It has been 2 months till now no refund has been initiated for my PNR: N8NMGW. I have cancelled my tickets on 15th july 2016 due to curfew situation in Srinagar. Those people are making fool by telling that you will get your refund in 7-10 days but till now no refund has been received. No reply is made to our emails also. Escalation Dept people also lie.( Yashika & Himanshu)
From agent level to the senior level make fool by giving excuses.

    Dear Sir,

    We have booked 4 tickets from Delhi to Srinagar; departing on 26th July and returning on 30th July.

    We booked the ticket around 18th May when the conditions of Srinagar were normal but all of a sudden, the curfew was imposed in Srinagar due to the death of the terrorist and now the number rose to around 70 deaths.

    There is still a curfew in Srinagar (since last 54 days) and we are helpless to travel in Curfew all over Srinagar. Hope you understand our situation. This is a national security issue.

    We contact spicejet but they refused to give us the refund. Please help & get us the refund immediately.

      I Mukesh Mamtani, Passenger travelled from Dubai to Ahmedabad, on June 30th 2016. on Spice Jet Flight # SG-16, having a PNR ref: TYPTPT.
      I and almost all passengers of this flight deprived of getting our checked in luggage at destination by almost a week.

      Since then I am approaching through emails to air line customer relations Dept and Nodal Officer to get compensation for more than 2 months.

      After continuous follow up at end air line trying to give me a voucher of IR 2, 000/- ( Two Thousand Indian Rupees) which was rejected by me.

      I order to get legitimate compensation I am in need of Company Directors contact details so can be approached further to intervene as Customer Relation dept. and Nodal officer fail to do so.

        Late Delivery of Luggage

        Boarded flight from Dubai to Mumbai on 9-9-2016 but my luggage has not yet been received by me. I had problems due to my missing baggage as my plannings went haywire due to missing luggage. I experienced a lot of inconvenience due to the same. I could not do my shopping and had to make some haywire expenses because of the missing luggage. I desire the airlines to compensate me for the inconvenience caused to me....

        Fake call letter asking for security deposit

        Recently received a fake call letter from "spicejet limited co." saying that my resume has been selected and that i have to pay rs. 9950 as security deposit.

        I called the number given in the email and the guy confirmed what the email said.

        Sirs,

        I travelled by spicejet sg 703 from mumbai to hyderabad last night (Seat no. 6d, 5th of september). As i was exhausted due to heavy travelling, it went out of my mind; i left my gold chain (Along with 14 face rudraksha) in outside pocket of the trolley bag which was not locked. It is my shortcoming that i should have been more careful.

        If the scan record is available, spicejet could take a relook at the scan and find the culprit who may have taken it; it can not, for sure miss. By finding out who was responsible for scanning last night for this particular flight, it should be possible for spicejet to arrive at the person who may have snatched it and restore the same to me..

        I trust spicejet would institute the enquiry immediately; airlines can not afford to have such elements in the personnel that deserve punishment..

          I had a booking with spicejet on 28th August 2016 from pune to ahmedabad in flight-SG 524 with PNR (H5E1QS), it became a nightmare for me as it got delayed by 4 hrs.
          I had a further travelling to jamnagar, but due to delay in flight i missed the connecting bus and the important scheduled meeting at Jamnagar which made me suffer loss of more than 10 thousand Rs 10000.
          I was informed about delay in flight by 1.35 hrs, in the morning at around 11:00 am that flight will depart at 09:55 pm instead of 08:20 Pm, After that also I approached customer care but they said as flight is delay by 1.35 hrs they cannot do anything & mentioned that if it would have been delayed by more than 2 hours then they could have helped me and also assured that it won’t be delayed further( So I thought I will be able to catch my connecting bus to Jamnagar).
          But When I reached airport, I was informed that flight will now depart at 10:40 pm..On that when we informed spice jet executive about our further journey they said they cannot help.(whereas earlier they mentioned that they will help me if flight is delayed by more than 2 hrs.)
          We boarded flight at 10:45 pm and over and above that we were made to sit in flight for an hour.. We reached Ahmedabad at 12:45 am instead of 09:15 pm due tothis i needed to spend night at airport as there was no other travel arrangements possible to my destination.
          As a part of compensation to the losses suffered by me and all the pain and mental harrasement undergone by me. I requested spicejet to provide me the.compensation At earliest also same is mentioned in DGCA site.
          I have also logged complaint at pune airport.. Aknowledgement number for the same is 30480.
          But spicejet refuse to provide any resolution and said that they cannot do anything.
          Pls help.

