Dear Sir,
I waqs travelling from Dubai to Ahmadabad in spice jet flight SG 016 on 11th of feb i booked LG TV Ultra HD 43 Inches, i am regular traveler in spice jet, i booked tv from Dubai and they put the fragile tag, when they deliver the tv on the airport the box was broken the porter who deliver the tv i ask him why this box is broken, may be tv is damage,
he told me that there is fragile tag on it we carry carefully, and he assure me that i am 100% sure the tv is safe nothing happen in flight some times little bit scratches will happen on the box but fragile items we take care.
when i came home and open the tv it was totaly damage same time i register my complain and told them this happen to me after two days they call me and told we will get back to you in 72 hours your case in is under investigation after three day spice jet officer called me and start blaming me why dont you open and check on the airport, but there porter was assuring me it 100% safe we take care of fragile items.
Spice jet officer from gurgaon head office was blaming me that you are looking for the compensation from the spice jet thats why you are complaining, i told him, i have paid the tax for the TV and you are saying i am looking for the compensation.
i told him that TV cost Aed 1800 +10000 Rs this was conversation we had and i ask him to drop me a mail, he has drop me mail that we can not do any thing we deliver your product.
i have all the photo graph and ticket detailsnad tax copy which paid on the air port.
I ask the spicejet officer that show me the screening details of my tv he said he can not do that.
before i took my tv to my home they did the screening of the tv on the airport if the tv is safe it will show in screening, they must have the copy of screening but they do not want to show me.
i have all the picture and mail conversation with me please let me know if you need all these details i will send you.
looking forward for reply.

    My cousin and I were travelling from Guwahati to Mumbai (connecting flight via Delhi). We had the flight at 3.55 pm, whereas we reached the airport at 3.15 pm as we were stuck in traffic. When we reached the counter, the ground staff declared that the counter was closed. Despite of suggesting us on what to do next, he behaved rude and started taunting us of coming late. When we requested him of next available option, rather than helping us out he was busy expressing the point on how other customers reached the venue on time. My question to you @SpiceJet, if you are not even allowing us to travel via your flight, who gave you the right to behave that way to us. Then we had no option left, than to call your customer service, who told us that we had been marked as "No show", and some amount of money would be refunded to us. On questioning him about how much money would be refunded to me, he suggested us to call the next day. We called them up after 2 days, only to know that we would be refunded of Rs. 519 only, when the ticket costed around 8000 bucks. Firstly, you did not allow us to board the plane though we were at the counter before 40 mins. Secondly, you rob your customers. I had to call you after 24 hours just to get the refund of Rs. 519. Other airlines are far better than you. Please train your staff on how to behave with their customers.

      When all other transportation facilities were not available during haryana roits, you hiked the price of every air ticket from delhi to chandigarh or amritsar. when people are already insane you instead of helping them look for your own benefits. its just ridiculous. shame on you.

          My Wife is suppose to travel from chennai to mumbai on 25 feb 2016 5:50 AM
          She reached at 5 AM and done all checking and come to gate at 5:30
          The gate person told that gate is closed you cant travel and also no refund .
          we have almost 20 minutes and my wife is alone she is dont know about chennai where she can go . she requested also but your employee didnt allow . but all other airlines shows customer satisfaction but your airlines total cheap employee no manner how to talk with lady.

            I've been a frequent flyer with Spicejet airlines as it is a lowcost airlines and convenient flight timings which suit my travel needs. Ive been told about its good service to passengers and in their magazines they mention these customer experiences mostly.

            Ive taken the economy class seats on most of my bookings with Spicejet and then upgraded to SpiceMax at the airport during checkin. They promise you Priority checkin, Extra legroom, complimentary meal & beverage, priority baggage delivery.

            Well, let me tell you, this is not true! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED BEING SPICEMAX PASSENGER!

            apart from extra legroom and complimentary meal & beverage, the rest is FALSE!!
            Even the complimentary meal & beverage is subject to availability. Its not like you get first preference to choose a meal. whenever they reach your seat, whatever is available, is offered to you.
            Priority checkin doesnt happen since there is a long queue and noone cares if you are economy or SpiceMax passenger. On ALL occasions Ive never got my baggage first. Ive seen economy passengers take their bags and walk out and Ive recieved my bags later. Also twice I was carrying glassware and requested for FRAGILE sticker to be put on the bag, which I noticed upon delivery of the bag, the sticker was missing. Imagine how the bag must be manhandled!!!
            Ive travelled twice to Bangkok from Goa. This flight is Goa- Kolkata via Mumbai and then Kolkata- Bangkok and same way return. On the return flight on 24th, the flight crew was tired and sleepy and not attentive to many guests. In fact one of the stewardess was rude to a passenger who didnt have space to keep his bag in the overhead bins. Ive personally not had a rude interaction with the crew but its not nice to see such an experience with other passengers too.
            The windows of the airlines has almost always been stained from the outside as well as the inside. The housekeeping staff that comes in to check and clean the aircraft at Mumbai does a hasty negligent task.
            Not a good experience with Spicejet and not a true low cost airlines for sure!! Im not happy to upgrade to SpiceMax at all!!!

