I had purchased my spidigo connection on 13th april 2018 and the person came for installation on 19th april 2018 whereas the commitment was for 48 working hours.
However, since installation the wifi is not working properly. I had purchased a plan of 12mbps and we hardly receive speed of 5 mbps. They have visited my place more than 10 times and everytime they come to fix it, they say it will be solved. It works fine for that particular day and from next day it doesn't work.
We have raised complaints several times. And we have tried to cancel the connection but the customer care person on call says they do not take such types of complaint.
They are not providing proper service nor any support.
SPiDiGO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Everytime I call to the support, their executives are like recorded message, "Technician will visit". As soon as internet works, they close the complaints and after 2-3 hours again it stops working and will have to wait for next day for another complaint.

Please do not buy. They are mentally harrasing.

    Dont trust on company like this spidigo

    They are having their fraud selling team they always missell their product having pathetic service and internet connection.
    They never reply. They are here for miselling as i was suffering from 2 month.

    My user id is amarnathsinh my plan is 16mbps unlimited fibre plan but you have fitted bakwas tower walla plan in that i never get a speed above 4mbps that also max 1 hours in a day. Other hours speed was in kbps.

    Spidigo have done mis selling with me. I tried lots to spidigo customer care you always told me it will be resolved in a day i am still waiting for that day.

    I paid 7500 rs for your fibre plan and for 16 mbps speed not for this bakwas speed plan that i have mentioned above.

    I will not call you again and again as i am frustrated with your internet plan.

    I am going to file complain on you on monday in consumer form if my issue is not solved in this two days. I am going to do this.

    I need 16mbps fibre plan until monday morning or refund my payment.

      Hello, My name is Dishank Shah.

      I have paid amount for new connection to Spidigo contact person and he told me within 5 days i got Broadband connection.

      but now 10 working days left but no one give proper response to me.

      i called many times to different person. contact person who take amount with me. it's superior but no one get proper answer.

      and after 2 times not receiving call.

      every time they told me within 1 hour you will get your connection but yet i can not get it.

      Please do ASAP. i suffer a lot.

There is no connection from last 4 days.. I have complain more than 4 time, but there is no solution from you.. My complaint no. Is[protected].
          I could not do my very important work without internet.. I am facing big problem
          This is my last warning
          Solve this problem permanently. If you can't give better service you should refund my money.. Otherwise i will go to consumer court..

            My experience with spidigo is it has worst service experience. I have make so many complaints in spidigo but the technical people is not solving the problem & the net goes in day about 4 to 5 times & sometimes the net doesn’t come & from 2 to 3 days the internet is not working properly & the complain is done & the problem is not solved but the complaint closed automatically without informing me. Worst service in spidigo. It says that they will reply to our complaint but doesn’t call also.
            SPiDiGO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Does not deserve to be rated.. Worst service every week i have to call and ask why i am not able to connect and every week i hear same answer as server is down. I am tired of facing the same problem and hearing the same response. Customer service do not care to support a customer. I do not recommend spidigo to anyone.

              Now I have renewed my connection before one month. But till I am not getting wifi and login.you can see about my complains from your complaints register.every day I have to complain 4 times. Please if you cannot provide me service, refund my entire money which I have given you...
              Your technician visited my house so many times but could not solve my problem.please remove him and get knowledgable technicians...
              At this place I am complaining third time...please your early action to be initiated to solve my problem...
              Ipl cricket matches are going on which could not play by me.
              My important works could not complete in time. At the time of recharge of d2h wifi can not work and paying to Paytm t is not work, so I have to be put in great trouble...

                Hello sir
                Its been 24 hr and there is no reply for my complain my service was stopped on 9th april at 14:00 pm till now i have not received any information regarding my complaint they are still telling us that your complaint is under process but they haven't done anything they claim to provide 27/7 customer support but they dont and whenever i call them for no reason they hung up the phone

                  I use spidigo broadband services. I have lodged a complaint since 4 days. Since 4 days spidigo is telling me the technician is on the way. When will he reach?
                  This happens all the time. And happens regularly like once in a month or two. They give a 48 hour deadline and never manage to solve the issue I'm that time. It always takes a week or more. All the work comes to a halt. Horrible horrible horrible service.

                  Your company has very bad impresiion i got. When u need user for connection u told in swettly . Then after u will not gave propper responced to customer
                  Worst service .

There are not done one month completed tonit purchased i has to ragister 4 to 5 complain for net conectivity isue. Now u told me what i do.                       Since more then two to three months there is constant drop of services in bopal amantran bungalows area
                      Every time you complaint they will not register the complaint saying the server is down and we cannot register
                      Out of twenty five times they may have hardly registered it twice
                      Saying switch is tripping our engineers are working on it
                      Even as on 19th march whole of the day their services were completely down after repeated complaints they have not registered the complaint in spite of constant follow up the services have not started till 20 morning even then they did not register the complaint saying it will be done in two hours
                      Their 2 hrs is 24 hrs and the customer service is still the worst
                      We intend going to the consumer court
                      As after constant trouble also they will never ex tend the validty period or refund the amount

                      We would suggest all customers of chandranet to phase out and switch to any other service provider they feel comfortable there are many in the field
                      To name the few
                      You cable, gtpl, reliance jio etc
                      Unless this company feels the pinch they are not going to improve
                      So consumers take your own decision

                      Since. 19 March morning your sever in bopal is down several complaints were made but not registered also every time your customer care is telling two hrs it will start now it is more then twenty four hrs seems Chandra net is lost on all fronts and needs to be tackled
                      My login is RUDRAAKSH and the internet not only doesn't work but for last 5 days, there is no response from the customer service.

