I had booked my tickets from hyderabad to surat and surat to hyderabad with spice jet airlines, unfortunately my flight was cancelled and they had not informed me for cancellation, when i came to know about this cancellation i called the customer care of spice jet then they told the flight is cancelled so, i asked for other alternative but they don't had other flight, then i asked to do my booking with some other airlines and pay for that but they refuse, then i emailed my problem to their customer relation team and nodal officer but they had not replied my email for 10-14 days, first of all they hadn't inform me regarding my flight cancellation, 2nd they wasn't able to provide alternative, 3rd they hadn't given importance to reply my email for alteration, 4th now they have alternative flight but the flight from surat to hyderabad arrives at hyderabad at night 11:40pm so after all the formality i would be free at 1:00am at night so my concern is, where should i go at night 1:00pm and why should i pay double taxi rate at night because of their mistake, so, i am asking to provide accommodation but they are refusing i am asking for double refund even though they are refusing, so i asked to book my ticket in some other airlines but they are refusing and all the way on because of their mistake they are providing me the same flight, and i am not happy with that so i need compensation from them please help me out from this
