      Dear Sir, I purchased Spice Mi 496 mobile before 5 month. Phone not charge due to some technical problem, so I submitted it to service center on 5th August 2014. On 12th September 2014 I get my phone back but not working (network problem), So I again submitted the handset to service centre and till today my phone not get repaired and they not ever check the handset. during this period i had visited their service center more than 5 times, talk with customer care approx 10 times, mail them all detail approx 10 times. They don't have any proper answer regarding the problem. Every body need one week more time and every time they give wrong commitment of delivery time. Some time executive put call on hold for 30 minute sometime they cut the call. Executive's behaviour are so rude and irresponsible. I tired from all these things so kindly request you to help me regarding the problem. My details as per below.           My name is Srikanth and I have Given my Mobile to Spice Mobile Store on 09.08.2014 and service request number :10100832E80103 First they said sir it was display problem we have sended to delhi, it will come on after 2 weeks and after 15 days i went to Spice mobile store which was in rajaji nagar authorized srvice center for spice .they were said it will come on two days and again i went to spice service center they said it will come tmrw and again i went to service centre and they said sir your mobile was in delhi pls give a complaint .it will come as sonn as possible ..so irrosenspale persons in spice service centre i dont now is it from bangalore or delhi.am getting angry on those guys

            My mobile handset spice mi 505 (IMEI No [protected]) deposited to authorised service centre at District centre Janak puri New Delhi on 07/08/2014 for repair due to not working of Home Key and Menu Key Under warranty vide Service Request No. 30101456E80273. Service Centre assure me to repair my mobile within 15 days. After completion of due date I made again many requests to service centre number [protected] on 26/08/2014, 5/9/2014, 11/9/2014, 15/9/2014 for return my mobile. Every time Coustmer care executive replied that my mobile will be handed over within 7 days. But it is regret to say that depite lapse of one and half month my mobile not yet repaired from your service Centre, In view of above it is request direct to Spice Company to Cost of my mobile handset will be returned to me.

              Sir, With humble respect I have to inform you that I purchased one Mobile Phone of Sprice company on 26.1.2014 from Sprice Hotspot, D-60, Main Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92, in my name i.e. Rajat Chadha, having S.No.35099 Spice MI-502N. After say about two months I visited your Service Centre at ASC Optimum Teleservices Pvt. Ltd., A-160, Ist floor, Krishna Bhawan, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-92, and the person receiving complaints have straight away said that the Battery is defected but he has no other battery to replace it. Leave the battery and it will take about more than 2 months time. Sir, these words were very much heart me and I asked for standby battery but he refused to do so. After 4 months from the date of its purchase I again went there and asked to attend the complaint of replacing jack as the Mobile phone is not charging. He opened the phone and said it will take Rs.900/- for its replacement although the Mobile phone was under warranty. A complaint has been lodged at your Customer care Department and they advised to locate for another service centre as the behaviour of the above mentioned Service Centre employees was not good. The Customer care department given us the address of Karol Bagh Service Centre where I could not go there and now the Camera is not working properly and again went to Service Centre and he said that its warranty has been expired and it will take Rs.1000/- for replacing the Camera. Sir, please note that the warranty period will expire on 25.1.2015. Sir, it is a matter of great strange that every time the above mentioned persons of Service Centre are not ready to repair it. It is a matter of great goodwill of your company and no body will suggest in any way to purchase the Mobile of your company. At present the said Mobile is lying with Sh. Shahid, the person of Show Room of Hotspot, laxmi Nagar, Delhi from where the said phone was purchased. Finally I want to request you to please go through the case and ask for good behaviour of Service centre as well as arrange either to change the set or to arrange for complete repair such as Battery, Jack, and Camera otherwise I will sure knock the Door of Consumer Court.               Due to above complaint I have decided and purchased one more Mobile Phone of Karbonn company which can be confirmed from original Bill issued to me and can be shown by me as and when asked for. Kindly go through the above complaint and resolve the problem because the behaviour of Service Centre at Shakarpur is not good at all.

