Hi,this is Imran Malik and i hold a broadband connection of your company but however i am facing several troubles in using this,from last one month.And several times i filed complaints regarding any time but not Response and Call to Customer Care[protected] and Talk to Suresh Parmar .He has not responded well. And he has used abusing language.So please resolve this complain and resolve my complain as soon as possible.Thanking you...........
SPIDIGO is really Fraud, cheater, mother company they are always do cheating with peoples.

they are not refunds my payment since last 25 days.
i Really Disappointed with your payment refunds approach
i have already gives your marketing sales person (Shafeeq) cheque on 22th-Oct-2011
and after just 1 days i told him that please don't deposited the cheque because other internet service providers gives us more speeds plan then you so i told him i don't wants to takes your spidogo net.

but unfortunately he still deposited the cheque and because of that i wants my payment back from you guys. (and that is why i am not get any USER ID yet i know.)

i also meet at your office personally on 27-Oct-2011. even they persons also note down my address and mobile no etc. and your person told me that you will get your payment refunds till Saturday 31-Oct-2011 max but still i didn't able to get my payment back. i means whats rubbish is this.

still i call your customers care officers they told me we didn't get this any payment refunds request yet.
i already calls more then 3 times today and discussed this issue regarding payment refunds. but still didn't get any reply from your side that when i can get back my payment.

    I have taken services of Internet from 'SPIDIGO BROADBAND AND INTERNET SERVICES' .
    Since I have problem of very low speed and disconnecting Internet, I have complained to the company but no-one is listening my complaint and no-one is sorting out my issue.
    I ma suffering from this problem form last 15 to 20 days but still my problem is there.

      I am writing this email onbehalf of my wife (Smt. Anandmani C. Iyer).

      My wife interested in internet to go for SPIDIGO as my neighbour are having. I trusted and paid approx. Rs.5,000/- for one year. It was working quite nicely without any problem. But on 23.10.2011 all of a sudden net got unplugged due to the reasons known to you better than me. On 24.10.2011 your engineer has come and restored and within one hour it got the same problem and I lodged the complaint once again on 24.10.2011 itself. After that I contacted nearly 39 times as I am having the record in my mobile since then.

      Since 23.10.2011 days I am without internet connection and your personnels like Dharmendra, Pragna, Momin, Mayur, Kaushik Vora, Jason use to give the promise stating that your complaint will be over within 1-2 hours. Since 23.10.2011 I am hearing this word without any solution. What type of management is going on in your administration?

      On 25.10.2011 I was told that today we will send somebody to do the needful. but in vain. and on 26.10.2011 I got the message that there is no engineer available as they are on holiday and on Bhai bij i.e. 28.10.2011 your problem will be solved. As I know that Diwali holiday is for 2 days. I contacted on bhai bij and I was told that no engineer is available and who told you that your problem will be solved on Bhai bij? I said that give your supervisor's number or get me i want to talk to him. They refused to say that we can not give this. I told I want to give in writing give me your address they refused and said that on Monday only the office will be open. I threatened to go to CONSUMER FORUM. I was told by two customer care executives that wherever you want to go go. We do not bother about that.

      Whenever I contact your office I used to get a reply it will be done within 1-2 hours. Around 5.40 p.m. I contacted your customer care office and Jason took the phone and told me that after two hours engineer will come to your house and will do the needful.

      And on 28.10.2011 your personnel came and got it repaired around 5.10 p.m. I asked why your company took this much time to repair it. He told me that in my building i.e. in "A" block one person has put the power off hence the problem and faced by so many people and the plug and socket is to be installed every house to overcome the problem and the same problem was there and I lodged one more complaint on 6.00 p.m. As usual, I got the same reply within 1-2 hours the problem will be solved.

      On 29.10.2011 after making several calls, I contacted several time and your engineer told me that your computer browser is having problem hence we could not do anything. I said that give me in writing that my browser is not working as I have to go to CONSUMER FORUM then after 3.30 p.m. your senior engineer promissed to do the needful and it has got repaired. I think this problem will not persist.

      If the same problem persist, you have to pay compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- for mental torture and inefficient services provided by your company and If I visit CONSUMER FORUM, you have to bear the expenses like my leave, other charges like Rickshaw, Advocate fees, losses in business, metal torture, etc. You should improve your services and tell your executives to give reasonable promise. Definitely I am going to tell everybody about the same and the type of attitude is practiced in your company. I am going to tell my friends to not to go for SPIDIGO. It is fast in getting connection but SLOWGO in service hence it is not SPIDIGO it is SLOWGO.

