        Hi Team,
        I need to receive parcel on April 13, but still I didn't get any parcel, As I contacted to that particular courier service, they didn't respond in appropriate way. They were asking to collect the courier from the service center. Very worst service from the service center.My parcel is a food content, now it's a waste for me .They promised us to deliver within one day while we are sending.Kindly look into this.

                      Hi Team,

                      I didn't receive my parcel, but in ST courier tracking it is stated as delivered. No one called me from ST courier regarding the delivery.
                      Not sure whether they have wrongly delivered to some other person.

                      Delivery staff's are so careless and not responding to calls/msgs properly even after sharing the required details to them.

                      The parcel as a sensitive thing, which can be misused.

                      Please track and resolve It asap.

                                  Pallikaranai ST Couriers Worst service ever already two days delay for delivery.while delivery already open and things are missing.totally disappointed.Pallikaranai ST Couriers Without man power how they run courier service I don't know and most of the customers visited to get their courier themselves.Daily changes in delivery status also and no proper response to customers.Please make strict and effective action on this branch. I never thought about facing this issue in ST couriers.please think like Every customer and their service is important to you their delivery things are more secured priority to your service.

                                        Consignment booked on 29/03/21 from krishnagiri . Consignment no [protected]. Not delivered till today 01/04/21 even after 72 hours. Bad response from head office. I think ST courier is not a free courier service. Called pondicherry office they promised delivery by 7pm 31/03/31. Still waiting for delivery.
