I had booked my ticket in spice jet for 24th April 16 at 06:55 AM from Kolkata to Bangalore . I reached airport at 06:20 AM but i was not allowed to board. I spoke with respective manager but he was highly rude and was not listening me request properly and asking me to wait. I told him clearly that i am not basically from kolkata and coming here from Jamshedpur by train. Anf respective flight is my urgent requirement as i need to attend my urgent meeting but that idiotic manager was not interested and he moved away and said I can complain wherever i want and he said i will get my money back too. But till date nothing happened. Such pathetic customer service i have never seen. Request you to refund back the email id

I have booked flight on 30 october 2015 from new delhi to bangalore, nut that flight was delayed 3 hours. this is not the first time, i faced this problem almost previously 2 times. worst experience with spicejet.

SpiceJet — Didn't alow us in plane.

Due to spicejet staff at Agartala Airport we get something late. But before 30min of take off staff didn't alow saying that counter has closed even flight was standing there. it is really a bad experience please take an action.

    My baggage not received at destination but airline staff not bothered to address the issue. My PNR no.B8YUMW. I Have boarded from Cochin to Hyderabad by flight no.SG512 on 15th May 2016. Though contacted the airline staff their response is lukewarm. After my repeated request now they are saying that they require 24 hours address the issue whereas I have to attend important official engagement for which all required items are in that baggage. Very horrible service by Spicejet.

    I cancelled my round the ticket from Bangaluru to Amritsar and from Amritsar to Bangaluru on 25.11.2014, my PNR no is QW1TWH, but till date 08.12.2014, we have not received the refund.

      Today my wife and daughter with my wife's cousin was supposed to travel by spicejet from Bangalore to Kochi by SG432. The flight time was 2:55, but due to traffic, they reached the spicejet counter by 2:20. They were not allowed to board the flight and there was no try also to do something.
      They were told by the staff that the formalities are done and they cannot board. After lot of arguing they say if it is just 1 person, then we can also. Hi don't understand the logic.
      I request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter seriously and refund my payment.

      We too faced a similar issue on 11 th may 2016 in chennai airport for chennai to Bangkok flight. The flight time is 22:05. We reached at departure desk @ 20:50. There was only one counter open & the guy was very lazy printing boarding passes for 10 minutes each while we standing in line. The time we reached him @21:05 he said the counter closed. Cannot do anything. Book next flight in spicejet. After beg for long & few argument, he passed our time making us tensed @21:30 he said it is the baggage issue, if you dont have main luggage I would have allowed you. We said if you have told us this earlier we would have thrown the checkin luggage in garbage & carried the hand luggages. We also asked him to direct us to the spicejet manager, he didn't allow he said 'I am the boss her treat me well' I understand Spice jet crew are indirectly expecting bribe in order making delays & inconvenience to passengers.
      They were not customers friendly. In short the difference between cabin crew & hotel server is cabin crew are customers friendly & trained with good manners, where spice jet crew failed so behaving like hotel server expecting bribes & facilitation payment.

        Writing behalf my sister: CREW MEMBER TOLD THAT FLIGHT IS DELAY. But flight (SG2623) fly on time from Delhi to Jaipur. Crew told that you are not allowed to fly. They offload luggage even my sister is waiting from 4:00AM at the airport. They told their boarding machine is not working, so my sister wait. And after some time they close gates and don't let other people to get into flight (they pay for).
        So my sister take another flight to jaipur and cost of spicejet flight is gone.

        For future, anyone don't trust spicejet.

          I was booked on the flight SG 1062 Rajahmundry to Bengaluru via Hyderabad. At Hyderbad airport at about 2 PM some one from Spicejet called and said the flight is late and only can fly at 5.50 PM which originally scheduled at 4.00 PM. Since I flew from Rajahmundry, I had already gone through the security check which I was not allowed to go out. Then I requested security about delay and the security called someone from the company to attend the issue which I was not convinced and this person called the manager by name Shamsuddin. Instead of explaining the situation he was behaving as if he owns the company and harassed and unable to provide the information. I had an onward journey from Bengaluru which was booked and I would miss if the flight do not take off at 4.00 PM. In any case i suffered huge loss and mental pressure due to your staff and delayed flight. I want to register a strong complaint and repay the losses i incurred due to your irresponsible operation and unacceptable behaviour of your staff Shamsuddin.

