I had booked spidigo and paid advance amount of rs.8500/- on july 13, 2018 by account executive shri vishal chauhan. I was also told if they get feasibility they would install within 10 days. However, unfortunately, the building area was found to be non feasible for spidigo connection. So here are my set of complaints.

1. As per website the refund was to be processed within 1 month. Three months on and there still no update on refund status.

2. Call center does not give complaint number for registration of complaint for refunds and has asked me to visit their head office to demand for the refund status. I would be lodging a complaint againts spidigo with trai separately for this. I have call recordings which shall be submitted to them for their analysis and action.

3. I somehow managed to get the phone numbers of the refund managers (Mr vishal rankawat [protected], mr. Chintan patel [protected]) at spidigo, ahmedabad. They are particularly very obnoxious and unresponsive. I am providing their numbers hope they do respond and help some people here at the forum.

    Shame on company,
    I changed the place of recident, so i told them please shift the connection to my new place, they said first you pay fees for shifting ang than we will take request for shifting of the connection becoz it has still 5 months of plan remaining, i paid the fees, the work has not done till today and plan has expire and the told me please pay expense of extenetion

      Spidigo charging for 24 hours unlimited connection and providing only 13 hours connection. I am raising complain almost everyday that my internet is disconnected around 10:30 pm and getting started 9:30 am in the morning. But spidigo engineer checks in the day time and closes my tickets. I am working in a company in day shift and like to use my home internet in the night, but it remains always down in the night. I am really frustrated with the service i am getting from spidigo.

          Ahmedabad technical team of spidigo is very irresponsible. They try to treat customers like stupid fools. After taking full fee in advance there is no service, standard call center response to complaints. 100s of reminders but they don’t provide any honest answer. Technical team of spidigo ahmedabad is cheating the customers.

          We got broadband connection from spidigo about 1 month ago. After almost one week their tower burnt. Since the there is no internet, the are not resolving the problem, not providing even a clear answer. Everyday they say that by today evening they will come and fix the problem, and no one comes. Like that they wasted many days staying only at home and waiting for them, but no one comes. I follow up many times on customer car and i get only standard reply that engineer is forwarded (Who never comes)

          Yesterday SPIDIGO customer care confirmed that the company will provide me an alternative connection. I requested that they shall let me know around which time they will come home for the connection so that I can adjust my other tasks. No information form the technical team. I am not allowed to call them, they do not call me even after 10s of requests everyday. It is already mid-day I am just sitting home waiting for Spidigo team, no one came and no one called. Please pay attention to the value of time of your customers.

            Hello,

            I have purchased spidigo 6mbps unlimited internet plan before 15 days. I was feeling that the internet will do rocking performance but day by day speed was getting down and since last 2 - 3 days internet is totally down in my personal working hours (8 pm to 1 am). Now a days it is too much slow. It is only 30-35 kbps.

            I already complained many times to provider, but i am not getting valuable result and due to that reason, now i am applying here so i can get my actual worth of monetary value which i paid.

            Also, when i do complaint to provider, they came at home and says everything is working fine and close the ticket but i have already mention that speed is not propper in my working time (8pm to 1 am) and due to that i loss my business. Please do needful as early as possible.

            The wifi gets turn off and the internet speed is not coming in the devices and it has been a large issue since i have been started the wifi plan and company is not solving this issue.

              Hello,
              My self shahid ajmeri. I renewed my spidigo internet services for 1 year. My internet services are stopped from the 11th july 2018 and till now it is not started. I complained so many times but still, the issue is not resolved. I apply for a refund but they refused to give a refund.

              They do not provide me service and also i want a refund because i can not able to use services but the branch manager refused to give a refund and also misbehave.

                Sabhi gawar bethe h... They all dont know how to solve issues... And saying continue that we will solve out your issue within 48 hr and 2 week passed but still there is same problem continued, they dont know how to talk with customer. Bas customer k kese banaye or how to take mony from them... They only knows these things very well... They all have non-technical persons, plz dont even talk them to undrestand or buy new conections

                  We have paid a total of 9000 rs by cheque on date 5-6-18 to spidigo net pvt ltd, ahmedabad. Receipt no is 18-19/58 and ref no is 169359. We upgraded the plan to 40 mbps speed and gave money for the same. We also gave money for installing another router for 1500rs. Inspite of complaining multiple times on their customer care number regarding this matter, no action has been taken. We only get the response that your complaint is being processed. So spidigo has cheated on us by taking our money. They took our money in advance and have not provided the service. It has now been more than a month since the fraud company took money from us. Very poor customer support.

                    I have not used your spidigo internet as you have nt physibility at my place. I request many times to refund my money as i used your internet only for 2 months. All the time your team calling me for renewal and expiry of plan and try to sell me new scheme or plan. At that time i also request to refund my amount. All the time your executive giving me a surety that we will lodge a request on behlaf you and call back you later. But after that no one called me. As i jave visited many times. I met your execurive/manager vishal who is seatin on 3rd floor. But no response after that i met person seating besides vishal cabin. He take my request and all the time given false commitment. Like i will talk to our management and give you call back in evening but that evening till date not come. I dont understand this kind of third class company and services are providing by spidigo. And you are knowing very well that this user not used Internet and you are knowing reason verywell. Then also you are selling another plan and scheme? What a bloffing marketin you have. I am requesting you if you have guts and curtsey then please reply to my mail. And request you to refund.

                      I am not satisfied your company internet services and call center members. I have call to your call center regarding refund related last 1 month & 10 Days but my issue is not resolved. Rudely behavior spidigo company staff.