      Suitable reply should be made available to me. Against your reply I will have to go for CONSUMER FORUM.

      On 29.10.2011 i.e. immediately after restoring the internet, I made a one complaint No.[protected] at 7.00 p.m. stating that my system is not working. Kaushik was there.
      Once again I complained on 30.10.2011 at 10.48 a.m. Mr. Sarvendra took the phone.

      SINCE 23.10.2011 MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. COMPENSATION OF RS.1,00,000/- SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ME FOR MENTAL TORTURE AND LOSS OF BUSINESS

      I have a connectivity of spidigo since a month.I am facing the problem since last two weeks but no one comes at my house after dozen of complaints.the problem is that i can't get the speed as per my plan.after 8 pm my connectivity is similar to a connection of 56 kb instead od 512kb

      Connection is not working

        Third class services i spent lots of mone to call cstomer service centre..customer service centre only listen what thair enginner reply..no one listen complain by the user.

        poor services no reply after getting connection and give money to them.

        they are cheatting to the customer as they at time of get the connection they ensure best services and all that but after all goes they never pick up your call and never give services to you..they will give services on their time. they dont care about the old customer as they pay advance rs.3500 for one year as an pre paid.

        please away from the spidigo broadband.

        this is my personal opinion.

        Spidigo — network connection

        Dear spidigo,

        I am using spidigo connection since last couple of months my user id is :- prem30 and location is bopal. I am continuously facing connection related problems since I have it. I have spend hundred of rupees for phone call for this problems.

        It is observed by me that we are getting very low and poor quality of services from your side. I have booked the complaint over phone on Saturday and your engineer come but he reply that my pc is not started and he was ensure me that he will come in evening when I was at home when I called him he replied that he was not able to come he will come in next day morning. Next day I was waiting for him but till noon he was not come and when I called him he reply I will come in noon. When I called him and ask him to come then he replied he will come in evening.

        Now tell me what is this going on?... it was happed in past with me.? When I called to the customer care call center they reply that their engineer was right and customer talking wrong… is this services?

        When I join spidigo broadband services your sales person told me that we will give you quick and best services. But as all are doing you also do the same after get the connection no one can reply for problems.

        Kindly suggest what to do in this . why I continue with sidigo connection ? and I think that I was done big mistake to take connection from sidigo.

        Spidigo is not a reliable connection. I am not at all able to work due to internet issues. Nobody listen us and try to resolve the issue. Not a single person can understand technical problems.

        I personally advise to everybody that none should select spidigo. There are many other internet providers available.

          HI I have got SPiDIGo internet connection and have paid for 6 months in advance. My internet connection gets dropped regularly. Everytime this happens, I spend a fortune in phoning their customer call center. Whenever I phone, they promise that an engineer will come to my house to fix the problem tomorrow but tomorrow never happens...
          try to call atleast 6 times a day...they are cheating with speed also as it fluctuate too much...

            HI I have got SPiDIGo internet connection and have paid for 12 months in advance. My internet connection gets dropped regularly. Everytime this happens, I spend a fortune in phoning their customer call center. Whenever I phone, they promise that an engineer will come to my house to fix the problem tomorrow but tomorrow never happens..!!! I am now frustrated with all the staffs in Ahmedabad office, it is worst of I have ever seen..With the current issues with my internet, I have nearly spoken to 8 customer advisers and each one of them only promise that they will fix the problem but nothing happens. I am sick of it now and want to put a serious complaint against this company..

            I still have got no internet connection at my home in Ahmadabad, please help

            I have internet connection of spidigo. Suddenly internet stops. i have paid 6 months in advance and this has happened atleast 60 times. When ever i call they say engineer will be there but they never come and the ticket is closed suddenly. Please help. I am sick of it. they are completely cheating.

            Unfortunatly i have spidigo connection in ahmedabad, Dont buy spidigo I-net because the service is pathetic and it works on your luck. there is no escalation matrix and nobody listen to it. if you log complain 4 times still person will not visit your place and shame less customer care dont provide escalation too. pls pls dont buy this service. They are cheaters.

