I booked 5 tickets (to and fro) from kochi to goa on 26.10.2014 . The journey dates are on 26.08.2015 and 28.08.2015. They changed the flight 4 times or so. Each time i called the customer care and talked for 30 minutes or more to change the flights. But each time there was another option available for them. Now that the date of travel has arrived, they have sent another message that the flights from kochi to goa is misconnecting. I called them and they now say that there is no other alternative other than to expand the journey between a night. ie, i have to board one flight (connecting flight) on a day and then continue with another flight to goa on the next day.

    It have been one of my worse experience in 2 months of travel. . The last 11 of July I decided to buy two flights with spicejet: 1. From Bangkok to Delhi (5504, 10 baths 10000 INR approximately) 2. From Mumbai to Bangkok (11015 INR) Some days ago I asked about the airport from Bangkok to Delhi and the airports from Mumbai to Bangkok. I received a confused email but I could understand my airport of departure in Bangkok. After that I just received an email about put some add on the flight, anything else. When I did my check in at Bangkok airport, I asked about the time with my connection because I had just two hours to do that, even immigration. The first think was that the person who was in the counter didn't have idea about my visa and couldn't give me any instruction, another girl arrived and she said that it was ok, that she could call to someone to be attending my arrival. Actually they changed my sit to one in front (6C) for doing easy my connection. When I arrived to Kolkata, the first thing was that in Bangkok anybody gave us an immigration form, so almost 15 people couldn't going out from the arrival section. In this moment I just had one hour for doing my connection and I asked to a girl who helped me with the immigration form and sent me to the counter in Kolkata. When I arrived to the spicejet counter, it was the first time who someone mentioned that my flight was canceled, and I already paid a tour around north of India which started at 1:00 pm, so I couldn't arrive to Delhi at night because I paid for this. In this moment I asked a solution an two of their employees said to me that the only thing that they could do was return my money for buying a new ticket with the company that they recommended there, but I had to pay the difference. I asked how much difference it was and they said to me that approximately 36 dollars because they will refound almost 6000. In that moment I accepted and in that moment another employee of you started to do something in the computer (I attached his picture) but the other who spoke with me before, in their language said to him something and said to me that I had to pay first the new ticket for continuing with the process, I asked why? they could do everything at the same time and they said that I was a request of the company, that is why I paid the ticket to Go Airlines which cost was 7850 INR. As soon I paid the ticket the people from spicejet container said to me that they couldn't refund my money, maybe just 2000 INR. In that moment I started to complain about why they did that, they did me pay and the lied. It was so bad, they made me feel like I have been cheated. I believed in you and your stuff but they just was playing with me, my first time in India and they showed me a really bad face. Finally a new person arrived and he tried to do something and finally he said they will refund me just 4, 967, but anybody gave me any formal document or something serious and the difference is almost 50 dollars. After this horrible situation I met some people at the airport who had the same flight and they told me that they received more money. I have been traveling around two months with low cost airlines and this is the first time that something like this happened, I can't understand how this company have people like them working with them, I trusted because I though that I was safe there but obviously no, and the way how they are working is embarrassing, sad and unacceptable. I'm a customer and they just playing with me. Also different Indian people said to me that theyalways do the same, that they are the worse airline in this country. If they won't to do a good job is better don't do anything, because companies and stuff as them is that the country just stopped the touristic development, and that is bad for this beautiful country. Now I'm really worried about my next flight because unfortunately is with them as well, and now I can't trust in them. Also I didn't receive nothing from them.

      I had booked a return flight from (Delhi-Kolkata) and (Kolkata-Delhi) with SpiceJet on a special offer ticket. Both the flights have been delayed. Delhi Kolkata flight by more than an hour and the Delhi bound flight which was supposed to take off at 9 AM in the morning will now be flying at 5 PM in the evening!! Are these guys seriously running an airlines business or something else because we choose airline over train to save our time and they screwed the time part badly here!! And I think this is not the first time such things I am facing with spicejet. Why do they come out with such 'cheap' offers when they cannot manage it? Why play such dirty tricks as we cannot change the flight because the ticket is non refundable? And even if they have to change the time then at-least give us the option to change our flights by 'charging' us whatever the required amount is..why can't they at-least do this much for those from whom they robbed their precious time!! Why?

        I had a booked a ticket from Kozhikode to Hyderabad via Chennai for 30th July.
        After repeated rescheduling of chennai to hyderabad flight i decided to cancel the Chennai - Hyderabad sector journey only. I called up customer care and requested to cancel only Chennai Hyderabad ticket executive has confirmed and
        however the customer care executive has cancelled the Kozhikode to Hyderabad, today 29th July when i logged in for web checkin i dont see travel details from kozhikode to chennai, immideatly called up spice jet customer care executive badal said the complete return journey from Kozhikode to hyderabad has been cancelled, until then i was under assumption that i have my flight for 30th July from Kozhikode to chennai as per the initial itinerary.Executive has raised a request to check call recordings and asked to call back after 2 hours.

