Double charging for air ticket

I booked a flight ticket from guwahati to Kolkata on[protected] for September 5, 2015 by spice jet pnr TYEQ4 Q through my debit card [protected].

The same ticket has been debited to my account 3 times.

One payment has been refunded.

One more refund has to be made.

The problem may be due to erratic internet connection.

Kindly retain only one payment, and refund...

Poor service and Unethical practice

This is regarding the very poor servide and unethical practice demonstrated by Spicejet airlines. I booked a ticket for my parents to travel from Chennai to Delhi on 5th Sept'15. I paid Rs.500 and sought SpiceJet assistance service. Since my parents are old and also new to flight travel, I opted for this with the expectation that someone will assist them from the time they get the boarding pass till they collect their baggages in Delhi....

Money Deducted No Tickets Poor customer service

Today I was booking my tickets from Srinagar to Delhi for 4th Oct, 2015. Spicejet deducted money from my online account & haven't issued any tickets to me. Moreover there customer care executives mentioned that we can't help it & you need to wait for 15 days for refund. Spicejet spoiled my whole trip & now the fare is also gone up & they are keeping my money for 15 days & I am now not able to book any tickets without money Regards Ashish...

Booked regular ticket even at airport collected baggage charges

Item missing from baggage

I keep a spare cell phone in my bag. Everytime I travel, i carry it in my check in baggage. It is missing from my bag. With no other airlines I travel, it has ever been stolen. I have regsitered an FIR and will make sure the employee responsible is found and also spicejet for not monitoring the employees....

Flight Misconnection

I booked 5 tickets (to and fro) from kochi to goa on 26.10.2014 . The journey dates are on 26.08.2015 and 28.08.2015. They changed the flight 4 times or so. Each time i called the customer care and talked for 30 minutes or more to change the flights. But each time there was another option available for them. Unethical behaviour Payment not received

Delayed flights for more than 8 hours

I had booked a return flight from (Delhi-Kolkata) and (Kolkata-Delhi) with SpiceJet on a special offer ticket. Both the flights have been delayed. Ticket cancelled because of negligence by spice jet executive

Boarding counter close early

I am hasan I reach Dubai air port terminal1 9.45am they said counter closed already you go and check with spicejet office. after I go there office nobody was there.after I call burdubai office they told me to wait in the office outside I inform somebody to meet u like that I am waiting 10. 20am he come and told me he cant help and he cant change the ticket also I spent already 1150dhs. Unethical Behavior

The staff at Pune Airport is not at all helpful. I had done web check-in and due to a strike in Pune, I reached 40 mins prior to the scheduled departure on 30th April, 2015. I was flying from Pune to Srinagar with PNR#YY4DTG along with my family. The staff did not allow us. Irresponsible and totally bad behaviour

Reimbursement Not happening

AMEX Payment not accepting

I was traveling via SpiceJet from jaipur to Delhi. I had a connecting international flight and the checkin staff refused to give me a waver on my 23kg luggage. Finally i accepted to pay so and when i told them i will be paying by AMEX, they told me to use a different card, when i told them that i am on a business trip and this is the only card i can use. They told me that they will try to use this card on a outer machine but failed to swipe....