            Dear Sir,

            We have booked 6 tickets from Amritsar to Srinagar; departing on 3rd Sep and returning on 6th Sep.

              With much regret, we would like to bring it to your notice about your OK to board fee collection. When no other Airline is collecting such an unjustifiable payment, may we know the reason why only Spice Jet is collecting from the passengers.

              Furthermore, we from Residency Resorts, would like you to kindly note that we would be travelling very often in your Airlines and we feel very unfair to bear this cost for OK to board message.

              Kindly reconsider the same and advice us at your earliest possible.

                I have travelled 4-5 times with the spice jet, every time my experience was bad . Every time I have faced the problem that the flight is not in time . Today the same thing happened, and I am totally frustrated. This spice became like India railway never come on time, never depart on tym . And staff member behaviour is also disgusting . The don't bother about the problem. That's feel very bad. Today they did too much . That'swhy I am lodging a complaint . My flight is SG264 from Kolkata to Delhi. From now onwards I will neither prefer to this flight nor suggest to someone else .

                  We were 5 passengers with one passenger pregnant 6 months (Myself) 2 passengers kids aged 6 & 4, my husband and my mom around 62. Please note first they had issues around seats and allocation where they took 40 minutes to sort out, secondly they allocated infants alone in behind rows then changed it, later after 45 minutes they sorted it out and issued boarding passes for all at 23.55pm. Flight is at 23.55, after issuing my mom;s boarding pass they ask if all are residents, i very deligently advised i have one passenger on visit and i issued the electronic visa. After 15 minutes they say sorry no ok to board she cannot board the flight, i was like i take assurance will provide a letter dont do this, how will she travel back alone, secondly had this been told as soon as i reached i could have arranged for the ok to board immediately through my agent in the airport in dubai. 23.30 they advise me the counter is closed we cannot do any thing and her ticket is cancelled. So i have lost te ticket money, neither they have advised to move the dates and also forced me to pay for spice max for all 5 passengers without doing all the prior checks and cancel the ticket for my mom after issuing a boarding and pass and check in all her luggage as well. Midnight where does the airlines expect my mom to go?? Is this the service provided?? Are you guys professional enough to handle international flights customer service?? My mom is left back arranges for herself to get back around 50 km away (My home from the airport alone) god forbid anything had happended to her!!! We 4 passengers board the flight we are 3 rows down and when asked for a non veg meal as i paid for % passengers spice max!!! I am told that non veg meal is over!!! I am like really did you even have non veg meal on your flight as you only served 5 passengers before my seat!! Such a poor service!!

                  I would not recommend any one on spicjet as i have lost out on so much of money. I need the refund of one ticket which is of no fault from my end and expect a speedy response for unprofessional behaviour of the customer service staff.

                      . I really don't know why they are not change his schedule if flight is late everyday... Sometime they are not even buzz that the flight will late or they buzz too late.. I have this experiance thrice for the flight pune to ahmedabad at 8:20 pm nd also ahmedabad to pune which is 6:35 pm.. Sorey for inconvnce i mean what the heck if there is a emergeny for customer then what they suppose to do. I dnt knw why this silly thing they are not take seriously. Srey fr incnvnce is ok for 1 time not for every time. I never want to fly from this flight nd never refer to anybdy..
                      We have flight from Pune to ahmedabad on 28 th august and it's departure time is 8:20 from Pune written on our tickets.

                      We have booked a bus from ahmedabad to junagadh for 11 pm first.

                      At 6 pm we have informed that our flight is getting late due to operations.

                      So again we have booked new bus at 00:30 am on 29 th of august and which is last for us.

                      On Pune airports spice jet staff have not arranged any customer support, they are really non sense people.

                      We have not get any support also from online customer care.

                      Then we have filed a complaint for this matter in complaint book.