          Hi, My PNR is- C9B16Q, Kindly process our refund amount asap in the same account we have made payment to book our tickets. This is truly unprofessional, the way your customer representatives (Poonam & Anu) talk to me and provide wrong information, i have called up 3 times to customer care and the info have been provide to me 3 times were absolutely incorrect. 1. We have booked our tickets on 16th July from Delhi to Mumbai 25th Dec- 2 nd Jan '16, - ECT63U after booking there was some error have been shown to us and we have not recd. any further e-mail or message from spice jet, but amount 14, 738 has been deducted from our account. we thought may be there was some error but may be our money will get transferred in 24 hrs just because our booking has not been done. then we have tried to book again but there was some sever problem so we thought may be the Rs. 1 offer not valid or creating problem at new year time, so we have Re- booked our tickets from Delhi to Mumbai 19th Dec- 27th Dec' 16- C9B16Q, and our tickets have been booked this time. 2. When we have not received our payment till 21st July we have called up customer care, then what we got to know that our booking is confirmed for both the time schedule, 25th Dec and 19th Dec. and our tickets is not refundable only taxes will be get paid to us, rubbish...this is such a fraud ... you are just cheating people, deducting their money and not giving any proof for further use and when people are calling you to confirm such kind of activities you guys are not taking our calls, your customer care representatives keep busy. I want reply on that why we have not recd. any email or message on our booking and how we can travel at same time to Mumbai, who will be responsible for it, if we will not recd refund from C9B16Q tickets then we will have to take legal action on it and will publish it on everywhere where ever we can publish it online.very pathetic experience first and last time and very poor services must say... Kindly reply asap and refund our money asap.

            I am hasan I reach Dubai air port terminal1 9.45am they said counter closed already you go and check with spicejet office. after I go there office nobody was there.after I call burdubai office they told me to wait in the office outside I inform somebody to meet u like that I am waiting 10. 20am he come and told me he cant help and he cant change the ticket also I spent already 1150dhs. I said try to help me in this case .they said not possible I told him to change ticket next day and give me some discount they said not possible. again I book ticket 1680dhs. I loss 2830dhs only one way you think we are going one month vacation after 2yrs if you are doing how we will enjoy with our family .please help me to claim some amount and send it to me it is really helpful for me to enjoy with my family. please do the needful.

              The staff at Pune Airport is not at all helpful. I had done web check-in and due to a strike in Pune, I reached 40 mins prior to the scheduled departure on 30th April, 2015. I was flying from Pune to Srinagar with PNR#YY4DTG along with my family. The staff did not allow us. The lady at the counter said that you can leave your luggage and go ahead but after a minute she refused that she said anything like that.I was ready to leave my luggage behind as I had to reach to Srinagar anyhow. I had requested a lot at the counter but they did not bother. Is this the way to treat a customer? My whole family was going through a shock. The lady was speaking very rudely. She said she won't allow us at any cost.I do understand airline rules and regulations as I am a frequent flyer.Raised this to SpiceJet the very same day, but there is no response till now. Its going to be 3 months. I had requested for a no show certificate as well but there is no response. Please help.

                i had a flight on sunday, 19 july, 2015 from chandigarh to delhi at 8:30 in spiceet airlines. and another flight from delhi to bhubaneswar at 11:05 in airindia airlines.
                i was expecting to reach delhi at 9:25 but the spicejet team delayed so much that i reached delhi at 10:40. i requested them to even inform there at delhi but the did nothing and i missed my flight just because of them. they didnot helped even a little bit and even didnot provide me any discount for next flight through spicejet. they just said "sorry" and just gave me a delay certificate. in response they behaved so rudely. they dont have any manners and dont know how to speak.so irresponsible

                  I have booked from Spice Jet website on 9th July 2015 from Pune to Delhi and done online payment via ICICI bank.After payment, amount deducted from my bank account but my ticket was on hold and after 1 minute it was cancelled automatically .On calling Spice Jet customer care they told we have not received payment so ticket is cancelled . On calling bank they told transaction is successful and given me reference number and asked to talk to spice jet to get money back if . Amount will automatically reverted within 7 days in your bank account and told me that till 7 days we can't take it as complain .When even after 11 days amount was not refunded I called customer care back and they have taken complain and asking to wait till 25-30 days . So finally I need to wait for my amount to get back atleast 40 days .I didn't get ticket as well as my money . If transaction is failed then why within 7 days amount is not refunded and why they need 25 days to get this amount reverted .Such a bad service and making customer fool. Clearcut cheating of keeping customer money with them for long . Pls avoid such airlines who don't care for customer .They ruin my trust .Spice Jet kindly return my money as soon as possible .My PNR number is W3M5FY and contact number is +91-[protected].