                I Shaikh Suhel Had given my Spice Mobile Model No mi-426 to the Allied Service Centre, 102, 1st Flr, D-Block, Ranjeet Studio Compound, D.S.Phalke Road, Dadar (E) Mumbai-400014.on 23/07/2014 My spice Mobile was having Recever problem/Hang Problem they told me u will receive Mobile within 10-12 days. On 02/08/2014 they called me and told me to collect my Mobile as it has being Repaired i had gone there but when i received my Mobile its Display was Broken And Battery Was not fitting in the Mobile so i showed them the Mobile and they told me That it was Their Fault And They Will Repair it and give withinn 10-12 Days but till They have not given me my Mobile. on 06/09/2014 a sms was by them that your mobile is Ready please collet it when i reach there they told me that it was not Ready and sms was send by Company Fault. you will receive ur mobile within 3 days that is 10/09/2014 but till date they Only Telling me That you Receive after 2 days.                       My self have purchased Spice MI 449 Android Phone from Home shop 18 by online shopping mode with cash on delivery payment system before 25 days ago, But now this andoird is not working well, My display screen shows lines with bad sector designs and also words are not showing clear and straight, I already tried many solutions with software and hardware process, But there is no any solution availed for the same problem, so I request to home shop 18 to not give fake products and replaced products All the products are used and defective at home shop 18 Now i will go to consumer court and also in civil court, or home shop 18 has to change my android if they dont do the same than they will have to pay me large for this .

                        I’m really worried about the kind of service support provided by your organization. I regret to say that I am totally unhappy and disappointed from the services provided by the spice service centre. I am totally disagreed from the way behaved by the workers of service centre. I have MI-422 handset and two time given in service center for the same issue(Network lost, switched OFF/ON during the time of call, battery full/low problem). 1st time I received back handset with in 12 days but without any repair. Again visited to service center on 19June and they given SR no.19101183E60145 but that device is not repaired yet. 20 times visited in that service center and they said they have not received device from back-end. Four Month has been completed after giving the mobile to the service centre and it is not repaired till now. Same on you people. Today I called up to call center @ [protected] and got to know that device has been dispatched back to Chandigarh but Service center is saying he have no device. I cannot understand where I have to go. Therefore, I am writing to you please suggest where I have to go to repair it. Should I go to Consumer Court for justice.                             Bought Spice MI 535 in Feb 2014 and now the battery has swollen. Gone to service center in Noida and no satisfactory response from them. They clearly that there is shortage of battery and I will have to wait. I have literally no idea how come there are so many complaints of swollen/bulging battery I have seen for spice mobiles over internet. If company know there's an issue with the batteries why that is not fixed at manufacturing end?? So do they expect their customers to manage without phone for an endless period or shall I buy a new phone and dump this once after just 6 months o[censored]sage?? I hope there is some company representative who can look into this ASAP.

                                Subject:-service complaint for spice mi502n_ IMEI No. [protected] Dear Sir/Mam, please refer to the above mentioned subject this is to inform you that i had given my mobile spice mi502n(IMEI No:- [protected] in vidya telecom (kanpur, u.p.) on dt-21.07.14 vide job sheet no.877 for service related to touch problem & charging problem. The service person of vidya telecom (KANPUR, U.P.) told me that they will return my mobile within 20 working days. i am regularly communicating with the same person but i didn't get any positive response from their end. My mobile is in warranty period however they have charged 460/- rupees from me. still today i have not received my mobile. Kindly check the status of my mobile and do the needful and also tell me the exact date when my mobile will be delivered.

                                This is to inform you that i have given my mobile on Dt-21.07.2014 for service and now approx 60 days already has been passed away.
                                and who will be responsible for inconvenience and for warranty of my mobile which is going to expire. If The Mobile Engineer of your company is not able to service the mobile or he/she is not capable to service the mobile then replace my mobile and send me new mobile and TELL ME FINAL DATE WHEN MY MOBILE WILL BE DELIVERED.

                                  I have purchased the mobile in the month of JAN but in the month of july handset got defective, one of the two sim slot was not working. I have gone to service centre and after a week it has been resolved. but again few days after new problem arrested . At the time of receiving call following autometically getting RESTARTED. and hanged... on 01AUG again I have given it to same service centre but after one month (06 SEP2014) they returned my original handset with an old handset and without resolving the problem. I am using the set with following problem. I have asked them to change the set to a new one on refund the money back by mail. but still no feedback by them please help Angshuman sarkar [protected]

                                    I am shailesh singh from jodhpur rajasthan i have purchase a spice mi -354 from jodhpur. From last 3 days my mobile lying in spice service center and i don"t get any satisfactory answer from there side please do the needful if i dont get any reply i want to go for a legal action. Today i get a reply from service center that it will take 25 to 30 days for repairing, i can"t understand did i have done any mistake by purchase a spice mobile.

                                      I have purchased this phone from bhopal. there are some problem in this set as under:- 1- What we load as video and photo from whatsapp/facebook/google+ they can't move to memory card. 2- Video & photo that are on memory card can't share on whatsapp/facebook/google+. 3- Applications can't move to sd card with apps2sd. Thus the internal memory full very quickly. Can't load more application on it. I have land this phone on service centre at bhopal.