                      I have a photo of that complaint and u can see this attached with this and back side of this we have mentioned PNR no of our tickets.

                      We request you to clear and please refund us our valuable money.

                      I have checked so many complaints and I have found that this flight is late many times .

                      Then I request spice jet officials to change your timings. Please don't make shame as an Indian airline's.

                        I had your flight sg-103, of rs.1823, on 21/08/2016 from ded to del (12:55 pm.). i had connecting flight ai-489 from del to stv (05:45 pm). i came to know that your flight no. sg-103 is delayed by 4 hours. i could not miss my connecting flight ai-489. so i was compelled to book indigo flight 6e-755 from ded to del, of rs.12, 084/-. so i pay extra rs.10, 261/-. i hope you understand my loss and do the needful.

                          I booked the ticket in ememergency and unfortunalety we arrived ded (dehradun) airport 15 minutes late. we talked to the spice jet official and he told it is too late for the ded-del flight, and we can still travel the del-ccu flight. so we took and indigo flight at the last minute and landed in del. upon arrival in del we found that inspite of the assurance all three tickets has been fully cancelled. we talked to the spicejet domestic counter (vaishali and some senior fellow were there) they were very nonchalant and uncoperative. the senior officials even left the counter when asked on the cancellation. it was an emergency and we had to reach kolkata for funeral. the disgrace shown by the airline is condemnable.

                          A lumpsum of 20, 724/- inr. was forfeited.

                          Necessary action is anticipated from the concerned airline asap.

                            Dear spicejet,
                            I had a skagen watch, which had silver belts and golden dial, in my check in bag, but when i came home and opened my bag i cannot find my watch. The watch was in a box and when i opened my bag the box was open. I am a regular spicejet traveler and i never expected you guys to do such things. This is really shameful from your side and i need my watch back. That watch, which is just a month old, was worth 8, 000 so either return my watch or pay back my money

                              My flight was on 2nd august at 5:55 am sg-136 from bangalore to delhi.
                              We had two tickets and we were on exact time and in a hurry as my grandmother had expired so had to go to delhi urgently.
                              I had to take the print out of the ticket so went to spice jet counter, there our 15 mins was wasted as spice jet had "network issues" in there system.
                              They told to just go and show the message to the guard. We did the same and he let us go.
                              After wasting 15 mins there we reached to the counter at 5:00-5:05 (Still before 45 minutes), they told boarding just closed 2 mins back we can not do anything and the crew was sending us from one counter to the another just wasting more of our time. One male crew member was sitting there and he was so rude. First of all already we were not in proper senses as we had to reach early at any cost. And this person was not even ready to listen to us and our reason and was not accepting the mistake from there side also. He did not let us board even after knowing that we have to reach as soon as possible. He said that it is you mistake that you are late. And while we were talking he ignored us like we were not standing there. We felt so helpless because of spicejet.
                              What kind of insensitive and inhumane behavior it is from the crew of spice jet. Because of there mistake they had network issues we were late and no one even talked properly. My whole family was waiting there because all the rituals had to be done after i was arriving.
                              I wish i had noticed the person's name but were in a hurry so immediately booked another flight from indigo.
                              I need a refund or else i will be forced to go to the consumer court and i will do that.

                                  My ticket was booked in sg 636 for ahmedabad to mumbai.
                                  Flight time is 5.35 but the staff will close the check in on 4.49. I was in the queue
                                  One other passenger travelling with diffrent flight is standing in front of me.
                                  When he is getting his bording it was 4.51 and the staff refuse to give me my boarding.
                                  It this a fair with tha passanger.
                                  I need my money back with the airlines at any cost...

                                    I booked a spicejet flight in july 2016, from bangalore to delhi on 17-aug-2016.in counter, i have been charged 1600 for excess baggage by an agent name “nawat”. He then informed that he will get it in discount from 1700 to 1600. The baggage weight was not more than 2 kg. Hence, please take strict action in this regard. Spicejet has no proper procedure nor any good relationship with customer or any public difficulties. I feel this is one kind of cheating or fraud!!! This was happened me at bangalore airport. Kindly find attached receipt given by an agent for your reference.