            Dear Spicejet
            Firstly, this is going to take long, so please read the entire message. I insist!
            After many unsuccessful attempts to get a response from your customer care team and the arrival desks of Mumbai and Delhi, I am finally turning to your social media page for lodging my complaint. Believe you me, I wanted to settle this otherwise but you left me with no other option.
            My husband and I booked ourselves into your flight from Mumbai to Delhi on Sunday, 27th March. The flight was delayed by two hours and when we tried to question your staff about it, they told us that the flight was actually cancelled. This information was completely verbal and none of the Spicejet authorities informed this to us via call/sms. After this fiasco, one of your staff members picked 25 passengers randomly to be adjusted into another Go Air flight. Luckily our names featured in that list and we were handed boarding passes. Meanwhile our luggage was already sent ahead and your staff promised to get us our bags back before our next departure in Go Air. We waited and ran from one check in counter to another but all we were asked to do was wait. Finally on probing your staff a little more, they mentioned that, to get the baggage back, they needed CISF clearance and that couldn’t be done in a short time. This meant that we had to leave our baggage behind and get on the flight else there would be no way out of Mumbai until late evening. We were assured that the baggage will be connected via the evening flight to Delhi. Since my husband and I had to travel to Dehradun by road, we were told by your staff that baggage will in turn be connected to Dehradun. With very little options, we decided to board the Go Air flight keeping our faith in your word. As soon as we arrived in Delhi, we contacted the arrival desk and gave our details so that they could direct our bags to Dehradun. We were handed out the number of the arrival desk to keep a check on the bags. That number is hardly ever answered. Meanwhile I also called the call center and got back a complaint number for future reference. Let me tell you that it’s about time you shut that call center down. The people who sit behind those desks only take down information and say that they will arrange for a call back. Obviously the calls never come. I even asked this lady to direct me to her manager or a superior who can provide me better information and she completely refused to do that. She said that she was the last person I could speak to in Spicejet. I really hoped not.
            After making at least a 100 calls to the Delhi arrival, finally at 1am I got the information that both my bags had arrived and will be connected to Dehradun the next day. Relieved, I called it a night. The next day when I called the Dehradun arrival desk, they mentioned that only one bag arrived from Delhi. I called the Delhi desk again to check the status of the other bag, when the lady at the counter mentioned that only one bag had arrived from Mumbai. Puzzled, I mentioned that I had received a confirmation in the night for two bags and not one. She simply blamed it on the guy who was present during the night shift saying that he was new and didn’t know things any better. I tried to keep my calm and asked her to find out where the other bag was and that’s the last I heard from your Delhi staff. The Mumbai staff is just rude and thinks its okay to make jokes at harassed passengers who are missing their valuable things because of their incompetency.
            It’s been three days and my bag has become a mystery to everyone. Another thing to be mentioned is that when I asked the Delhi staff if this was a common thing to happen, she said these exact words 'koi badi baat nahi hai, luggage gets lost all the time'. I was horrified at the response. So far I have received no call backs, no email responses and no correspondence from anyone in Spicejet. It is me who is calling your staff again and again to get some information. The worst is that every call I make a call, a new person picks up and the whole story has to be re-iterated. This is the worst customer experience I have had by far. From the point of cancelation of the flight, up until now, Spicejet has shown no signs of ownership. The staff is very rude and irresponsible. I think you must really consider working on your services towards the customer as at the end of the day, that is your bread and butter!! Donot even think about offering a compensation for my bag. Find it !
            I would appreciate a response at least from this form. Else a legal action will become a necessity.

              I am shailesh, who booked flight for my wife from blr to atq along with two sister in law from dubai. They board flight from blr but no information was provided them as the flight has been cancelled from del to atq, morover no spice jet staff in del airport ready to assist them they were sent out of the airport with their baggage. Pnr no. I7cknm.
              I have to call spice jet office all the way from dxb to bom for this. 3 girls waiting for an answer out side of airport in middle of night at del airport.
              Why they were not assisted for the next flight at the same time. Even my self is a airline staff in dubai.

                I had registered and transferred Rs 599/- for SpiceClub membership. They had stated that upon registration, I shall receive two vouchers of Rs 599 each to be used for booking flight tickets. But after registration, SpiceJet website was not accepting these vouchers. I mailed them regarding this issue on 19 April 2016. They made me try out many things and in the end mailed me (on 20th April) stating "We have shared this issue with the concerned department and shall update you at the earliest". I again asked them about update on the issue on 23rd, 25th, 27th to which they would just reply "We are rigorously working upon your concern and shall get back to you at the earliest." I had even asked them to atleast refund the amount taken for membership. This has caused a lot of trouble. I have been waiting for the issue to be resolved soon so as to book my flight tickets before the fares increase. Even till today (9th May), they have not yet specified a date by which they will resolve the issue. I would like to get compensation for the trouble I am facing.

