I have a serious problem against spidigo wifi services, first thing they cut wifi once in 10 days and their customer service number is constantly busy i call them 50 times once but no response also totally fraud company before we gave money they were saying like fastest internet and best customer service but now they are worse in that things please do something against them

    I'm using spidigo from last 10+ years and faced problems so many times but now in 2018 end and today it has crossed it's limits,, my connection is close from last 1 week,, i registered complain in customer care 3 times,, they are saying that engineer will come and call and etc,, all false commitment,, someone is running all business or job on this internet but no value of any compain for company like spidigo,, no any commitment for solutikn,, i want my money refund for my next months service which i had already paid in advance

      I am taken your internet broadband service i am such a very disappointed for your very poor service. I am dame sure you provided a bad service. I will never seen any one other company gave these service. I have already one another broadband plan i am compare with that they will gave more then better
      Service to you. Your broadband provider is too fuker, when i call they are switch-off his phone (Jay thakker). Very bad and poor. I am never suggested any other person for your broadband service. When u want used u told sweet languages after given payment?? Then your thinking.""who are you" dont know cuatomer...""

      So plz changed the thinking... Also learn your company..

        Hello readers,

        I am using spidigo internet for last 3 months. Daily i face issues speed, connectivity etc. They are worst internet service providers.

        I have sent email multiple times no resolution, if i call customer service they say they will create the ticket but no one is calling or coming to check the problem. I have wasted my money seriously

        I will never recommend this to any one. There staff is manner less

          Hello
          I am using spidigo broadband connection since last 5 month. I bought 50 mbps plan. And at my place spidigo fiber optical line. All the same, internet speed is just 1mbps. I registered complaint many times but no reply and solution from customer care.
          Kindly resolve this problem.

            They don't have any support team or not a well educated "enigineer" they are just uneducated boys who only says "noted complaint, for other help meet at office" and the person they say enginner are only a person who come to house switch off the modem, restart it. If it dont help he says complaint forwarded to other team, just waste of money and time.
            The sells executive "bhardway yadav" also switch off phone and make my number reject list.

              This is the most pathetic broadband service which exists in Ahmedabad. I have been using this since last 3 months, and believe me not even a single day I have got the speed for which I paid. Out of these 3 months only 1 month I got active internet connection and speed I guess less than 128 kbps. I have complaint several times but they close the logged complaint without even attending it. I am now fed up with this, and request everyone who is reading this never ever go for this ### broadband.

                Hello,

                My user id is kishansood, the internet is not working from last 6 days, we are unable to use the internet, from last 2 days i have visited spidigo office @ parshwa complex and met mr. Akshay but of no use, he everytime promises that problem will be solved today but all in vain. Lastly, when we renewed the contract they promised us, if the net is not working, we will be extended and reimburse the days but the loss which we are having by not using the connection is not possible. Our business is suffering due to this, we couldn't complete our orders.

                  It has been few months now that we have switched to spidigo optical fibre plan, but the issues we are facing after switching are uncountable. Every now and then we have to call the support centre number (Which also switched it's number to a newer one and hardly receives their customer calls!).

                  Spidigo promises to provide resolution in 48 hours after logging of complaints, but please help me to understand that how come every complaints logged since past many times are taking more than 3-4 days in resolution. Moreover, this resolution hardly sustains for a week, after which again we have to call the customer care a million times.

                  Can we have more professional attitude towards customer complaints? Can we take the 48 hour resolution downtime more seriously and resolve complaints as early as possible? Can customer like myself who have been a part of spidigo since a long time rely on spidigo services?

                  Looking forward to your honest feedback and resolution for logged issues.

                    I am having connection issue problem since 3-4 weeks i have been trying to complain for the same to there support centre but they sometimes does not receive the call or sometimes just disconnects. Since last 2-3 days i’m totally disconnected to internet they not taking a serious step to resolve my problem. Their time limit for complaint resolving is 48 hours but right now it’s been more than 48 hours no technical support call or engineer visit they are just telling that we will make a remainder for the complaint. Also i have tried out reaching through the e-mail bt they haven’t replied to my mail yet also they jst try to help us bt they aren’t helping.

                      I have purchase 16 mbps 12 months plan on 3rd nov, 2018. After started this plan i am not able to get at least 4mbps speed. I already make complain and they raise one ticket for my complain. The complain was registered on 12th november. After 2 days on 14th november they closed ticket without any acknowledgement or without any resolution. So i talked with customer care and reopened complain. Since the complain open they start ignoring response to me. Every time i talked to them they just said, your complain is under process.

                      Right now on 8th dec, 2018 i am writing this complain. I am not able to get connect internet for last couple of weeks. I asked them to pay refund but they just make us fool by saying your request is under process. I send them mail as well for this issue still they not responded. I go their office twice and they talked rudely and just ignore our problem.

                      I have mail details which i send to customer care for complain. I can provide mail details as well.

                      Please help me to get my money back.

                        We are having spidigo BroadBand Connection from last 6months, As when we inquire reg. connection the mktg people promises the connectivity is very much consistency. But after few weeks problem start, when we got disconnection problem we call to customer care always they say within 1hrs eng visit to your place but never visited, and from last three months they always says the fiber cable cut. and resolve take day or two. For that we contact Nodal Officer but no responce from the officer. our request pleas take action against and refund balance amount.

                        The connection is not working. Nobody is interested to resolve the issue. Shall higher management should look into the matter.

