I have booked a flight from Bangalore (18:45) to Delhi (21:55) on 3rd Dec. But when checked the PNR status, Departure time is changed to 19:55 and arrival is 22:50. Due to which, My next schedule is disturbed because I have to catch the train by 23:30 . So, I request you to please arrange the flight prior to schedule or change it to 4th Dec 10 AM flight.         we had a booking for a 5 p.m. fight - delhi to mumbai - SG 119, on 5.12.2014 This has been rescheduled to 11.50 p.m. This will make us miss a very important meeting in mumbai at 8 p.m., for which we were going. Kindly put us in any flight prior to this time so we can be in mumbai before 7.30 p.m.

          I had booked Spicejet Delhi - Kolkata flight (PNR No T8IY3G) 29 Nov 14 - 5 PM flight the same was cancelled without any communication. I had to reschedule it to 1st Dec 14 - 5 PM, the same was rescheduled by them at 8 PM than again 11 PM. Their customer care no are not reachable. It's a mess don't travel by SpiceJet I would never in future

            Hi, I am Sachin. This is in regard to the flight SG-345 which was booked Wed, 22 Oct 2014 for flight on Dec 05 2014 from pune to Bangalore. At the last moment i received a message that due operational reasons we have cancelled the ticket and please call [protected] /+[protected] to be re booked on an alternate flight.This is completly ridiculous that at last moment spicejet is causing inconvenience to the passengers.for the past 2 days..I have been trying to reach you through the customer care numbers provided but they are forever busy!! Action has to be taken against these frauds. I am going to take legal help for this if it will not be solved. Flight Details - SG-345 pune to Bangalore on Dec 05 2014.             Hi Sachin,

            The same thing happens to me. SG345 Pune to Bangalore flight is cancelled which is on 9th December. All the numbers are always busy. Still I didnt get any reply of my email from past 3 days. Is there any guarantee that they will rebook the flight in that amount only. Or any refund?

            Guys, Never go by SpiceJet Flight...

              i have booked a flight to guwahathi on dec 7 but the flight was cancelled due to operational difficulties. they have given a contact number to call for re booking but i have trying to that number for past 2 days no response from them, not reachable, network busy.. etc... how can i rebook my flight?? if they cannot provide an appropriate customer care why they need to give a contact n umber. worst airlines ever...                 I sent the follwing mail to [protected]@spicejet.com on 28.11.2014 Dear SpiceJet customer care executive, I received the following message from you on Tuesday the 25th of December 2014. Since then I have been trying to reach you through the customer care numbers provided but they are forever busy!! I sincerely hope that this mail does not go unattended. (" (PNR-Y9J46T): Your flight SG 3597 dated 11-Dec-14 from Chennai has been rescheduled due to operational reasons and will now depart at 10:20 AM. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please check the flight status at http://book.spicejet.com/FlightStatus.aspx or call [protected] / [protected], if you have any queries or concerns.") I had made this booking for my husband, a doctor, who has an Association Of Surgeons meet in Tuticorin at 10 am on 11th December 2014. Now he has to make other arrangements to reach there on time. So kindly cancel the ticket and give us a full refund as this is an unexpected postponement from your side due to "operational reasons" Thanking you, Suyambukani Kumeran [protected]

                    My wife Aparna was booked in SG 512 ( PNR: J7JRGJ) from Bengluru to Hyderabad on 6th Dec, 2014. This flight was scheduled to arrive in Hyderabad around 3.pm. She has to attend a function in the evening starting at 7 pm. However, to our dismay, this flight was changed to SG 1109 with scheduled departure time of 9.30 pm with expected arrival time at 11 pm in Hyderabad. We had no option but to book her in another flight; Indigo; 6E 262 and it has costed us INR 4906/- We request the Spicejet to refund above amount to us. With best regards, Atul Jain

                      Flight SG 524 originally scheduled to take off at 5:55 p.m. on 29th November 2014 from Bangalore to reach Kolkata at 8:25 p.m. has been rescheduled to take off at 7:30 p.m. and shall reach Kolkata only at 10.00 p.m. or thereafter. It is imperative that I reach Kolkata well before 29th November 2014 evening to attend an urgent business requirement and a pre-scheduled dinner meeting. I have already called the Spice Jet customer care number, nodal office number as well as the Appellate Authority number with absolutely no results. To begin with nobody answers the call, half the numbers are not working and when the operator did happen to receive the call she promptly transferred the call onwards where it again went unanswered to my utter frustration. Spice Jet's absolute unprofessional behaviour and callous approach towards its consumers have left me appalled. I wish to reschedule my flight to a morning flight tomorrow, 29th September 2014, if possible so as to mitigate any business loss I may incur due to Spice Jet's incompetence. Regards, AD