                  I am still waiting for money refund .Spicejet pls retun my money .I promise I will never book anymore ticket with you .

                  Guys pls avoid such airlines which are in loss and cheating customers .

                    I have purcased a ticket of sg 227 dt09.09.2015 pnr no ucf16k for delhi to chandigarh at 02.15pm through your organisation .But the schedule has changed to 01.10pm .My another flight from kolkata to delhi on the same date sg252 pnr l5qyyc which was purchased thr make my trip time of departure from kolkata was 09.00hrs but changed to 05.45pm which will arrive at delhi on 07.55pm then how cani catch the chandigarh fligt kindly let me know whether the time or flight can be changed if i compelled to cancel the ticket then full amount will be refunded .? please resove the problem

                      Hi, I had booked through spicejet mobile app a round trip from Bangalore to Delhi on 15th July 2015. The booking was cancelled and I was not informed. Luckily i had called up to confirm and found the same. When I asked for reimbursement, they asked me to contact my bank for Ref Number which also I did. Still they are not contacting me to confirm about reimbursement. Whenever I reach out to them they just have same reply that respective team will get back but never end up responding. They are not giving deadlines too. This is the nightmare for a consumer in terms of service. Complaint Number : 358552 Regards, Nidheesh

                        I was traveling via SpiceJet from jaipur to Delhi. I had a connecting international flight and the checkin staff refused to give me a waver on my 23kg luggage. Finally i accepted to pay so and when i told them i will be paying by AMEX, they told me to use a different card, when i told them that i am on a business trip and this is the only card i can use. They told me that they will try to use this card on a outer machine but failed to swipe. I told them that AMEX is a intenational standard and all the airlines use this as a mode of payment because a lot of time international passengers do not have cash or any other cards. Then the manager told me to use any other card or else he cannot check my bag. I told him its not my problem that your machine is not working, so he said he cannot do anything. When i asked himto give me in written that amex is not accepted in the airlines, he refused to give and did not even gave his name. Infact he told me that none of the airlines use amex and none of the airport too. I finally getting frustated gave him my VISA card which was a personal card and guess what, it didnt worked either. At this poiny the flight was getting delayed and i didnt wanted to make a big scene and also delay my connecting flight so i gave cash. But this is really shameful of SpiceJet to react in this way and handel th situation like this

                          PNR No. KYCCJQ Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind information and necessary action for the business policy conducted by Spice Jet. Seems the only means of business for Spice Jet is from Cancellation Fees. On 19-May-2015 I booked 4 tickets from CCU (Kolkata) to BOM (Mumbai) and the ticket was refundable/cancellable and the total amount was Rs. 16, 180/- (please find attached the ticket) Yesterday when I cancelled my booking the total amount that spice jet deducted is Rs. 14, 000/- and they are refunding me the remaining amount of Rs. 2, 180/- (approx). They are giving bogus reasons for the deduction of such high cancellation fees. Are they not going to resell the tickets? I am cancelling my tickets 10 days before my journey. Need your urgent attention for such action by Spice Jet and take stern action against them to give us due justice. I wouldn't have bothered if my ticket was non cancellable and non refundable. Spice Jet made it canceleable but non refundable. Need your immediate action against the practice of Spice Jet. I need refund after charging the cancellation fees but not 90% of the total booking amount. Cancellation Charges should be fair.                             I made a flight booking for a round trip dated 6th November, 2015 to 15th November, 2015, and paid via debit card. The booking was made on 18th July 2015. The total amount for the trip for Rs. 18677 was debited from my account but the booking was not confirmed on the spicejet portal. I called the customer support multiple times regarding the same and I was told that no booking has been made in my name. Also the customer support wasn't very helpful and had a very rude behavior throughout the call. Lame comments were being passed regarding the complaint by other staff members from behind and I could hear them making fun of other customers as well. The staff did not have any etiquette and seemed absolutely irresponsible while dealing with my complaint.                               I am deeply regretful that i chose to fly with spicejet. I took flight 2628 on 16th july 2015 and 18th july flight 2623 delhi jaipur. On 17th the flight was 5 hours delayed and the staff was rude and non informative even with senior citizens. The ground staff at the gate ignored the questions about as per when we will be flying from jaipur to delhi and on 18th the same issue. The airlines really needs to improve their flight maintenance as if can cause very disastrous inconvenience to passengers and also they need to have manners and etiquette. I highly doubt as per if i shall be chosing to fly with spicejet ever again.

