Reg consignment [protected], as per tracking status it shows as reached tiruppur yesterday.. but still not delivered.. while asking for reason in the number provided they simply saying as the address s mentioned as Axis Bank we dint delivered.. thinking all banks r in strike whereas only public sector bank is only in strike.. without reaching customer how they can simply avoid delivering.. that too assuming without checking the delivery address

      Need ST Courier to pay compensation for the loss of my product or delay

      Tracking ID: [protected]

      Courier is not delayed for about 4 days now.
      Usual delivery time for Virudhunagar to Chennai is 1 day or max 2 days.

      This package has good food items for the baby. Now it is going to get spoilt.

      When called customer care, they are giving lame reasons like the weight is less, so delivery van has not picked up or any other random reasons at each phone call.

          I am a reseller...I sent courier to my customer..but they didn't properly delivered...They hold the parcel in office around 4 to 5 days and askd custmr to get it on courier offc..Then why they collect the shipping charge for this?I called to head off & branch officeto arrange delvry to customer but they spoke very rudely and rigorously...I never had this kind of bad experience in any other courier office..Totally I am very upset & not satisfied with ST courier

                Sir, my booking number is [protected] on 24/12/21...But till date I don't get my parcel..Many time I call Nagercoil ST courier branch...Teu did not reply proberly...My company run with single address in last 18 years, and I get many parcel through st courier in past times.                     My fiancee she's working in episource Chennai. For diwali 2021 her company sent gifts(smart watch) through ST courier but during the process they lost or somebody stolen the parcel. They called her through mobile from sankarapuram ST courier office and they said that they received her parcel on 22nd Nov. They said that they will sent her parcel to nearest ST Courier office which is in pagandai x road. But when i asked to them they said that they haven't received any parcel from sankarapuram. Again we called to sankarapuram office to enquire about courier. But they don't have any reasonable excuses and they said will check on their side and do we have any shipper code for parcel which don't have. Still after many days there's no response from them.

                        I ordered some decorations items from coimbatore, TN. They send it on ST Courier (Natham), and i lived in sendurai which is located 26 km away from the st courier natham office. I had a call on today morning from the concern courier services, they told me to pick up the parcel. i have no relatives in natham to pickup the courier. if the courier services are not able to deliver my product at my town, why they are accepting my parcel. This is not the first time this has happened many times. so please take the issue and sort ASAP

                              This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number [protected] on Sep 15, 2019 at your ST Courier, Dharmapuri Branch . And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

                              Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time.

                                    I want to know the status of the courier tracking no [protected].

                                    If the product is not available to the specific location 604403 (Kilkodungalore) why they accept it.? Or they might even call to the mobile no which given along with address. I should have come and collected. it just 15 min travel distance where it got returned as a no service (604408 - Vandavasi)

                                    Are you really joking by sending here and there ? I am ready to collect the product at Vandavasi - 604408. Kindly let me know what you can do about the courier package which got returned without any proper intimation.

                                    Why they accepted at pick up if it is not deliverable - service not available. or what so ever. ?
