Self and my spouse b anuradha were having a valid tkt from hyd to kochy by flight 1067 dated 7th oct. on the way to airport we got stuck up in traffic near gachibowli and the no we had of spicejet call centre was informed giving our pnr no. that we may be late by 10 mts.she told she will tag the pnr and at airport counter they will wait. unfortunetely we recd the counter by 15mts late ie half an hour before 7 pm the flight departure time .one ms sharma at counter said nothing can be done as we have not come before 45 mts time . we told the delay is communicated. she told none told her. when gave proof of the call centre call. she verified and told you asked for 10 mts grace but came 15 mts.all this discussion took 10 mts. on requesting at last ms sharma contacted some one in flight and told not possible. my wife mother is serious we going to kochy is urgent, when said she responded .we have cabin luggage only .she noticed it . conveyed as a ritual to flight cabin. not allowed. yes there was delay but a more customer friendly approach is not exhibited by her. we being senior citizens pleaded her in vain. later on insisting took to supervisor, with whom she briefed already the negative approach. supervisor tried and told flight left it was 655 pm only.
kochy is a rare sector from hyd, not frequent flights available. we were literally drained by the counter lady. we paid through our hard earned money the ticket at premiumonly to deny the boarding pass just for 15 mts late. yes rules are there, we also worked in senior positions and retired with unblemished record, but never ever caused any trouble to customers ie our marketing customer or my wife sbi customers.
the attitude of ms sharma is of concern.
request to send her to a training reg CRM, empathy .we left the airport with a heavy heart.

    Dear SIr

    1. I am writing to you to apprise you of my experience with Spicejet.
    2. I am an Army Offr (Colonel) and was booked on Spicejet SG 160, SUNDAY, 02 Oct 2016 - Sector Mumbai – Delhi - Jammu (Scan of ticket and boarding pass enclosed).
    3. Due to sudden security related developments in Jammu & Kashmir and the situation that the Army has to deal with, which was well known to the country through media, I requested for advancement of ticket to 01 Oct, Flt SG 160 to reach Jammu in an early timeframe.
    4. I also requested for the ticket be changed at the same cost paid by me earlier as it based on security requirement for the Country (Call reference No[protected] Sep 16 – 09:20 A.M with Anupama from my mob No [protected]).
    5. It pained me that, inspite of my request for this as a Special case for national level security requirement, 'Anupama' consulted her senior also and mentioned that the ticket can be advanced but cost of cancellation and additional amount must be paid (request listen to the recorded conversation of the call).
    6. Few salient issues that emerge are as under :-
    (a) Since it was a national level security requirement, the attitude of Spicejet for not considering advancement of ticket at same cost is not appreciated and non- patriotic service.
    (b) Though finance is important for your airlines to sustain, but your organization also has a commitment towards the national level which Spicejet failed.
    (c) This was a special case of an Army Officer reaching Jammu and refusal to waive off charges sends a very strong and wrong message both in the Army circles and for citizens of the Country. This irresponsible and negative approach is not pro-national to say the least.
    (d) The message being that “Money is more important to Spicejet and that Spicejet has no commitment to the national level cause”.
    7. I feel ashamed to address this issue to such an esteemed organization like Spicejet and such irresponsible attitude was surely not expected. Surely this has NOT been taken well in our Army circuits and social media.

      My flight was from kolkata (ccu) to mumbai (bom). the flight was at 07:55 am. due to heavy traffic i reached the airport at 07:15. i had already done the web check-in. i went to collect my boarding pass where the personnel at the counter told me that i couldn't board the flight as i was late. i requested the staff to let me board the flight as i was in an urgent need to reach mumbai. despite so many request he was very stubborn and didn't gave me the boarding pass. the behaviour of the staff was not at all acceptable. his was of communication was very rude and disrespectful. i request the team of spicejet to take care of such issues and let passengers board the flight if they are late by few minutes.

        Name:seema delhi airport spice jet staff head, i reached 2 hours before the flight my baggage was 10 kg more i had two friends with me near to my district they said they don't have any issues in adding the baggage to their ticket one girl told she will help us but the personal grude on the superior staff seema stopped her from helping us, made me beg before her for one hour, i was ready to pay, when i did she said boarding time is over, i really don't know why she did like this maybe some issues from home but please tell them not to behave like this to anyone, she was laughing, i couldn't catch my flight on time my mum is at hospital it was an emergency, am an indian be an indian whoever read this, please react to this who loves their mum..

          Fed up with your commitments.

          You guys just failed all the commitments.
          When i call to customer care they just give me a commitment of resolving within one hour and fail every time. Notwitthstanding to tell being on hold for hours on hold before a customer care executive comes on line.

          Didn't expect such a pathetic service from a very reputed airline.

          if you guys can solve my issue so just say NO instead of falls commitments.

          these mails are sent to spicejet more than 1 month back for which i didnt got any response whatsoever.

          No refund on cancellations - Customer service executive says will reflect in credit shell which never does - PNR OD9INK (Rs.1424) cancelled on 7th June 2016 & PNR F8NI8T (Rs.1031) cancelled on 21/9/2016.

