On 19 Nov 14 at 05:01 pm I got sms regarding my flight cancellation with PNR R9UYTT & BCISGH & E2DQSY Flight no SG183/ SG226 dated 22 Nov 14. After that continuously calling spicejet customer care but no one is answering my call. Kindly resolve my problem as I'm going home for my marriage and it will be a matter of shame to my family members if I don't reach home well in time. Also I will knock consumer Court's door if my problem is not resolved in time.

    Hi Team I got a message today morning that the following flight has been cancelled by spice jet. Since then i have tried calling your helpline numbers for 50 times but to no avail . This is really pathetic service by spicejet who has no concern for the well being of the customer on how to get us on-board on another flight. i have some urgent work and i have to reach pune on 25th .       Hi, I am Pracher Pancholi. This is in regard to the flight SG-342 which was booked Wed, 27 Aug 2014 for flight on Nov 23 from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. At the last moment i received a message that due to winter operations we have cancelled the ticket and please re-book on alternate flight. This is completly ridiculous that at last moment spicejet is causing inconvenience to the passengers. To book a new flight why customer should bear the loss . Action has to be taken against these frauds. I am going to take legal help for this if it will not be solved. PNR - LYKEGA Flight Details - SG-342 Bangalore to Ahmedabad on 23rd nov 2014 At 10 am.         The 2 nos. ([protected] and [protected]) provided on the website and all other portals claimed to be customer care no for spice jet are not working. In case of emergency, there is no where to contact Spice Jet and the customer is stranded. Poor customer service. The email if sent is reverted in 2 or 3 days.

            Hi, this is with regards to my flight from pune to bangalore on 16 th November at 4 45 pm. I reached the airport at 2 30 pm and was informed that my flight is cancelled. I was quite surprised since there was no phone call or email from u guys informing me about the same. The guy at the counter said that our software says a message was delivered to you yesterday! Which I haven't got! I got an email day before stating 72 hours left for your travel and prepare for the same. I mean u can just cancel a flight randomly a day before! And even i[censored] do then some special assistance needs to be provided. Very convinently the guy told me that u can take a flight tom morning! Firstly I need to be at bangalore for an official purpose by 8 am secondly, suppose I do that then do I spend the night at airport? Since I have no one at pune. The next option I get is to take an indigo flight which costs 11000 bucks or take a flight at 10 pm which is 7000 bucks! And guess what I will not be compensated for it. I had to pay 11000 from my pocket to fly in indigo when I had booked the spice jet ticket at 4000 bucks! This is so cheap! U cancel the flight a day in advance even then the ticket is no cheaper for another flight. You say " with all our heart" and this is what u do. You are bound to pay the compensation i[censored] cancel the flight last minute and moreover the spice jet flight for next day was also full so there was just no way to get out of the situation. I have Been a frequent flyer of spice jet in this one year and I thought the service is improving but this is not happening. I need to be compensated for this. Indigo airlines call repeatedly even when there is a time change of 5 mins. . Here the ground staff was also so indifferent. Now that spice jet has got the market share you do do not have liberty to treat your customers like this.

            This type of airways should be cancelled their license for not taking care for customer
            My sugesion is that the Govt. should cancel their license so that they should not cheat the customer
            I think SpiceJet is the only private carrier which is capable of doing such things .
            Shame on them . I just hope such cases reach their operations-management .

              I had a Spice Jet ticket booked from Gauhati to Delhi for the 15th of October, 2014. I had cancelled my reservation before the stipulated time. Spice Jet has not till now refunded the money as they had said they would. Tried contacting their customer care department but there is no response from them.

                My parents are travelling from Goa to Amritsar via Delhi by flight SG254. My father is an ex-defense service man who suffered a head injury while in service. Due to this injury he has a limp as well as slurring speech, it pains me to have to explain my father's predicament in detail but unfortunately your staff at Goa a person named Vincent had the nerve to call my father a drunkard. Also the flight will be landing at Chandigarh instead of Amritsar, this change in the final destination was not informed to my parents. I have always held spice jet in high regard but this instance has left a bad taste. Please look into the matter and if nothing can be done I will pursue this case with higher civil authorities because I am livid that my parents had to undergo such humiliation when it was based on my assurances that they chose your carrier to travel.

