Her name is mis miya yaya... This is what i recived from standard chattered bank... And barrister law firm... She given me the lawyer details and number to contact for further proceedings and for that proceedings to pay $450 as there below in the screenshot... Please tell me its real or fake...

    I have requested for closure of my credit card since the charged more interest without any explanation. It was promised that the card will be closed w. E. F.[protected] and an acknowledgement for the same will be sent to the registered email id. But nothing happened and i am doing to trying to get them on line which has also gone on vain. The bank has charged interest for no reason and which is totally unfair. When i raised questions on the matter they said it is as per the bank norms and failed to provide the details. Considering the situation i chose to surrender the card but i took almost one month to get these people on line and thereafter, it was assured that the card will be closed on 10.12.2018 but till date there is no response and i am not able to get them on line. Wasting lot of time and energy. It has caused huge pressure in my normal life. Kindly assist to have this sorted.

    I have paid the un billed amount on 30 th November which is before the due date. Still standard chartered bank has charged a4 interest of rs 160.

      Dear sir, i was holding one credit card of standard chartered bank in the year of 2013 which was last used by me. My last transition was made in jaipur and the last date of deposit is 24 th every month, but i met with an accident that time so, i paid my outstanding after returning home on 28th, as i told to customer care that kindly waiver 350 as late charge and interest as a privilege customer and my track record as i paid before time, kindly waiver, as he told that kindly deduct that amount and paid rest, i did the same, after a time without any call they have removed my card on my banking and till the time i didnt use my card, as i use less my card and after one and half year, i received a call from recovery department calling on behalf of standard chartered bank, only outstanding as late fees rs.300- respectively, i had request for waiver of that but i am not getting positive response from sc.
      And most of the time, person calling on behalf of bank, misbehaving and abusing.. Now they are pressurizing to pay sum of 7754/- against my outstanding of 350/- i which they were ready for waiver i have a statement with me for paying the amount every time i send the mail, they will told will check on backend and then will let u know, please support and help in this regards.           As when I have applied for this card I was told to do this card with Zero Annual Fees, I would once again request you to waive the Annual Fees of amounting Rs 751.21 which was sent to me through statement dated 25.11.2018, Otherwise please discontinue my Card.             Had a credit card with sc & had been using it regularly without any default. Bank wrongly debited insurance amount without my consent. Hear the disagreement started. I refused to pay the insurance amount while payment of other purchases was my responsibility. To my surprise the other purchase payments which i made were adjusted against insurance amount & was told to pay the balance. Which i protested & told them that i am ready to settle the purchases net off insurance amount.

            Had a long discussion with recovery officer ms. Rashma who agreed to the mistake & accepted to setoff the amount & settle the balance principle amount & all the financial charges will be waived off. It was agreed with the officer that she will send the final statement post adjustment which i will pay it off the final balance to square off the outstanding completely to settle the account one for all. But she never sent any statement as well as never responded to my mail & calls. Even after follow-up on call centre regularly but no body gave a fruitful reply or directed to concerned person.

            Over the years i have been trying to connect to concerned to settle the dispute thru final settlement but futile. Every time they give a different number wherein no body picks the call. This is happing from some time. Not sure to go with recovery agents as i they may be fraud & may not be official agents appointed by sc.

            To my surprise the mere rs.30000 principle outstanding is shown as rs.179000/- now with financial charges even though i have been trying to settle it.

            I am writing this mail to intervene & let me connect to appropriate person who i can discuss to resolve the issue & do the complete settlement post payment of principle amount.

            Also tried to call the nodal officer number who are giving again the call centre number to connect. I am not sure whom to contact for closure of this issue.

            Intervention is required to direct to concerned person from sc to settle the dispute by settling the amount & paying the principle amount at my end.

              I have opened bank account with Standard Chartered Bank through my office in 2012. Along with Savings account I have got Platinum Credit Card as well. My Credit Card got expired in beginning of 2017 and they sent me replacement card at my old address where I don’t stay anymore. So I requested them to block the new card and close the existing card as well. I don’t want any credit card from Standard Chartered Bank. The final amount due was Approx. 1300 and I called the customer care to close the card by making final payment. He transferred the final amount to some EMI account instead of Credit card account. I have called the customer care multiple times regarding this issue and they assured me that that this is their mistake and they will resolve the issue. Every time they have reversed main amount to the card but not the charges they were applying due to late payment. Those charges are approx. Rs 7000 now. From last one month they have sent the issue to Recovery/Collection team, and these agents are calling me multiple times and irritating me continuously. I am trying to tell them the whole situation but they are not ready to listen and forcing me to pay the final amount. I have even called the customer care multiple times and they are saying that my card is in permanent block state and they cant do anything. I even had a word with their supervisor and he understood the complete situation but still he was also saying the same that your card is in permanent block state and he can negotiate with the team but still I have to pay 50% of the amount. What is this. They are extorting money from customers. Its been almost 1.5 yrs and these people are torturing me like hell. Please help into it.

                My credit card tagged to amazon account who used it to subscribe for kindle account without my authorisation who eventually reversed for 3 months (Dec 17 to feb 18) in the month of june. Meanwhile i never followed sc reminders to make payment and was thinking tiny amount would be bank charges but it got my attention when june statement asked me to pay 1.7k in total though i never used my card. I place the request to review my card usage (Nearly 9 times).in an effort to protect my credit score i made payment of 1.7k in june and in august they sent an sms confirming they cannot waive anything but most annoying part they charged additional 4k from june to nov on the same amount as penalty which i consider heights of taking customer for granted.
                I spoken to rm and gave all historic emails but received an email yesterday stating they cannot help on this matter and shared invalid email address to share my concern.
                In short - i asked to pay 6k amount as penalty for not using my card and raising my concern time to time by calling customer care. Not sure how we can legally sue sc

                        I mr arvind vasant pendse want to share a very unfortunate experience with standard chartered bank (Credit card division - recovery team). This incident dates back to 14th feb 2006 when my card was debited with usd 950 rs. 43240.49/- (When i was in india and gave adequate proof that this was a wrong charge to my aforesaid credit card). Immediately on notice of this wrong entry, i also spoke to customer care & lodged a complaint as also wrote to the bank vide my letter dtd 15th march 2006.

