Internet off from last 6 days,
Not able to complain on [protected] (This number provided by spidigo on spidigo.com), continued (From last 6days) showing busy and last its getting off by telling call us after some time,
Shame spidigo, zero on customer satisfaction,
Even i done 20s of emails but not single reply from you,

My internet connection is satellite ahmedabad location.

    Internet is not working properly. Not able to register complaint on new customer care no as lines are always busy & coustomer care number has been changed 3 times since last 1-2 month. Even not able to register on line complaints. Very poor after sales service. I felt cheated for purchasing full year package. Need justice as nobody is paying attention to resolve it.

      Hello
      I have spidigo broadband connection with id - nileshpatel91 from satellite ahmedabad. Before 3 days internet connection is not working. And website complaint show error. So i request you to resolve the issue immediately.
      Also the issue with internet speed. I have 50 mbps plan but i get only 3 to 5 mbps.

      Please resolve all the issues.

        We are facing too much network issue, in every middle of the month our network of internet disconnected bcz of technical issue.
        It hampers our work time as well nd if network went down on saturday the it wont functional till tuesday.

        Worst service even call center number is not working and no response over call.
        One thing surprised me that they even stop complaining link stopped. http://www.spidigo.com/complaint.php

        Requesting to internet user not to go with spidigo connection otherwise you never get speed up of your business.

          Respected sir,
          I renewed my spidigo internet connection plan last month. I paid entire amount - 4130 rs. For annual recharge. Post after that, i am hardly able to connect to internet.net connection is not working at all. I need to contact spidigo support team on each alternate day for connectivity issues.
          I am a working professional and it takes too much time and effort to keep asking to provide services for which i have already paid my money.
          I tried to reach out to their higher authority, namely ravi who is regional manager of juhapura area but he cut my phone saying that he has resigned from company. Later on, when called from alternate mobile, i got to know he still is reginal manager of our area.
          I am not concerned with all nonsense going around, may it be attracting new customer even though company doesn't have connectivity in area and later on not providing support or fooling customer.
          I just want services for which i have already paid my money to be provided or refund my 4130 rs asap.

          Kindly look into the matter and assist.

          It has been 4 days now still there is no step taken by spidigo team to resolve issue. There is no net connection at my premises. Customer support is not reachable even via Spidigo toll free number.
          Requesting for refund.

            This person told to upgrade my 6MBPS plan to 50 MBPS plan
            I paid the whole amount on 2nd of January and told me it will take two days to upgrade your network wiring but till date 15 Feb 2019 there no response from any person and Mr Gaurav gajjar is not picking up my calls i called him 30 times but no answer
            And not also repling me back on whatsapp after Reading the messages

              My self amarish dawada and i live in ahmedabad. I have contact your sales guy mr. Kirit gohil (Cfa no:12959). The guy said me to pay online which plan i want to activate. So i have paid 2770 rs/- online for a 3-month plan on 27th january 2019 from your website. After paid the amount i have inform mr. Kirit regarding that and he said he will come and set up the new connection.

              But after few days when he did not come so i try to call him but he is not picking up my call even, i have sent him messages on whatsapp he read the messages but not gave any reply. So i called your customer care and your customer care guy said don't worry we will check and let you know as soon as possible. But till date, i am not getting any response.

              Now your so called great company customer care officers nor mr. Kirit pick my call. If you will not resolve my issue then i will go to consumer court. I will never tolerate this kind of cheating. Now the choice is your setup the connection or gets back my money.

              Still Not getting any response from their end. Also tried so many time to contact Mr. Kirit ([protected]) but as usual he is not pick up my call and not give me any kind of response.

                From ahmedabad, my connection goes away and comes back automatically, even when there is no internet available, there site shows data usage.
                They change complain nos. Every 2 months, and you are always in queue. [protected] is there current complain no. You can try for the whole day... You are kept in queue and phone gets disconnected after 2 minutes and 5 seconds.

                  My user id is yogeshjadav... My complain agaist spidigo provider.. I was customer of spidigo broadband but i have uninstalled spidigo srevice on 9.2.2017.

                  I have repeatadly reuqest to spidigo office personally and met mr. Karshanbhai to give refund of my 500 rs back thrice and mail to support @spiidigo.com. But still today no reply.. Kindly look in to this matter. Thank yogesh jadav

                  My internet not working from last 2 days, every time I complaint and It is working for 1 or 2 days max than it's same issue occur that Internet is not working, what kind of service you provide..not satisfied with your service and network.

