Order was reached on time but no information from the delivery and when we tracked the order they asked to pay 10 Rs extra and talking customers was very rude and reckless and for 10 rs they want cancel the order. we said at the time delivery we will provide but still they are not listening to customer straight off they are trying cancel the order. Completely waste courier service and their process also look suspicious like scam .

1. on 19.06.2022, my monitor was couriered from koradacheri to chennai through one of the ST courier, I got my monitor on 23.06.2022, which is broken on display.
Regarding that, i complaint about branch manager, but he told, we are wrongly couriered this things into normal courier, based on that we are not provide to able refund amount.

During my courier transfer, my monitor was broke .

I gave my important parcel to ST Courier on 4/6/22 wide AWB [protected] from Karumthampatti to Goregaon (E), Mumbai. (Please note on 4/6/22 he took Rs.120/-.
I was chasing their team in Karumthampatti, Avinashi and Chennai. There tracking was showing it is forwarded to Blue dart from 6/6/22 to 16/6/22 it is showing same message. After 7/6/22 Karumthampatti guy stopped to picking my phone, then I was chasing Avinashi they told to call Chennai your parcel will be deliver next day.
After several days Chennai people took my complaint after 5 days they are saying my address is not visible. You can see in the attachment address is fully visible. But they were just lying to me.
After so many calls to Avinashi and Chennai people, 13-14 days they gave me my parcel.
When I asked about refund they refused to give me refund. Because of there negligence I got so much delay in my work.
They should learn from my case that how much lose I suffered from them. And they just give lie promises whenever I use to call and visit their shop.

The worst courier service I have seen ever.they are asking us to collect the parcel from their office...very unprofessional and irresponsible

I stopped using this service because of the same reason two years before. But government also uses the same and troubles me.

This courier consignment number [protected] was booked in Chennai and to be delivered to Kalpakkam on 11th June 2022. Till 15th June, I have not received the parcel. After several follow up I was able to note that it was received in Kalpakkam and was ideal for more than 2 days and the courier in charge was irresponsible and informed me to complain anywhere. Further, he incorrectly mentioned that Sadras location was not deliverable. Bit this has been clearly mentioned as a priority location in the website. I kindly request you take action for this irresponsible act.

From June 13 the status is “Out for delivery”. I contacted the person “Shamshudeen” but he is not responding. This is very poor service

Our parcel need to be send to DINDIGUL upon checking in tracker found that destination is set as salem and it is not done.

Hello sir or madam courier problem my AWB number is [protected] we haven't received the courier they have sent on 7/06/2022 the courier came to Bangalore on 8/06/2022 still now we haven't received the courier still now already 7days over please kindly check the courier and send it...

Not delivered in correct place. They calling us to get courier to medical shop around 6km from the delivery address,

We got a parcel from Karur kkr linens, on 08/06/2022 to our address of Munnar colony road, We get the irresponsible experience from deliver boy his name is (Aravind) he is not ready to delivery the product to the delivery address. He is called to collect the product from the roadside and we are going to collect the parcel from the road side and the parcel bag outside is fully oily. The deliver address and the Courier office distance is just 3 km only.

Please don't use this ST Courier Service its rude delivery persons are working there.

My mom send me a parcel to minnagar, tenkasi through ST courier. I didn't recive it so I contacted the office and a person picked the call and told that they will not deliver to my place and wanted me to come to the Shencottah office to collect my parcel which is 8km away from my place and he hanged the call. My issue is if they don't deliver to particular jurisdiction it should be informed before and this is complete exploitation to the customers and I'm completely disappointed. Looking forward to better service.

I sent 2 parcels to a same address on June 2, one box is delivered and the other box which contained Himampasand mangoes are retained saying wrong address, if address is wrong how the other guy delivered, the delivery person to whom we talked to said he will deliver same day, but returned to the hub, delivery person in Pallavaram area is avoiding to travel to our housing area

Even after 3rd day of dispatch, urgent courier not delivered to me (awd; [protected]). repeated request to delivery man, mr.velu went on vain. this fradulant man never attempted a delivery so far. but giving false information that he attempeted delivery 2 times. he is keeping my cheque book for two days with him, sent to st courier 2mails no response received. talked to icici customer care and made a complaint . requested to hand over the cheque book to icici bank anna nagar branch immeditaly.

Undue delay, improper response, , way of talking was not good, without moving to delivery address simply kept quiet, also not contacting customer contact number even though it was mentioned on that, One of the worst courier service, i have never been seen these kind of service.

Hi, I order a customer direct order from herbalife with tracking number ST-[protected]. This consignment was not delivered for three days and want the customer to come and collect from the center. She cant able to collect it for some personal situation. The delivery boy call my customer and spoke unethical and bad words for not collecting the courier and refuse to deliver it and threatening of returning it. My customer take one day leave and go and collect the article from the collection center. Nowadays you refuse to deliver in many areas as well now started threatening customers to returning while not collected from your collection centers. All the recording of call of the delivery boy, how many days you hold the product with you, are documented. If necessary actions were not taken by you and also the taken actions were not informed to us. The case will surely be taken up with consumer court as well as local police station. The problems were reported to Herbalife and requested to choose some other delivery partners to avoid this kind of purposeful delay and unwanted mental agony for customers.

I sent a consignment no [protected] on may14 from Coimbatore to Madurai. Address Additional controller, Madurai Kamaraj University DDE. Madurai .
Even today June 1 seems it is in transit mode.
ST Courier website says its in transit.
It is very time sensitive package . Delayed delivery will cause rejection by the university.
please solve the issue immediately.

MY Consignment number is [protected], Parcel dispatched from Coimbatore on 28 May 2022. As per delivery date parcel to be delivered today 30 May 2022. When i requested for delivery Hosur Branch manager behaving rudely and telling me that can't do delivery now i am this branch owner what you can do now. Very worst and unethical behavior.
