The st courier person from kalaiyar kovil he has keeping my courrier more than 4 days ..
he says that when he get 10 to 15 courriers that date only he will deliver ..so he cant come for this single courrier..actully i paid for this cost.. he is wasting time and energy .. get him tell him the seriernuos abt this. thanks

Delivery person said that he called the respective customer but customer not pickes the call, but actually that delivery agent not make any call and he said the falls statement and he ask us to collect the parcel from guindy office also he s not speaking proper manner.so kindly take corrective action

AWNO [protected]. Dear Sir Madam, They have sent an important medicine for my family patient from pondicherry due to unavailability of stock in chennai. I received a call that courier will be delivered but later it was returned without informing me. We are sending courier with trust and this is a regular medicine and of not taken its a life threatening. I need proper reason for not delivering the courier.

Cargo Not Received From KSA To India
I have sent the cargo from KSA(Saudi Arabia) to India (bihar) on[protected]. they informed me with in 60 days you will be receive our cargo in Mumbai. but still i did not received the cargo its 5 months reached not yet received and also i didn't received call from cargo. if i ask they are not responding in a proper way.

Somebody signed and taken my parcel . Contacted many tines but not delivering my parcel.

I sent a package to Sutherland but the delivery executive was ### about how many gates he needs to go and asked me why do I even send packages here.

Where I send is none of his behavior, but all he did was yell at me and refusing to deliver. After about 45 minutes, he agreed to enter the campus and deliver it.

I truly hate using ST Courier

Hello, Sir or madam you branch at dharapuram is not delivering the parcel to the home they are ordering to come and get the parcel from office then why you are accepting the parcel to dharapuram Please look into it and make it right these are the complaints from customers from dharapuram from today my products will not be shipped on ST courier as we need to look after our customers so make it right or else you may leave all the contract of your customers

This is the Docket no. [protected].. This courier I sent on[protected] from Injambakkam, chennai to Kodambakkam but still courier not delivered. I spoke to kodambakkam courier office. One lady picked up the call and said no one is there to delivery because not deilvered and today also no one is there, will try to delivery the courier. If person is not there why you are giving contract to like the is person. THis very worst service in ST courier. For chennai city, you people are handling like this.

Kodakambakkam incharge girl not properly answering to our question

I am Sethupathi P, from Mettupalayam, Vellakovil, Pin code - 638 111.

In last six month (October 2020 to March 2021), received courier through ST Courier 6 times and all these times I was requested to come and collect my courier from Vellakovil branch.
Each time I have paid courier charges, but it is not delivered to my address. I need to travel 6 kilometers to collect my courier from courier office.

Hi I have couriered my Laptop through perungalathur ST courier Branch on 3rd March 2021 and sent to siruseri which was received on 6th March 2021 when they opened the Parcel the laptop screen was Damaged.Hence they contacted me for the damage.
I have informed the same to the person who collected my courier and he charged me Rs 750 plus packing charges but they sent my laptop as normal one instead of putting it in priority.

Also when i checked with him on charges he told me that is fixed for Laptop in ST courier whereas when i checked i checked with GM of ST courier he told there is nothing like that .This guy is cheating people and getting more money but not responding properly.

When i inquired about the damage he is not responding properly I have also spoke with the branch and Gm of ST courier they are accepting that the fault is with the person who sent the courier but they are not trying to pay money for the damage which i need to pay to the company .

When i call to the ST courier call center i do not get proper response as well.Contacting and following them more than a week still no proper response .Now im in a pressure from the company to pay for the damage.

I dint receive any courier. But i received fake call stating i got a courier from ST COuriers. it was sent from COIMBATORE it seems. None sent any courier.

this same scenario repeated twice before.

Before booking the service they are not informing whether they have service in delivery area, simply booking and sending the parcel, once the parcel reach delivery area they are saying no delivery

This is not profeesional handling in service simply rubbish and worst service

I have received a parcel bearing the tracking number [protected], the man from mettupalayam office called me to come and collect the parcel, I informed him that I cannot come to collect it and told him to deliver it to my address, but he refuses it saying we cannot deliver it, but my address it nearly around 2kms from the courier office. He says if you need, you come and collect it from the office, I said him that other couriers like DTDC, proffesional and others deliver it to my home, he says if so then you can change the courier partner from next time and we cannot deliver and disconnected thecall

I was to get a parcel from jaya Bharathi oorugai kadai. After dispatch and after four days I get a call from ST courier vallioor office to come and collect the parcel as their delivery boys have just bicycles and they can not deliver my parcel which is 1 kg.or so.
Being a senior citizen I tried to convince them stating all other couriers deliver at my home they politely with all due respect conveyed that only chance of getting delivered is me going and collecting from their office. As I am a customer with no choice I went and dutifully collected my parcel as I do not want to lose my money since I have paid for the material inside the parcel.
However while collecting I told them this will be my last courier thruogh you as you are not servicing like competition. They are not bothered. I wish ST courier all success by having such team in vallioor. Pl arrange two wheelers to your delivery team.

Parcel out for delivery but delivery person syed ([protected]) did not response and atend the call and also he say iam out of station so delivery late

I haven't received any product till now and the delivery boy has done my signature and taken my parcel
