I am a regular traveler through spicejet however today I didn't get any help from them for my brother who was coming from mumbai to dubai
There was no ok to board done however we manged to get it, manager from sharaf travel dubai sent the email for ok to board than also I didn't get any help from them
I must say rediculius service from mumbai airport service have been given and they don't care for cutover infact they didn't...

We are unsatisfied with your counter person mrs lovelt.Yesterday i was not able to get into flyte from chennai airport.I lost around 14350 rs the tickets was for 5 people.We reported at 19.40pm the departure was at 20.30pm the flyte name is sg605, chennai to kochi.I lost that money i needed back that money or else i will send a legal notice to you, i want a compensation of rs 1.Laks.

My Wife is suppose to travel from chennai to mumbai on 25 feb 2016 5:50 AM
She reached at 5 AM and done all checking and come to gate at 5:30
The gate person told that gate is closed you cant travel and also no refund .

Instead of Fragile Sticker on the baggage, it was mishandled and my item when opened was found in pieces. I was very properly packed and wrapped a temple to take to Dubai from Mumbai in flight SG 03. I requested each and every person i came across to handle the baggage well as it was marble temple in it. It is very disappointing that Spicejet have appointed uneducated and cheap staff who either dont care or cannot read or cannot see the sticker....
