Dear Sir or Madam,

Firstly, I've requested my liability letter on Jan. 20, 2018.
But it was issued some day and expired in Branch Office without any notice to me. the reason of expiration is that it was issued and passed 10 days so that it expired automatically. During this shelf life (10 days) SC Bank didn't inform me of issuance of liability letter nor SMS. Bank guys told me that I have to call or visit the Bank asking my liability letter. Upon expiration of LL I've request this letter again.

Secondly, I've requested clearance letter on Feb. 14, 2018 in Khalidya Branch Office through Mr. Richard but so far no clearance letter issued to me. On this application Mr. Richard told me that I can use my credit card and bank account. Yesterday some man called me that I have to pay credit card bill to get clearance letter. But my bank account was blocked so that I cannot pay this bill. This block was done without ant notice or explanation to me. It is so horrible. I call to customer care center[protected] and they respond that clearance letter will be issued tomorrow or in processing.
This service and system is really ugly SC Bank Service - worst experience in my life.

    We have received inward remittances from uae to our company account through one of our directors. I have been following up with your bankers to ger kyc completed for the three transactions for past 5 months. The kyc is required for us to obtain the foreign inward remittance certificates which need to be submitted to rbi (Central bank of india). I could no receive any response form their end till date

      This is in regards to my stan char credit card. There has been an on going issue since may 2015 with some unauthorised charges on my cc. I have done everything that was needed and submitted. It was agreed with one of your managers sometime last year in july that card shall be closed and all dues cleared. As it was established from the vendor himself that it was in error and charges not incurred by me. I also did receive a letter from sc stating all clear but continue to get monthly stmts asking me to pay 3000 odd rs. For lpc for no fault of mine.

      Ive written emails to ssc complaints dept, nodal officer and prime nodal officer twice in one year and have not received any response to it,
      Pl clear all dues send me a 0 bal stmt and close the card... This is defi affecting my credit rating and i want all of this cleared... Dont want to deal with bank like you'll
      This is mental torture for me and i immediately request a written confirmation of all dues cleared and all my cards closed.

      This is affecting my cibilrating big time and i need this cleared up

          Sir as the bank is harassing with the excess payment with the unlawful demand for the money which i am not responsible. I have paid the all charges but even though with my account balance is nill for the payment excess payment. I have asked for the bank standard chartered for the last 8 months bills in hard copy and i am ready to pay the charges the bank is not sending me the bills of last 8 months. Thab bank i again add one more accout with ending number 1226 and demanding more money with lots of interest for which i am not liable.

              I have applied for personal loan topup on 13-jan-2018. I was supposed to get the loan released on 20-jan-2018. But till now i am not getting any status on the loan. Called the customer care, but no proper response. I have called the person who is processing the my loan. Calling for close to 2 weeks everytime i call she says today the loan will be credited.

                I have put up a request in the month of december 2017 to upgrade my titanium credit card to much rewarding card as it was useless. However, the executive said that we will get back to you in a week to confirm. I informed his that if you cannot please cancel my credit card as i do not with to renew. However, no one get back to me and than on 30th dec i had also sent an email to cancel my card with card number but still no one reacts and now they charged me for annual fees and renew which i did not wish. I am gonna drag you to consumer court for this but never gonna pay you the charges you put on me where i did not wish to continue.

                  I made an imps payment on 25th jan 2018 at nearly 10am in the morning for 60 k to another account with hsbc. The payment was deducted from my account and but hasn't been transferred yet. The status in my transfer history is shown as submitted.

                  I have been calling the customer care and they are not able to trace my money yet. Its been 56 hours so far. None of the bank's are able to help.

                  Reps are giving me different versions each time. Standard charted reps are absolutely inefficient and give me incorrect information each time.

                  In short, i am stranded today because of fault in standard chartered system and lack of coordination between it's various teams. My priority was only to pay my rent and credit card bill, but unfortunately sc has lost track of where my hard earned money is.

                  When i call the customer care, the reps are not able to manage this kind of sensitive issue.

                  It's not that i don't have money to pay my rent. I have the money too but standard chartered has lost it.

                  I have my salary account with standardchatered and this is my hard earned money.
                  Poor service and no response and neither assurance from the bank.

                  I want to exclate the material and what to understand where my money is.

