    Hi, My name is Jimmy charak. i stay in gurgaon. i was using standard chartered credit card and there was fraud made on my standard chartered credit card on 11sep15 around for the amount 51500 Rs. i received 2 messages on my phone that my credit card was used twice(once for 25000 and then for 26500). As soon as i saw this message i called the customer care and blocked these cards as i had 2 standard chartered credit card. i told them that the card is with me and i never used that card as i was in Gurgaon at my office that time but they told that card was used in Reliance digital at Kolkata. i have been calling these guys from last 4 days and they are telling me that merchant has still haven't claimed the money until today when i called and they told me that merchant has claimed the money and now i need to dispute the charges. they told me that it will take 45 days to resolve but the dispute form they sent me it is written there that this can take 180 days or more than that and also. i need to resolve this as i have not made any charges for the same amount and bank is not helping me with same as i have to call them again and again and this is really very disturbing.     Hi Team,

    its been more than 40 days and i have not received any update on my dispute. yesterday i sent an email to know the status and today i got fraud call from someone name Amit saxena ( Phone number [protected]) and he told me that my issue has been solved and was asking about my new card details so that refund can be made. I didn't gave him details and told him that i will call customer care and they told me that is still pending.
    i have sent email to standard chartered about this but there is no response from their side. Please suggest me the resolution for this or else i have to file a complaint with the police as I am not getting any support from the bank regarding this issue and i am planning to end my services with the bank and also will provide feedback to my HR as in my company 80 percent of the employees use this bank only.

      Hi, Bank have charges annual Fee of Rs 750 as annual Fee. I requested them to revert these charges as I already informed them twice(Previous year) that I would not need card if you charge annual Fee.I have written communication of this. Since beginning o[censored]sing these card, I have never paid t annual Fee. Now they are asking these Fee which is not ethical.         Reference to complaint number - [protected] I have ATM card of standard chartered bank. I have registered my complaint on 23-Aug-2015 regarding unauthorized withdrawal of Rs 10, 000 from ICICI bank ATM machine from my account. I have not punched 10, 000 or shared my card or other details with anyone. I got response from bank that they will take maximum 7 days to resolve issue. After that i got response from bank after 2-3 days that i should have to register FIR and it will take around 45 days to resolve issue.I gone to police station but police is not lodging any complaint and saying they are not liable for this. I informed bank about case through email but i did not get any response from bank. I think standard chartered bank is very unresponsive & careless about their clients problem. I am requesting bank officials to kindly do something. Amount of Rs 10000 is not small for me. I am expecting response of bank ASAP.

          [protected]. Dear sir/madam, i am using sbi credit card since 10-12 years. I am using this card without any disputes. I am very much happy with the services from sbi card. Last year standard charted bank executive contacted me and requested for new card. Initially i refused for the new card. After getting several calls i agreed for the new card. Card i used was [protected]. I used the card for first month and waited for the card statement. I don't know the billing cycle of the card. Waited for one and half month, i got the sms in my mobile regarding over due of the payment. While contacted customer care center, it was informed that the payment is due and need to pay immediately. I asked for the amount to pay. They included the late payment charges. I requested for waver of the charges as it was not my fault. They refused to do so. I requested for the closure of the card and paid the due amount without late payment charges. They contacted me several times and every time they added late payment charges. I am a service class person and need not to take anybody extra money. I paid the amount which was used by me. If my intention was not clear, i would not paid that amount also. Company executives keep calling me and every time threaten me for legal action. I am very much depressed and feeling nervous for the harassment from the bank.           Pl. go through the mail from the bank.
          Which clearly states that I have paid the amount which I used actully.
          The only amount I have not paid is Rs.50 which is towards late payment charges.
          This is due to non receipt of the statement.
          They have now increased the late amount charges of Rs.50 to Rs. 10000.
          Sir, please help me to come out from the matter and take proper action against the bank so that they will not harass any individual further. Also claim compensation towards the bank for harassing me by calling and writing mails regularly.

          Our records indicate that the last transaction (Rs 1, 850.00) incurred through
          your card ending 3626 was in the month of January 2013 towards the merchant "
          Venus Data Products Surat". Accordingly the statement dated 04 February 2013 was
          generated with an total amount due of Rs. 1900.45.

          Towards the aforementioned outstanding, we received the payment (Rs. 1850.00) on
          30 July 2013, which beyond the due date. Hence, the financial charges were
          debited in the card en ing 3626.

          Also, we note that you have opted for email statement facility for your credit
          card ending 3626 the statements were delivered at your email address
          "[protected]@yahoo.com regularly. We have sent the statements since February 2013 to
          August 2013, for your reference.