                      We have taken a plan for 18 months in nov'2018 with unlimited access. Since last 3 days there is no availability of internet connection. Company has removed its one of the customer care number while on other number it always shows waiting. I have loged in compliant on company's website with my customer id i. E. Harshpatela1803
                      Company is not responding in any ways.
                      Please help to get my refund.

                      We renewed our plan with spidigo however internet hardly works and when we try calling the company its not possible to reach them. You could try it yourself none of the numbers on the website works.

                        Hello,
                        I have spidigo broadband connection in bopal area in ahmedabad.
                        Internet has been disconnected for minimum 2 times in a month on a regular basis since last 10 months.
                        Since 2 months their help desk number has changed and that is also not working, it says please wait for 2 minutes, gives my number in wait queue and then disconnects after 2 minutes.

                        No response by sending an email to [protected]@spidigo.com.
                        Since a week internet is now working and do not know how to connect them for registering complaint.
                        This is really worst service to provide internet broadband.

                          Since last three days my internet is off from the end of my service providers. There customer care service is useless as we are kept in que for long long time. More than thrice I gave written complaint on their website & twice through E-mail address. However there is no response. Today I personally went to their head office at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad around 11.30 a.m. I was informed that staff is on strike and the internet will not be available for few more days. When I specifically asked as to how many day, I was told that at least for a week at present.
                          SPiDiGO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          My broadband connection is out of order since yesterday (28-Jan-2018). No response from customer care or technical team. No body is lifting the phone. Please advise.. what to do.. shall we wait for some time or switch over to other service provider. Regards. S S Singh

                            Dear Sir, I am very sorry to say that your ahmedabad custoner care person neither picked the call nor giving any reply (if pickedup).
                            My User ID is kiran.chavda and this is second time in this month your service was not eastablished for more than 72 hrs, this time after 22 jan service has been not established. We have tried to call customer care number but no answer . We have also lodged a complaint throough email but not replied. Due to your poor service and in absence of broadband connectivity my son education got effected. I think you people will open your eye after advocate notice.

                              We have facing serious connetion issue from last 10days. When we use wifi system shows message as "connecting" not as "connected". So, we can't use internet connection.
                              We have also reboot and re-plug in system but same problem continues.
                              Please look into this problem and send the engineer to solve this problem as our registered address.

                              Please also note that your customer service is very poor as we are trying to raise complaimt many times but you have not taken this seriously.
                              Your customer service number is never on work it is automatically ended after 2minutes and always on waiting. And I am forwarding this mail 2nd time and in 1st time while I mailed but not any responce is arrived from your side
                              So, Please do needful this time.

                                Company is not providing internet services from last 15 days. On visiting their office threats were given to customers and were told to do whatever they can. Customer service number is not working and they are not willing to provide a solution. Threats are the only way they are dealing with their customer. They have refused to refund the advance money taken and management does not fear any legal authority. Strict action against them needs to be taken

                                  I'm using Spidigo Broadband connection for shop in Sobo Center, South Bopal, Ahmadabad.
                                  We took the connection for 1 Year & paid for whole year in Year June 2018 - June 2019.

                                  Every week we have the connection problem & connection are out of service for 2-3 days.

                                  Every month at least 6-7 days connection are out of service. Very poor service.

                                    This is multiple times i am facing internet connectivity issue. 3rd time i am raising issue for the same issue. These people are not even attend the customer support call nor even respond on email. I am attaching 2 screenshot in which you can easily see, wifi connectivity is not there still my spidigo home page is showing status as "active". Is there any other way to get this solve thru hard way?

                                      Dear Spidigo,

                                      I am from Maninagar, my internet connection is not working properly it is disconnect after every one hour. Also I am doing online work and I lost lots of work due to this issue.
                                      Also customer care number is very busy after 3 days I talk to customer care representative and he told me will lookout in this meter but steel I ma facing this issue.
                                      If you are not able to solve my problem then give my Mony back.
                                      I need response as early as possible.
                                      I lost my work due to your this kind of duty.
                                      If not resolved my issue then give my Mony back and take your connection back.
                                      This is last intimation after 48 hour I will directly go to consumer court.
                                      So note down that I am facing problem from long time and no one responding.

                                        My internet is not working form last 15 days and I tried to call on support call no. and no one response and line keep showing busy and you are in the queue and somehow you get a chance to explain to your prob there will be no action taken by the technical team or area sales team and company is taking full-year charges and I paid the full amount and my plan is still 2020 its 18months plan and if this is service and careless behavior of company I would like to quite service and need money back.
