Called the customer care, but no proper response. I have called the person who is processing the my loan. Calling for close to 2 weeks everytime i call she says today the loan will be credited....

I have put up a request in the month of december 2017 to upgrade my titanium credit card to much rewarding card as it was useless. I made an imps payment on 25th jan 2018 at nearly 10am in the morning for 60 k to another account with hsbc. The payment was deducted from my account and but hasn't been transferred yet. The status in my transfer history is shown as submitted.

I have been calling the customer care and they are not able to trace my money yet. Its been 56 hours so far. None of the bank's are able to help.

My father took credit card with scb in 1999. It was requested for cancellation by my father at that time and also reached to scb for settlement.

My father raised a case in court for the same issue after receiving a telegram from bank saying need to pay credit amount. Do the company has right to come back in 2018 for settling the amount due on the card. What would be the best way to handle this situation. Was it only the cibil...

I have done an imps transaction on sept 22 in 2017 for which i got the below message but the beneficiary account did not receive any money.

"your a/c no. Xxxxxxx3583 is debited for inr 5, 000.00 on 22-sep-2017 and a/c xxxxxxxxxx6425 credited (Imps ref no[protected].) - stanchart"

Could someone please immediately traceout why i have a confirmation message if the money was not credited to the bob beneficiary...

I have recharged my wifi broadband on 21/12/2017 of amount rs 707 twice. After payment page, amount got deducted but recharge was not done.
Also, i have contacted the service provider several times but it seems their intention are not clear.

I have been receiving continuous threatening calls form the no . [protected], claiming from City Finance - Kotak Bank, that- I have not paid any payments of some loan .Also the person inform his mail id as Vidya.[protected]@kotak.com .
But I had never taken any loan from the said bank, so why do I pay for it !! . The person somehow got my personal details such as date of birth, my previous residential details, email ....

Hi i have a standard chartered bank credit card (Manhattan), every year they charge and they ensure that u call them ask for a waiver and they manage such that the immediate customer care executive hands over the call to superior and he waives the charges.
Same thing happened recently, they told it will waived off, initially they could not waive off, then i told them if they dont waive off i will return the card to them and they need...

I have salary account with Standard Charterd bank with home branch sector 18 Noida brahmdutt tower. I received an email to submit my KYC documents on 17th Nov 2017 from Mohd Shahanawaz with the last date as 21st Nov 2017 which was later extended to 30th Nov. I spoke in the Customer care on & submitted my KYC documents through an email on 20th Nov 2017. They did not check my email and despite of my submission my account got suspended completely...

I was a credit card customer to scb and before 2009. I had used my card and later got the outstanding amount re-structured (Not settlement) and cleared even last penny and got no due certificate from them.

Now, when i checked my cibil score it shows i have negative score because of the scb a/c for which i have received no due certificate.