                      I am expecting them to quickly address the existing problem and also respond ASAP.

                        My spidigo plan is expired on 24th January and device was taken on 29th January.so i asked technician about return my 500rs deposit and he told me that the deposit would be delivered to my address within 20days.but i still don't get the deposit.
                        So i called customer care .Cust executive asked to mail at spidigo customer support.i send mail on 24 th February but spidigo not response at all.They keep on fooling around by giving fake commitments &reasons
                        I did not hope That spidigo provide me this type of service.so please send me 500 rs deposit check to my address otherwise. I have to take legal action.

                          I got my plan activated in january for a year and they promised to give me a constant speed of 4mbps. After a month my internet started getting slow and slow. I complained about it, they sent an engineer who does nothing besides checking the speed of the net and says that he'll be emailing the staff about it. Now after mid feb, my internet stops working at night and sometimes even in the day. No one's responding to the complaints done. They keep on fooling around by giving fake commitments. No one visits my place to check the problem. 3 days back they told me that they'll monitor my internet and get back with a solution and since then i haven't heard a word from them. They don't even let me talk with the supervisor stating that they aren't authorized to do that. I kept on mailing them, got no reply. Now i'm fed up of calling them regularly for the same thing. They keep on telling me that they are working on it and will get back to me. They provide 0 status when asked about the complaint status. And its the same problem which i started complaining from the beginning of february. No one takes responsibility, no one cares. Spidigo is the worst isp i've ever know. P. S. My username is rushirajjoshi hope they have time for getting back to me after this complaint.

                            We are using the spidigo net connection from last 3-4 years. As per regular we pay rs.6500/- for 18 month plan on 03/03/2017 for the net connection but in october some dispute have in my building with spidigo members. So spidigo members had cut my connection in between the plan and promise me to refund my amount which are for remaining months...
                            But when we ask for the refund the amount they said to come over there office we reached also and that time they said they will refund the amount asap. But we didn't get the refund till now. We call them several times mailed them several times but no response i am getting till now.
                            So finally i have to compalin over here... Our refund amount is rs.[protected]*10/18)...

                              I would like to inform that already we have spidigo connection at our old vastral workshop of ishwar autolink pvt ltd, but we are transferring our location so please transfer our connection at new location address as given below :

                                I had paid rs 8200 to a person named bhanu on 19th january 2018 for 8mbps plan. Its 6th feb still connection is not done and they are telling for refund but they are not taking any guarantee for the same. Contacted the same thing to executive-niral shah, rajendra patel.
                                On 6th feb niral told that the check will be received by you on 7th feb with 100% surety.
                                He also told that if you are not receiving the cheque you can come to the sg highway office and talk to the authorities but he also mentioned before that there are no authorities present here. These is not the first time i had faced problem in spidigo. It’s the worst network no one should ever take these connections no one is there to answer properly. I even asked to give me in written that check will be given to me on next day but they don’t give.

                                Spoke in customer center and every time I get same answer that we will send reminder to our technical guy and will receive a call soon. But I have never received a call and this is FRUSTRATING NOW. I WANT THIS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP OR REFUND MY MONEY. I HATE THIS KIND OF Services.

                                  I have taken this connection in last month paid to rs 5000 for 6 mbps speed but most of time internet speed connection not available and when available speed is too slow... I want my money back but reply of company is too worst i have never seen this of company in market...

                                  Worst connection do not subscribe for this net... If you do you will keep calling spidigo company for complaint indirectly u will be servant of spidigo to update them that the internet is not working

                                    Refund is awaited after failed installation and spidigo staffs are not picking the calls. Behaves and answer rudely. Pathetic company with pathetic cust support and moral values. Call center persons are really dumb and illiterate. Support emails are never replied!! Wow.. Happened with me first time. This company is totally fraud. Never go for internet of spidigo

                                      This is himanshu soni. I have applied for new broadband connection to spidigo on 4th january, 2018 and paid rs. 6200 online from spidigo website.
                                      On 5th january, 2018 technical team visited my house and denied to install connection as connection not feasible in my area. But jigneshkumar, sales executive told me on 4th january that connection available here.
                                      So they processed my refund on 5th january and told me that i will get refund in 2 weeks.
                                      After not getting refund i visited spidigo office on 20th january and met with vishal at payment department. He informed me that he didn't get any refund request from jigneshkumar. So vishal has processed for refund on 20th january and told me that i will get cheque through courier on 24th january.
                                      But till today i didn't get cheque of rs.6200 and no proper answer i am getting from customer support.

                                      I would like to register complain against spidigo for non payment of my refund and do the needful and request consumer court take legal action against spidigo.
