I had booked their courier service on last Friday bound for Vandavasi.
Till date they haven't delivered. When called the delivery person she said she will arrange the delivery and call me. Never received any call from her. When called no response. Her mobile is switched off today.
When called the chennai office they said they will make sure consignment delivered today itself. But till now they haven't delivered it.
It was for my 85 years old father containing medicine and readymade food items as he is stuck there due to lockdown.
ST courier is playing with people's money and life.

St courier in velachery a guy named saravanan speaking very harshly and not delivering the parcel he is telling us to come and collect there. Then why we are couriering it, we would have got from there right, due to this I missed my 2500rs conference will he bear that money.

I sent the product from Neyveli to Andhra Pradesh via ST Couriers on April 26, 2021. But they failed to deliver the product. And its today May 15. For past 1 week they said they will check and tell and today they are saying claim from the ST courier main branch by raising the complaint. How can a person so be irresponsible and making customers not satisfying, I want to take legal action against this courier service.

A parcel worth Rs.5000 was transported from Chennai to Tenaksi on 5th May 2021 but is not delivered yet, the parcel could not be traced as well. ST Courier authorities are not responding properly while complaining about the issue.

Got a call from ST Courier for delivery and asked to collect the product from near by toen when address is for my home address. Since I had asked them to deliver to address mentioned, product returned to sender as address not found. This is very critical medicine and not sure how lethargic these guys are. Please take right action on this complaint.

ST Courier Uthamapalayam is always denied to deliver the order at home. Every time they are asking us to come and collect from their office. this is not first time. my mom also face the same problem with the same person. He is not ready to accept the calls. My courier reaches there on 5th may . today is 10th May. still he holds the order with him. This is the delivery person number P.RAGUPATHIRAJ - [protected]. Please ask him to deliver otherwise please stop your courier service for this area. other couriers and orders we can get on time. we are facing this issue with ST Courier every time. fed up with your worst service.

We are from Thisayanvilai here we are not receiving the courier properly in our area the customer support is not good it's very bad...

I feel very ashamed to write this. I was called by your staff (mob num- [protected]) on 21st April that the parcel can't be delivered on the exact address and enquired me about delivering in the nearby shop which is one km ahead .Since my mom and children are alone, won't be able to go and get it .I told him that I will let him know in two days if I can arrange someone. Later on 26th April I called your staff and explained the situation, he agreed to deliver me on the exact address within 2days(that is before 28th April). I waited for four days and no result. Today when I called him, he acted as if knew nothing and asked me to wait for one minute so that he'll check something. I very well knew that your staff's one minute is equal to 2hours .I patiently waited for 3hours and called back he did not attend. When I called from another number he attended and when I told the name he cancelled the call. I was very much embarrassed by this. I[censored] can't deliver to the exact address why are you accepting the parcel. Delivery charges are paid as per your annexures. Can you point out any mistake on my side. It's been 13 long days and I'm not sure how much more days I have to wait for the delivery. For your information the delivery distance from sivakasi to rajapalayam is just 30kms but taking 13+ days, still no hope on it. Kindly I request you to look into the issue and resolve it.

Today morning when I check the status of delivery, mentioned out for delivery, That time contact that delivery person he told delivery 2p.m, but still we don't get it.That person also didn't attend my calls, we are disappointed for your service

My order ID is [protected]. My is near tirunelveli. My order has to be delivered on April 29, 2021. Courier man called me on April 30, 2021. I was not able to pick up the call. When I called back, he asked me to get it from a place which is few kms away from the deliver address. I have given the address clearly for delivery. Even though I have not attended the phone, he would have delivered it at my address. I am 70+, so I am not able to come out in this pandemic situation. When I contacted the tirunelveli ST courier office, they asked me to collect it from the office. Kindly do the needful to deliver it at my residence.

One courier containing essential medicines was booked on 26.04.21 at Chennai to be delivered to me at Kukatpally, Hyderabad.AWB [protected]. I am waiting for the medicines desperately.
As per tracking it reached Kukatpally on 28.04.21 afternoon itself.
But till now it is not delivered.
When tried over phone after repeated attempts they promised delivery before 29.04.21.
Yesterday and today they are not at All responding to the calls and SMS.
We have no clue how to get the parcel delivered. It is turning out to be a very bitter experience.

Consignment Number: [protected] - We have submitted the parcel directly to courier service on April 26, 2021 morning from chennai to cuddalore. The person in ST courier confirmed that parcel will be delivered on same day or next day evening. Today the date is April 30, 2021 still the parcel (Medical tablets) not yet delivered to the address. After so many follow ups with the team still not delivered to the address and by seeing the status now on online tracking - showing as not delivered due to address not found.

The Parcel contain the tablets for Heart patient and tablet need to be taken on daily basis. We sent 3 days in prior so that it will delivered in next day. There is no response from the team. People are so irresponsible and after i called so many times the HUB blocked my number and am unable to contact them as always getting number as BUSY.

I've asked to return my courier since the receiver was out of station and haven't received it yet. Kindly please help me in this.