          Further top-up amount of Rs.5032/- in my spice-club membership has gone nowhere. I have neither got back that amount in my account nor reflects in my credit shell account. Credit card debited and spiceclub dashboards says success. But amount not available for booking. Where has the money gone?

          Spiceclub membership is BS and Spicejet airlines are swindlers. I want all my money back refunded to my credit card account and I am never going to travel this airline nor recommend to anyone.

          There is no escalation matrix mentioned anywhere. Custrelations do not respond to your mails. Call centres either give false committments or do not know what they are talking. Where does a common man go for redressal of his losses? SPICEJET - SWINDLERS.

            Our flight from dubai to amritsar no.SG 56 on 3oct. Time 4.00a m.. We didn't get our luggage yet. The staff promised us that we will get luggage till afternoon today as tomorrow i.e.on 5th October i have to leave for delhi for my sister marriage. And i called them and now they are saying that i will get luggage tomorrow i.e. On 5th October.               I booked my flight for oct 3rd and the flight timing is 7:20am, i approached the counter for check in at 6.15 and they told boarding is closed even though they had close to an hr left out. And such a rude behavior by the staffs. The lady in the check in counter was about to take my luggage while the other staff didn't allow her to do and they allowed one of their known person to board the flight after me. Finally i left the airport instead of speaking to those filthy guys. This is not an international flight to come before 2 hrs. Worst behaviour & money gone, might be the staffs are selling this seats to someone else for a higher price. Worst part is for exit the spice jet staff is mentioning it as no show in front of me.

                I am again facing the same issue while booking a meal through mobile app.Please find the attached Screenshots.

                The issues is with booking of the hot meals. I am not able to book Through your app after selecting the payment terms its showing an error.(attached photos)

                I had a talk with VAIBHAV from reservation department and he asked me to mail the same issue.

                Please find the below conversation for the last time. You guys were unable to help me out for the same last time and had a very bad experience with spicejet.

                  Sir,
                  PLEASE NOTE THAT MY FAMILY SUFFER, TENSION, HARRASEMENT AND MONEY LOSSED (44, 500 INR) ON REJECTING BOARDING PASS BY SPICE JET AUTHORITIES AT VISAKHAPATNAM AIRPORT ON 3RD SEPTEMBER 2016.
                  I booked the ticket to my family (wife, son -9 Yrs & daughter - 4 Yrs) from Visakhapatnam to Dubai on 3rd September 2016 by Spice Jet with my credit card from Sharjah. (PNR No. Q9RIGG) Flight schedule departure is 7:45 pm.
                  Due to unexpected reasons (vehicle problem & traffic jam) My family reached to counter at 7:00 pm by finish security scan.
                  The Spice Jet officer rejected to give boarding pass at that moment by asking credit card proof. She told that ticket booked by my husband which his name mentioned in my passport.
                  He denied and asked to send credit card copy by mail. Meanwhile she requested, pleaded because time is running up. But he did not accepted, he showed arrogant, harsh behavior and no respect. She felt lot of tension and bothered by them. Finally he stopped by saying not attached credit card authorized copy.
                  We never seen this kind of issues/problems in other Airlines. When I called (3rd SEP, 7:20 PM) to officer for asking request to give boarding pass, he said they came late.
                  Then, how this officer gave boarding pass to 5 passengers who came after my family.
                  We suffered a lot and feel nervous like never had before.
                  My kind request to look into this matter.

                    I have been Charged 1000/-Rupees for late boarding on priorty.
                    Which I boarded 40 minutes before time .
                    It's not considerable as I have seen many 8/9 passengers were boarded with out paying, after me.
                    And flight was been delayed for more 15 minutes as scheduled time.
                    Next time I will not fly with spicejet very bad experience.
                    Don't fly with spicejet.
                    They r finding excuses to trap passengers and making money...

                      Dear madam and sir,

                      Today i dr. N. Sai bhaskar reddy at terminal 3, delhi airport, purchased a ticket from kabul to delhi for 24th october 2016. Mr. Parminder singh, at the counter issued me a ticket with change/cancel fee of 37.40 usd.in this regard he said that they are the taxes. I complained to mr. Punnet. Instead of agreeing to their mistake of wrongly issuing a ticket on some other date and reissuing the ticket on the date i requested that is 24 october 2016 and lied to me that they are only collecting the revised fare and taxes. I need my 37.40 dollars into my account. Such people should no more be existing in your company, remove them immediately. Mr. Parminder singh took total 25 minutes to issue one ticket, you can verify from the security cameras. I need justice in this regard.

                      I have reached kabul and just saw my email and found the e-ticket issued to me for today 27th september from kabul to delhi. This is his great mistake, he has done, no one on earth would take the same flight back. I was in the airport approached your counter to issue a ticket for 24 october 2016 for my return as i had single entry visa. Today on 27th september i was travelling from delhi to kabul by 8:25 flight of spicejet sg - 21 spice jet.