                  Respected sir,
                  This mail is with regard to the baggage lost in transit on flight no SG422 on 16/4/2016 of SpiceJet from Hyderabad to mumbai. The case report no is 34995 and the PNR NO. is K9LG3D.
                  I am very disappointed with the poor response that I am getting from SpiceJet . After several phone calls, I have not received any mail or any other kind of response from them. Several times after I called up, I have been told that my case is on reversal and I would be getting around 2000/- for the baggage lost. I am not being given any phone number of any concerned person to whom I could speak to regarding this. I was not expecting such a irresponsible behaviour from SpiceJet and am very disappointed.

                  I would also like to point out that the amount which will be reversed back is too small. Even the cost of the empty bag was more than that around 6000/- Further, it contained branded jeans and shirts and nightwear which were brand new costing around 25000/- and had been purchased for the vacation. It had toiletries amounting to around 2000/. It contained watches, Chargers and pen drives of around 10000/., footwear ( reebok-brand new) of around 7000/-

                  The mental harassment caused to the passenger who was already injured and was on a vacation to mumbai has also to be taken into account. His vacation was spoilt and he had to go for unnecessary shopping on the first day itself in spite of being injured. Kindly give a quick and meaningful response to this case, considering all the factors which have been mentioned above.

                    I have received a call letter in spice jet letterhead mentioning interview date is 05.05.16 with a signature of HR Head Sanjay Sharma for variable posts though mail from [protected]@spicejet.org. In that letter it is mentioned that we have to pay Rs.9950/- as refundable deposit. We have called him and got the account number [protected] in the name of Sanjay Sharma. We have questioned why the account is not in the name of Spicejet and in your name. He confirmed that because he is senior hr so given in the name. We have paid the amount on 20th of April and he confirmed over mail that he received the payment and 4 days before you will receive all the documents. On 2nd of May we enquire about this he said he will come back after that no response. On 4th we called him he spokes bad words and also ask us to pay another 50000/- rs. I herewith attached all the document and mail for your reference, Kindly clarify and refund the money back.

                      We would like to lodge a complaint on an esteemed organisation like spicejet as it is in most prestigious hospitality business, but the customer service / hospitality given by the staff at hyderabad airport was very worst behavior and intolerable, the merciless & rude spicejet staff behavior forced us to write this complaint, it seems that spicejet staff at checkin counter are not from any hospitality profession we are very sorry to say this statement

                      We booked an air ticket (Please see the attached copy of the ticket) from hyderabad to bangalore on 4th may, 2016 (Pnr # m2cb8l) – round trip – return flight on 5th may, 2016 from bangalore to hyderabad

                      On 3rd may, 2016, we reached hyderabad airport @ 5.10 and we are at spicejet checkin counter before 5.15, the staff without hearing our words made us to stay in line and didn’t allowed us to reach the counter and explain the urgency of time, after 10 minutes when we are allowed & went near the checkin counter they say gates already closed for the flight 6.05 am. As our tickets already sold to other clients’ documentation submitted we can’t do anything, we made humble request to speak with the captain on emergency medical grounds – we were 45 minute earlier at spicejet checkin counter but the staff not considered our humble requests as a heart patient also travelling with us and we are going for a treatment to bangalore, but none of your staff at checkin counter are good enough to listen passenger words, even they didn’t allowed us to make request to captain also.

                      All our requests went vain and useless as we requested your staff to allow us to travel in next flight to bangalore, for that also they not helped us in any way.

                      Noticed customer care differences between indigo & spicejet hospitality as below :

                      Total we are 6 family members – 3 of our family members include 1 heart patient booked spicejet tickets to bangalore with spicejet (Which was not allowed to travel) other 3 got ticket from indigo airlines ( indigo flight 6.10 we are allowed to checkin at 5.25 am. Also )

                      So we request your kind self to take initiatives on the staff misbehavior and do needful either in compensate the ticket fare which we spent on the said air ticket.

                      Look forward to from you and do justice on humanitarian / medical grounds.

                        While travelling from varanasi to hyderabad on 4 january 2016 when i received my trolly bag wheel was completely broken. I had complained in hyderabad airport so they had asked me to fill baggage irregularity report form (form no-66140) and told that spic jet will call you within 10 days, i didnt receive any call even after one month then i called on toll free number of spice jet then again they give me new complain no (380391) after calling more than 15 times they agreed to give 800rs. They asked my bank a/c detail so they can transfer the money, till now i havent receive any amount from spice jet.