                  Was travelling from Cochin to mumbai on 8th nov by spicejet. 1) pre booked tickets and meal on 1st april 2) 3 mails and 2 SMS from spicejet to re choose as menu had changed, promptly i did the needful 3)on board flight attendant first tells me my meal was not loaded in the aircraft by mistake so do i want a snack instead to which i nodded my head indicating NO. she frowns and goes to the other trolley and comes back with a food packet and in full view of co passengers and makes this statement " THIS IS MY MEAL AND YOU EAT IT". 4) i felt totally violated and tempers rose instantly. i said i dont need pity and why should i eat your food when i have paid for my food.give me my food or money back this instant.She refused the money and rudely pulled out the food on my table and said "IF YOU DONT WANT TO EAT THEN DONT EAT AND THREW A CARD AT ME AND SAID GO AND COMPLAIN WHEREVER YOU WANT ON THIS EMAIL ID."Co passengers also intervened and told her "HE IS RIGHT EITHER GIVE HIS FOOD OR MONEY". I asked her to give me in writing that food was not served and this ruckus happened which she refused.she even was not ready to give me her name and crew id. 5) By now tempers were high and other passengers stared getting involved in this argument.All the while i was seated on my seat right from cochin to mumbai. 6) later inflight supervisor comes and gives me her crew id and name.she also insisted me to have something and also said this doesn't mean i have willingly accepted the food served.7) just after getting down in mumbai i contact the duty supervisor Mr.Ganesh on the ground and tell my complaint as co passengers were still there in case spicejet wants to confirm the issue with them.He promised to take up this issue soon. 8) i call call centre and lodge a complaint ref:CR/330566/2014 9) call centre guy tells me to contact nodal officer whose lines are not available till date.He assures me a call back which till date has not happened. If passenger misbehaves crew can call CISF but i wonder what passenger does when crew misbehaves.SPICEJET customer service seems to least interested in taking up this complaint. Moral of this story is that three is no point in pre booking meals and moreover spicejet is interested in you only till the flight lands and then they don't know you.

                    I travelled from Pune to New Delhi on 17th October 2014 by Spicejet flight no. SG208. My PNR no. was AC2ZPX . During baggage scanning on Pune airport, Laptop was detected in my travelling bag. I asked the Spicejet staff to put a 'fragile' tag on my bag as it had a laptop inside it so that it could be handled with care and safety. But when I reached New Delhi, and collected my baggage from the belt, there was no laptop inside it. I request you to look into this and check how my laptop has gone missing during the flight travel, and return my laptop ASAP.

