Today I received a delivery from ST courier bhuvanagiri. One person called me and I told the complete address. After that he came to my street shouted in middle of the street and searching for my house. Then I came out and he started shouting at me like even your name is not known in this street and why you are making courier and all. His words are very worst. Please take some action on this. Please never use bhuvanagiri st courier. Please give priority to customer.

எனக்கு மதுரையிலிருந்து 05.08.2021 அன்று கொரியர் அனுப்பப்பட்டது ஆனால் ஆன்லைனில் பார்க்கும் பொழுது 07.08.2021 அன்று Out for delivery என்று வந்தது. அதனால் நான் [protected] என்ற எண்ணுக்கு 09.08.2021 அன்று போன் செய்து கேட்கும் பொழுது " இன்று மாலை அல்லது நாளை வந்து பெற்றுக்கொள்ளுமாறு கூறினார். அதனால் நான் 10.08.2021 இன்று 12.30 மணியளவில் வால்பாறை ST COURIER அலுவலகத்திற்கு சென்ற பொழுது அங்கு யாரும் இல்லை கதவு திறந்து இருந்தது. நான் அங்கிருந்த [protected] என்ற போன் நம்பருக்கு போன் செய்து கேட்ட பொழுது " .நீங்க நான் சொன்னாதான் கேட்கனும், உங்களுக்கு அப்படி ஒரு கொரியர் வரவே இல்லை என்றும், உங்களுக்கு யார் சொன்னது உங்களுக்கு கொரியர் வந்துள்ளது என்று, ஆன்லைனில் அப்படிதான் போடுவார்கள் அதற்காக நீங்கள் போன் செய்து கேட்க கூடாது என்றும், நீங்கள் எங்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் புகார் செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள் என்றும் கூறினார் மற்றும் மிகவும் கடினமான வார்த்தைகளால் பேசினார். கஸ்டமர் ஆகிய எனக்கு மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. எனக்கு அனுப்பியுள்ள கொரியரும் எனக்கு கிடைக்கவில்லை மற்றும் இவர் கஸ்டமர் ஆகிய என்னிடம் நடந்து கொண்ட விதமும் திருப்திகரமாக இல்லை. தயவு செய்து ஒரு தீர்வு காணும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். நன்றி

Medicine for cancer patient. Medicine will be decomposed on storage at room temperature for long period. As per tracking, medicine parcel should have reached Needamangalam on 10/08/2021 at 11 a.m. It was moved from Trichy Hub at 7.22 am on 10/08/2021.
ST courier in Needamangalam incharge told that driver forgot to deliver today. Vehicle moved to karaikal.
Parcel tracking no.[protected]. Driver is very careless. I came to know from your office, that it is repeated for the third time.

I had booked a special courier from Coimbatore to Salem.
That guy said the charge will be Rs.500 anywhere. He did not do any special packaging.
He just took the same box that i gave and just cello taped and charged me 500 for the same.

After enquiring in other office branches, they said that the cost is only about Rs.150.
I demand action taken on the courier branch guy.

Hi, We are not receiving the package even though it is very nearer to courier branch, These guys are not delivering it.

Once they made a call to us and switched it off immediately.

Do not send the package through ST Courier.

I was booked parcel on 22nd July 2021(Want to know the status [protected]) to Pollachi to Bangalore. When i tracked it is alomost near to delivery location. but suddenly it was returned due to no service location without any call to both the ends. and finally saying it was no service location. i want to understand, if that location is not in service, then why it was accepted at pollachi. When i checked with both Avinasi hub on 2nd of Aug 21 and chennai office on 6th of Aug 21, i not getting proper answer and blaiming eachother and asking to reach other end.

Very worst response from both ends and not worrying about my parcel whihc was not delivered more than 16 days as on 6th Aug 21.

Please return it to my location or delivery to the respective delivery address.

I call bhuvanagiri st courier for just a information my courier arrived or not but he responds me worst way. His wording like arrogant he doesn't know to talk with the customer. Teach them to how to talk with the customer otherwise i will complaint against him

Really worst I had ever seen.the delivery agent is not picking up the call and don't respond properly.if they attend the call they would ask us to get the parcel in the hub.such a worst courier company I had ever seen ...never recommend anyone !!!

Address has been clearly mentioned with pincode as well as mobile number. But it didn't reach today Monday that is 02.08.2021. I have called tuticorin office and they said that it will deliver by today and they gave Mr. SUBRAMANIAN's mobile number to contact who is the person going...

Hi I am an customer in kunnathur ST courier . You better close your branch in kunnathur . I am fed with your workers . They were not proper, not punctual, no discipline . My friend has sent an parcel on Friday and the parcel has arrived at Saturday but the workers were asking us to pick the parcel from the office. What is this ? Courier is to give the parcel to our door step not we need to come and get the parcel. That's why we are trusting you but you people was not doing the work properly . Please close the office or provide a proper person

The attached courier came to our destination and delivery guy is asking us to come and pick up the courier. Unfortunately I was not available in the home and my mother alone in the home .
The delivery guy is saying that he is not responsible for the delivery and we have to go to the hub and collect the parcel.

Is that any procedure available in the ST courier ?

My important consignment not sent to the receiver. Kindly update my package details .

The item supposed to be delivered today evening was not delivered to the concerned location because of door lock issue...yet it wasn't door locked and people were there to receive the item. Tracking id- [protected]

I received a delivery message on 23rd of July. But still my courier not yet received. While enquiring in pollachi office not much response. Very much disappointed in st courier service

I have couriered 6 boxes through ST Courier having Docket Number [protected] to the below given address. But at the receiver end only 1 box is delivered.
I have contacted the ST Courier delivered person KARTHIK - [protected] and confirmed that he had only 1 box to deliver. He has given me the Chennai guindy hub, TN[protected] number.
I contacted the Chennai guindy hub, TN[protected] and they also had no idea about the remaining 5 boxes and they asked me the recipient address and told me they have registered a complaint in their system.
Kindly give me the correct feedback and deliver the remaining 5 boxes immediately.

This is with regard to my complaint on the irresponsible service of an undelivered package from Chennai to Bangalore of the consignment number 061******

Such an irresponsible Service!! Its dated on 6th of June, however due to No service area they have sent back and kept the parcel with themselves for so long till today. They have informed Neither the receiver nor the sender.. What pathetic service is this? How can we trust in your service anymore?

First of all, they should have known if it comes under their service area or should have rejected it in the first itself. Another person says coz of Covid they sent back. If that's so the case why are they even running services at that time?! I myself got a call from the sender couple of weeks before and only then i got to know this mess is happening!! No information to the sender or the receiver!! Atleast they should have returned it to the sender's address back. Why have they kept it with themselves for so long? Is this even a courier service with little amount of Professionalism??!! Now he says he needs extra money if they need to send it back to bangalore. What service was done for the amount paid earlier?

Very much upset with this pathetic service! Help to courier to either receiver or the sender back. Sender is an aged person. She cant keep travelling around for ypur mistake! Act responsible pls!! What else i can say?! We ll opt for better services!!

Booked courier at ayyapakakm on july 19 but still not reached dstination chengalpet after one week.. No proper response from anyone people are just diverting cal this number that number..Especially ambattur hub contact no--[protected] in this number man speaking bad words like a roadside guy..