                                my complain is about the service your spicejet crew members had provided during my flight delay...1st my this flight ws delayed by mre den 6hrs...so ur crew members trnfrd my flight to nxt flight which ws aftr 3hrs frm dis flight tyming!

                                so in behalf of being late dey sed tuk us to a food shop and sed us to eat watevr dey wil give us to eat...and dat too in a tym period...so is dis wat yu give ur coustmrs wen der flight is delay...dey wee treating us asif we are sme beggers who hasnt got ny food to eat frm last 3-4years...!

                                aftr all dis ur 2nd flyt at tyming of @8:35 ws again delayed by 1.15hrs...wat the hell man...wat yu hav thought abt ur coustmrs?...dey dont hav work or wat?...bcoz of dis flight delay i missed my meeting with a person who has to catch antnr flight...!

                                by my all dis exprince i bet...i nevr gona suggest ny1 to book der flight in ur airlines fr sure...this is nt how yu shuld treat ur coustmrs...very upset frm ur service!!

                                  Yesterdayvwe were travelling to kolkata from mumbai at spicejet's sg 487 cockpit...Our flight taken off from shri chhatrapati shivaji international airport at 19.25 ... They informed us that we will reach kolkata at 22.10... Suddenly a senior citizen starts surviving due to breathing problem and our flight takes an emergency landing at nagpur's babasaheb ambedkar international airport at 21.00 ... They admitted that senior citizen in the nearby hospital and informed us that there will be a technical check up of the airbus soon and our flight will starts its journey to kolkata asap!!! All the passangers waited with sheer patience...Suddenly the food became unavailable in the plane...The time was 00.00 ...We asked them to allow us to buy foods from nagpur airport...But they didn't allowed us to go outside the cockpit...The captain of the cockpit was missguiding us by saying that their engineer will reach nagpur in next 15-20 minutes and our flight will start travelling soon...But one hour passed by...The engineer didn't arrived... Some passangers starts shouting on the pilot...Breathing problem had stuck the passangers...Atlast the captain allows us to come outside the cockpit...
                                  Then the airport authority helped us...They allows us to travell to their airport lounge...They arranges tea, snacks, aufficient water for us... Thanks to nagpur airport authority!!!
                                  Atlast the engineer came and our flight starts its journey from nagpur to kolkata at today 5.45...
                                  We reach kolkata at 7.10!!!

                                  It takes almost 12 hour to reach kolkata from mumbai via flight!!!

                                  Refund us the money ...

                                    I travelled from dharamshala to Bangalore via delhi with my wife and son. We had 2 checkin baggage. As the flight late in night we rushed by grabbing our luggage. It only after we reached our apartment we realized the retracting handle for the trolley bag is completely broken.
                                    I want to have this investigated and be compensated for the damage.

                                      April 7 th i had booked a ticket in on line clear trip through creditcard
                                      but ticket was not confirmed i not get pnr number or ticket confirmed mail but my credit card money air lines reduced in my account then i contacted to spicejet office now they said money will refuned to your account within 7 days but not get yet
                                      Please give me my money

                                        On 31 march we had travelled on spicejet from mumbai to dubai 1.30 am flight.We had 8 tickets including 2 chikdren and 2 infants.

                                        1. Check-in staff was very helpful.

                                        2. From 1.30 the flight got delayed to 2.30. There was no announcement, no apology from ground staff.

                                        3. 2.00 am they started boarding passengers in the buses with so slowly that we were sure this flight would not leave before 3.30. No information provided and no apology.

                                        4. After we finally board the plane by 3.15 since ours was a first seat and conveniently all doors were kept open we had to endure Mosquitos biting us which was worse than railways also.

                                        5. When we argued with the staff that why no information from your side regarding delay the crew member argues with us in a rude manners that we are waiting for few more passengers.

                                        Then what about us who were on time and also this could have said in a sweet and calm manner when already tempers were flying due to delay

                                        6. Finally the flight was flown at 4.00. For delay refreshments are served which is spicy cup o noodles. That's not refreshment and we are paying for our seats. Not all can eat packaged cup o noodles

                                        7. As we had paid extra for our seat complimentary meal was provided manchurian with noodles. Comeon who eats spicy manchurian at 4 in the morning.

                                        Overall worst experience and never will fly spicejet