              I My Aunty traveling from mumbai to amritsar on pnr Spice Jet- B9VWTD. have been overcharged at the checking counter.
              I was carrying a total luggage of 45 to 50kgs(30 check in luggage and 14 cabin is allowed by Spice jet for 2 person. ).
              Your person at the counter denied me to take a cabin bag along with me, she claimed that since i had excesses baggage of 6 kgs but instead they forced me to pay for 20 kgs. I have been robbed off by your ground staff. The person has misbehaved with my sister. They were two ladies travelling and so this has been done deliberately. I want you to give a clear justification to this on email here.

              It is shocking to see how your ground staff at mumbai airport is irresponsible and not fit to be at the position, instead of helping passenger they are trying to make more money out of it. And collected 5300 Rs.

              I also faced a similar issue and i am going to Airport Authority of India's head office to lodge a complaint and teach a lesson to the arrogant and mannerless Spicejet staff. I missed my flight while discussing the luggage issue and the important thing is that i was standing at the check in counter only.

                My wife, Gargi Dave, travelling from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad today on SG511 with my 16month old baby.(AIRLINE PNR:X6DWRS) She being first time traveller on flight was unaware of baggage rules. She was carrying total of 26kgs in 2 bags (one suitcase and one cabin bag). Cabin bag being 9kgs. Upon instructions by spicejet staff at the Ahmedabad airport she decided to checkin the entire luggage (cabin bag and main bag). But the staff at the airport said it is overweight baggage and charged her Rs;3000 when they should have let her carry her cabin bag with her. Unwilling to help her they just said they cannot do anything. They should have atleast told her to carry her cabin bag with her. This behaviour against female passengers with kids is a disgrace. It just looting money for people.

                I request a refund on the overcharged baggage as she should have been allowed the 7kgs with her in the aircraft as per the allowance.
                Where as an extra 7kgs should be allowed for a passenger traveling with an infant as per their website

                    I booked two tickets on 12TH Jan for UDAIPUR TO DELHI IN SG-2634 FLIGHT FOR 13th Feb. Scheduled departure was1320 HR. On 14th Jan it was rescheduled to 1620 HR & on 29th Jan it was resheduled to 2010 HR. Reaching at Udaiput airport on 13th Feb, scheduledvdrparture was announced as 2025 hr, which was again changed to 2055. THIS IS HEIGHT OF MIS MANAGEMENT AS ALL OTHER FLIGHTS OF INDIGO AND JET SCHEDULED AFTER SPICEJET HAD ALREADY LEFT. THIS HAD CAUSED GREAT INCONVENIENCE TO ME &MY AILING WIFE. PL COMPENSATE ME FOR THE PAIN & INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME AND MY AILING WIFE. PL REVERT WITHIN 24HR, ELSE FACE LEGAL ACTION THRU CONSUMER COURT.

                      She banged the leaf-let several times on my mobile phone (which I was holding) to get my attention. I was really surprised by her behavior. When I called her back and said that this is not the right way to behave she gave some ridiculous explanation- that the leaf-lets were very slippery and it slipped out of her hand.
                      Later on while landing she told my wife- you must be behaving very badly with your children.And while I was passing her while getting down - she was murmuring good-bye to everyone and when I passed she said-not to him (to her colleagues).
                      I am a Marine Engineer for the last 40 yrs I am flying different airlines and meeting different air hostesses but never came across such an awful ugly and misbehaved air hostess.

                        Date of incident - 26th jan 2016
                        I have already called mutilple times on support number ([protected]) from my registered mobile and no body is providing required information . I have already sent screenshot evidence where it is showing that 1950 rs deducted and 4777 rs is refund amount .4777 rs is being credited in credit shell. I have booked Spicejet air ticket for flight SG703 from Varanasi to Mumbai for 27th jan 2016 on 25th Jan 2016 . 6727 rs has been dedcuted from my credit card account.
                        I have cancelled this (PNR (U5SKJS ))ticket on 26th Jan 2016 near about 2 pm . There was issue on spicejet website .If there is any issue on website, then why it should (customer) suffer ?In technical terms, I have asked them to check with spicejet backend technical team whether I have cancelled tickets . They can check logs & IP's .
                        In screenshot, it is clearly showing that 1950 Rs is cancelled/chnage amount and 4777 rs is refund amount and this amount is being credited (4777 Rs) . . How will i get credit shell information or refund amount information without cancelling ticket?