                      Hi, This issue is about worst service and Experience with SpiceJet Airways and greater thing of SpiceJet Airways how to make discomfort, loss and inconvenience to their “Valuable Customers” I already sent 3 legal notices to the Spice Jet airways they still not responding to my legal notice and not given any satisfactory reason for the below mentioned issue. • First Legal Notice dated 03. 07. 2014 • Second Legal Notice dated 01.08.2014 • Third Legal Notice dated 07.10.2014 I am Ganesh I booked 4 Air tickets with Spice jet Airways on 16.03.2014 Sunday through “Yatra” vide confirmation number [PNR] W5J8WS to travel along with his family members on 15.05.2014.in the Flight no. SG309 which was departed by 07:15 P.M from New Delhi to Chennai. Actually I am going from Chennai with Tour package arrangement to visit Sightseeing of Kullu & Manali, Chandigarh and New Delhi he starts a trip from Chennai on 09.05.2014 after finishing and visiting of Kullu manali and Chandigarh sightseeing tour package on 15.05.2014 Delhi Tour package starts to visit sightseeing in Delhi. After we visiting Chandigarh sightseeing we reached New Delhi on 15.05.2014 by 12.00 P.M itself only from that time only our Delhi sightseeing Tour package starts so we want to visit local sightseeing of New Delhi for that purpose only we booked our ticket late flight on 15.05.2014 at 19.15 P.M [Exactly at 07.15 P.M] in Spice Jet Airways [SG 309] On the way to reach New Delhi City we planned to just visited the airport how far it is from city in the reason to know the time management after finishing his New Delhi Sightseeing to reach the airport and also we went to your spice jet counter to enquire about baggage details on that time the spice jet airways staff pushed us to travel on their earlier scheduled flight in SG 315 in the spice name of “Paprika” which will going to start by 17:15 P.M. in that situation we explained to the spice jet airways staff by the following words “See we not finished our Delhi sightseeing Package so we want to visit and complete our package enjoyment not able to travel in your earlier schedule flight. But the staffs of Spice Jet pushing us to travel in the earlier flight which was done very big loss to me and disappointment to me and to my family because we are not visited any local sightseeing in Delhi and not utilized our package enjoyment in Delhi. we also requested that airways counter staff also can we travel in our original scheduled flight because now we are not able to travel in earlier scheduled flight why means am not finished my balance tour package of Delhi Sightseeing for that reason only I booked on 07.15 P.M flight but that counter staff told “No Sir you have to travel in this flight only because your flight time is changed due to some seating problems” Again am politely asked that airways person without giving any prior information to your customers how can you change your flight time because he didn’t received any information about the time changing of flight time from your side and from Yatra. That spice Jet Airways persons simply says continuously seating problem aforesaid issues. And without asking our permissions they given boarding passes to us for the earlier scheduled flight Please note this people we are booking the tickets in flight to travel a very comfortable journey and to travel in flexible time but your airways are pushing the customers and solely rescheduled our flexible timings to your gains and flexibility here where is your customer caring business ethics of tat Spice Jet airways. Am travelling with my old- aged parents suddenly changing of time caused fear and tension to my family members because they are travelling in flight this is the first time and they also worried and get disappointment of without seeing Delhi sightseeing returning to Chennai. [Tell me this is a taking care of the customers who pays the valuable monies for their comfortable journey from their side] Am indulged to great loss in my Tour Package cost why means we didn’t see any sightseeing in Delhi that is a cost of Delhi Tour package see because of your selfish business mind causes great loss to me and my family. See people on that day originally scheduled flight also departed by 07.15 P.M but why those airways pushed us in there earlier flight which is not related to my booking favors. The reason is that airways