                      I have not received an e-ticket to my email id yet for the 24th october 2016 yet. Please issue my e-ticket too. Please take action against mr. Parminder singh and mr. Puneeth for not considering my complaint and supporting mr. Parminder singh for his mistake. I want the 37.40 dollars into my account at the earliest.

                          Received a fake call letter from shashank shaurya and he wanted me to deposit 9950/- rs in his personal account. Please take some legal action on him it is all about the reputation of your company and by using name of your company he taking lot of money from the people who is job seeker.
                          I attached all the information about tha call letter and the person who cheated with the people and spicejet.
                          I request you to please take some legal action/notice against him as soon as possible.

                            Very rude, unhelpful and extremely arrogant customer service.

                            I had booked a ticket for my uncle to come and perform my father's last rites with my credit card. The check in people at spice jet refused to let my uncle board his flight without showing the credit card!!!

                            When I tried to talk to the customer service people they refused to help and kept repeating that we should have read the terms and conditions even though I informed them of the urgent nature of my uncle's visit.

                            For sure never recommending, travelling this airline again.

                              I have a flight on 8th oct dxb - hyd, return flight on 18 oct hyd - dxb.
                              I want to reschedule my flying date on 28 oct dxb - hyd and return flight on 8th nov. Their is a flight on 28th oct dxb - hyd but there is no flight from hyd - dxb whole nov. That is spicejet mistake. Atleast in this case they have to give full refund for return flight. But they marauding my money. More then as regular cancellation fee with the name of flexi. If spicejet is really care about their customers they have to give explanation about it and with my money.

                                I have the flights on the below Date.
                                17th Sep 2016- From Delhi to srinagar
                                20th sep 2016- From srinagar to Jammu
                                22nd sep 2016- from jammu to Delhi

                                As there is curfew in the parts of jammu and kashmir so we wont be boarding the flight.

                                I mailed the same to Customer Care department but There is delay in the response and the response is not satisfactory.

                                I asked them to refund the amount as i didn't recieve any mail regarding the same till 17th morning so i cancelled my filght of 17th. Now they are denying to refund my ticket amount.

                                Infact, I didn't get any response regarding the flight that is scheduled on 20th sep.

                                Please refund my ticket mount for the above flights.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  Sorry for writing you late. I had some grievances which i would like to highlight below "

                                  1. My confirmation pnr no is B8D39G booked on 29.07.2016.

                                  2. Before booking my ticket i had a word with Customer Care, a concerned person told me that if we book though Spice Jet App we get 7% discount on base price compared to if we book through Spice Jet Website booking.

                                  3. So i decided to book through Spice App.

                                  4. To my amaze your software first of all does not give 7% discount on base price.
                                  The end amount which we had to shell out is more or less same as booked through net banking. If you say that i am incorrect pls share the comparative chart of prices for 29th July 2016 for my trip compared to website & App booking.

                                  5. The convenience fee if paid though net banking should be Rs 400 but in my case Rs 900 has been charged. I had called up customer care Mr. Ankit Jain (denied to tell me his employee id) told me that i have paid through Paytm so i have been charged Rs 900.
                                  So the second challenge for you is to prove that i have paid through Paytm (A common man will never keep 50K odd amount in his paytm account, paytm doesn't pay interest for the wallet amount like bank as of now). I tried convincing Mr. Ankit that i had paid though netbanking and not paytm but he insisted for proof of payment. So first of all i would request you to share the confirmation that i have paid though Paytm. If you cannot prove then i would prove you that i have paid though net banking with all the payment details.

                                    It has been 2 months till now no refund has been initiated for my PNR: N8NMGW. I have cancelled my tickets on 15th july 2016 due to curfew situation in Srinagar. Those people are making fool by telling that you will get your refund in 7-10 days but till now no refund has been received. No reply is made to our emails also. Escalation Dept people also lie.( Yashika & Himanshu)
                                    From agent level to the senior level make fool by giving excuses.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      We have booked 4 tickets from Delhi to Srinagar; departing on 26th July and returning on 30th July.

                                      We booked the ticket around 18th May when the conditions of Srinagar were normal but all of a sudden, the curfew was imposed in Srinagar due to the death of the terrorist and now the number rose to around 70 deaths.

                                      There is still a curfew in Srinagar (since last 54 days) and we are helpless to travel in Curfew all over Srinagar. Hope you understand our situation. This is a national security issue.

                                      We contact spicejet but they refused to give us the refund. Please help & get us the refund immediately.

                                        I Mukesh Mamtani, Passenger travelled from Dubai to Ahmedabad, on June 30th 2016. on Spice Jet Flight # SG-16, having a PNR ref: TYPTPT.
                                        I and almost all passengers of this flight deprived of getting our checked in luggage at destination by almost a week.

                                        Since then I am approaching through emails to air line customer relations Dept and Nodal Officer to get compensation for more than 2 months.

                                        After continuous follow up at end air line trying to give me a voucher of IR 2, 000/- ( Two Thousand Indian Rupees) which was rejected by me.

                                        I order to get legitimate compensation I am in need of Company Directors contact details so can be approached further to intervene as Customer Relation dept. and Nodal officer fail to do so.
