I sent cargo from Abu Dhabi to India on 17/02/2021. When I asked the delivery, they said it will take 35 to 40 days. But still the cargo is not delivered and I couldn't trace it.

I booked courier at Gandhigramam karur to Velur on 25th March 2020, I have checked tracking number but it's showing that delivered on 26 th, but Receiver told not get any call from courier person, have asked any other person received or not, he replies negative, I need my courier document or pl deliver to the person. I have called Velur courier office and checked but there is no proper answer and later number was switched off.. kindly help on this it's year end my important bill was not delivered and due to this my bill payment was delayed and affected .. pl help on this ..

I have orders 3500 plants on 27.03.2021 and they have sent the parcel through courier but it was not delivered even after 4 days when i try to contact the respective office no phone number was available and they are calling today 31.03.2021 saying that the parcel was not deliverable to your location come and collect it...when i ask them what you are doing for 3 days? Why you did not informed me before? No prompt answer was given...
What you guys are doings? If you cant run an organization please quit and go lot o[censored]nemployed people are searching for a good job. Being in a public service sector job you are not fit enough to do this...i dont know what your higher officers are doing...you are not trustworthy...

Very very poor delivery service. The site shows the parcel reached Cheranmahadevi hub around 11 am in the morning, Just 3 kms sourrunding delivered to Pattamadai around 7pm. In between I called the guy around 4 times, and he is telling lies only. He said he will come by 4 and by 6 and started by 6.10 and will come in 10 mins and finally he came by 7.

If you genuinely reviewing complaints take proper action.

I have ordered a product in a ecom company on 23.03.2021 they sent it through St couriers and it reached my local office on 24.03.2012 and it out for delivery too but the delivery person didn't deliver it to address and not even informed me about delivery over phone call. They simply returned the parcel still I'm waiting for my parcel and I'm questioning that ecom company for the delay this is too much annoying and very poor service kindly look into this issue make a solution for this. Thank you.

I just ordered an package on 24 March the package just reached from starting hub to the final hub. Till the final hub the package was fast but after reaching the final hub.It took more than three days to deliver the package.Its worst than the postal service.

On 22/2 I had sent a courier from Chennai to Bangalore(consignment number:[protected]) on ST courier (courier sent from branch :MAA TPK). I haven't received the package yet. When I track using the consignment number, it shows that the item has been delivered. I tried calling to ST courier customer care many times and I got a response saying that the package has not been sent yet. It has been a month now and still I haven't received my package which is quite expensive. I am fed up with the customer care and I am going to move legally if I don't get a convincing reply and evidence by today. The customer service is not responding properly

Really your courier is very worst and not giving good response...

[protected] this is booking number.. it's very urgent document we need urgently today morning but still not yet delivered until now...

You promised during booking its should be delivered on tomorrow morning but your promise is not worth.
You are cheating us..so..its made us Depression has occurred...so...really I am going to raise a complaint...
So.please give us reasons for the delay.

Got a medicine parcel from madurai and received a out for delivery on 23/03/2021 at 2 pm. But dint receive until 7pm, since it's a important medicines i contacted mr.niyamatullah, area manager, vepery, dint receive a proper response and even after insisting the importance of that parcel he casually told to get it on next day, and even in next day his response is so poor even after so many calls and complaints to your customer care and atlast the parcel was returned. Very poor negligence from st couriers

The st courier person from kalaiyar kovil he has keeping my courrier more than 4 days ..
he says that when he get 10 to 15 courriers that date only he will deliver ..so he cant come for this single courrier..actully i paid for this cost.. he is wasting time and energy .. get him tell him the seriernuos abt this. thanks

Delivery person said that he called the respective customer but customer not pickes the call, but actually that delivery agent not make any call and he said the falls statement and he ask us to collect the parcel from guindy office also he s not speaking proper manner.so kindly take corrective action

I received a call that courier will be delivered but later it was returned without informing me. We are sending courier with trust and this is a regular medicine and of not taken its a life threatening. I need proper reason for not delivering the courier.

I sent a package to Sutherland but the delivery executive was ### about how many gates he needs to go and asked me why do I even send packages here.

Where I send is none of his behavior, but all he did was yell at me and refusing to deliver. After about 45 minutes, he agreed to enter the campus and deliver it.

I truly hate using ST Courier
