For that i went to bank along with another banks statement & given request for changing of my address. But the bank officer of standard chartered, adyar branch clearly said that they ll not accept the statement of another bank. He is asking to give statement...

I am really surprised to see that so many people are complaining about this fraudulent bank and rbi haven't took and any serious action against this bank or done justice to the people who complained against this bank.

I have one particular purchase product through my standard chartered credit card and converted it into 12 emi and ever since they have been literally looting money from my pocket.

I have used my credit for paying my fees of 1, 91, 500
The company has a cash limit of 1, 50, 000 for which 1, 500 fine was levied. I paid 191, 500 and asked the company for reversal of the fine charges

Following which the company declined to do the reversal and added interest for the partial payment which has amounted to 10, 000 rupees.

I think i have been overcharged. Please let me know how to handle...

My landmark reward visa card last due date 16.05.2018 and i have paid all the pending amount as per generated statement on 16.05.2018 itself without any further delay but sc has applied on a4 interest charge along with gst of 18% on my card. I hold credit card of standard chartered bank since long time.
Often i used to get information about pending payment very late i. E. Near to the due date and then late penalty is applied instantly.

About an year back i increased my limit on card to 1, 00, 000 and there was no problem and standard charter bank was happy about it.

But on feb of this year the limit was reduced to 10, 000 without my consent...

Standard Charted Bank customer care service is very bad. I don't think the people who are there may not know about all rules of credit cards. When i call to customer care, first talk with customer care executive is not a easy process you will go through with so many parameters and also repeat same whenever again call. This bank cheats to customers.
My issue has not been resolved of extra deduction even after one months has gone.
No satisfactory reply by them even after 14 reminders to them.
Dont bother after extra deduction from customers.

All customers are requested to check the a/c details regularly for any extra charges imposed by them.

This is regards to my standard chartered credit card fraudulent happened in 1999. I had given bank the proof i did not spent on the card for the amount they were demanding as i was working aboard. I was told by their head office in bangalore that there is no due on me.
Later bank sold their liability to shah finlease in 2010.
Shah finlease is harassing my family and using abusive language. This card was issued by standard chartered...

Already i will the complaints for last month regarding lost my amount for my debit card account. But you are not open this complaints. Customer care person should be close the complaints, why there doing like this nobody to calling to me from customer care then y doing like this.
