Why we expect/encourage private courier service? Now it is interested to damage due to late delivery.

Both consignment has not reached - [protected] (28/6/2021) and [protected] (29/6/2021)

We are expecting next day this is the reasoning behind to send courier otherwise ...

I have a package in vridhachalam St courier they called me to collect my package in office .Every time they did this only, then why charge for delivering??

I Received a parcel from attur (Salem) in the cost of 60/- only, I returned the same item to my customer in the same attur (Salem), but I paid 100/- for send. I asked the reason, but the man in thiruchengodu st courier is not properly respond. Pls solve these kind of issues in the future..

I've sent my system through ST courier.. but the desktop was damaged when delivered... Didn't expected this... Now the management has asked to pay for this damage... Now sure what to do now...

BYOS shop at Peelmaedu had sent me a consignment on 24 Jun 2021 (AWB no-[protected]) from Coimbatore to Kochi. It has been 5 days as of today(29-June2021) and I have not received the parcel yet. Also, there is no update on the status website tracking section. I tried to contact both Coimbatore and Kochi office multiple times. From Coimbatore office- They says it has been dispatched on Jun 24 and Kochi Office has to update the status in the site.While calling Kochi office, they says it has not reached Kochi and to enquire with Coimbatore Office. Both offices are not giving me an accurate update on the current location of the consignment. Coimbatore office who claimed to be the head of Coimbatore office shouted at me in the call and said that he will give me the full amount value of the consignment item. I experienced unprofessional and unethical behaviour from all the contacts that I called at your end as your staff is shouting at your customers when they are enquiring about a missing parcel for the past 5 days. We have lost complete trust in ST courier.
I also logged a complaint with your customer care (Complaint No-TNCJB16135). But immediately I got a message that the complaint is in resolved status. But I didn't get the parcel yet/either information about its current location. I called again to know how it was solved. The Associate did not give us an exact resolution and hung up. How can you update the ticket status to resolved while it is not resolved yet?
I need to know the below things at the earliest or I will be forced to take necessary legal actions.1)When will I get my consignment. ?Already it has been 5 days(Coimbatore -Kochi)2)Why there is no status update while tracking my AWB No?3)Current location of my consignment?4)Is my consignment missing?3)I need to reopen my Complaint Ticket.

I have sent computer to my office through your courier service. The item was damaged.

i have never faced such irresponsible team that handling courier and managing delivery to the customer .
My product was out of delivery on Friday they called to collect from office, its almost fri eve 5pm so i asked them to hold for a day, (Saturday ) so that i can get it on Monday, as we all know Sunday is off. Without my knowledge my courier is given for RTO, when i asked why it was given for RTO, they said its not my job to inform you that its given RTO, how irresponsible ??? why would you even run a courier when you cant serve or update your customer .
kavarapettai branch wont provide door delivery
they work on their own timings once its upto 5pm or its 8pm its all their wish, they dont even bother to inform customer
also they will give RTO without customer knowledge .

Hi, we all know there is lot of relaxation provided by TN government but still the ST courier delivery guys not providing the delivery at doorstep. Looks like for a big parcel 12 KGs they are asking me to come to the security gate and handing over to me. What kind of service is this? dont they carry and give it at door step? when i have required they say this is the instruction given to them? when i called ST office number they say no such instructions were provided. It clearly shows the delivery guys dont want to carry big parcel and to deliver at door step. Worst service.

But the courier delivery man well not able to take care about delivery in my address and he is saying I'm not sure about your address so that you will collect your courier in our office... It's correct to say this way.. I'm not satisfied with your service.

Actually two days before my parcel was reached in my area.. and last two days I tracked my parcel every two days afternoon my parcel status was out for delivery.. and again evening status is on hold undelivered... No one call me and I get ST Courier karur contact number more than 10+ times last two days... No one pick my call.. not response still..

The product status is as out of delivery but i didn't receive it yet it's already 6pm. If I call the contact person they are not responding and giving silly reasons as delivery boy is not available which is completely ridiculous.

We sent the cheque to Coimbatore from our College on February 16th 2021 through ST courier service at Kinathukadavu branch . AWB no- [protected].
Till now parcel is not delivered, Showing as out for delivery from February 20th 2021to till date. No correct response from booking office and saying we are not responsible for missing .
From booking office they telling as once booked and we sent to next destination is work over, we are not responsible for not delivered.
Is the way of communicating to customer who doing regular courier from organization . What happened to the parcel we sent ?Ur staffs stolen?
Kindly take the action and solve this problem. How to believe to send from your service ?

We received from delivery person mobile no [protected], he asked to come main road and collect goods in 7pm ..he is not coming to home and delivered goods .we asked to come to home but he is not accepting to come ..if you want come and collect or otherwise return back to sender ..this is not expecting from st courier service..

Your company delivery man had came today to delivery my parcel today, when he came at 3.20pm on (24 June 2021). I was in important meeting at that time so I opened door on a 5minutes delay.
In that time your company delivery man had spoke very rudely using bad words to our neighbours and when I went outside he was shouting very badly and to me, it was a big ashame. He want to regret for that otherwise I will take legal action for this incident.he said that he was ringing me for past 3 days but I don't get any single call not even single message about delivery of parcel. (I am attaching my parcel photo with this) for sure he want to apologise as I am trusting ST COURIER, I AM USING YOUR SERVICE FOR PAST 10 YEARS, SO I BELIEVE YOU WILL TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THIS ISSUE SOON. (GOOD COMPANY'S REPUTATION SHOULD NOT SPOIL BECAUSE OF THIS ONE WORST WORKER)

Sir we booked delivery from thirchy to mangalam way bill no AWB NO[protected] IN name of syed imran on 21.6.21 but we not recieved goods till 24.6.2021 service is not good asking courier office he is not responding calls so please send goods immedaitely.

My Uncle couriered a important Item to Kayathar, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu to my mother.

Inspite of proper delivery to the mentioned address my mother got abused and scolded by Kovilpatti brach guy to get it from Kovilpatti.

She a widower and get abused i will rasie a police complaint against your employee if not delivered .

what kind of process it - will pay travel fees for it if I go n collect?

The sender might be paid all charges right
