The product was out of delivery from yesterday and the courier person said he will deliver Today... He is not attending my call. Oru products are organic and it will get spoiled very soon.. the expected delivery date was yesterday. The consignment number is [protected]. The delivery person number is [protected]. While taking the order they said product will be delivered in a day. But they did not deliver today and it's already 7 pm today.

My courier not delivered but shows in website as delivered and courier boy tells as system issue

I never faced this kind of challenge in any Courier service. This is my first interaction with them, very worst and bad experience. I have sent courier to Bangalore (Metropolitan City), but without any intimation both receiver and sender, they returned my courier, they don't have no service respective location (Bangalore). ST Courier office (ENNORE, TN( [protected]) not informed me, service not available in respective location. Now, they returned our parcel and not return paid amount for courier. They said, You should be satisfy at least you get your courier, if loss what you will do. I never heard this kind of threaten any courier service.

Am Visagan from Tamilnadu Theni district Periyakulam taluk.For 2 years I only have been collecting couriers from periyakulam st courier office.Up and down from my address to periyakulam office is 5 kilometers.No delivery has been done by your people so far. The 2 staffs at the office are simply calling me and insisting me to collect couriers from 2020 february till date. Then what for you people are charging for door step delivery. Your service is the worst I have ever seen. Is it my duty to go and collect everytime.Take proper action regarding this and resolve the issue as early as possible. The one among the two staffs is providing the other person's number so that she could escape from this complaint.Do the needful.Today also I only collected the courier now. I'm here to complaint about your worstt customer service. I have ordered a product from a reseller. Today one person called me @ night 8.30pm and told Mam you have received a parcel. His speech was like little bit Kindling. I'm ok with this but I want to know one thing... Night 8.30 is the proper time to call a female customer? After this incident I felt very much unsecured.

I send my cargo from jubail branch (ksa) at 31/10/2020 but until now I didn't receive my consignment in my home country (tamilnadu).nearly ONE YEAR completed, I call & visit several time but no use. please solve this issue. My HWB No-L03299723

our company from coimbatore they send a parcel to vellore Green circle address the courierwas reached vellore hub by saturday but still now they not delivered to our address

have take any action for this

My parcel booked Dt 16-10-21 P No:[protected]. But it was not delivered til the date 24-10-21. This is too late. Why did late it.

My courier received for bodinayakanur branch on 20 oct 2021 at 12.56PM (out for delivery) but evening update the website HOLD, i called evening 06.11 PM to bodinayakanur branch office no -[protected] that lady staff confirmed tomorrow (21 oct 2021) we will delivery the courier. But 21 oct 2021 evening 05.55 PM still not yet received the courier.

My parcel not delivered today nomore trying to delevery my parcel but out for delivery for today morning i contact office they say you come and take your parcel sir. wath is this worst service.

I have received my parcel, cover was tored n package is not as sent condition. They said open parcel not allowed but deliver person gave opened parcel. I tried to check but he picked rudely from me. So rudely he talked n told me to get the parcel from courier office. The delivery slip is in my hand. I said I ll complaint, he replied like don't care n said ok give complaint on me. U can't do anything with that slip so u can give complaint he said. I don't have time to get from office so I asked pen for sign for parcel but refused. Courier no: [protected]. Already late delivery in this today also not delivered. I spoke with his office manager for parcel he also not apologised and said for u we can't send parcel today I ll arrange n sent u tmrw. I said I need to today already u delayed. He replied, we will send it tonight but don't know the time. Take severe action on these people.st courier is very worst one which I have ever seen.

We have booked one consignment through your services, But we haven't received the consignment yet,

The delivery person ask to come and collect 6KM before and saying as service is not available, I asked while booking checked and accepted by ST courier now pls do deliver in specified address,

He said not possible i will take care like that, Now he has taken care well and return the consignment without my knowledge and written the reason party refused,

I think the person dont have any responsibility to fulfill the customer needs as well the organization goal,

I would like to get back my parcel, I haven't refused pls do support for the same.

These guys are supposed to deliver 3 days before and still havent recieved. They told me it was misrouted 2 days back and today the courier office told me it will be delivered by afternoon. When I called the delivery person such a unprofessional response. He says he can deliver it only on his convenience. When asked atleast let me know whether I collect it somewhere as it was urgent for me again bad response. These companies are dependent on customers and they dont treat or value the opinions of the customer. Very bad service and never would I ever like to use their services again.