                        This is the problem of spicejet website where my cancellation is not updated in central system. I have also asked to share logs where cancellation is not completed by me .

                            Spice jet has cancelled my booking due to overbooking in flight no SG 511 ahmedbad to Hyderabad. No satisfactory answer given despite of my booking status is confirmed and they spoiled my time and money.I want to go for consumer court because it should not happened.

                              Hi, I am new to the forum and would be highly delighted if this unattended concern is addressed. I had my flight from Bangkok to Delhi with the pit stop at Kolkata. SG84 followed by SG243 from BKK to CCU and CCU to New Delhi respectively on 9th Jan. The flight timings were early morning from BKK at 5:10 BKK time and CCU it were to reach at 6:45 IST. The connecting flight was scheduled to depart at 7:30 and I were to reach Delhi at 10:30 in the morning at Domestic Airport. However, (the pilot mentioned it was the weather condition which to our surprise 25 degrees in CCU is quite non-buyable) owing to the announcement, we had a stopover at Guwahati and custom clearance was granted not before 1030 IST which obviously caused the connecting flight miss. Considering that I were to be in New Delhi with Family at the earliest possible; Spice jet (Mr Rahul at CCU Airport) guaranteed that the amount would be redeemed and that the Airlines was apologetic for the inconvenience. I had to take Jet Airways (Spot rate 15 K INR) which got me in New Delhi at 2030 Hrs and I rightly demand a reversal of this amount from Spicejet.

                              I have requested a response over mail from Spicejet but in vain so far and it has been quite a while since the complain has been lodged. Can we eradicate the inconvenience being caused please ?

                                Instead of Fragile Sticker on the baggage, it was mishandled and my item when opened was found in pieces. I was very properly packed and wrapped a temple to take to Dubai from Mumbai in flight SG 03. I requested each and every person i came across to handle the baggage well as it was marble temple in it. It is very disappointing that Spicejet have appointed uneducated and cheap staff who either dont care or cannot read or cannot see the sticker. I understand you might have problem in handling cancellations and refunds and lost baggage, but i fail to understand how you cannot take care of baggage which has fragile sticker on it. It is not a mistake, not an error, not fault. It is irresponsibility of staff handling the department and it is irresponsibility of senior staff for appointing such careless staff or employees and indirectly it is irresponsibility of Spicejets owner to appoint such staff to let careless people work/sleep/ below them. i do not need refund. just want to inform will never my self travel or recommend anyone on Spicejet.

                                    Sir, on 31st December 2015 I booked a flight from Dehradun to Delhi in Spice Jet airlines, I also booked a connecting flight to Mangalore through another airline. Bearing in mind any last minute delays by the airlines I had kept almost 2hrs30mins transit time. Now Spicejet has changed the schedule of DED-DEL flight to 1:05pm, causing me a very difficult situation where I will have little time to change my flight. Hence, I requested for cancellation and complete refund as now I will have to travel by road to reach in time, but the company insists on levying cancellation charges of 1800 INR per ticket which will be 3600 INR for me, which I believe is unjust. As I have informed them well in advance and they will have a booking on my seats, but for me it is a complete loose loose situation, I not only have to make taxi arrangements which in the present law and order condition is scary and pay for it and also pay for the airline company whose service I am not availing. My PNR no is F79CHZ. I wish the company is at least benevolent enough to give me a complete refund.

                                      Hi Team, Spice Jet should be banned from the airlines industry as they do not want to refund your money at any cost in case you are panning to cancel or re plan your travel. I had to pay 7800 for replanning my travel within half an hour of booking. The customer care executives are hopeless.
                                      Please ban Spice Jet with Immediate Effect

                                        This is d worst experience from spicejet customer care people..as flights got cancelled due to fog on Nov 23rd..n I had raised a complaint with d no-373676, they r just playing fool wit the customers..last week they told it'll b refunded next week..If I call dis week dey r saying it's been refunded last week itself..They think their customers r insane..u ppl shld maintain some dignity while handling ur customers n not to mislead ur customers by giving fake informations lik dis..worst airlines..