                    My father took credit card with scb in 1999. It was requested for cancellation by my father at that time and also reached to scb for settlement.

                    My father raised a case in court for the same issue after receiving a telegram from bank saying need to pay credit amount. Do the company has right to come back in 2018 for settling the amount due on the card. What would be the best way to handle this situation. Was it only the cibil score which will get effected.

                      unable to call customer care

                      I am holding salary account and credit card in scb for past 1 year. Yesterday i called from my phone (+91 [protected]) to customer care for my credit card service, whenever i am choosing the option "talk to our banking officer" the call is getting disconnected. So, i asked help by calling debit card department since then same thing happening with debit card ibr also....

                      I have a sc credit card since 9 years and had no issues till recently. There was a debit of rs. 2400 and rs. 400 without me doing these transactions. Note that i had not swiped my card and also have not received any otp for these online transactions. So, not sure how this was charged to my account.
                      I immediately called the customer care and got the card blocked. Then, i complained about this & the charges were reversed in the next month. I did not pay these amounts as i had not done the transactions and i have clearly intimated the bank thru mail. Inspite of this, i was charged a penalty for not paying these amounts in the next month bill cycle. Why was i charged penalty for an amount which i have not done?

                        I have done an imps transaction on sept 22 in 2017 for which i got the below message but the beneficiary account did not receive any money.

                        "your a/c no. Xxxxxxx3583 is debited for inr 5, 000.00 on 22-sep-2017 and a/c xxxxxxxxxx6425 credited (Imps ref no[protected].) - stanchart"

                        Could someone please immediately traceout why i have a confirmation message if the money was not credited to the bob beneficiary account? This has been raised immediately with the customer care the same day but i did not have any further help on this sadly! I waited for a response with an email but received none. Kindly help me get my money back which was debited lest my trust in this bank be gone! Pfa the email confirmation for a successful credit.

                            Subject: deficiency in services

                            It is with regret that i am writing this letter to you as i want to bring to your kind notice that extreme trouble and inconvenience i have undergone due to your negligent services.

                            I was having a credit card of your bank vide account number being [protected] and i have paid sum of rs 27, 000/- in due time but bank put some interest of rs 627 approx against the same. I co-ordinated with your bank on which they assured that will reverse it but nothing has happened. Due to this behaviour of bank, i have stopped making the payment but then i pad rs1600/-, rs 2500/- and rs 3300/-, respectively, as minimum payment thrice and then finally stopped making a payment.

                            However, i have also filed the complaint with rbi but did not get the proper response. Now the interest reached rs. 30000/- and your bank is asking for rs 59243/- for ndc and it is unfair and unjust.

                            In spite of my several complaints to your bank, my problem was not resolved and no one has ready to help me with it. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and i am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot a mental stress, agony and have wasted immense loss of time and money due to your deficient services. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your brand name. I had availed your services but to my utter disappointment, i have faced the worst.
                            I would like to notify you that your actions are liable under section 2 (1) (G) of the consumer protection act for deficiency of service that means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming or inadequacy in the: quality, nature, and manner of performance that is mandated to be maintained under law or under a contract.
                            I would like to emphasize that:
                            . Your service has been utterly negligent and inadequate.
                            . I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your unprofessional conduct.
                            Giver the above sequence of events, i request you to kindly ask me to pay the valid charges (Around rs 30000/-) and get ndc from the bank at the earliest. Moreover, i request you to compensate me with an amount of rs 29000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me.

                            I called to SC customer care and they gave 15 minute wait time, after 20 minutes they received call but they told it is not right and she told i will forward your call to other department, again I waited 15 minutes but no response.
                            still no solution for query.

                                Sir,
                                I have been receiving continuous threatening calls form the no . [protected], claiming from City Finance - Kotak Bank, that- I have not paid any payments of some loan .Also the person inform his mail id as Vidya.[protected]@kotak.com .
                                But I had never taken any loan from the said bank, so why do I pay for it !! . The person somehow got my personal details such as date of birth, my previous residential details, email . I think somehow he got my CV which is 5 or 7 years old.
                                He claimed that he sent me loan statement in my mail id - but I have not received any mail . Today also he is claiming for a negotiation amount for the loan !!
                                Please notify the bank and do something so that not another person faces this kind kind of harassment.
