My parcel booked Dt 16-10-21 P No:[protected]. But it was not delivered til the date 24-10-21. This is too late. Why did late it.

Hello sir,
I have sent a courier on 20th October, but till now it's not delivered. In Status it shows different destination. I have clearly mentioned the address. Courier number is [protected]. It's an emergency courier.

My courier received for bodinayakanur branch on 20 oct 2021 at 12.56PM (out for delivery) but evening update the website HOLD, i called evening 06.11 PM to bodinayakanur branch office no -[protected] that lady staff confirmed tomorrow (21 oct 2021) we will delivery the courier. But 21 oct 2021 evening 05.55 PM still not yet received the courier.

VERY VERY WORST DELIVERY

My parcel not delivered today nomore trying to delevery my parcel but out for delivery for today morning i contact office they say you come and take your parcel sir. wath is this worst service.

I have received my parcel, cover was tored n package is not as sent condition. They said open parcel not allowed but deliver person gave opened parcel. I tried to check but he picked rudely from me. So rudely he talked n told me to get the parcel from courier office. The delivery slip is in my hand. I said I ll complaint, he replied like don't care n said ok give complaint on me. U can't do anything with that slip so u can give complaint he said. I don't have time to get from office so I asked pen for sign for parcel but refused. Courier no: [protected]. Already late delivery in this today also not delivered. I spoke with his office manager for parcel he also not apologised and said for u we can't send parcel today I ll arrange n sent u tmrw. I said I need to today already u delayed. He replied, we will send it tonight but don't know the time. Take severe action on these people.st courier is very worst one which I have ever seen.

We have booked one consignment through your services, But we haven't received the consignment yet,

The delivery person ask to come and collect 6KM before and saying as service is not available, I asked while booking checked and accepted by ST courier now pls do deliver in specified address,

He said not possible i will take care like that, Now he has taken care well and return the consignment without my knowledge and written the reason party refused,

I think the person dont have any responsibility to fulfill the customer needs as well the organization goal,

I would like to get back my parcel, I haven't refused pls do support for the same.

These guys are supposed to deliver 3 days before and still havent recieved. They told me it was misrouted 2 days back and today the courier office told me it will be delivered by afternoon. When I called the delivery person such a unprofessional response. He says he can deliver it only on his convenience. When asked atleast let me know whether I collect it somewhere as it was urgent for me again bad response. These companies are dependent on customers and they dont treat or value the opinions of the customer. Very bad service and never would I ever like to use their services again.

But The parcel Not Delivered and Not Return For me.
When my Parcel

The package sent to me was returned twice to sender and again redirected to my place but not delivered yet. Also raised a complaint to [protected]@stcourier.com and tried reaching out to them via social media multiple times but no response.

I have send an courier to my patient at tirutahni on 9.10.21..
So for the courier wasn't delivered to customer..
The courier service people in tirutahni is not responding properly and answer in irrespective manner...
Not good..
Very sad experience

I couriered on Oct 5 from Villivakkam to Chepauk but still courier as not been delivered yet I already raised complaint through customer care but still not delivered they courier as been made for my exam purpose so please understand my seriousness deliver the courier as soon as possible

Parcel sent from nagarkoil to villupuram. but in villupuram delivery point they showed a damaged package and items were missing. i didn't receive it and sent back.

My consignment number is [protected] through ST Courier.

My friend has sent a courier from Coimbatore and the delivery address is
30, Nanjappampalayam, M.Anumanpalli post, Arachalur via Erode 638101.

Today I got a call from ST courier delivey person he told that he cannot deliver the parcel to the above said address. He told that he will hand over the courier to some shop in arachalur which was 6 kms away from the delivery address. As I told I cannot able to pick the courier from that shop he then rudely told that he will return back the courier. As the answer was not acceptable from your reputed company person.

It should be informed to us earlier that when we are sending the courier the sending hub officer should infrom us that the courier cannot be delivered to the said address.

This is the 3rd time iam getting same reply from the courier person.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and arrange to deliver the courier to the above said address as mentioned in the courier.

Awb no : [protected] parcel send on 02.10.2021 and till now tracking shows its transit ? but when booking time they say will receive parcel on 06.10.2021 and yesterday (07.10.2021) we approach with sender branch and they say you will receive parcel with in 30 min but today 08.10.2021 they is no call and no delivery

kindly advise what can i do further action ?

I am Divya from bahrain..my parents are in tamilnadu..they sent me courier last week Friday but not yet I received courier..they didn't give proper receipt also..that is very important to me...please do help on that...courier sent from Pennadam branch to bahrain.

Hello, the courier package from Chidambaram to Karaikudi has not yet been delivered to the latter. There has also not been appropriate response/action taken for the same.

I am send the courier from chennai to manapdu (medicine )sending date 28/09/2021 but today 1/10/2021 not delivered yet

I am already contact the delivery person his misbehavior ther person name Rajadurai udankudi, pls take action to this person and delivered my courier immediately

Very poor service by your delivery agent. But saying that no response from my side for the past 10 days. The courier contains medicine inside. I am a wheelchair user and it is a life saving medicine for me. I demand proper reasons for the above otherwise I'll take severe action against you
