ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

I was about to receive the courier from Annamalai AWB[protected] it was couriered by Monday 5 April 2021, so far not received after all checks it shows delivered to me and signed by my name, but I does not receive the courier, kindly help to check and action at the earliest.

Till date not received..

It is a case of Fraud by ST Courier delivery boy on 27 Mar 2021.
He has not delivered the courier ([protected]) to me and made my false signature on receipt (see attachment).
The courier was sent to me by Hindustan Unilever (with sample products).
Please ask the delivery boy to deliver, else I would have no option but to make a Police Complaint of forgery

Parcel Packed Well & Dispatched but Deliver not good, Regularly Parcel Damaged & Doesn't Deliver...

Consignment booked on 29/03/21 from krishnagiri . Consignment no [protected]. Not delivered till today 01/04/21 even after 72 hours. Bad response from head office. I think ST courier is not a free courier service. Called pondicherry office they promised delivery by 7pm 31/03/31. Still waiting for delivery....

I sent cargo from Abu Dhabi to India on 17/02/2021. When I asked the delivery, they said it will take 35 to 40 days. But still the cargo is not delivered and I couldn't trace it....

I booked courier at Gandhigramam karur to Velur on 25th March 2020, I have checked tracking number but it's showing that delivered on 26 th, but Receiver told not get any call from courier person, have asked any other person received or not, he replies negative, I need my courier document or pl deliver to the person. Very very poor delivery service. The site shows the parcel reached Cheranmahadevi hub around 11 am in the morning, Just 3 kms sourrunding delivered to Pattamadai around 7pm. In between I called the guy around 4 times, and he is telling lies only. He said he will come by 4 and by 6 and started by 6.10 and will come in 10 mins and finally he came by 7.

If you genuinely reviewing complaints take proper action....

I have ordered a product in a ecom company on 23.03.2021 they sent it through St couriers and it reached my local office on 24.03.2012 and it out for delivery too but the delivery person didn't deliver it to address and not even informed me about delivery over phone call. They simply returned the parcel still I'm waiting for my parcel and I'm questioning that ecom company for the delay this is too much annoying and very poor service kindly...

I just ordered an package on 24 March the package just reached from starting hub to the final hub. Till the final hub the package was fast but after reaching the final hub.It took more than three days to deliver the package.Its worst than the postal service....

When I track using the consignment number, it shows that the item has been delivered. I tried calling to ST courier customer care many times and I got a response saying that the package has not been sent yet. It has been a month now and still I haven't received my package...
