Hello sir, whenever we receive parcel through St courier Vandavasi they are keeping the product for 3 to 4 days and they are not responding to the calls also. Kindly check with them and resolve the issue.

I'm looking at this dharmapuri st courier branch thay will not delivered the order in the address, I ordered a medicine in 4 it will reach 7 in dharmapuri but they will still giving and they say come and collect u r Oder in their comfortable place or office, I seen may time that courier service every time thay doing same kind of things every courier services is delivery in oru village but this only courier office they never give a home delivered pls take a action this seriesly I have a proof for that also thank you

The kallakurichi ST courier service very very very very worst service provider never delivering the parcel in door delivery always asking to collect but my home very near to their office only I am working outside I came collect 3 days later in their office but they say it was returned, one of the worst courier service I ever seen.

I order medicines online and it’s usually sent through ST courier. But Karamadai branch person is always asking me to come n collect in office instead of delivering to home. The need of courier is. Receiving at home . But this ST courier does not serve the purpose. U better don’t take orders i[censored] can’t deliver to home. There are old people who wait for the home delivery.

On June 25, delivery man came for delivery on that time myself attended the delivery man, and I asked delivery man to put for sign on behalf of me due to crack in finger,

But he said u should sign the paper else I will book as return in harsh manner, and he did the same,

And today got call from st courier service and asked me to get the courier at head office

All covid restrictions are relaxed after that u have to deliver the courier at recipient place, but u r saying myself to collect at head office, is it fair,

For getting signature for authentication is ok, but in this covid situation and crack in my finger how can I put signature, Ur delivery man is not accepting and arguing with me and creating unnecessary problems,

We are customers are builder of your business, i[censored] r treating Ur customer's in this way is not fair,

We are paying money for your service and we are expecting good service from u.

Kindly inform your delivery man to deliver the parcel at given address and advice him to behave with manners

We send courier from madurai to chennai. product is LG monitor, we received it as broken. kindly provide claim for this.

Still shipment is not delivered and ST courier Anaimalai, Pollachi not answering for our call and now not attending.

My shipment I'd is #[protected] .reached Aranthangi Hub on 2/July/21 but no one tried to deliver to my location. While asking the customer care on 05/July/21 they are telling parcel was in damaged condition so that we didn't delivered .but no one informed me about the condition or anything .for the past 3 days status ws out for delivery .But response was very very worst.

Till now not delivered to the customer.
I registered complaint 2 times.St courier is not taking actions.Its a food product.Please take this complaint serious and deliver as soon as possible.

A medicine parcel has been sent to pudukkotai st courier office on 30th June 2021 to deliver it to Mr. Kalaiselvan, (7, ashok nagar extension, pudukkottai). Even today it is not delivered, the parcel consist of medicine which is used on daily basis. If we miss to take that medicine it will lead to serious condition to health, Â

Despite informed them the urgency of the product (medicine), not yet delivered the product, no caring on the life of their customer. We informed them how urgent it is. But still the person is not picking the call during the followup. Parcel sent to pudukkottai on 30th june from thanjavur. Today it is 4th july but still waiting for their product delivery. Irresponsible fellow.

Today I received a call from st courier delivery person (Karthik). He came without mask and he asked me to sign but I asked him sign himself due to covid situation and most of them doing contact less delivery.. I asked him to wear mask first and refused to sign then he pulled the parcel from my hand and told that he will mark it as customer refused to receive and went away. What a rude behavior from a
