My cousin and I were travelling from Guwahati to Mumbai (connecting flight via Delhi). We had the flight at 3.55 pm, whereas we reached the airport at 3.15 pm as we were stuck in traffic. When we reached the counter, the ground staff declared that the counter was closed. Despite of suggesting us on what to do next, he behaved rude and started taunting us of coming late. When we requested him of next available option, rather than helping us out he was busy expressing the point on how other customers reached the venue on time. My question to you @SpiceJet, if you are not even allowing us to travel via your flight, who gave you the right to behave that way to us. Then we had no option left, than to call your customer service, who told us that we had been marked as "No show", and some amount of money would be refunded to us. On questioning him about how much money would be refunded to me, he suggested us to call the next day. We called them up after 2 days, only to know that we would be refunded of Rs. 519 only, when the ticket costed around 8000 bucks. Firstly, you did not allow us to board the plane though we were at the counter before 40 mins. Secondly, you rob your customers. I had to call you after 24 hours just to get the refund of Rs. 519. Other airlines are far better than you. Please train your staff on how to behave with their customers.
