She banged the leaf-let several times on my mobile phone (which I was holding) to get my attention. I was really surprised by her behavior. When I called her back and said that this is not the right way to behave she gave some ridiculous explanation- that the leaf-lets were very slippery and it slipped out of her hand.
Later on while landing she told my wife- you must be behaving very badly with your children.And while I was passing her while getting down - she was murmuring good-bye to everyone and when I passed she said-not to him (to her colleagues).
I am a Marine Engineer for the last 40 yrs I am flying different airlines and meeting different air hostesses but never came across such an awful ugly and misbehaved air hostess.

    Date of incident - 26th jan 2016
    I have already called mutilple times on support number ([protected]) from my registered mobile and no body is providing required information . I have already sent screenshot evidence where it is showing that 1950 rs deducted and 4777 rs is refund amount .4777 rs is being credited in credit shell. I have booked Spicejet air ticket for flight SG703 from Varanasi to Mumbai for 27th jan 2016 on 25th Jan 2016 . 6727 rs has been dedcuted from my credit card account.
    I have cancelled this (PNR (U5SKJS ))ticket on 26th Jan 2016 near about 2 pm . There was issue on spicejet website .If there is any issue on website, then why it should (customer) suffer ?In technical terms, I have asked them to check with spicejet backend technical team whether I have cancelled tickets . They can check logs & IP's .
    In screenshot, it is clearly showing that 1950 Rs is cancelled/chnage amount and 4777 rs is refund amount and this amount is being credited (4777 Rs) . . How will i get credit shell information or refund amount information without cancelling ticket?

    This is the problem of spicejet website where my cancellation is not updated in central system. I have also asked to share logs where cancellation is not completed by me .

    I have attached new screenshot. please see that it is issue of website . from evidence, it is clearcut showing that 4777 rs is being credited in credit shell. till date they did not share logs and not refunding my money.

        Spice jet has cancelled my booking due to overbooking in flight no SG 511 ahmedbad to Hyderabad. No satisfactory answer given despite of my booking status is confirmed and they spoiled my time and money.I want to go for consumer court because it should not happened.

          Hi, I am new to the forum and would be highly delighted if this unattended concern is addressed. I had my flight from Bangkok to Delhi with the pit stop at Kolkata. SG84 followed by SG243 from BKK to CCU and CCU to New Delhi respectively on 9th Jan. The flight timings were early morning from BKK at 5:10 BKK time and CCU it were to reach at 6:45 IST. The connecting flight was scheduled to depart at 7:30 and I were to reach Delhi at 10:30 in the morning at Domestic Airport. However, (the pilot mentioned it was the weather condition which to our surprise 25 degrees in CCU is quite non-buyable) owing to the announcement, we had a stopover at Guwahati and custom clearance was granted not before 1030 IST which obviously caused the connecting flight miss. Considering that I were to be in New Delhi with Family at the earliest possible; Spice jet (Mr Rahul at CCU Airport) guaranteed that the amount would be redeemed and that the Airlines was apologetic for the inconvenience. I had to take Jet Airways (Spot rate 15 K INR) which got me in New Delhi at 2030 Hrs and I rightly demand a reversal of this amount from Spicejet.

          I have requested a response over mail from Spicejet but in vain so far and it has been quite a while since the complain has been lodged. Can we eradicate the inconvenience being caused please ?

            Instead of Fragile Sticker on the baggage, it was mishandled and my item when opened was found in pieces. I was very properly packed and wrapped a temple to take to Dubai from Mumbai in flight SG 03. I requested each and every person i came across to handle the baggage well as it was marble temple in it. It is very disappointing that Spicejet have appointed uneducated and cheap staff who either dont care or cannot read or cannot see the sticker. I understand you might have problem in handling cancellations and refunds and lost baggage, but i fail to understand how you cannot take care of baggage which has fragile sticker on it. It is not a mistake, not an error, not fault. It is irresponsibility of staff handling the department and it is irresponsibility of senior staff for appointing such careless staff or employees and indirectly it is irresponsibility of Spicejets owner to appoint such staff to let careless people work/sleep/ below them. i do not need refund. just want to inform will never my self travel or recommend anyone on Spicejet.

              Y don't the owner shut down the spicejet airlines. Horribly slow, disgusting, no value of passengers time. Owner with i don't care attitude. Rascals can't ur flight be on time.

                Sir, on 31st December 2015 I booked a flight from Dehradun to Delhi in Spice Jet airlines, I also booked a connecting flight to Mangalore through another airline. Bearing in mind any last minute delays by the airlines I had kept almost 2hrs30mins transit time. Now Spicejet has changed the schedule of DED-DEL flight to 1:05pm, causing me a very difficult situation where I will have little time to change my flight. Hence, I requested for cancellation and complete refund as now I will have to travel by road to reach in time, but the company insists on levying cancellation charges of 1800 INR per ticket which will be 3600 INR for me, which I believe is unjust. As I have informed them well in advance and they will have a booking on my seats, but for me it is a complete loose loose situation, I not only have to make taxi arrangements which in the present law and order condition is scary and pay for it and also pay for the airline company whose service I am not availing. My PNR no is F79CHZ. I wish the company is at least benevolent enough to give me a complete refund.