              I was using spidigo broadband internet since last one year, it was worked fine before two months. On july, 2011 I faced some slow speed and disconnect problems. I call lots of time to customer care and each time they told me that technical person will contact you but till date 2.0 month passed and no one contact me even I regularly call for my money refund and cancel the connection. I also sent the email him to do the same as per their instruction and visit the office to give application but at office they not accept my application and told me that they will not disconnect and refund money on my demand, they will review the issues and after give me the money. But till date I am not getting and answer and no any senior is talk with me. I am very frustrated on their service and want my money back.

                spidigo.. when i started using it a year before .. it was nice.. ok.. but now after year.. its like a nightmare.. worst connectivity.. no response from tech department... they promise to fix it.. but nothing. noone even cares to come and check at my place... they callback. saying all is wokring nice... try for few more hours.. then call againg if continues... and it goes on like this...totally USELESS internet provider.. such companies should be banned...costumercare people talk very rudely... i wanna sue them...

                  MY Name is Vivek Raval and my id in Spidigo is vivekraval26 I bought the connection of Spidigo on 22nd June'11 and start on 29th June'11 but I never get connectivity after 10am Morning to next day 6:00am Many time Complain to them but never solve yet after I complain to the Complain Manager Mr. Aman and he also visited my home and see the problem he convert in direct connection after then the same connectivity problem face then after he move me round and rount from 29th July'11 still 11th Aug'11 then after on 11th Aug'11 I disconected my connection after many followup they give me today refund of only 2300/- but When I take the connection at that time I pay 3,400/- so I request you to note my complain and given me a refund of 3,400/- bkz I suffering one and half month from Spidigo bad service and inresposible person.

                    Hello,

                    This is Dilip Rathod. My complaint is against to SPIDIGO internet service provider. I am paying Rs.1750 per six months. This company is making people fool coz Its service is very poor. I am suffering to loss connectivity for 2-3 months. I made complaints many times, When i making complaint their engineer comes without any information and repair connectivity but after 5-7 days its failed again and again. Each engineer told me the network cable is damaged we will changed immediately but cable is not changed till date and time. I am trying to talk with their senior or responsible person but customer executive not transferring phone line to any senior person.

                    So now what to do.

                      hello sir,
                      i have get spidigo broadband connection.and i have get 512 kbps plan with 6250rs.my problem is that i have paid all charges for internet connection but spidigo company does not give me any service or any answer. I have request to spidigo many time but that company could not accept my request yet...and i have request for my refund .but that company does not give me any answer. so please accept my request and give me solution as fast as possible...

                        SPIDIGO is the worst ISP.

                        Don't get lured in their schemes.

                        Their plans won't live up to your expectation.

                        I purchased 3 monnts 1 Mbps plan worth 5200 Rs., and what they are giving me is 400 Kbps of speed with frequent disconnection.

                        Instead i should have gone for BSNL's 750 Rs. plan/month which gives 512 Kbps, and lives upto it's expectations.

                        Even Spidigo's S**T tower is only 200 m far, without any obstacles, even then i m getting only 400 Kbps.

                        In Ahmedabad there's no need of wireless broadband like spidigo, because almost 98% of area is covered by wireline broadband.

                        In Spidigo, they say that ahmedabad is now wireless, but even after buying their plan you won't be able to access it from anywhere in ahmedabad via WIFI. You will be only able to use it from your home.

                        So it is pointless to buy Spidigo. Instead go for wireline broadband, which is the best deal.

                        Dump Spidigo.

                        Spidigo will incur loss in your bussiness.

                        Don't let it ruin your time and money, Go for a reputed ISP.

                          Hi,
                          This mail is regarding Spidigo's worst service. i have complained so many times about this problem but no person is taking responsibility of this problem, and also they don't try to resolve my complain. If this can't be resolved by Spidigo's side I want to have my refund back to me.

                          I had also visited Spidigo's company office located at S.G.Highway, Bodakdev. I met Spidigo's representative there whose name was Mr. Dushyant and Mr. Aman, but no one of them neither did proper to resolve problem nor refund.

                          So, this is my last warning to you. If within tomorrow itself my problem will not resolved by Spidigo's company then I will go for Consumer Court, and I have proper proofs of Spidigo's poor service since I have got Spidigo's connection. You can have a look at Spidigo's database for my compalints dates as well as times.

