model SPICE 5208 from Shiv Communication Near Bhagat Singh Chowk, Narwana vide bill no.312 on dated 29.4.2014 and after purchase of the above said mobile set, there were number of problems in the set and thereafter myself contacted to the customer case situated at Narwana and Mr.Harish taken the mobile set from me to rectify the problem, but due to the problem again and against came in the mobile. So that myself three times deposited with the customer care. My handset serial number is[protected] and you can check the same from your computer. The problem in the mobile is still there and now the customer care of Narwana decline to taken the set to repair. Myself is in problem due to non-working of the mobile. So you requested to take strict action and do the needful. Otherwise my self will be forced to file consumer complaint against you. Myself is hoping for a positive response.       Last year I had buy spice MI505 mobile, but in one year phone was deposit for 3-4 times to service center for repair purpose. Phone is not working properly & data cable, year phone all thing not working. Last time, Before 03 months I have deposit my phone at your authorized service center (7-MOBILESCO-66, SECTOR-07, panchkula (Haryana) due to softwear problem but till date I have not receive my phone. Please check the staus &return my phone. If possible than please change the phone. I shall be very thankful to you.         The above stated model spice mobile set was given for repair to the your authorized centre at janakouri (Dtstt centre janakpuri ) vide Sr no 30101456E71150 on 28/7/2014., the defect was stated set right but yet the problem existed and once was again given to the centre on 9/9/2014. vide Sr no 30101456E90404, It has been nearly a month now and the mobile has not been repaired and delivered to me Would you please be kind enough look into to the subject matter and sort out the problem I am facing for quite some time now. regards S.C.Suri

            Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Spice Mobile Model Number MI-354 (IMEI 1 No. [protected] and IMEI 2 No. [protected]) near Diwali last year (still under warranty). I would like to inform you shamefully, that this mobile has been visited to authorised spice service center three times since its date of purchasing under warranty. I have handed over this mobile under Service Request Number 30101456E81192 dated 29/08/2014 for ON-Off and display problem to Authorised Spice Service Center (Add: N D Traders, WZ-66/1A, Manohar Nagar, Outer Ring Road, Vikas Puri Extn, New Delhi-110058). It is very unfortunate, that the service of my mobile is still pending and even did not get any feedback from Spice service side after completion. Do you think, that anybody can live his life comfortably in metropolitan city without having mobile for 1 month? I have already purchase new mobile, not Spice Sorry! but its true. You are requested to look into the matter and provide my mobile back after satisfactory repair asap. Otherwise, it would be a black mark on the Spice Mobile Brand.               Handset was purchased on 21st Sep and stopped working on 27th (voice was not coming), I went to dealer on 28th and they mentioned that phone will be replaced since it is under 7 days period. They added that 28th being Sunday is non working for Spice and they would themselves go on 29th to center for some formalities and phone will be replaced. Today on 29th 10mins back person from Hotspot called me up informing that Spice service center is not accepting saying that it is overdue, I asked him if he can possibly transfer the phone so that I can explain the issue. The person on service center Surender Soni rudely said that nothing can be done and it is overdue 7 days, I counted that phone was purchased on 21st late evening and counting 7 working days will still allow phone replacement. At first he wasn't listening to anything and was that rude if customer is beggar and he is some King of his world. I again told him even if you consider 28th as last day, it wasn't working day... service center was closed to which he replied, it was not non-working for Spice overall and you should have gone to our main center. I again mentioned that I gave dealer the phone on 28th only and they themselves mentioned that Sunday is non-working and informed that they would get this done tomorrow, also I do not understand that how come SPICE can expect customer to go to some one off center which can be miles away. The Surender Soni added "agar mujhe phone change karvana hai to itna to main karunga hi" and hanged up. I called again and he refused to come back on call, I really do not understand how dare someone can do that? Please resolve

I went to Spice Customer Care in Gurgaon. They committed to me that the phone will ok in 7-8 days but now 11 days had left and Spice customer care gave no response regarding complaint .                   Dear Sir, Regarding my above mentioned complain, I hereby inform u that I have purchased new spice phone from Home shop 18 and same day from the receiving, I am facing problems and problems in phone as well same from your service center and also from your company. I have visited your service centre At Rajkot (Gujarat) office for the same where I have been told that there is battery problem in your phone along with ur requrest No. 06100557E90092, dated 16.09.14 where I have been told that pls confirm us in next two working hours for the same.After two days from the request date, i have revisit ur service centre but still reply was that battery has been asked from the company but till today still not come. Then I have launched the complain in your service centre with Mr. Tahir and he has given me complain No.[protected] on dated 23.09.14. Recently Today I have talked again at your service centre again with Mr. PASHA but he is not able to solve my prolblems.If I am facing this kind of problems in Brand new phone, then what can i expect from your company for future services. Requested to solve my complain in next 48 working hours, if possilble or else I will have to take help of CONSUMER COURT as I am having all evidence and proofs about so much poor services of the company.If you are not able to solve my problems, please give my money back.Hoping for your prompt Reply.                     This is to bring in your kind notice that I have given my spice mobile MI-425 for repairing of screen touch on 30.06.2014 at authorized outlet Om Communication Sahebganj Daduwa Bazar Station road Gonda U.P.- 271002, with service request no. 24100532E70062. When I have enquired about my phone the person available on shop(Owner) was rudely started shouting on me that “Jab service center dega wapas tabhi toh mai dunga” I have then asked for service request no. then he provided me the same on 27.07.14, copy of same is attached for your ref. Again when I am enquiring about my phone he is continuously saying the same that still he is waiting response of service team. His behave was very rude towards me and used abusive language with me. Now I request you to do the needful on priority.