                  Hi Team, Spice Jet should be banned from the airlines industry as they do not want to refund your money at any cost in case you are panning to cancel or re plan your travel. I had to pay 7800 for replanning my travel within half an hour of booking. The customer care executives are hopeless.
                  Please ban Spice Jet with Immediate Effect

                    This is d worst experience from spicejet customer care people..as flights got cancelled due to fog on Nov 23rd..n I had raised a complaint with d no-373676, they r just playing fool wit the customers..last week they told it'll b refunded next week..If I call dis week dey r saying it's been refunded last week itself..They think their customers r insane..u ppl shld maintain some dignity while handling ur customers n not to mislead ur customers by giving fake informations lik dis..worst airlines..

                        PNR DC547X It is surprising that SJ never send the Travel Insurance Policy along with the eTicket. When I buy eTickets from Indigo the ticket and Policy are sent immediately but not for SJ even you spend your valuable time asking for it. I have communicated with SJ CR about 10 times so far but the answer I get from CR and nodal officer made me think that those two posts are there to dodge the issue with customers. They cannot be dullards as defined by Vivekananda more than a century ago. They may be pretending to be more stupid than what they are following Parkinson dictum as the latter is gainful in our hapless nation. Moreover the issue smacks of a scam. Where the money is going? Are the fliers aware that an Insurance without policy is meaningless. Communication with the TATA AIG as suggested by SJ CR was also not answered giving credence to the fact that it may be a case with hand in glove arrangement. How can SJ ask their customer to get the policy from Tata Aig?? It is SJ who had collected premium along with the ticket and it is bound to provide the policy without being asked as per gentleman's agreement if at all they honour it.

                          Hi we were supposed to travel to Hyderabad from tirupati this afternoon for 2.15 spice jet flight and we reached the airport 45min before but unfortunately the counter was closed before the time and there was not even a single staff of spice jet to assist us we asked the airport authorities they suggested us trying in the booking counter to find someone but unfortunately there was no person at the counter too and again when I asked the airport authorities they found out and said everyone is back near the flight and they can't have access to go there . Because of this we missed the flight and there was no proper response from customer care also when we contacted them they were like we have to be there before 2hrs for checkin then I questioned them asking why is it mentioned in itinerary that we have to be there atleast 45 min before and they dint have the answer for that and now again I wantedly booked the flight for the next available thing and I am here 2hrs before and the counter is still closed . So I kindly request a proper action to be taken against this kind of behavior airlines staff

                            This is a complaint about SpiceJet charging for extra baggage. My and wife travelled from Mumbai to Bangalore on 05Jan in SpiceJet flight SG415 and our PNRs are respectively ZCT1NN and WCU7XN. Due to our circumstances, we had to book our tickets separately, and they were not on single PNR. SpiceJet counter person took advantage of this situation and inspite of our request that as a husband and wife, we should be allowed to put our bags together (and calculate baggage weight accordingly), the person did not get convinced. He measured me and my wife's baggage as 18.4 and 13.2 KGS and charged me for excess 3 KGs which was Rs 900. Sir, the person did not measure our handbags and did not allow us to adjust the weight also from baggage to handbag. Our handbags were half empty and we requested that our total weight will be very much within (15+7) x 2 that is 44 Kgs, but still the SpiceJet person charged Rs.900. What I feel is that these charges are taken wrongly, because effectively, SpiceJet did not carry excess baggage for the two o[censored]s. Even if he considered both o[censored]s separately, he could have allowed me to adjust weight in my handbag which was nothing more than 2 kgs (so even my total was less than 22 Kgs). My complaint is that he can't be selective in taking weights (not taking handbag weight is wrong) and these charges are fraudulent. Please help in recovering this amount from them, as they have refused it after calling their customer care.

