My st courier tracking id is [protected].
I received a delivery message on 23rd of July. But still my courier not yet received. While enquiring in pollachi office not much response. Very much disappointed in st courier service

I have couriered 6 boxes through ST Courier having Docket Number [protected] to the below given address. But at the receiver end only 1 box is delivered.
I have contacted the ST Courier delivered person KARTHIK - [protected] and confirmed that he had only 1 box to deliver. He has given me the Chennai guindy hub, TN[protected] number.
I contacted the Chennai guindy hub, TN[protected] and they also had no idea about the remaining 5 boxes and they asked me the recipient address and told me they have registered a complaint in their system.
Kindly give me the correct feedback and deliver the remaining 5 boxes immediately.

This is with regard to my complaint on the irresponsible service of an undelivered package from Chennai to Bangalore of the consignment number 061******

Such an irresponsible Service!! Its dated on 6th of June, however due to No service area they have sent back and kept the parcel with themselves for so long till today. They have informed Neither the receiver nor the sender.. What pathetic service is this? How can we trust in your service anymore?

First of all, they should have known if it comes under their service area or should have rejected it in the first itself. Another person says coz of Covid they sent back. If that's so the case why are they even running services at that time?! I myself got a call from the sender couple of weeks before and only then i got to know this mess is happening!! No information to the sender or the receiver!! Atleast they should have returned it to the sender's address back. Why have they kept it with themselves for so long? Is this even a courier service with little amount of Professionalism??!! Now he says he needs extra money if they need to send it back to bangalore. What service was done for the amount paid earlier?

Very much upset with this pathetic service! Help to courier to either receiver or the sender back. Sender is an aged person. She cant keep travelling around for ypur mistake! Act responsible pls!! What else i can say?! We ll opt for better services!!

Booked courier at ayyapakakm on july 19 but still not reached dstination chengalpet after one week.. No proper response from anyone people are just diverting cal this number that number..Especially ambattur hub contact no--[protected] in this number man speaking bad words like a roadside guy..

We have shifted the home from Coimbatore to Chennai. we have given the computer to get delivered.computer was fully packed.this is my office computer.but after delivery it was totally damaged very very worst customer service which I've ever seen.

Very very worst service. Please be prepare other courier service for future shipment.. ST courier is very very worst service.

Hai i am manoj from udumalpet..
I an running my own business to make or resell handmade gifts in udumalpet, regularly i sent my products in st courier till the date i have sent more than 100 products ...
In February i sent my handmade gift to customer in kayathar through ST PRIORITY By giving charge 300 as per their terms & conditions if any products were damaged in st priority section the compansation will be provided by them it was rule ..
Wait another problem they also damaged my another handmade product which was sent in april as same as st priority to hosur
The response and answers from Kovilpatti, Hosur, Avinashi hub are very poor and they aren't respond properly
I sent email to them and letter to head office and phone call to customer care no reply and response from there
They are illtreated me as harsh words and unmentioned formalities it will gave me metal depression and time waste and product waste and etc
After that i contact st priority section there is only one madam take steps and respond properly it was close but she want me to register complaint in customer care service by calling they are told me we don't take complaints ... Then where should i complaint i already comes through udumalpet branch and avinashi hub and Kovilpatti & hosur they also told me "we don't take complaints"... i was very angry and broken
Because it was 4 months i affected by improper and worst service of st courier lot of calls, messages and emails they aren't ready to solve my problem
I was lose exactly 9500 and approximately more than that so pls take this as serious otherwise i am ready to go consumer court ...

Everytime Courier delivery people are not delivering the courier. They are expecting me to come and receive the parcel everytime. It has been 4 days since, it came to hosur office.But they don't respond well. They respond as if they are not responsible

The shipment has been despatched from Avinashi Hub and it has not reached the Receiver end, When we speak to the customer care they are responding properly and speaks very harshly.

The parcel i sent is out of delivery from july 14 to till now. Why it is still not delivered. Courier no : [protected] . That too it is sent by st courier premier and it is having my company asset. Please look into this asap

This incident happened often later to three encounters of delivering package. The door number was miswritten by the sender, but rectified when came to delivery through call. Since the delivery person being an old aged man, he used abusive words despising the package, his work, the sender and the time he travels for the low pay while delivering. This happens repetitively, and haven't posted in major courier service Portal due to one exception since he is old aged. This is to inform the courier service as it is their responsibility of tracking and proper delivery of the package and due to unpleasant arrivals the service depicts a negative image from us being a customer.

Consignment is from Erode to Chennai..Courier is done on 9 th july.But i didn't receive the consignment till now. No positive response from courier office side. I am frustrated. Please look into the matter.

I recently ordered for masks from a vendor. They had sent 50 counts and confirned me the same before despatch. When i received today and opened there was only 37 abd rest has been stolen. This is the third time i am experiencing this. Previously also similar thing happened and i just ignored. But price of this mask are high abd i had paid for 50 counts already. I am really disappointed with this kind of activity. We are losing trust on your service and i doubr to further continue with your courier.

I have booked a dress from online seller. They sent the parcel through ST couriers on 8.7.2021..and it's consignment number is [protected]. On 9 th it has reached udumalpet hub..from 10 th onwards, status was out for delivery..and we didn't receive any call from courier person. On 11 th I have cald them, but no one responded properly and tey said will deliver ur parcel in two days..from next day onwards we r calling them..but no response.and tey updated status as delivered.we again cald them and askd for same.they said, as it was more than 3 days we have updated the status as delivered..we will do delivery within two days ..but till today we didn't receive any cal or information from them..I request u to take necessary action please.

I sent a courier to Tirupur Nachipalayam yesterday at my office in Gobichettipalayam, Erode district. He called the Tirupur office today and asked. It has no service to the Nachipalayam area. So there is service up to Nallur. They told me to come there and get the courier and gave me the delivery boy number. If you call it, switch app. When I called again he said the delivery boy had not picked up your courier. I called the Tirupur and Gobichettipalayam office and got no correct answer. Informed to us about no door delivery. Already my friend asked before booking .it's a cheating.

Sir, I booked my exam paper to chennai college, in st courier, jolarpettai.But the delivery people without even checking the address, delivered my paper to krishnagiri college.There is a very poor response .No one answers the calls or Noone is ready to provide the information .Tell me now who will deliver my exam paper to my college?.I accept that it is my mistake that I booked in this courier.
