A parcel sent to me on 31.08.21 form vilupuram . My AWB No. is [protected]. Still now I did not receive my parcel and even they did not take any step to contact me. While I am trying to contact them they did not give any proper answer, they just give another number to contact them. Very worst and irresponsible service. So Please don't think about to send your valuables through ST Courier....

Consignment number [protected] Dated17/09/2021 is not delivered till 21.09.2021 and proper response is not provided....

Guys!! I have send my courier on 15th September ST Courier Dubai, I have chosen your service have after several recommendations from other friends. I doubt now if that person have recommended in commission basis agent for your services. I don't think so you have time to read any comments from this site that is raised from your valuable customers. To be honest I really don't know why does your tracking code is soo hard to find from your website...

Very poor service. Not delivered even after 12 days within Tamilnadu. No response while made call. Very bad experience. Advice not to choose this service....

The courier is started from Kovilpatti by 14th sep 2021 and arrived at hyderabad by 15th sep 2021. The parcel was out for delivery by 16th morning and we got a call from delivery agent. We have clearly provided our address in the parcel itself and in call also we have told him. He said he is not having a Android phone and cannot come. We are living in tha main area in Kondapur and just the address is enough for delivery even without map....

Courier not yet received. It is been 29 days since sent. Poor response from ST courier staff....

This is with regard to my complaint on the irresponsible service of a delivery and package delivered in damage condition from Bangalore to Kanyakumari of the consignment number [protected].

I have sent a parcel from Bangalore to Kanyakumari on 30th August 2021 through your Madiwala ST Courier branch. The parcel contains Sony TV and other items in its total three packages. While sending the courier...

I am from Pondicherry, here ST courier service very worst and there is no proper responsible. Every Time delay in dispatch and always we have to go st courier for get parcel. and filed executive not at all give a call or post our courier on time. oftenly we getting this issue its make us move to other courier service even though its far from us..

On 07/09/2021, I planned to send a parcel from Chennai to Salem which is usually about Rs.70 (Speed courier) but yesterday I was charged Rs.270.
When enquired they said its the standard pricing here.

Today I opened the courier tracker, the receipt showed it was charged only Rs.70. This is a open theft from customers.

I have both the copies of Receipt, one in which Rs.270 is mention which I have in my hand...

Am not received my courier.. Its been 5days not updating in tracking site also.. Pls do as soon as possible.

I will get one parcel in st courier ..address given in 1/77 North Street k.Alangulam (post) Tiruvengadam (taluk) Tenkasi (district) pincode -627754 ..but this parcel is not door delivery ..only for Tiruvengadam (taluk)

Wish master denied door step delivery and they says its the single product so, we wont deliver and then informed that to collect from the Hub

My very important and urgent document is been registered in ST courier Consinment no: [protected] and got the receipt yesterday 2.09.2021(18.00hrs). today i called to [protected] to track my document. they say is been wrongly sent to chennai and will reach chengalpet tomorrow only. Ooty ST courier service is 100% satisfactory..Their approach and explaining about our doubts are pakka clear...Hats off to their service..
But sayalkudi ramnad dist and Nagercoil courier service is 0% they didn't delivered the things at proper time and not at all responding to our calls...
For the unsatisfaction of both sayalkudi and Nagercoil I gave 1mark out of 10 to ST courier...

My parcel is out for delivery in the afternoon on 31st August 2021, but I haven't got the parcel yet. The delivery person's number is switched off from the noon yesterday. Parcel is from tirupur to old Perungalathur Chennai.