                              I am passenger flight number SG1042 and I reached counter 7-45 for issue boarding pass but counter was closed I enquired about counter incharge then one person NS.NagaRaju, Manager came from out side that the counter already closed. I quested him now time 7-45 why counter closed misbehaved with me and other passengers, actually fight time8-30 after elaborate discussion my self and Sri .ShivaprasadRao MP, other passengers he issued boarding pass .i.e 8-00 am Please sir, enquiry in the matter and take nessasary action against him for crating problem and misbehaving with passengers in time counter closed .                                 Dear ConsumerComplaints Team, My PNR is F368FI Total amount paid for ticket 8742 INR. Today (10 January, 2016) had SpiceJet flight ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai at 5.55 AM along with my wife and 2months old baby. I have reached near SpiceJet counter at 5.10AM but the SpiceJet staff members told I cant be on boarded for 5.55 AM flight because I'm late and they have not allowed me to go to counter as well instead they gave an option and said which will be gives to only few customers and to be shocked it was usual new ticket for 7 AM flight which priced 15000 INR for each person. This is really disappointing and frustrating service from SpiceJet not allowing passenger who is carry baby of 2months just because I reached 5-10 minutes late, they had time to argue and waste my 15 minutes but no to understand passenger. When I checked with customer care they said there are no records of you updated in our system of your reporting, can somebody tell SpiceJet that when your staff member has sent you back without allowing to speak person at counter and returned then how will be there any record. Later when I spoke to customer care they say I'm allowed to flight the board at least 45 minutes before take off but in my case why I have asked to go back home.                                   I have cancelled my itinerary (PNR: HF5RFB) from Chennai to Delhi (roundtrip) on 20th of Oct, 2015. But I haven't received the refund. I have called 8-10 times to Customer care of SpiceJet but still no progress has been made. They raised complaint with id CR/375801/2015 on 17th of Dec, 2015 and told me that their customer Relations team will get back to me at the earliest but no one contacted me by any means. Now its approximately 3 months but till date I haven't received my money back. Now their customer care numbers are not responding and when I mailed to spicejet at [protected]@spicejet.com on 28th of Dec, 2015, they replied that my account details have been moved to concerned department to process the refund and refund shall reflect in coming days but now its 10 days I haven't received my money. Then again I mailed them on 7th of Jan, 2016 they are asking me to have Your patience. I just want my money back because for me INR 8, 553 is very big amount. Please help me to get my money back.

                                    I was travelling from Calicut to banglore via SPICE which got delayed by 30 mins, due to which i missed banglore to Guwahati flight, again a SPICE flight. i had more than 1 hour difference between the flights 1. the Calicut staff did not give both the boarding passes 2. when i went to the Bangalore staff, the lady in charge was very unapologetic, rude and was of no assistance. missing a connection flight due to delay in the first flight is understood, happens, but such unapologetic and rude behaviour is not. I AM NEVER FLYING SPICE AGAIN P.S : from banglore airport i booked a jet flight with a connection flight with time difference of 40 mins. i received both the boarding passes, they took care of the luggage and had a great flight.

                                      As per the airline no charges were to be levied on cancellation on cancellation of tickets during flood but on my bookings with pnr no.NF[protected], NF[protected], NF[protected] and NF[protected] about Rs 6200/- are charged with no reason to explain. Plz reverse the amt and avoid further communication.

                                        31st Dec 2015 - flight - SG521 Problems faced - On the Boarding Pass it was allotted Gate 4 for Boarding to the Airplane. I was there all most 2 hours before. Without prior intimations they changed it to gate 1 Not a single guy came to tell us from spicejet that go to gate 1. I entered almost the last guy to your horrible airplane felt like i was put inside an Oven. Even saw everyone complaining to start the AC. It was bad for a Airplane without AC lol. When i went to the washroom after it took off i found a Big Packet which was not removed from there as its used by the Cabin Crew to collect the Used Food Glasses or drinks Cans etc after use by passengers. It was cool to see how bad can a Airplane be. But cabin crew guys were very good and awesome people. Your seats are now old and looks like dirty everywhere. 4th January 2016 - Flight - SG522 Flight departure was 1700 hours it was 16:35 when i asked the Crew on the Boarding Gate to allow or your flight will surely be late. She said the flight is not yet ready 👎👎 I saw the refuelling was undergoing. We almost stood 10 mins in the Pavement after Boarding gate towards the Plane. It was very annoying. Again it was Hot inside the Cabin. Now when I asked one of your cabin Crew member will we gonna reach in time as its 1715 hours now and its almost 15 mins late he said no we are not at all late. He ran into the Cockpit though but in style. I never saw any Cabin Crew behaving like he is a Superstar he was acting there he must leave this job and go for Bollywood or tollywood hahahaha Now that was fun. He acted stupidity and every passenger knew he is behaving some kinda like an Actor. Thanks to the Pilots they made us reach 1855 hours and that was almost just 5 mins late. Its awesome. But Abhishek the Funny Crew Member was funny until i saw him helping a Airsick guy really good way. Airhostess were very polite and nice. When I reached the airport for my luggage it came fast as usual on Ahmedabad airport its superman delivered but my bags trolley was broken. Not only mine but almost 7 people had the same complaint. A spicejet airport crew lady said i will send a complaint and feedback. But it was not satisfying for me neither anyone. I know your terms but 7 bags were broken and if you guys just break like this oneday i will start hating you. Your iPod controls were broken in every seat and it was messy old menu books didn't even like to touch. Hope you read this and make sure you guys work on best possible ways or oneday its not gonna spicy more for your red airplane and yea its Hot only inside the airplane with stupid acting Crew Member lol Sad a Foreigner said its the worst airfly in my life he was looking more than 60yrs. Neither your Tollfree number works now.
