Respected sir,
I renewed my spidigo internet connection plan last month. I paid entire amount - 4130 rs. For annual recharge. Post after that, i am hardly able to connect to internet.net connection is not working at all. I need to contact spidigo support team on each alternate day for connectivity issues.
I am a working professional and it takes too much time and effort to keep asking to provide services for which i have already paid my money.
I tried to reach out to their higher authority, namely ravi who is regional manager of juhapura area but he cut my phone saying that he has resigned from company. Later on, when called from alternate mobile, i got to know he still is reginal manager of our area.
I am not concerned with all nonsense going around, may it be attracting new customer even though company doesn't have connectivity in area and later on not providing support or fooling customer.
I just want services for which i have already paid my money to be provided or refund my 4130 rs asap.
Kindly look into the matter and assist.

Updated by Asra Shaikh It has been 4 days now still there is no step taken by spidigo team to resolve issue. There is no net connection at my premises. Customer support is not reachable even via Spidigo toll free number.
Requesting for refund.