                      I inquiry for internet with mr chitan patel & vishal spidigo service provider. He was committed for p to p connectivity. We processed payment as per his given account number. His engineer come and check zero connectivity. Then we call him he want 2 days time but almost 1 month over. Now he not pick my call and customer care says same answer everytime that is 'we forwarded your complaint call back will come' but no any call back receive what should i do now?...

                      Respected Sir,

                      I applied for renewal broadband connection at Spidigo broadband company in Ahmedabad. Company's salesman meet with me agree for connection. I paid fee Rs. 5000/- on dated[protected] for 2 MBPS UNLIMITED 18 MONTHS plan but after 18 days salesman whose name is Jaydeep said to me, " our company not enable to broadband connection and please refund your Rs. 5000/- money. I lodged already many complaint regarding this matter but company not refund fee and not answer me. I had come company head office dated[protected] on Wednesday. I meet with Chintan Patel for this matter and he promise to me payment within two days by DD and if DD not received please contact our executive his name is Chintan Patel & Vishal Rankavat and his contact number is "[protected]" & [protected]. After two days payment not received and I call this person but he do not receive my call. I already many complaint in customer care regarding this matter but not response. And visit also 1 month & 10 days but no right answer. So please help to me and strict action against this company .My details are as under:

                        My Internet is not working since 07/05, when I called them on 07/05 they said it was an internal issue and will be resolved on 07/05, on that day they don't even register a complaint. When I called them on 07/06 they register a complain with complaint number[protected] and they are still not resolved an issue.

                        They stopped internet on every saturday and sunday and this happen every time. They took my money in advance and they haven't provide the service for my money.

                          I am finding this pretty unfortunate having to write this email as concern but I have no other options.

                          From last 20 days, I am experiencing frequent unavailability of Internet and complains once registered taking minimum two days to resolve.

                          It's been again a few days and I didn't hear anything back on the complaint that I logged for the recent issues. Frequent downtime causing loss of productivity hours as I have business things being ran from home and the only trusted Internet provider I kept so far is Spidigo. Should I trust any longer!

                          Kindly do the needful to address this issue permanently or else I and a few other from my society have to think of other available options giving away all pending balance, I paid for stability and quality, if it's not there, going with other lower trusted ISPs is not at all hard to accomplish.

                            I had paid 5000 to spidigo for installing internet, they promised me that they would be installing the broadband within 2 days but they failed and said that technician had visited but he was not granted for terrace permission whereas no call was made by the technician when he visited now they are not refunding the money and everytime say will be made tomorrow

                              A lot of delay in the transfer of my wifi connection, very poor customer service, i want my refund or i want to cancel my connection as i am not satisfied with the service. They never answer to me properly, they don't have the manager's details too when asked. When called them initially they said that they would complete it in a week but it is going to be almost 2 weeks and i still haven't got my wifi connection. I want a refund else i am complaining in the consumer court.

                                Since last 2 month my internet connection is not working.. I have complained many times bt i got only one answer”i m forwarding complain to technician” nobody came till i complain 3 times a day. Nd technician closed complain without asking me whether it is working or not. Even he doesnot have laptop. Technician asked me laptop is available or not. For you people should i keep my laptop at home??? Customer service have not authority to talk with us to higher authority. If you want to take money you will come like hungry dogs nd if you cant provide good service then why you provide connection to people nd make them fool??

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have spidigo wifi connection, which completed 1 year, i transferred my home in same area, they told after doing payment we will transfer your connection free of cost, i made payment some of rs 5000 on 6th june and also submitted new home address proof, but still today i did not get any connection from spidigo. His employee mufeez shaikh did not picking up my phone.

                                  I have a online business of mcx nse and commodities. I lost too much money without wifi.
                                  I have done online complain in grahak suraksha also.

                                  In within 2 days i am going to complain in sarkhej police station (Ipc 420)

                                    I haven't seen a company this low on morals, Let's start with their fraud of registration amount. They took 6000₹ from me and didn't inform me that actual price of the plan is 5500₹ and extra 500₹ is the deposit and hence the agent could keeo that extra cash by keeping me in dark. Thereafter comes their pricing fraud, Very next week they gave a superior plan to a neighbour for way less price. Almost 3-4 times a week their network is sandstill and while my plan is 6 mbps in Fiber connection, all I obtain is 2mbps on an average. Most pathetic part comes when I call them to register a complaint when their already snail-born network has lost its breath, They Inform me that "SAAR THE HOLE CITY IS DOWN SO WE CAN'T REGISTER YOUR COMPLAIN". They have trained their dyslexic staff to repeat these same words for whatever complain we do. Only my Apartment's internet was down and yet I heard those aforementioned words 4 times today. Thy finally succeeded to make me irate enough that I had to tell them that I'm going to file a consumer complain. Within minutes, their technician of my area called me and told me that the fault was in their system in my apartment which he instantly resolved it in minutes. Yet my whole day got wasted without the internet. I will only recommend spidigo to people who have amazing anger management skills and patience to handle the bull excrement loaded by them.                                         Hello,

                                        I registered complain for frequent disconnection and speed becoming zero frequently, the problem has not been solved, why this[protected] complain got closed?
                                        I have purchased 2 mbps speed plan for 18 months.

                                        There has been frequent internet disconnection every 10 minutes, and speed becomes zero. This is happening since last 3 months but spidigo is not able to solve this issue.

                                        Complain lead nikunj solanki is providing foolish reasons. And for the same he is not providing root cause in writing.

                                        I have asked to provide me reason for closing the previous complain in written email.
                                        Also provide the solution for frequent disconnection in written.