may chance to open 4 tickets in that SG309 to gain profits from current booking but they made a heavier and irrevocable loss to me. Is there any genuine in your ill and business threats in their mind. I did not receive any E-Mail and phone calls from Spice jet and Yatra regarding change of schedule of timings. Actually they are collecting the customer’s Mobile nos. and e-mail Id’s while booking ticket through website it is totally waste of time to fill up that columns because your airways not going to inform their customers if rescheduled the flight timings. After reaching Chennai I mailed customer relation department about this issue on 17.05.2014 but from their side simply asked sorry and not told any value and satisfactory reasoning for the aforesaid issue from such big international airways. It shows clear mask of spice jet airways how they are taking care of their customers. I asked the customer care relation Manager if I come later to the airport due to some seating reasons your airways may with held and not provide the boarding passes to me by Spicejet. I asked the following questions to spice jet airways which cause discomfort to me and to my family members:  Why you changed the flight time which is not relates to me?  Why you not provide information to my me through his registered mobile number “[protected]” by texting or dialing or through registered e-mail id “[protected]@yahoo.co.in,  Why your airways not given same row seats or near one – one seats  Why you not allowed me to travel in my originally scheduled flights  Why your person’s are not asking any permissions to customers before giving boarding passes to your customer’s. It shows your very carelessness and irresponsibility’s about taking care of your customer’s situations and discomforts.  Why your concern authorities are not giving clear explanations to my queries regarding to my discomforts and losses. It shows you’re Ill and profit minded mentality and not bothering about wellness and taking care of your customers.  How can you ask simply “Regret” for your worst services and the mean time which causes this type of heavy inconvenience and losses?  Finally am asked how your airways can bear to my monies losses and mental tension and inconvenience. The list of Discomforts and inconvenience occur to me by Spice Jet Airways  Waste of my Tour Package Cost  Mental Tension  Dissatisfactory services by your Airways  For not proper seating arrangements  Not providing any prior information to the valuable customer’s  For not responding immediate clear explanations from your side  Carelessness of taking care of old aged customers  And finally for your irresponsible and worst services which causes heavier loss, disappointments and discomforts to me and to my family  I already sent 3 legal notices to the Spice Jet airways they still not responding to my legal notice and not given any satisfactory reason for the below mentioned issue.                         I had booked my tickets from hyderabad to surat and surat to hyderabad with spice jet airlines, unfortunately my flight was cancelled and they had not informed me for cancellation, when i came to know about this cancellation i called the customer care of spice jet then they told the flight is cancelled so, i asked for other alternative but they don't had other flight, then i asked to do my booking with some other airlines and pay for that but they refuse, then i emailed my problem to their customer relation team and nodal officer but they had not replied my email for 10-14 days, first of all they hadn't inform me regarding my flight cancellation, 2nd they wasn't able to provide alternative, 3rd they hadn't given importance to reply my email for alteration, 4th now they have alternative flight but the flight from surat to hyderabad arrives at hyderabad at night 11:40pm so after all the formality i would be free at 1:00am at night so my concern is, where should i go at night 1:00pm and why should i pay double taxi rate at night because of their mistake, so, i am asking to provide accommodation but they are refusing i am asking for double refund even though they are refusing, so i asked to book my ticket in some other airlines but they are refusing and all the way on because of their mistake they are providing me the same flight, and i am not happy with that so i need compensation from them please help me out from this

