Address: 7 srinagar near new bus stand, Tiruppur

Hi, please inform us. For 50 kms we take to delivery more than 3 days.

Erode to Tiruppur - it take 5 days .. upto now am not get product.. 20 times call to customer call, and branch office also.. and In tracking shows.. It's come Tiruppur hub..

Today 11 Jun 2021.. reached 9 Jun 2021

Order 8 Jun 2021.. I don't know when I received my item. Customer care Number [protected] Tiruppur branch all the person I talk to them.. they saying we like this only.. near New bus stand only. For town is like this for village?

    Docket no [protected] was delivered today. We have given the correct number of [protected]. Your delivery person was giving a ring to [protected] and is misbehaving and shouting in the middle of the street that I had given a wrong number. Your madurai office has given a ring to my correct number namely [protected]. Had I given a wrong number your madurai office could not have contacted me in the right number. So the mistake is from your side only. Please admonish your delivery person not to misbehave with the customers when there is fault on your side.

      ST courier delivery person called me to collect the courier from his location he spoke rude, what is the meaning if your service, can You say is this the right way to courier service

      Very worst experience with ST courier

        Hi,

        Subject line tracking number consignment are not delivered. Material are sent on 08/06 morning and it's reached Chengalpattu on 08/06 night nearly 10 pm. Same consignment are forwarded to guduvancherry on 09/06 morning 8:35 and guduvancherry person are accepted the same on 09/06 17:45. After that it's showing out of delivery by 09/06 17:57, but still not received. I try to call courier person, no one responding for call

                I had been still didn't received my courier... I had been lost my POD number. So I had asked for an help to Your Porur office by giving my address details. Then too they refused to take my complaint and nit taken any action too. Really it's worst service by your Porur Office team.

                  I have ordered some nuts type snacks and sent through Chennai to sirkali today while I received and opened the box I got shocked all nuts covers opened with knife and everything is fellen down inside the box post asking ST courier branch said that we are not done anything. Very worst service by ST courier.

                    We have paid for door delivery . Every time they will call us to come and pickup or ur order will be returned ! They dont have people to deliver it seems . Then why should they get the amount ! Very irresponsible !

The Shopper trend people told me that they will delivered my product within 3 to 4 days because iam having my birthday on[protected] and because o[censored]r bloody St courier services i have dint got my product on time.waste fellows fraud people u are. i have a worst experience with u people. India Post courier service is better then u people from Tamilnadu to Hyderabad they have delivered my product within 3days ..And u bloody St courier service i need my product by Tomorrow itself or else see what will i do.If You people are not delivering my product by Tomorrow itsel[censored] people will face a problem .Consigment no: [protected] for u reference, check it and delivered my product by tomorrow itself.

                          i am thiruppathi m. salem to coimbatore my friend has sent a courier to me on date of 25th may 2021.that courier received coimbatore hub([protected]) on 26 th may . but till now not reached the courier to me. i had checked for tracking details.i had called concern number [protected] this number has switched off.and another number for same coimbatore hub [protected] pick the call person named saravanan sathish .he told we have not served on home i you want your courier you will come and collect otherwise we have not to deliver the courier . i told kindly arrange any other option for deliver to me. He spoken roughtly to me.i[censored] complaint any no problem for me he told .what can i do kindly suggest me. kindly arrange to deliver my courier. consignment number [protected]..

                            With due respect, I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel I have sent through your service has received after 2 days of the delivery date and there is an issue that is the parcel was damaged and the liquid(4 liters of honey) items were leaked. As I mentioned in the box itself that the parcel contains liquid(4 liters of honey) items. The cost of the material inside the parcel is too valuable As it cost about ₹5000. We filed a complaint in your head office but they were irresponsible about it and they were not answering me properly. Sir, this is very unprofessional as we put our trust in you and let our valuables transferred through your service. If there is no response from your side means ST COURIER have to face us legally.

                                  I put the cargo on 28th February from Dubai.
                                  ( 2 parcels) Both of the package contains cookware items like non stick pans, Iron box and Mixer grinder. All the mentioned items have been half broken and some of them can't use it at all.
                                  When i put the cargo, they told me it will reach in 30 days but now it took more than 75 days to reach this is really unfair. I definitely not recommend you in future.
