Awb no : [protected] parcel send on 02.10.2021 and till now tracking shows its transit ? but when booking time they say will receive parcel on 06.10.2021 and yesterday (07.10.2021) we approach with sender branch and they say you will receive parcel with in 30 min but today 08.10.2021 they is no call and no delivery

kindly advise what can i do further action ?

    I am Divya from bahrain..my parents are in tamilnadu..they sent me courier last week Friday but not yet I received courier..they didn't give proper receipt also..that is very important to me...please do help on that...courier sent from Pennadam branch to bahrain.

        Hello, the courier package from Chidambaram to Karaikudi has not yet been delivered to the latter. There has also not been appropriate response/action taken for the same.

          I am already contact the delivery person his misbehavior ther person name Rajadurai udankudi, pls take action to this person and delivered my courier immediately

            Dear team
            Very poor service by your delivery agent. But saying that no response from my side for the past 10 days. The courier contains medicine inside. I am a wheelchair user and it is a life saving medicine for me. I demand proper reasons for the above otherwise I'll take severe action against you

              Please be informed that I send Cargo through ST Cargo on 18th July the Bill No. M02122414, But Still, I didn’t receive it, I contract the Cargo there response is not properly given.
              Now the ST Cargo informed me my Cargo was lost and ST Cargo paying the minimal about of 21SAR per Kg.
              I had sent more than SAR 20000 valued items in my cargo, the fund refunding is not sufficient.
              Kindly request to involve in this matter and request to provide reasonable compensation for my lost Cargo

              Please be informed I have sent Cargo luggage of 24.8 Kgs through ST Cargo from Saudi Arabia ( Al Khobar) To India (Vellore Address ) on 18th July the Bill No. M02122414 and Paid a Service charges of SAR 273 and ST Cargo agreed to Deliver my cargo by end of August 2021. Unfortunately, ST Cargo lost my luggage reason unexplained and informed me over the phone verbally. ST Cargo agreed to pay a settlement for the Cargo lost, they requested me to propose the Claim and Settlement Amount for the Lost Cargo Items. I proposed the Settlement amount of SAR 18, 520. After reviewal of ST Cargo management, they disagreed to pay the settlement amount proposed. ST Cargo is proposed to pay a minimal settlement amount of $6/kg, a Total of 24.8 X6=$148.8 (SAR 520).ST cargo proposed Settlement amount are not even covering 10% of cargo value, Due to the loss of cargo I had mental stress, tensions, which made me sleepless night. Based on the Above I need the claim settlement of SAR 25000

                  My friend have couriered me an important consignment which i was expected to have on 26th September and the expected delivery was 26th september but it was lately received to the branch office. I got a call from the courier office on 27th september afternoon that the consignment was received at the branch office. I was asked to get the consigment at the branch office but i refused to do so as it was their responsibilty to deliver me at the door. I was then said that it would be delivered by evening to the address and it was not done so. Later i called the branch office and enquired about it and i was said that the courier boys have done the job for today and mine will be delivered by 8 am on the next day. I was waiting till the next day morning untill which i was not delivered the consignment. Then i myself went to the branch office at 9, which was not open by then, i called the manager and asked about the consingment for which he said it would be delivered in 10 mins but until then the office was not at all opened and later when i tried calling the manager, the number was switched off i was still waiting out till 10 am.

                    The parcel was sent on 12.08.2021 and not yet delivered, but the online status is updated as delivered. Very poor response from staff and collection agency. I have raised several complaints as of now and no response.

                      At my location no such home deliveries are made, every time the customers are called for to receive their packages,
                      At the same time the customers were waitng for infront of the colsed office
                      I have a qn on your company
                      "why are u charging for delivery ? No such delivery is made"

                      I am waiting in. Front of your office at 10.30 am and I am waiting for my yesterday's not delivered parcel

                        A parcel sent to me on 31.08.21 form vilupuram . My AWB No. is [protected]. Still now I did not receive my parcel and even they did not take any step to contact me. While I am trying to contact them they did not give any proper answer, they just give another number to contact them. Very worst and irresponsible service. So Please don't think about to send your valuables through ST Courier.
                        Very correct sir.. Same problem for me. Very worst service

                            Guys!! I have send my courier on 15th September ST Courier Dubai, I have chosen your service have after several recommendations from other friends. I doubt now if that person have recommended in commission basis agent for your services. I don't think so you have time to read any comments from this site that is raised from your valuable customers. To be honest I really don't know why does your tracking code is soo hard to find from your website to locate the current status of my packages. And its completely unbelievable to know that you guys don't have know knowledge to spell a word even a station that too being an international service provider. Further I have noticed in the tracking status you have mentioned only for one package whereas I have send two packages with same invoice, trust me its really worrying a lot now!! If you really want to grow your business with good reputation please take serious action about it.

                            I hope you will send the courier in promised time as mentioned to me and I believe once we receive your service, i will be able to you give good reviews and rating to you

                              Very poor service. Not delivered even after 12 days within Tamilnadu. No response while made call. Very bad experience. Advice not to choose this service.

                                The courier is started from Kovilpatti by 14th sep 2021 and arrived at hyderabad by 15th sep 2021. The parcel was out for delivery by 16th morning and we got a call from delivery agent. We have clearly provided our address in the parcel itself and in call also we have told him. He said he is not having a Android phone and cannot come. We are living in tha main area in Kondapur and just the address is enough for delivery even without map. But he didn't deliver. And for 17th and 18th we didn't receive call from him, but he reported the parcel was undelivered as if he was trying to contact us. We were trying to reach customer care but no one answered the phone. We called him to his number as well he is saying the same. Even we asked his location so that we can collect. But his response was rude like he will leave that place in 10 mins and will not deliver the parcel. It is of the worst experience with ST courier. If this continues it loose good customers..by the way we didn't receive our parcel yet.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      This is with regard to my complaint on the irresponsible service of a delivery and package delivered in damage condition from Bangalore to Kanyakumari of the consignment number [protected].

                                      I have sent a parcel from Bangalore to Kanyakumari on 30th August 2021 through your Madiwala ST Courier branch. The parcel contains Sony TV and other items in its total three packages. While sending the courier I had asked about the safety to your staff and they said it will be delivered in safe condition and there will be special charges for TV, so I agreed and sent the courier.

                                      However, the parcel got delivered and we found that the TV got fully damaged and I called up Mr. Shiva from the Madiwala branch and sent him video proof of the damaged item, but he said he is on leave and asked me to inform Ms. Sujatha. I called her and explained the situation and also shared video proof to her. Thereafter there is no proper response from the team and they just ignore the things very lightly. Really very much upset with this pathetic service!

                                      However I’m just looking for a proper response from your end and also looking for compensation for damaged goods.

Every Time delay in dispatch and always we have to go st courier for get parcel. and filed executive not at all give a call or post our courier on time. oftenly we getting this issue its make us move to other courier service even though its far from us..
