Spidigo — network issue from one week

I, Manish Kumar, having Spidigo Connection. But from last week there is a connection problem and everytime when I try to complain in in customer care, service line always says you are in queue. I don't how to get any reply from them. Either, they should have refund the amount or do something to provide better service.

Hi
I tried to contact since yesterday to complaint department and are in charge, but all the numbers get switched off.

I need to resolve it as early as possible.

Please help.

pichhale 3 din se mera net babdh hai, na to costumer care me call lagta hai aur nahi emails ka reply mila hai...Abtak 15 emails karchuka hu. Check karvaye kya problems hai .

Since last 5 days my spidigo net is not working and when I tried contacting them I end up in queue and then phone gets disconnected.

Last 1 month not my connection not working everytime I called customer care and everytime they told that your complain solved in 48 hours
I tried so many times since 15th January and still not solved the problem
In our society everybody has problems from Spidigo

Net is not working for 15 days. not sending technical person to solve problem and four time visit your bodakdev office still not answer for further situation
