Is not delivered on that address in correct time!

The parcel i sent is out of delivery from july 14 to till now. Why it is still not delivered. Courier no : [protected] . That too it is sent by st courier premier and it is having my company asset. Please look into this asap

This incident happened often later to three encounters of delivering package. The door number was miswritten by the sender, but rectified when came to delivery through call. Since the delivery person being an old aged man, he used abusive words despising the package, his work, the sender and the time he travels for the low pay while delivering. This happens repetitively, and haven't posted in major courier service Portal due to one exception since he is old aged. This is to inform the courier service as it is their responsibility of tracking and proper delivery of the package and due to unpleasant arrivals the service depicts a negative image from us being a customer.

Consignment is from Erode to Chennai..Courier is done on 9 th july.But i didn't receive the consignment till now. No positive response from courier office side. I am frustrated. Please look into the matter.

Order showing out of delivery from past one week yet I didn't receive my courier.

I recently ordered for masks from a vendor. They had sent 50 counts and confirned me the same before despatch. When i received today and opened there was only 37 abd rest has been stolen. This is the third time i am experiencing this. Previously also similar thing happened and i just ignored. But price of this mask are high abd i had paid for 50 counts already. I am really disappointed with this kind of activity. We are losing trust on your service and i doubr to further continue with your courier.

I have booked a dress from online seller. They sent the parcel through ST couriers on 8.7.2021..and it's consignment number is [protected]. On 9 th it has reached udumalpet hub..from 10 th onwards, status was out for delivery..and we didn't receive any call from courier person. On 11 th I have cald them, but no one responded properly and tey said will deliver ur parcel in two days..from next day onwards we r calling them..but no response.and tey updated status as delivered.we again cald them and askd for same.they said, as it was more than 3 days we have updated the status as delivered..we will do delivery within two days ..but till today we didn't receive any cal or information from them..I request u to take necessary action please.

I sent a courier to Tirupur Nachipalayam yesterday at my office in Gobichettipalayam, Erode district. He called the Tirupur office today and asked. It has no service to the Nachipalayam area. So there is service up to Nallur. They told me to come there and get the courier and gave me the delivery boy number. If you call it, switch app. When I called again he said the delivery boy had not picked up your courier. I called the Tirupur and Gobichettipalayam office and got no correct answer. One parcel booked from Coimbatore 0n 9.07.21 to me.That consignment no is [protected]. Still I didn't receive that.4 days later Now they called to collect their office. You never
Informed to us about no door delivery. Already my friend asked before booking .it's a cheating.

Sir, I booked my exam paper to chennai college, in st courier, jolarpettai.But the delivery people without even checking the address, delivered my paper to krishnagiri college.There is a very poor response .No one answers the calls or Noone is ready to provide the information .Tell me now who will deliver my exam paper to my college?.I accept that it is my mistake that I booked in this courier.

Hello sir, whenever we receive parcel through St courier Vandavasi they are keeping the product for 3 to 4 days and they are not responding to the calls also. Kindly check with them and resolve the issue.

I send parcel chennai to Mangalore.. there is no service in Mangalore but the courier collecter collect the courier and now it's return...ST courier service is very pathetic.. Booking Number [protected]

I'm looking at this dharmapuri st courier branch thay will not delivered the order in the address, I ordered a medicine in 4 it will reach 7 in dharmapuri but they will still giving and they say come and collect u r Oder in their comfortable place or office, I seen may time that courier service every time thay doing same kind of things every courier services is delivery in oru village but this only courier office they never give a home delivered pls take a action this seriesly I have a proof for that also thank you

The kallakurichi ST courier service very very very very worst service provider never delivering the parcel in door delivery always asking to collect but my home very near to their office only I am working outside I came collect 3 days later in their office but they say it was returned, one of the worst courier service I ever seen.

I order medicines online and it’s usually sent through ST courier. But Karamadai branch person is always asking me to come n collect in office instead of delivering to home. The need of courier is. Receiving at home . But this ST courier does not serve the purpose. U better don’t take orders i[censored] can’t deliver to home. There are old people who wait for the home delivery.

On June 25, delivery man came for delivery on that time myself attended the delivery man, and I asked delivery man to put for sign on behalf of me due to crack in finger,

But he said u should sign the paper else I will book as return in harsh manner, and he did the same,

And today got call from st courier service and asked me to get the courier at head office

All covid restrictions are relaxed after that u have to deliver the courier at recipient place, but u r saying myself to collect at head office, is it fair,

For getting signature for authentication is ok, but in this covid situation and crack in my finger how can I put signature, Ur delivery man is not accepting and arguing with me and creating unnecessary problems,

We are customers are builder of your business, i[censored] r treating Ur customer's in this way is not fair,

We are paying money for your service and we are expecting good service from u.

Kindly inform your delivery man to deliver the parcel at given address and advice him to behave with manners

We send courier from madurai to chennai. product is LG monitor, we received it as broken. kindly provide claim for this.

Subjected shipment is not delivered, But they closed the shipment status as delivered with in 2 days.

Still shipment is not delivered and ST courier Anaimalai, Pollachi not answering for our call and now not attending.

Am feeling very Worst service i faced in my life time.

This is mamatha hereby informing you that a package which was couriered from madiwala ST courier office as on 2/7/21 to hosur Tamil Nadu has not been delivered.
The package contains a valuable thing, so kindly take necessary action as soon as possible
If it's not done at the earliest, I will be taking strict action against this, will be doing it legally.