                            My name is Viral Trivedi. I suggest everyone to avoid taking spidigo connections. I have a spidigo connection at home and its services and speed are pathetic. Inspite of complaining numerous times, they have done nothing. I had already paid for 6 months and now they dont every reply when I ask for refund.

                            It is the worst services company I have ever come across.

                              SPiDiGO — Not getting speed as per company's plan & nobody responding thereof

                              since 10/01/2010 I am not getting speed of my spidigo broadband connection.
                              on complaining by phone somebody comes and had gone without solving the problems.such happens two times but nobody is responding.I am tired. I have paid for 6 months plan. Now I am helpless.

                              i had read all the comments/complains on spidigo on this site. my complain is nothing new. i took broadband connection of spidigo on 12th jan. and my plan is 512kbps in day time and 1mbps at night. since i had take their connection i couldnt got atlest 256kbps speed. for one month they told me that their bandwidth work is progress so the problem is. from 12th jan to till now i dont get speed for which i had paid 3500rs in advance. i had gave so many mails about termination of their service as they told me to do for cancelation of their connection but still i dont get my refund nor any answer from them. since my first complain, they send a person to check my speed and waste my whole day in doing somthing and finaly their answer same that i cant get full speed of 512kbps.
                              where should i go for my refund and where should i do complain against this fraud company? i am sending you a copy of mail which i had lastly submit there,

                              i want to discontinue/terminate my internet connection due to speed reason. your marketing person confirmed me that i will get 512kbps speed at day ours and 1mbps at night. but i couldnt got more than 230kbps speed ever nor at night as you people commited. so many times your tech. persons had visited my place for my query but they failed. i had assured by one of your tech. person by phone that speed issue will shot out in just one day, after 5 days of his telling i am writting this mail. i just fadeup and want my money back. i feel i was cheated, but stil waiting to go consumar foram. as early as possible give my full check back and cancel this [censored] connection you gave by cheat. this mail i had sent you early too on 2nd feb. than after they told that my plan is 256 revolution so my speed wil be only acording to 256kbps !!!!!. this is their answer should be? than after they told me that they will extend my full month cause fult was from their side from my activation date, now they are telling that they can only extend 8 days. how can i belive and faith on their talks now? at the activation time no body told me that between 6 to 8 pm and 6 to 8 am my speed will be 256kbps. thats not cheating? at the activation time i asked your person that first i would like to see demo than i will decide to take your connection but he told that they give demo only if i have conform to take their connection. and that time nobody told me that their bandwidth is in upgradition so i will suffer for month long. what i expect from you now? so first give me my full payment back. this time i dont want to wait for any answer from your side, just want my money back than we will talk on speed. i will wait this week only for my payment.

                              I also have connection of Spidigo and am facing the same sort of problem related to speed. I took broadband connection of Spidigo in Jan 2010 with the plan of 2 mbps speed for 6 months (6 GB limit) and paid 1750 Rs. to get the connection. They gave me connection in a week time. Initially i was getting good speed but still not 2 mbps. It was hardly 1 mbps. I called somany times to their customer care to solve this problem and then they sent one "BAKWAS" engineer. He came, made 2-3 calles to their support team to look into this problem from their end but failed. He said, I will check this problem at our end and then will come in next week, but he never came. Then again I called to their customer care and requested to send a technical person who can solve my problem. They sent another engineer who had changed the antena and solve my problem. But again after 15 days (in March), I started facing the same problem. I had compalined somany times and they send 2 more engineers by April but both of them failed. Everytime, their engineers come to my home, make 2-3 calls to their support engineers (don't know what kind of buggers they have) and then ran away. All the time they give different reasons like, (1) this problem is due to work in progress at their end. It will solve in 2-3 days automatically. (2) this happenes sometimes, let me check at our end and i will get back to you tomorrow by evening, and like that. Still my speed related to problem has not been resolved. I am not able to upload any files. I think, I have wasted my money and time behind them. Even when I make calles on their customer care number - 6619999, I am getting the message that "This number is temperorily unavailable. Please call after sometimes."

                              I use to keep mobile number of all their engineers who came at my place to solve my problem. They take my call 1st time and from 2nd time onwards they never pick-up my number if they see my number in their mobile. Once I called to their engineer about 5-6 times in a day from my mobile but he didn't picked it and when after half an hour I called him from my landline and he picked it up because he didn't stored it. He told that I need to give my complain to their customer care and then he will come.

