Today SPICEJET flight from HYDERABAD to Coimbatore with PNR No ECG5VK has been rescheduled from 5 30 to 7 30 pm. On the way to airport by 4 pm they inform that flight has been cancelled. I have checked out at the room also. Very irresponsible attitude and careless on the customer issue. Planning to proceed legally Chelladurai Pandian [protected]

    I booked a return journey ticket on Spicejt from Hyderbad - AHmedabad (Direct) and Return Ahmedabad - Hyderabad(Via Mumbai). I got a message that they have preponed the Return Journey flight on Mumbai- Hyderabad ( connecting flight to me from Ahmedabad-MumbI) even before my connecting flight departed from Ahmedabad. Call to Customer Care- they just applogise Call to Nodal Officer - They do not picks up call even in 9-6 office time Someone picks up call after 50 calls and confirms we will get back by5 PM and no call even now at 9PM. Please guide me who is the authirity in next, who can control thier unfriendly, passegner cheating fundamentals. If they have offered a ticked from AHmedabad to Hyderbad - it is their respnsiblity to prepone/postpone flights taking care of connecting pasengers.

      Spicejet is asking for more money against User development fees after one month of booking ticket with them. Still i am getting cheaper tickets from Air India So can a airlines change fare after once ticket is booked?? I am ready for cancelation of ticket with complete refund.

        Dear Consumer Complaint Handling team, I tried to book ticket from spicejet website on 3rd of december. The confirmation number generated is T6HZRC under which INR 25935 has deducted from my citi bank credit card [protected]. But i did not get the ticket. Citi bank has given me approval ID for the same transaction which is "710036". So I raised this complaint for which i did not get any response. I have been told that the cancellation charges of ticket is rs. 2250 + 250 s.t. per ticket. where is i booked the ticket for rs. 2450/- per hear on oct. 7th 2015 three months before for less fare.Now tell me what is the differnce between these two. Airlines are looting people.

              Sir, i booked a ticket for the journey on 19th nov from banglore to mumbai. the initial flight tyming was 10:10pm(Flight no. SG418). the fligt was rescheduled for the same date on 8:40pm. i didnt receive any call or msg for rescheduling. i.e passenger was nt informed abt it. passenger reported the airport at 7:40pm, there the staff engaged him in a discussion for luggage..my father had a talk wid dem n wasted few min der..wen contacted the higher authority ovr der.. we came to noe that its the mistk from ur side n luggage was sorted.. then HE GOT THE BOARDING PASS AT 8:05PM. according to the rules, u dont give boarding pass after 45mins.. bt u gave... ps: MY FATHER WAS NT INFORMED THEN ALSO ABT THE RESCHEDULING OF THE FLIGHT..: after security check in n formalities..he was at d gate at 8:30...there was no calls or anythng goin on at dat tym..wen he reached the flight was left.. so i wld request you to plz pay for the flight ticket and arrange for somethng for the passenger for the harrasment which u ppl have done.. after taking the boarding pass, if passenger doesnt reach the flight waits for few min as per the rules..bt this tym evn this was nt done.. i request you to plz look in this case n do somethng orelse need to file a complain/case against spicejet for the harrassment. after giving the boarding pass its compulsory for the airlines to take the passenger. airlines claimed that ticket which booked had nly hand luggage n nt check in luggage n den dey agreed their mistk aftr wasting few min thank you. name of passenger is vijay kainya pnr no. is YFDR5R

                I booked a ticket from Delhi to Goa for 28 jan'16 & return on 31 jan'16, but after payment processing a received the ticket for a different destination Chennai, which i have not chosen, when i called up to the customer care nos.i did not get satisfactory response from the team, they were not ready to listen my concern, & as this was a non refundable offer i am very disappointed with the kind of services spice has offered me, how can i get the ticket for a different location, which i have not booked for.i requested if they can provide me the reservation for my selected destination Goa, or full refund, but i did not not get any response from spicejet.

                  I had booked a couple of tickets on SPICEJET from Chennai to Ahmedabad, PNR: W1VQTB - Karishma Surana, GDEQPH - Madhu Surana. It came to me as a rude shock when i realized that i had been directed to a BH Airways flight by the spice jet officials. Because of an urgency in the situation i had no choice but to travel, now i am lodging a complain to you about the flight conditions and the level upto which the facilities had drooped down. First the main concerns were the seats, they weren't reclining seats as seen in the normal spicejet flights. The leg space was very minimal and it had made my whole journey from chennai to ahmedabad uncomfortable and it didnt live upto the expectation and the level of spicejet. The last thing that anyone would expect in flights would be seeing mosquitoes flying around in the cabin. I had paid a total sum of Rs.9930/- for both the tickets to fly in SPICEJET and not on BH Airways. It is not expected out of a reputed airline group (SpiceJet) to provide such a kind of service, in literal terms you have cheated the customer for the money and have not provided the service upto that level. I am totally not happy and shocked to see the service go this bad.

