Status-I have booked a ticket for my son &myself(pnrR8Q8FW) on 1 august to attend a meeting at 2pm but flight was rescheduled to evening &I couldn't attend meeting.Had to pay for check in luggage.My new bag (Rs2400)checked in was torn &in a condition that I cannot use. Pls look into the matter for the inconvenience&give compensation for damage bag....

I had booked the flight at 7:45 Am on 28th Oct 2015 through goibibo. Spicejet rescheduled to 8:40 and they did not share information with me, When i am doing web check in it is showing 8:40am when i asked goibibo people they are telling its rescheduled and spicejet is not responding. Cancellation for PNR LFB5PR. My ticket was from Kolkata to Pune on 22nd Oct'15. I cancelled the ticket on 21st Oct'15, 23:41 hrs. on the portal of Spice Jet - www.spicejet.com. Spicejet is refusing refund of change fees for a passenger who was unable to travel on the original flight date due to he was diagnosed with dengue.
We sent all the relevant documents to the co. which includes blood reports confirming dengue also hospitalization charges.
While it was all over the news about people dying in NCR and gurgaon due to dengue how can they not make an exception??

I had booked a flight to and from Delhi to Kathmandu for October in April. Now spicejet says it more operates that flight and has cancelled the ticket. It refused to make any alternate arrangement and neither did it pay any interest for the money it holded for months. Is this careless acyt justified? SpiceJet on its online booking portal does a bunch of almost unethical things to get extra money from naive customers - * Spice Assurance and TATA AIG insurance automatically added to each passenger booking. Thus you have to unselect for each passenger and thus creates ways to get money for customers you are not as careful * You have to select an option to not get emails from Spice jet (ie you are automatically added to their mailing list)....

I booked a flight ticket from guwahati to Kolkata on[protected] for September 5, 2015 by spice jet pnr TYEQ4 Q through my debit card [protected].

The same ticket has been debited to my account 3 times.

One payment has been refunded.

One more refund has to be made.

The problem may be due to erratic internet connection.

Kindly retain only one payment, and refund...

This is regarding the very poor servide and unethical practice demonstrated by Spicejet airlines. I booked a ticket for my parents to travel from Chennai to Delhi on 5th Sept'15. I paid Rs.500 and sought SpiceJet assistance service. Since my parents are old and also new to flight travel, I opted for this with the expectation that someone will assist them from the time they get the boarding pass till they collect their baggages in Delhi....

Today I was booking my tickets from Srinagar to Delhi for 4th Oct, 2015. Spicejet deducted money from my online account & haven't issued any tickets to me. Moreover there customer care executives mentioned that we can't help it & you need to wait for 15 days for refund. I keep a spare cell phone in my bag. Everytime I travel, i carry it in my check in baggage. It is missing from my bag. With no other airlines I travel, it has ever been stolen. I have regsitered an FIR and will make sure the employee responsible is found and also spicejet for not monitoring the employees....