                        In spite of clear evidence that i was not in fault, the matter remained unresolved till 2010 when lok nyayalay gave a decision (On 14th feb 2010) in my favour & advised scb (Represented by mr atul pathak) to write off the wrong amount charged to my card (Outstanding due was rs. 103792.41/- on that date). Accordingly scb wrote off the same but they have note writen off the compound interest amount which still appears as due from my in cibil record. I have been writing to pay. [protected]@sc.com customer. [protected]@sc.com and the last i sent was to mr sriram venkatraman’s office customer care dtd 30/01/2017.
                        I have been using the card for several years with unblemished record and even till date i have not dues to any overdues to any bank/ institution but the cibil record has spoil my image for no fault of mine.
                        I believe that standard chartered bank is so reputed for its professional approach and customer service, so i decided and tweet this problem to escalate to top management of the bank for reprieve.
                        It is not the amount which is big, but i have protested as a matter of principle not to pay what i don’t owe. For more than four decades i am enjoying a high credit standing and reputation

                          This is with regards to the interest reversal charges for late fees charged by scb for the amount which is swiped and yet to be paid with the payment terms period. Kindly help me to file a case against them for charging 7434 inclusive gst charges which is relatively high without any base. I can share more details with evidence for filing the case in consumer court.

                              Respected sir/madam,

                              I'm writing this mail regarding my credit card outstanding. I'm having standard chartered credit card ending number 8922 (Outstanding amount rs.16, 837.95/-) with instabuy account ending number 8231 (Outstanding amount rs.35, 452.25/-). It means total outstanding for both accounts are rs.52, 290.20/-. However i'm having credit card limit for both accounts are rs.40, 000/-.

                              This is to inform that me and my family has been fallen under a very hard financial situation in recent time due to some crisis. And in addition i lost my job as a result i'm unemployed since more than 11 months now. As a only earning member my family is surviving on the very edge basis.

                              I want settlement, as i can maximum 30% of the total outstanding for both accounts as i'm not in the position to pay full amount. I suggested the recovery team also on the same which was shweta consultancy.

                              However the collection team and recovery department using very abusive language by calling. And they are threating us that they will ask and pressurized my neighbours to collect the money from them which is very unethical practice. They are threating the ladies in my house in my absence. Because of them my family has been mentally disturbed and may file fir to police station by taking legal action. Just because my family is in hard situation they are not taking any legal action. However it doesn't mean they will not do same.

                              I'm requesting to please do one time settlement of the same as i cannot afford more than 30% amount of the total outstanding.

                              If you're ready for settlement then i'll be able to do same by borrowing some fund from my friends or relatives in week time to ten days. Kindly understand the situation and let me know.

                                Card number :[protected], with credit limit of 241000 was used regularly and made payments in time. But in the month of september 2018 mistakenly used standard chartered card for more than the limit and for which i paid the over limit charges of 545 — charged on 9th september.

                                The overall due for september statement was 262837.37 payable by 24th september

                                Of which the moment i realized made the payment of 100000 on 7th september and 162000 on 21st september well in advance before the due date

                                262837.[protected] =837.37 balance was outstanding, this was unknowingly else would have made full payment,
                                For outstanding amount of 837.37 have been asked to pay

                                My savings account[protected] at icici had balance of 2, 41000 during this week

                                Spoke to customer care and requested to charge 100% of outstanding, but not 1000% of outstanding, it does not make sense to pay so much for just 837 rupees, have made full payment, but would request to appropriate action to ensure going further even others should not suffer.
                                I do not want to pay 10275 to standard chartered, but ready to contribute towards any orphanage or social service.

                                  I would like to bring to light the over limit fee fraud happening in standard chartered credit cards. If i exceed my credit limit, they should stop me from making the transaction and there should be an intimation on the same. This is the procedure which is followed across all other credit cards i use. With standard chartered credit cards they are following a method of allowing the customer to make the transaction and then enforce a fee for that. This fraud should be questioned by the authorities.

                                  I am NepoIean G.I have applied for Landmark Rewards Platinum (P) credit card [protected]. Yet i have not received it and it is charging me of RS 295. I just want to get rid of this. So kindly cancel my credit card ASAP.

                                    I got standard charted credit card. I was told that the card is free for life time. Now i got a sms of bill due of rs. 250 even i did not activated the card. I did not do even a single transaction with this card.
                                    Even i have not generated pin for this card.
                                    When i am trying to connect with standard charted bank it is asking for all credit card details (Including cvv number).
                                    Please do something as soon as possible.

                                      This year in september i applied for standard chartered bank credit card. After confirming below benefits from credit card dept bank representative that the first year the card does not have any charges but for 2nd year onwards if your transactions in 1st year goes above 60000/- then your 2nd year charges will be waived off. But now stanc bank is charging me with annual fee + gst on it. Now credit card department is refusing that we did not gave any such offer to your card. With this miscommunication they are offering such benefits while processing card of customer and later on they are rejecting that we don't gave any such offer. If standard charted not reverse my annual charges i will not pay the bill at any cost.

                                      I have got a mail from standard chartered bank and Mr. Barrister Ernest Leonard who told me that you are fund is ready to transfer in your account. And he did sent me attached photo which is my certificate from London court ordered .
