Spidigo — cannot login since last week | |||
Hello. Since the update of the website of spidigo i cannot login to start surfing. It keeps saying invalid username/password. I can login into the spidigo page with the same id and pw for editing my account details but cannot login for surfing. The customer care number that is given does not work on calling and it sends a text message saying to call on the alternative number i. E. [protected]. On calling this number on the recorded tape keeps speaking about waiting and it automatically disconnects the call. Seems the company has no customer care policy. Further i had done mail twice about the issue on [protected]@spidigo.com but same as usual no response there too. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have upgraded my plan last month and since then I am not getting the desired speed. Sometimes the speed received is in KB too. I complained 3 times but no one is interested in serving their customers. Let me know what to do, whether to wait or consult to other service provider? Kindly help to solve my problem.

Our user name and password is not working on this new login page
Cannot login since 4 days. No customer care support. No one picks up the phone. Am a old customer since 9 years. Contact asap