                            The pictures speak a thousand words. I would strongly urge to see the pictures first and then read the email . What could have happened is something I do not even want to imagine. I could have been sending you my burnt skin photos rather than the burnt T shirt & Jeans Photos. This happened to me on a Spice Jet Flight from Bangalore to Delhi on Friday (31st October 2014), Flight No SG 507. I was seated on 30D. There was obviously something on the seat the chemically charred the T Shirt & the Jeans I was wearing. The pieces came out like Tissue papers. You can check with your flight attendants in that flight and they will confirm the same. I wanted to speak to your supervisors in the airport and he took more than 1.5 hours to come to the Spice Customer Care desk - I had a burning sensation on my back and I had to visit the hospital post that. Even that did not seem to fall on his deaf ears and -don't think he really wanted to understand how serious the situation was. He took his own sweet time to arrive at the spot and failed to provide any kind of assistance even after arriving. Your bad. The experience post that has also not been very rosy. I did not assume such level of carelessness & callousness from an Airline of your repute. It's been 4 days since this incident happened and all I got was a phone call mentioning that the investigation did not reveal anything. To hell with your investigation - I seek to be duly compensated because of the traumatic experience I had at aircraft & the airport and also because this is serious and your response so far has been totally unacceptable.

                              The tactical planning with which Spice Jet is operating is really unbelievable and unethical in every term stated. I booked my Bangalore-to-Surat flight tickets for me and my fiancée on the 18th of September, 2014 (2 months before, as I am going to get married on the 20th November, 2014 in Surat) for travel between 17th November, 2014 and its return on the 24th November, 2014 my PNR Number being K23QJL for which yesterday i.e. 17th of October, 2014 in a very systematic “preset” way I received an automated message on my mobile that the flight has been cancelled due to change in their Winter Schedule. Out of curiosity, as usual being a customer, I called the customer service and had a chat with Mr.Amit and his Supervisor Mr.Akaash Bhardwaj as planned by them; right from picking up the phone they were ready with their lullabies. 1) Sir take a Bangalore to Mumbai flight and then from there go to Surat on your own. 2) Sir take a Bangalore to Delhi to Surat flight which had a layover time of 9 hrs (Shhh…. I know you don't know that this is a cheaper sector and we are going to make a lot of money if you take this) 3) Sir we will offer you complimentary meal if you are ready to be cheated. 4) Sir just cancel your booking as we have current customers waiting in line to pay a lot higher amount of money for the same flight. Now if you are smart enough to understand their game, they will tell you that this is the maximum they can offer or else they will contact their higher authority and will revert back. Thus a complain will be lodged, like mine complain number being 326764. After eight days a message will come on your e-mail i.d. that they have went through the complain and decided that nothing can be done about it. Take my money back and go to hell. Since the ball was always at their court and the “plan” was already set to “cheat” you, you are left with no option than to listen to their “lullabies”. Beware. I had to cancel my ticket as they wanted and I was left in a lurch. If you have any plans to book Spice Jet for your journey, anytime, then my prayers are always with all their customers. GOD SAVE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                                  I am Surya Prakash Rathi. I booked tickets for two from Srinagar to Delhi in Spicejet on September 19th’2014. The details of the tickets are as follows: PNR NO : H5J2NP Date of Journey : 26th Sept.’2014 Flight No. : SG 854 Name of the Passengers: Surya Prakash Rathi and Shashank Gupta Travel Date Flight No. From / Terminal To / Terminal Dep Time Arr Time Fri 26 Sep, 2014 SG 854 Srinagar Delhi / T1C 04:30 PM 05:40 PM At the time of booking, the airline company was offering full refund on cancellation of ticket from Jammu and Kashmir because of the flood. According to their website, this offer was valid till 15thOct.2014. But when I called them to cancel my ticket on 25th September’2014, they said the policy has been withdrawn just a day before i.e. on 24th September’ 2014. They refused to refund the full amount. The company has cheated me by making an offer and then withdrawing the offer before time. I have been refunded the amount after deducting a total of Rs. 3000/- The details of my call to the customer care of the company are as follows: Contact Person : Lokesh Kumar Date and time of call : 25th Sept’2014 @ 18.38 p.m. Duration of call : 27.42 min.                                     HI Team, I booked a flight on 4 april from Spice jet, consider the below details onward * Chd to Delhi (15 nov) PNR UBKMKN (9:45 AM- 10 : 50 Am) * Delhi to Goa (15 Nov)PNR U6YE2M (1:45 Pm- 4: 10 Pm) Return * Goa to delhi (20 nov)PNR U6YE2M (1:45 Pm - 4:25 Pm) * Delhi to chd (20 nov) PNR UBKMKN (6:10 Pm- 7:15 Pm) and i booked a hotel(Resort Terra Paraiso - A Boutique Beach Property Gauravvaddo, Calangute, Bardez Goa Goa) in goa with 30.000 Issue is that today i got a mail from spice jet that your flight from delhi to goa is now prepond to 1:45 to 12: 20 PM . Then i called a customer care of spice jet to discuss about how can i manage my time between two flights. when i called to spicejet customer care on 16 Oct then I got a shocking news from customer care that my flight from Chd to Delhi is cancelled of 15 Nov . I got a mail from spicejet on 18 nov that my flight is cancelled but most shocking news i got on 22 oct that my flight no is changed from Chandigarh to delhi . which were already cancelled from Chandigarh to Delhi.                                         Dear Spicejet I had booked tickets to home for Diwali many months before Diwali. Now I get a message that my flight is cancelled. This is very unfair. This is unbearable. My PNR for the flights are VBTLQN. (Bangalore - Visakhapatnam - Bangalore) Please arrange for an alternate flight or else face consumer court. You can't play with people's emotions on Diwali. Regards, Ravi Jain
