Spicejet is refusing to refund the modification charges due to a medical emergency (dengue) My follow-up question is obvious WHY???? I take this, but when I demanded for the ticket Miss Himadri at Indira Gandhi International airport started misbehaving when I askes for the printout. For my Mumbai to Delhi trip on 4 November I was carrying a luggage which in actual weigh 13 kg, but due to their faulty weight machine at the check in counters they weigh the bag 10 kg extra that is 23 kg and charged me Rs 2400. Terrible event happened with me at ahmedabad airport on november, 17- 2015 morning 5:42 am. I had booked flight sg194 for delhi departs at 6:25 am. Even after several mails the CC team says that the offer was only on 15th Oct...and you booked on 21 OCT...
Then how did my sister get the cashback...Total fraud...
