My parcel is out for delivery in the afternoon on 31st August 2021, but I haven't got the parcel yet. The delivery person's number is switched off from the noon yesterday. Parcel is from tirupur to old Perungalathur Chennai.

My tracking number is AWB [protected] didnt receive my courier still yet, they give a contact number ABDUL - [protected] but he said that i am not courier person, and today i receive a call from this no [protected] from st courier, she said that your courier was returned., no proper communication from ur side., waste of time and poor service from ST courier

I have send a pack of Almonds- 500g)
I have sent the parcel on 27/8/21
while receiving inside the parcel was opened inside and around 50g almonds inside where missing .
Trust of your company comes in question.
I need a proper response and a refund for this uncompromising issue which has been occurred to me.
I have been using your service for a quite a long time.
Now it has become an question whether further to use your service or not ?

I need an explanation and refund for this case on Priority.

As I sent a pracel through st courier Chitlapakkam branch to Pudukkottai, my parcel got damaged . I called Chitlapakkam branch regarding this but no one replied . Then I contacted head office Pallavaram, they told to talk to Mr . purushottaman Chitlapakkam manager . He told not to register complaint and he will sort out the issue and have asked the details in head office . But now he is also not answering the call . Now the head office lady whom I spoke with is also telling we can't take complaint now .

This is regarding a complaint about your delivery boy. He called me for the material somewhere else he is. I simply waiting for him more than 10 minutes. When he reaching me, talking very rude and improper words and taken back the courier. I never faced such a delivery guy like him. i dont know his name: his mobile no: [protected]. If this will continuous from ST courier service, it will create bad name to customers.

I have received a photo frame, but it was totally damaged when it delivered. Even I got the picture of the frame before delivery from vendor, there was no damages, but when I received the package it was totally damaged and broken. Could you please do the refund or let me know what could be done from your side. As there it's damaged during delivery..

I would like to bring this to your notice that My courier is shipped from Erode on Aug 14th (AWB: [protected]) and it reached to Madurai on Aug 15th 2021, Hence they have to delivery the courier by Aug 16th 2021 but not delivered. Multiple phone calls did and followed with courier head office ([protected], [protected]) and No proper response from them.

Poor Courier Service that i have faced and till now not yet received my consignment (AWB: [protected]).

As request, you need to take proper action on them and allow them to delivery the consignment on time to the customer.

Response for my query and reply the reason for the long delay.

Hi sir, I have received a product from my office chennai to my home which in hidayathpur village, gudiyatham tk.. ST courier gudiyatham staff call me come and get the courier in their office.. The distance from my home to St office almost 15 kms.. If you have less delivery then they not deliver to my native place they have to refuse not get the parcel from chennai.. I have to spend my to spend money to get this. This is not fare...
