          I am V.R.Harekrishnan, a regular customer of ST Courier living in Nellore.
          More than a year, I am receiving my medicine from Samyapuarm, Trichirappalli, Tamilnadu to current residence at Nellore.

          So far, the service was good and properly delivered at my residence.

          Today-21.4.2021, I have received the call from your Vendor in Ramamoorthy Nagar in Nellore, stating that, We don't have delivery service, you need to collect the consignment from our center.(Mobile number-[protected])

          Kindly check and arrange to deliver at my residence.

                    Hi Team,
                    I need to receive parcel on April 13, but still I didn't get any parcel, As I contacted to that particular courier service, they didn't respond in appropriate way. They were asking to collect the courier from the service center. Very worst service from the service center.My parcel is a food content, now it's a waste for me .They promised us to deliver within one day while we are sending.Kindly look into this.

                                  I didn't receive my parcel, but in ST courier tracking it is stated as delivered. No one called me from ST courier regarding the delivery.
                                  Not sure whether they have wrongly delivered to some other person.

                                  Delivery staff's are so careless and not responding to calls/msgs properly even after sharing the required details to them.

                                  The parcel as a sensitive thing, which can be misused.

                                  Please track and resolve It asap.
