My my parcel will be missing on 10th nov 2021, but still not one to able to clear my problem, trichy branch and chennai branch of st courier will worest to contact. no one can atten my call and no clear information, [protected] to day(11 JAN 2022) tele caller will be cut the call that before my information,
worest workers and also tele caller, after that i will retrun to call him no one atten the call.

        Hi I have placed ordered in a shop and they have sent it through your courier but they are not delivering instead asking us to receive in the office which is 18km away from our home..we asked us to come at least to a landmark in palladam but instead they said they will forward to tiruppur which is 40kms away for us..is this the way you treat your customers..what is the use of paying delivery charge for you if we have to receive it in office.take necessary action

          I reside in dindigul. The st courier in dindigul, doesn't deliver things in home..they always say there is no people to deliver.. then for what they are running courier.its been more than 5 times, i had same complain.. really worst service in dindigul. They talk harshly and no manners.

              We sent a document from Coimbatore to Cheannai with POD No. [protected] on December 23rd, 2021. But still, the documents have not reached the specified location. When we contacted the delivery person/delaler, there was no proper response from him.Â

                A consignment was dispatched to me by SWOT Associates, Erode on 27.12.2021 and the same was received at Nagercoil ST courier on 28.12.2021 around 12 noon. Though I am just 4.2 kms away from the Nagercoil ST Courier Office, the consignment was not delivered to me till date. reply of the staff over phone is also not convincing.

                            Have booked on Dec 15, 3.00 PM to Aralvaimozhi pincode 627 105 from Moulivakkam Chennai 600 125, waybill #[protected]. It is not reached the destination until this minute. On 18th itself it's showing as landed in destination delivery place in ST courier website.

                            Whatever contact number listed in waybill/webpage nobody pickup/switched off.

                            We have sent a gift item for birthday but purpose defeated by poor service.

                              I got the shipment to be delivered and they are forcing me to come in person and collect instead of delivering it to my house. This is not my first time and we have been asked to collect the shipment all the time and they don't want to deliver few locations including thevur and its surroundings. I am living 5 kms away from the nearest ST courier office location and I could not travel 5 kms just to collect the shipment every time. I need a proper solution to this issue.

                                Consignment number [protected], was sent from Tirunelveli to Hosur on 07th Dec'21, it was not delivered to the addressee. When checked online tracker, it says "delivered on 15th Dec'21 at 03:30 pm"., But it was not received by the receiver.

                                  Reg consignment [protected], as per tracking status it shows as reached tiruppur yesterday.. but still not delivered.. while asking for reason in the number provided they simply saying as the address s mentioned as Axis Bank we dint delivered.. thinking all banks r in strike whereas only public sector bank is only in strike.. without reaching customer how they can simply avoid delivering.. that too assuming without checking the delivery address

                                      Need ST Courier to pay compensation for the loss of my product or delay

                                      Courier is not delayed for about 4 days now.
                                      Usual delivery time for Virudhunagar to Chennai is 1 day or max 2 days.

                                      This package has good food items for the baby. Now it is going to get spoilt.

                                      When called customer care, they are giving lame reasons like the weight is less, so delivery van has not picked up or any other random reasons at each phone call.