                        Hello, here i am complains of the delayed of flights. I had rhe problem on date 24 November form hyd to tirupati flight no. Was 1021 which was delayed by 2 hours pnr no. I63qjm. Nd now on date 25 November while travelling from hyd to mumbai again the flight has beebd delayed for 1.45hours flight no. Sg 403. Pnr no. U55LFS. And coz of the delayed flight nk. Sg403 i m goin to miss my train mumbai to surat. M not satisfied with the delays of spicejet and will tell any other person to travel from spicejet airline. Coz it will be a waste of time and money..                           My sister and her son not allowed to board the plane despite having confirmed tickets. I had booked ticket for my Sister and her son using my credit card. (PNR E8TMVT) The original return journey date was 18th Oct 2014. On Sept 28th 2014, through spicejet website I changed return journey date to 22nd Nov 2014. For this change I paid 3700 INR through netbanking. On Journey date i.e on 22nd Nov, my sister and her son went for check-in, there they have been informed that the return journey date in their system is showing as Oct 18th instead of 22nd Nov. Today when they tried to checkin at Male airport, they were informed that the return date is on 18th Oct. So they did not issue the boarding pass to both of them. So they did not allow them to board the plane. Because of this my brother in law who has different ticket also not boarded the flight (PNR N6WT7Z). I have already raised the concern to spice customer care over phone. I have both the changed iternary which I downloaded from the spicejet website also banks transaction detail for the amount that paid for change. My sister and brother-in-law had to book another flight which was after 26th Nov for more price. Also they had to bear hotel and food charges during their four day stay at Male. I am attaching the below documents, 1. Tickets of Sister 2. Tickets of my brother-in-law 3. Bank statement 4. New tickets booked from other airlines for 26th Nov I will send the hotel and food bills once my sister arrives in India. Request for your eariliest response in this regards.

                            Spicejet Tikcte with PNR No - V683UC, flight got cancelled with No notification. When speaking to customer exacture they said notification was sent out on 19 Nov 11:37, the mail sent at that time was of confirmation (Attached screenshot). We came all the way from goa with no relative in Mumbai. No stay was arranged. This is unprofessional and not acceptable. I want to know how to pursue this in consumer court.