                              I suggest, please don't get connection of this company - Spidigo. They don't have capability to provide proper services to their customers. They are only interested to get the money and then they will disappeared. If I'll meet any senior person of this company then I will surely beat him and will give somany bad words.                               I had opted Spidigo broadband services in Ahmedabad for six months. However, during this tenure I got worst response when I really required internet connectivity. Ultimately I withdrawn its services.
                              However, I haven't got deposit (of Rs 500/-) which i paid to Spidigo at the time of taking connection, till date.

                              I am using SPIDIGO since feb 2010, but now a days it seems that they are not interested to earn as well as to compete the companies in market which are providing service better than Spidigo.

                              As I am existing customer, one thing I like to share with you that some of the employees are such a rude that they will really responsible for all the complaints of customers.

                              One of the Engineer told me that their is not bullet available in the stock so you have to wait for more than 2 to 4 days, and if company provide me I will solve the problem, else it will not be possible. But the same problem is solved by me when engineer not visited me.

                              The same guy after this told me that their is some technical issues so you will never get connectivity, so just apply for refund.
                              I have already given his name to call center executives.

                              But after regular calls and my complaints since last 15 days, none of engineer solved my problem.

                              So as engineer told me, I will like to take refund if they really do not want to provide me service.
                              Absolutely True!! Their services are the most pathetic. Their sales person promises tons of things but we only realize it to be a pathetic joke only when its too late. Their technical service department does not even have a technician, its merely a type of call center where they accumulate all types of request and complaints and promise a call back from a tech executive (doubt they even have one since i never-ever got a call back). After dozens of calls made to their call center finally their floor manager comes on the phone, and the most unbelievable thing happens, he tries to diagnose the issue by giving me technical guidelines without even having a clue on getting the diagnosis done. That's how i realized that their manager was the dumbest of all and that's why their services are so dumb. I have worked as a tech support executive for a UK based industry and done my Master's in Computer Science which concludes that all diagnosis were already done by me before logging the complain. Worst of all cases, when their technician came to install their devices, he had to configure the software (obviously it has to be done under any scenario), but the thing is he was literally fumbling because he had to work under MAC OS X, which he never saw in his life, now what kind of technician is that? Aren't these guys given proper training or what?

                              Strict warning for users who are looking for a good service providers, if you are good technically and can fight it out, only then try for spidigo or else stay the [censored] away from them (batli men utar kar apke pas se hi dhakan bandh karaenge).
                              I have my life time worst experience with crap head customer service executives they have.. especially one Mr.Parmar and one more lady(I can recognize their voices as well, , I guess they have only these two crap head in their customer care), with whom I keep speaking every next day as their Net Service will be either down or Slow like a hell. These both executive will even hang-up your call in between.


                              I suggest to go for Airtel if available. They are the best.. I had to take this crap service from company like Spidigo just because there was no bandwidth available at with Airtel at that time..

                              When I had connection of spidigo from then till now the speed is very low and I want it to be resolve . My work is at still as I dnt get a speed which I had given money for . So plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.
                              I am very much frustrated about SPIDIGO Intenet service.

                              I am written so many complaints but no response from SPIDIGO. it's very bad support from SPIDIGO service.

                              My Internet almost for 7 months not working and I am calling daily to the customer support number but never connecting to the support team.

                              They are not giving money refund also.

                                I have just installed spidigo 256 KBPS plan. Speed i horrible in the day time and night time. Its just 90/100 KBPS ...and I am just sick of it.                                   I have taken 128kbps revolution plan with this company nearly 9 month ago.. in this plan they commited to provide 256kbps speed during day time and 512kbps during night time.. but they are totally fail in this commitment...

                                  I my self is in the field of IT from last 12 years , i have sold so many isp connections to my customer , but this is the worst service i got ever, when we complain for speed they only solve it only for a day or two.. after they are like tail of dog.. their down load speed during day time according to 256/8= 32 but it never comes it will come accroding to 128 /8 =15->20 , and during night 512/8=64 but it comes only 25->30... so it is disgusting...they are unable to solve issues of exisiting customers.. only intrested to bring new business..

                                  their customer service persons are unable solve issues , rather they are just assuring the customer like foolish dogs...but problem always gets standing and standing..

                                  so dont go for this....

