With humble respect I have to inform you that I purchased one Mobile Phone of Sprice company on 26.1.2014 from Sprice Hotspot, D-60, Main Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92, in my name i.e. Rajat Chadha, having S.No.35099
Spice MI-502N. After say about two months I visited your Service Centre at ASC Optimum Teleservices Pvt. Ltd., A-160, Ist floor, Krishna Bhawan, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-92, and the person receiving complaints have straight away said that the Battery is defected but he has no other battery to replace it. Leave the battery and it will take about more than 2 months time. Sir, these words were very much heart me and I asked for standby battery but he refused to do so. After 4 months from the date of its purchase I again went there and asked to attend the complaint of replacing jack as the Mobile phone is not charging. He opened the phone and said it will take Rs.900/- for its replacement although the Mobile phone was under warranty. A complaint has been lodged at your Customer care Department and they advised to locate for another service centre as the behaviour of the above mentioned Service Centre employees was not good. The Customer care department given us the address of Karol Bagh Service Centre where I could not go there and now the Camera is not working properly and again went to Service Centre and he said that its warranty has been expired and it will take Rs.1000/- for replacing the Camera. Sir, please note that the warranty period will expire on 25.1.2015. Sir, it is a matter of great strange that every time the above mentioned persons of
Service Centre are not ready to repair it. It is a matter of great goodwill of your company and no body will suggest in any way to purchase the Mobile of your company. At present the said Mobile is lying with Sh. Shahid, the person of Show Room of Hotspot, laxmi Nagar, Delhi from where the said phone was purchased.
Finally I want to request you to please go through the case and ask for good behaviour of Service centre as well as arrange either to change the set or to arrange for complete repair such as Battery, Jack, and Camera otherwise I will sure knock the Door of Consumer Court.