Actually I am going from Chennai with Tour package arrangement to visit Sightseeing of Kullu & Manali, Chandigarh and New Delhi he starts a trip from Chennai on 09.05.2014 after finishing and visiting of Kullu manali and Chandigarh sightseeing tour package on 15.05.2014 Delhi Tour package starts to visit sightseeing in Delhi. After we visiting Chandigarh sightseeing we reached New Delhi on 15.05.2014 by 12.00 P.M itself only from that time only our Delhi sightseeing Tour package starts so we want to visit local sightseeing of New Delhi for that purpose only we booked our ticket late flight on 15.05.2014 at 19.15 P.M [Exactly at 07.15 P.M] in SpiceJet Airways [SG 309] On the way to reach New Delhi City we planned to just visited the airport how far it is from city in the reason to know the time management after finishing his New Delhi Sightseeing to reach the airport and also we went to your spice jet counter to enquire about baggage details on that time the spice jet airways staff pushed us to travel on their earlier scheduled flight in SG 315 in the spice name of “Paprika” which will going to start by 17:15 P.M. in that situation we explained to the spice jet airways staff by the following words “See we not finished our Delhi sightseeing Package so we want to visit and complete our package enjoyment not able to travel in your earlier schedule flight. But the staffs of Spice Jet pushing us to travel in the earlier flight which was done very big loss to me and disappointment to me and to my family because we are not visited any local sightseeing in Delhi and not utilized our package enjoyment in Delhi.we also requested that airways counter staff also can we travel in our original scheduled flight because now we are not able to travel in earlier scheduled flight why means am not finished my balance tour package of Delhi Sightseeing for that reason only I booked on 07.15 P.M flight but that counter staff told “No Sir you have to travel in this flight only because your flight time is changed due to some seating problems” Again am politely asked that airways person without giving any prior information to your customers how can you change your flight time because he didn’t received any information about the time changing of flight time from your side and from Yatra. That spice Jet Airways persons simply says continuously seating problem aforesaid issues. And without asking our permissions they given boarding passes to us for the earlier scheduled flight Please note this people we are booking the tickets in flight to travel a very comfortable journey and to travel in flexible time but your airways are pushing the customers and solely rescheduled our flexible timings to your gains and flexibility here where is your customer caring business ethics of tat Spice Jet airways. Am travelling with my old- aged parents suddenly changing of time caused fear and tension to my family members because they are travelling in flight this is the first time and they also worried and get disappointment of without seeing Delhi sightseeing returning to Chennai. [Tell me this is a taking care of the customers who pays the valuable monies for their comfortable journey from their side] Am indulged to great loss in my Tour Package cost why means we didn’t see any sightseeing in Delhi that is a cost of Delhi Tour package see because of your selfish business mind causes great loss to me and my family. See people on that day originally scheduled flight also departed by 07.15 P.M but why those airways pushed us in there earlier flight which is not related to my booking favors. The reason is that airways may chance to open 4 tickets in that SG309 to gain profits from current booking but they made a heavier and irrevocable loss to me. Is there any genuine in your ill and business threats in their mind. I did not receive any E-Mail and phone calls from Spice jet and Yatra regarding change of schedule of timings. Actually they are collecting the customer’s Mobile nos. and e-mail Id’s while booking ticket through website it is totally waste of time to fill up that columns because your airways not going to inform their customers if rescheduled the flight timings. After reaching Chennai I mailed customer relation department about this issue on 17.05.2014 but from their side simply asked sorry and not told any value and satisfactory reasoning for the aforesaid issue from such big international airways. It shows clear mask of spice jet airways how they are taking care of their customers. I asked the customer care relation Manager if I come later to the airport due to some seating reasons your airways may with held and not provide the boarding passes to me by Spicejet. I asked the following questions to spice jet airways which cause discomfort to me and to my family members: • Why you changed the flight time which is not relates to me? • Why you not provide information to my me through his registered mobile number “[protected]” by texting or dialing or through registered e-mail id “[protected]@yahoo.co.in, • Why your airways not given same row seats or near one – one seats • Why you not allowed me to travel in my originally scheduled flights • Why your person’s are not asking any permissions to customers before giving boarding passes to your customer’s. It shows your very carelessness and irresponsibility’s about taking care of your customer’s situations and discomforts. • Why your concern authorities are not giving clear explanations to my queries regarding to my discomforts and losses. It shows you’re Ill and profit minded mentality and not bothering about wellness and taking care of your customers. • How can you ask simply “Regret” for your worst services and the mean time which causes this type of heavy inconvenience and losses? • Finally am asked how your airways can bear to my monies losses and mental tension and inconvenience. The list of Discomforts and inconvenience occur to me by Spice Jet Airways  Waste of my Tour Package Cost  Mental Tension  Dissatisfactory services by your Airways  For not proper seating arrangements  Not providing any prior information to the valuable customer’s  For not responding immediate clear explanations from your side  Carelessness of taking care of old aged customers  And finally for your irresponsible and worst services which causes heavier loss, disappointments and discomforts to me and to my family I already sent 3 legal notices to the Spice Jet airways they still not responding to my legal notice and not given any satisfactory reason for the below mentioned issue.                                   Sir, This is with regards to our flight from Chennai to Kolkatta on 16th November, 2014 at 8.25 pm by SG 331 with PNR NO J5RU4M. We ( 2 tickets- me and my wife ) reached the airport at 4 30 pm and waited for check in time. There was no display that was alarming to us . At 5.45 when we went for check in counter we were told that our flight is cancelled and it got preponed to a flight that had already left at 10am . We were quite surprised since there was no phone call or sms or email from spicejet informing me about the same. The guy at the counter said that our software says a message was delivered to you on Nov 1st. However I did not get any sms. Also as per the proof I got an sms on 14th Nov stating the preparations for boarding the flight as scheduled and information on web check in. You cannot just cancel a flight randomly and say our system shows that message is sent . How come we got message for web check in? One has to be verbally spoken to as it is preponement of flight by 10hrs. And even if you had preponed due to what ever reasons then some special assistance needs to be provided. After a lot of argument Very conveniently the " senior" told me that he will give full refund ( 2999/=per ticket) and you can take the indigo flight at 8.30pm and do not waste time. It costs about 9500/= per ticket. I had to arrange money of about 19014/= immediately for 2 tickets to fly in indigo when I had booked the spice jet ticket at 2999 bucks! This is supposed to be the the cheap air ticket . Spice jet cancels the flight . prepones and shifts its passengers to a flight 10hrs in advance without one single information to us rather misleading us that as if all is normal. You are bound to make arrangements for the passenger to travel and not throw away responsibility by saying we will give full refund. Refund ??? what could I do with 2999/= for one ticket? Being a frequent flier of spice jet I did not expect this kind of service. I need to be compensated for this. Spice jet should pay me back the difference of Rs 13016/= extra I had to bear ( Full refund of 5998/= for two tickets is yet to come), leave alone the mental harassment caused by this sudden event which upset my wife quite badly.

                                    On 19 Nov 14 at 05:01 pm I got sms regarding my flight cancellation with PNR R9UYTT & BCISGH & E2DQSY Flight no SG183/ SG226 dated 22 Nov 14. After that continuously calling spicejet customer care but no one is answering my call. Kindly resolve my problem as I'm going home for my marriage and it will be a matter of shame to my family members if I don't reach home well in time. Also I will knock consumer Court's door if my problem is not resolved in time.

                                      Hi Team I got a message today morning that the following flight has been cancelled by spice jet. Since then i have tried calling your helpline numbers for 50 times but to no avail . This is really pathetic service by spicejet who has no concern for the well being of the customer on how to get us on-board on another flight. i have some urgent work and i have to reach pune on 25th .                                         Hi, I am Pracher Pancholi. This is in regard to the flight SG-342 which was booked Wed, 27 Aug 2014 for flight on Nov 23 from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. At the last moment i received a message that due to winter operations we have cancelled the ticket and please re-book on alternate flight. This is completly ridiculous that at last moment spicejet is causing inconvenience to the passengers. To book a new flight why customer should bear the loss .