                                I have booked 3 tickets from Delhi to Dharamshala on 18th July, 2015. I know to flight timing of SG 2191. I have many calls to spice jet office phone no. [protected] or [protected] but know body will receive the phone calls. I have received one massage on 22.6.2015 flight schedule 1.10 Pm. Depart and[protected] flight schedule 1.05 PM and 2.7.2015 flight schedule 1.05 PM and 14.7.2015 flight schedule depart at 11.30 AM. I am confused. Spice jet official web site showing the flight schedule 11.30 AM.. Please confirm the flight depart from delhi to dharamshala time immediately Thanks J.Dogra [protected]

                                  Hi, My travel date 2nd July 2015 PNQ to DEL my meal was pre booked it was a surprise to me when the cabin crew informed me the meal was exhausted and being a diabetic i have to consume my meal on time. This incident have upset me a lot. I request you to refund the amount which was paid for the meal. It was very disappointing and it caused me a health issue it was a not expected from SpiceJet.                                     Dear Sir / Madam, Please refer to the PNR WF4QGE which I booked on 30th May 2015 for the flight SG 255 Travel Date Sat 27th June 2015 from Delhi to Kolkata. On 17th of June 2015 I received an sms on my mobile, that the flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons. On the same day I called up Spicejet customer care for the refund and I was told to use the spicejet.com website and click the link “ change flight or refund “ option to get the refund. After all the hassle, I called up spice jet on the same day and I was told by your team that the refund will be made within 48 hrs to the Card from which the payment was made. Today is 17th July 2015, exactly a month from the date the flight was cancelled and I have still not received my refund yet. Today noon, I called up the customer care again to enquire about the refund and to my shock I was told that there is some technical error within the system due to which they could not make the refund yet. When asked how fast can I get the refund, I was told that it may take few weeks or months. This is really shocking to hear from Spicejet. Please understand that if Spicejet maintain this kind of behavior with its passengers, we will be sorry to travel with your airlines in the future. I tried to send a email complain to three of Spicejet email id ([protected]@spicejet.com, [protected]@spicejet.com; [protected]@spicejet.com), but all the emails bounced back.

                                      I am trying to book a ticket from spice jet mobile app for 1st sept, 2015 travelling date and returning on 7th sept, 2015.

                                      It is showing no flights available for any of the dates in august and sept.

                                      This is all cheating that Spice jet is doing with the customers.

                                      A complain should be filed against this company.

                                      Its a fraud.

                                        Initial itinerary for my wife and child- 27 june SG12 - Dubai to Delhi (PNR- X4G8VI) 28 june SG251 - Delhi to KOlkata (PNR- C96GVT) Forced revised itinerary by Spice jet due to delays- 28 june SG12 - Dubai to Delhi (PNR- X4G8VI) 29 june SG251 - Delhi to Kolkata via Guwahati This complaint is on seeking compensation for the hassle and trouble my family faced during their recent trip to India. Let me put out the detailed facts where I believe and conclude that Spice jet failed in performing their services- a)Spice Jet Dubai office could not arrange another connecting domestic flight on same day for the delay on 27 June in the international flight from Dubai to Delhi to Kolkata. b)Spice Jet Dubai office could not arrange an option to change my families domestic flight alone since they said it could not bear the cost of lodging & fooding for the delay in Delhi being a budget airline, though the delay actually exceeded 1 full day in their journey. They alternatively suggested for extending the travel of both domestic and international by 1 full day. c)Spice Jet Dubai office did not give my family an option that there are other domestic Spice Jet flights which though not direct can via reach Kolkata on 28 June, thereby saving 1 day. If the Delhi to Guwahati option was given on 27 June, my family would have saved 1 day. d)Spice Jet Delhi airport did not take serious attempts to let my family board the domestic flight to Kolkata on 29 June. Pls note that my family reached the domestic airport counter approx. 10 minutes before the flight actually departed. Kindly take into consideration that since the delay was from Spice Jet on 28/29 June, they should have been pro-active in managing my family to board the domestic flight on 29 June. e)Spice Jet Delhi airport did not arrange any other next domestic flight through some other airline though there were several flights to Kolkata in the morning. f)Spice Jet Delhi airport did not provide any lodging facility in Delhi. Pls note that ultimately the delay is more than 1.5 days. g)Spice Jet Delhi airport did not provide any fooding for the 1.5 days delay. For all the above matters, I seek a compensation equal to INR 10, 000 for the expenses incurred including all the trouble, trauma and hassle both at Dubai and Delhi for my family. Spice jet customer care has called mean several times and recently they offered INR 1, 000 voucher as compensation which I dis-agreed as my costs have been INR 10.000. Sent a mail to their nodal officers and [protected]@dgca email id as well but no response as of now.