                                    i am using spidigo internet service since last 6 months. i have paid advance rent of 6 months as demanded by the company and they has assured me that i will get 256 kbps speed in day time and at night i will get 512 kbps speed. but i am not getting this speed at any time. I have complained several time but i have not received any response from the company. Latest i have complaint on 18/11/2010 comp. no. 18SP055 but i have not received any response from the company. They have assured me that our engineer will come to your place ans solve the problem but till date i am helpless. today on 20/11/2010 i have again complained for the same speed problem but no resposonse from the company and as usal answer "engineer will come to ur place". I have demanded the telephone no. of Mr. Femil Patel who is manager, Mr. Pankaj Lanjewal the higher officer and Mr. Abhishek Jhaveri the owner of the company but the person mr. jadav & mr. viral who were on line has refused to give the telephone number. Please do needful and arrange to refund my whole money which i have paid on the trust for getting exact speed which was assured by the company and take legal action against the company for not giving the services to the customers.

                                    This complain regarding the SIDIGO internet services provider company, i have last three mouths facing problem with connectivity, but just they are pass the time ignoring costumer.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                                      I had opted for Spidigo Broadband services in January 2010 at my temporary house 8 Sudershan Coloney, B/h Mayurpankh Society, Umiyavijay Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad. Spidigo's sales representative Mr. Gaurang Suthar had visited my house, discussed my requirements and helped me in selection plan. I communicated to Mr. Gaurang Suthar that my stay to this house will be temporary and I need to move back to my new house in less than a year. He assured me that all the installation & address changes & re installations will be free of cost.
                                      With this assurance I had opted for broadband services for 6 months. Later in July 2010 it was renewed by Mr. Upendra Solanki for another 6 months.

                                      Now after 10 months I have shifted to my new house and upon requesting for address change and re installation Spidigo people started asking for Rs. 500 as charges towards address change & re installation.

                                      After discussions with sales people and support people, I have requested for disconnection of my services. For this, I had mailed Spidigo on 12/11/2010 on [protected]@spidigo.com.

                                      I had been following up with Spidigo people but they were just delaying things. Today i.e. 18/11/2010, I managed to get the corporate office number and called for status of my request. There I had a word with Tele sales person Mr. Sanket Patel & lady from support team over the phone. My phone got disconnected. Upon calling again Mr. Sanket Patel picked up the phone that leave your contact number and support lady will call later. Upon insisting to talk to support lady for confirmation, Mr. Sanket Patel refused to transfer line, having heard this I asked to connect my line to the Owner of the company. He insulted me arrogantly stating I will hang up your phone, even after warning him about his behavior he was intentionally misbehaving and when I asked his details for complaining, without hesitation he gave me his details and made me feel like I am helpless evenif I will file complain. This really hurted my feelings and I feel mentally stressed. I consider this as cheating, intentional ignorance, hurting my feeling, misbehaving with the Customer of the Company. I would request you to take strong actions against this.

                                      In case if you require, I can provide you with the written communication between me and Spidigo for the cancellation of services.

                                      I found that after selling the product, engineers never respond properly.

                                      They even don't allow me to call and do complaint.

                                      as they use to say one line frequently. "sir, call us up we will solve your problems"

                                        We are using spidigo broadband since last seven months, earlier we had a subscription of six months which we have renewed last month. After renewal we are facing the problem of very slow speed. We are not even able to do normal surfing. We are facing serious problem in opening the basic websites also like gmail, yahoo, facebook, etc.

                                        We have lodged number of complaints to their helpline number, but no serious actions have been taken from their side. They just call and instruct to remove temporary files and delete cookies etc which does not help at all. We have been told a number of times that their engineer will visit but no one have contacted at our home to eradicate the problem.

                                        So you are requested to help us in the above mentioned problem and get us the true value for our hard earned money.

                                        Spidigo / Broadband — slow speed

                                        My name is Krunal Thakkar I m using Spidigo Broadband, at Ahmedabad, my user id is jr_thakkar, since 1 month i am facing slowspeed problem, i have complained 10 to 15 times at customer care, but there is no responce from them, they are not given us to propre bandwith. our plan is 512 kbps and they give us 200 to 250 kbps speed. what can i do ?
                                        I'm totally agree with this complain as I'm facing the same issue.

                                        This internet connection is out of order since last ten days please do needful to repair the same and arrange to refund for this days else i will write to TRAI