                        Sir/mam, TO WHOME SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN I had bought a spice mobile model no. mi 502n white through home shop 18 (invoice no TARA 852573 dtd. 16/12/2013) in march 2014 i met with an accident and am still on bed i acctualy started using the mobile in may and had to send it to the service station due to touch problems at N D Traders, manohar nagar, vikas puri etn. s.r. no. 30101456E80123 dtd. 04/08/14 through my dad (he is 80 yrs old) he was said that we will get the mobile within a weeks time, but after his three or four visit and calls to sr. center there is no result till today (26/09/14) i am really disappointed, i cant go coz of the accident and cant send my old father again and again. Pl let me know what to do and for ur information we three spice mobiles with us (including mine one).                               It is more than 15 days I have not received my mobile from one of your service cente. symptom code SE12 problem MMC not working. I was told that my mobile will be returned to me with in 7 days and now it is more than 15 days and they are asking for 10 more days. I am without my handset for so many days, it is hampering my day to day activity majorly. If this after sells service is provided by spice, I am sorry to say but I will suggest my friends not to buy products offered by spice. The trouble which I am facing from last 15 days is immense. You should come up to your promise.                                 To, Spice Mobile Comapny. i have take spice mi 449 mobile from homeshop18.on 4th aug 2014.but this is totally dead within 10/13 days. when i go to gallery they said that it required 2500rs to repair it .please help me and replace this mobile.

                                  I am from jammu and i bought spice mi436 in september 2013... and after almost a year in october 2014 my phone hanged. or bricked... i didnt know why... but it happened on very crucial time when my father was diagnosed with cancer and when i need the phone urgently... Anyway i gave it to service centre jammu...and they told me that they have to send the phone to mohali... i was like why... how can a big industry like spice donot have enough qualified staff at their service centre... I have seen many service centres like Nokia and samsung who recover phone in maximum 7 days... and on the other hand ur employee told me that it will take 30 days... and whenever i call him he never picks up the phone or diconnect it... I WANT TO TELL U THAT GET QUALIFIED AND WELL STAFF AND WELL MANNERED TOO... JUST LIKE SAMSUNG OR NOKIA... UR PRODUCT SUCKED COULDN'T EVEN STAND FOR 1 YEAR AND UR SERVICE CENTRE STAFF IN JAMMU ARE ... I SWEAR I AM GOINT TO MAKE A ANTI SPICE MOBILE PAGE AND EVEN SUGGEST ALL MY NEAR AND DEARS NOT TO BUY SPICE MOBILE AGAIN... I[censored] DONOT TAKE ANY ACTION... THANKYOU...

                                    My name is AKHIL SRIVASTAVA and I have Given my Mobile to Spice Mobile Store on 07.08.2014 and IEMI NO is[protected] First they said sir it was display problem we have sended to delhi, it will come on after 2 weeks and after 15 days i went to Spice mobile store which was in jopling riad, lucknow authorized srvice center for spice .they were said it will come on two days and again i went to spice service center they said it will come tmrw and again i went to service centre and they said sir your mobile was in delhi pls give a complaint .it will come as sonn as possible ..so irrosenspale persons in spice service centre and also i call the spice customer care care no they noted my complain that coplain no is [protected] but there is no proper reply about my mobile its going on more the one and half month but still my mobile is in under processiong

                                        Dear Team, I have purchased spice mobile model MI-506 on 07 september 2014 from Spice communication sector 14 gurgaon. But the phone starts to have problem and battery drains out in 2 hours. I went to service centre of spice mobile in rajiv nagar gurgaon. They have checked the mobile and ask me to come after 15 days and charged money also however the phone is in warranty period and they have said that phone have some other problem and kept the phone with them. The so called service centre is such a small room that 2 people cannot stand together and attitude and behaviour of the owner is very rude. In simple word spice mobile company harass the customer. Instead of buying spice mobile please buy another brand. Spice mobile is very bad company. If they have given warranty then why they are asking for money. They are cheater and making people stupid by selling their mobile as their phone does not work properly for 15 days and now my brand new phone is lying with service centre people and i hv to pay extra money for my new phone.