                      Spicejet is refusing to refund the modification charges due to a medical emergency (dengue) My follow-up question is obvious WHY???? You expect passengers to travel irrespective of their health condition!! There were deaths reported in NCR & Gurgaon due to dengue. In spite of the seriousness of the issue your co. is denying to help customers out!! I would like to take this higher up in your management and also customer complaints forum.                         We have made international tickets to Maldives and got it cancelled due to change in travel plans. We have requested for refund two months ago and we are continuously following up with them, still there is no refund from Spicejet We are always getting replies like there is some technical issues and money cannot be refunded

                          Hi, I booked a ticket which due to ibibo fault was handbag only. I take this, but when I demanded for the ticket Miss Himadri at Indira Gandhi International airport started misbehaving when I askes for the printout. I am not sure what kind of hospitality you guys are promoting. I will make sure not to book any tickets further with SpiceJet for sure.

                            For my Mumbai to Delhi trip on 4 November I was carrying a luggage which in actual weigh 13 kg, but due to their faulty weight machine at the check in counters they weigh the bag 10 kg extra that is 23 kg and charged me Rs 2400. As soon as I reached Delhi and within a minute of getting my luggage back from luggage belt I asked SpiceJet staff to weigh it. They weigh it and herself said that its only 13 kg. She asked me to register the complaint. It's been 18 days. They didn't resolved the issue about it and now they are saying they won't refund the money.

                              Sir, I booked flight no SG 109 from DELHI to CHENNAI for PNR CD39XX with travel date MON 16 NOV, 2015. I got a mail from spicejet requesting me to order 'Add-on' for the above detailed flight and their was flight status bar also with the mail.The status bar showed that the flight is delayed by 1 hr 55 minutes and I planned for the trip accordingly. But the status bar was updated approx 1 hour before the departure of flight and it showed that the flight is in time. Since I planned for travel keeping in mind the delay informed previously and despite all my efforts I missed the flight. I am attaching both the mail images for your ready reference.                                 Spicejet is worst airlines till date. the issue is i booked a spicejet flite from Bangalore to Delhi daated 05/11/2015 and i already did a web check-in. My flite time was 5:45 am. As i have already done the web check-in still spicejet didnot allow me to go inside stating that gates has been closed, they didnot make any announcement or final call and stopped me from goinf inside. I asked for refund for the ticket amount and still they didnot take any action on that request. i request you to please provide the reimbursement of the ticket amount of rs 6868.I have never face this problem with other airline. They always support the customer

                                    Terrible event happened with me at ahmedabad airport on november, 17- 2015 morning 5:42 am. I had booked flight sg194 for delhi departs at 6:25 am. I am a frequent flyer and have experienced many airlines in which i found vistara best and spicejet worst. I was late to reach airport but not too late i.E. 2 minutes. At counter they said it is closed now and asked their senior (May be supervisor ) alok whether they should allow me boarding pass or not and the reaction was horrible- alok directly said ‘no’. I was keep asking the counter rep. To suggest me any alternative or assist me how can i reach delhi(May be another flight) and also tried to push them to allow me the boarding pass. After a discussion 10 minutes alok sent someone with flight boarding papers to final processing and then told me that as he had sent the papers now nothing could be done, i asked you have sent papers now and i am here in front of you from 15 minutes. He said to look for anything else, he has lot of work to do. Worst service ever seen. If everybody runs on schedule then there is nothing which should be consider as customer service our of the box.
                                    Same kind of incident happened with me @delhi airport 20 days back with vistara ant it was just 20 minutes flight was about to take off. Vistara staff chatted with me and asked the reason for late arrival and the reason of travel to sense the urgency and they were woww… very very impressive….
                                    Spicejet will soon lose his indian market if they do not sack ‘alok’ kind of people from their team. Vistara is gonna be the leading airlines in india if they maintains the sensitiveness towards theit customer as human being.
                                    Every market has competition these days- if they do not do out of the box things sometimes for their customers –they will lose.
                                    Never- ever travel with spicejet….They are completely insensitive (Robot people- like “alok”).

                                      Me and my sister booked tickets from their respective mobiles after seeing the spicejet offer...

                                      My sister got the cashback of Rs 500... I did not get the cashback...

                                      Even after several mails the CC team says that the offer was only on 15th Oct...and you booked on 21 OCT...
                                      Then how did my sister get the cashback...Total fraud...