                        Firstly, Internet was not working for 3 days then it start connecting and disconnecting every 5 minutes.Their Customer can number is even dead.ISP not replying to mails too.I had sent 3 mails still no reply.Now it's been more than 10-12 days still no reply.Worst service.Fraud!

                          I registered a complaint through the customer care number[protected] one week ago and have been calling everyday since then to enquire about the complain status and there is only one response : we are forwarding your request/complaint to our engineers and they will contact you. No one from spidigo has contacted yet. My user id is dhruvsachdev. This is a kind request to please solve this immediately. Inspite of having a policy of catering to the request/complaint in 48 hours, they are not living upto their words. When i wanted a new connection, they were calling from their end and they reached my home on the same day of the inquiry. I have also sent a mail today for the same at [protected]@spidigo.com

                            I has been more than 20 days i have not internet working at my home. I have called so many time to customer care but no one answers properly. All the time they says engineer will visit but up to now no one has come to visit and to resolve the issue.

                            It seems like once i paid the amount to company for annual plan then they don't care the customer. It is not the good service. I request you to resolve the issue or give my money back. My details are as below

                              The agent came to my office for installation and asked me to pay before the insallation could even be executed. He then said there is a building between the office and the tower so the installation can not be done hence refund will be made next day, since then spidigo comapny had not been providing satisfactory responce, neither the employees its been 1month and 15 days now. Yet i had been given fake commitments that the refund will be done in 15 more days. How stupid it is to believe that this company is taking more than 45 days to even refund after knowing it was fault from their end as the engineer should had made sure first then moved ahead. People from this company do not even provide status, when called at customer service every time they say that they are forwarding their complaint yet no one bothers to even update on status. This is my worse experience with any internet provider or even any company. I would had taken legal assistance yet it is just 5200rs so it does not seem relevant to waste time and money behind them.                                 Hi

                                I would like to raise complaint for spidigo
                                As they have not solved my problem.
                                I have raised complaint allmost everyday in spidigo, even i have sent complaint mail too. However there is no response from spidigo and till today i am facing internet diconnetivity. They have not provided me permanent solution for my complaint.

                                Hi,

                                Again i am facing challenges. My internet connection is not working from last week. Their customer care contact is not reachable, even after they have changes new contact. I called technician, even his number is also unreachable. I have sent mail also on their support email id However, there is no response from them.

                                I dont know how to approach this company to solve my problem. they are not even giving response when visit their office. They have not solved problem.

                                I would like to make complaint against this company. I want permanent solution.

                                  This is regarding a new connection request for spidigo broadband connection.

                                  I contacted spidigo and they sent dilip pandey. He came to visit my home on 18th october 2018. I asked him that how much time it will take to get an installation completed as if it can be completed late by tuesday i. E. On 23rd october then only we can afford.in addition to that when i asked about fiber connection, he gave an interesting reply that spidigo already has fiber connection in my area and they need to just setup a connection at my home and it can be done in 1 day. We are convinced.

                                  Dilip pandey provided below information.

                                  1) fiber connectivity exists in my area.
                                  2) setup would require only 1 day.
                                  3) in case of fiber cut, after complaint we will assure to fix it on a next day.
                                  4) in case of any issue/query, you may directly contact me. I will co-ordinate till the end of setup.

                                  I have to work from home for which i require internet connection and i have many projects to do. Mr dilip confirmed that it will be done on monday i. E. On 22nd october. We were delighted and did full payment on the very next day.

                                  When no one came to configure setup, i called him and he replied that i don't know may be someone can come. A person then came to provide below information.

                                  1) the setup can not be completed today.
                                  2) we don't have fiber connectivity in your area.
                                  3) it will take 2 days.

                                  Now, i want answers of below questions.

                                  1) why after getting full payment, mr. Dilip does not answer our calls.
                                  2) if the fiber was already there in our area then why the person who visited my home informed me that there is no fiber connection in my area.
                                  3) if the fiber cut was an issue then also it would take 2-3 days to get repaired.
                                  4) currently it's been 8 days, neither mr. Dilip receives our call nor someone has come for configuration.
                                  5) are you guys playing with integrity? When i was provided confirmation and on that commitment i took many projects to do.
                                  6) could you please provide us full refund where people try to make us fool just for money and also do not co-ordinate us or try to know our problems??
                                  7) who is responsible for this pathetic service?
                                  8) i do require full refund. I do not have interest in such a pathetic and unreliable service.

                                    I have asked sales person for new connection on 22nd and on same day one of your executive comes to me and collect the documents and cheque.

                                    Today while typing this email, there is no update from you. Money is debited from my account. And the sales person, I requested for the connection, not picking up my call. Customer care service executive saying that your request is underway.

                                    Really I'm too fustrated. Feeling insecurity for my money. I don't know whether I'm enrolled or not. There is no acknowledgement from company side.

                                      This company is a cheat inspite if taking an yearly charges of the services they r supposed to provide we ain’t getting it. Hv registered complain 50times in last 30days every morning we make a call expecting it to be resolved. I am a working from home mother of a 6 year kid causing hinderance to my work. I m tired of calling spidigo for this so finally hv come to this medium. I m sure it would make some difference now. Please help

                                        Bwfore 1 days i have recharged with 4500₹ but still i am not able to use internet. I am very puzzled and they are not giving any satisfactory solution and there contact person is not attending call.
                                        Never use their services.
                                        My frind suggest me to not opt for their services but i didn't hear his word and now i am facing this.
                                        This is my first experience with speedigo and they provide this type of pathetic services.
                                        So plz don't go with them.
                                        I have recharged with 4500rs.
                                        And
                                        Now i want my money back as soon as possible.
