Courier was not delivered in time so I called Kinathukadavu branch incharge cum delivery boy Mr.Sathish, very worst and irresponsible response from him.
He is carring our parcel for past 2days, in tracking it's showing out of deliver for past 2days

Delivery Man said evening 5.30pm to 6.30pm only Delivery to customers location, if needed earlier you can collect from ST Branch HUB office but this Delivery already one day delayed, I requested we are bank sector you can Delivery office working hours 10.00 am to 5.00pm but Delivery Man denied my request.
Please do the needful.

The office person whos incharge is very lethargic and very impolite in replying the customer. This is not the first time he is doing this to me. When i tracked the status it shows its out for delivery, when i contacted the person whos delivering his attitude is also the same he tells once in 2 days only we deliver the parcel if you want you come to the office and collect. No words to describe how impolite, he yells at me. Take necessary action or Im escalating the issue to the next level, verbally harassing a women, Iwould need social medias help for my rescue and to address ST courier as a whole.

They have worst customer service and don't provide door delivery on purpose because of their laziness, ignorance and poor service. So I don't recommend anyone to prefer ST courier for parcel service.

My parcels are not delivered on time and we have to keep ringing and asking. U can see the photo uploaded. Was supposed to be delivered today. Not yet delivered.
I saw the phone of a delivery boy and sent a msg to him today. Has requested to atleast give me delivery tomorrow.

The product is sent from Erode to Tuticorin and it's tracking number is[protected].

It is been recieved in the below Tuticorin branch.

Palayamkottai Road, Victoria Extension Road, Thoothukudi - 628002 (Opposite Yes Bank, Near VVD Signal)

We could see a very poor and worst experience in this above mentioned branch...As it is not been delivered to doorstep and customers need to go and get in person. It's nearly 4 times I went and received the courier...

Very bad and dis respectful behaviour from the employers of this branch asking to send through other competitive courier companies and accepting that they will not be able to deliver to "Housing board" location, Tuticorin.

I Sent courier to Bangalore from Munnar. I know very well munnar st courier service is good . But mistake was in Bangalore they collect the courier and delivered it wrong location I try to contact them no one response. I called and make complaint in chennai costumer carer service, they are responses also I'm not satisfied, 18th I sent to bangalore 19th they delivered but not costumer place. We can't say how to work but we can say work properly.

I sent a courier on Jan 18 and till date the courier has not reached the desired place. The customer care in chennai is the worst. They are very lethargic and not responding to calls. This needs immediate action from the company. Please don't make me regret for choosing this courier service

Hi,
A person called Sekar from ST courier ask the customer to travel 33 km to collect their parcel. After lot of discussion and arguments, he delivered the parcel to customer today by charging extra amount of Rs. 100 for petrol. Are this is new strategy for their salary you are providing. This is such a ridiculous. Kindly, process the complaint and take necessary action.

My self Deepakcharan from Thiruninravur, Chennai. I have to receiver courier from Nagarcoil. The courier was done on Jan 11 with tracking number [protected] but it was not delivered on time. I could see it was out for delivery on 17/1/2022. But it was not delivered. I think it was either mishandled on stolen. I would request to please take a strict actio against them for stealing and not delivering the product...

Please be informing you that, I sent cargo from Jubail (Saudi Arabia) on 03/09/2021 (Invoice No: 193031) according your Jubail representative promise of within 70 days will be delivered at my home. But now 136 days passed still not yet deliver my cargo. According your representative promise I procured the food products but now all are near to expiry date. So, Kindly provide compensation for my depression due to delaying my things delivery and claim insurance & settled my food products which all are near to expire date on urgent basis.

This is for your information and record for your immediate further action.

Really its not good. In travel parcel is less amount so we can go collect the parcel but the courier office doing the same is not good.