          Today I received a call from standard charted bank, and asked me deposit aprx.10000 Rs and they will issue no due certificate.
          Sir, I am very much nervous and tensed by such calls.
          Please guide me to come out of it and ask for compensation for harassment by such type of calls.
          Sir, believe me I don’t want to have any wrong doing money from any body and at the same time don't want to pay by such means.
          Once again requesting you to represent the issue at proper platform and guide me.

            There was a illegal transaction with respect to my card and i had raised a complaint with the company and blocked the card. i requested them to block the card in future as i didn't want anyone to misuse the same card again. after my request the illegal amount was reimbursed and waived off. during the blocked period i was also suggested by the company not to use the card until all these illegal transaction related complaints were resolved and i followed the same. after 6 months the company sent me a statement with late payment and interest overdue of extra amount added with my actual spending. i requested company to remove it as i was instructed not to use or transact on the mentioned card. which they didn't agree, i duly paid my expenses which were made by me and requested the company through clear cut mail regarding the same and asked them to remove the unnecessary dues. since then they have been adding interest on top of that and additional expenses and have made my statement to bloat upto 10, 000 INR currently. in spite of multiple mail communications and requests they have been continuously harassing me with phone calls and mails to pay this expense which i haven't incurred. request you to please help with the matter.

              This is regarding the amount I borrowed in year 2006-07 of approx. Rs.40, 000 from bank Standard Chartered. At the same time your representative issued credit card for my account which I haven't asked for. Amount was cleared in the same year without any delay and at same time, I crushed the credit card and drop it in the drop box of same branch in front of your representative. This process of destroying the credit card was suggested by your representative only in the branch. Now, Few days back suddenly I got call from your branch saying INR 45, 000 approx. needs to be cleared as part of my credit card bill which I am not using since 2007 and had destroyed as I mentioned above.                 Subject : Miss Selling and Unethical Practices happening from Bank Respected Sir/Madam, I Vishal Ashok Narangikarwants to register a complaint against Standard Chartered Bank. I am a Credit card holder of Standard Chartered Bank from Last few years. But I was not using the credit card due to the fear in my mind which every customer has in his mind while using the credit card. Somehow I decided to use the SC credit card and finally I got into the trap of the bank, from where the story begins. I used the credit card in the month of Nov’14. Post which I tried to clear the outstanding amount by paying part amount and not the entire amount at one stroke. Later when I realize that I am not able to pay the entire amount and clear the dues, I decided to convert the balance amount in EMI for 6 months from Jan’15 to June’15 and I called up customer care to convert the balance amount into EMI. But the Bank clearly refused to convert saying that the EMI facility is not availiable on my card. While selling me the credit card the sales manager has clearly told me that there is an EMI option available on your card, post which I agreed to take the SC bank Credit card. Still I requested the bank to take my request because they had already committed me earlier and at the same time due to cost cutting in my organization I had few days left and it was practically not possible to make the balance payment, But the bank straight away denied. As per my record I have paid Rs. 35000/- till date, but the bank is now saying that the outstanding amount of my credit card has reached Rs.1 Lakh, because I have exceeded the usage limit of my card and I have used Rs. 72000/- on my credit card. I want to clear one thing that my Card has a limit of Rs. 52000/- Only. Then how can a person use upto Rs.72000/- does any bank allows credit card user to exceed his Maximum limit. This was the second time when the bank was at fault. I am still ready to pay the balance amount of Rs. 30000/- which is pending from my end, which I never denied to pay. I request bank to please consider my request and get me a settlement letter of Rs.30000/- post which I will make the entire amount within a month time post I get the letter. Because of the bank I am suffering from both the end. I am paying Rs[protected] every month but my outstanding amount is not reducing and it is increasing day by day. In-spite of the bank miscommunication and the mistakes the third party agencies are calling me and giving me threatening calls, they have started doing the mental harassment to my parents. The credit card was issued to me according to my income, then why the questions are asked to my family members. Am I not responding your calls, have I ever stopped replying the bank. In this case I would like to take legal action, if this continues till the bank revert me with satisfactory answer. Below are the dates and the ticket no when I had spoken to customer care regarding the same, and the reply which I got from them was not satisfactory. Ticket No:[protected] Spoken to Mrs. Gayatri Ticket No:[protected] Spoken to Mrs. Shilpa I had called to the customer care in the month of Jan also. But some how I have misplaced the ticket no. I would like to highlight the mistakes of Bank once again and take a proper action against the same and get me justice in this. A. Miss selling the product and misguiding the customers B. Wrong commitment to the customers I would like to get the justice in this case at the earliest. Request your intervention in this and get me justice for the same.                     a person from standard chartered credit card company by name Shashank had called and was using vulgar language. my number has been registered in DND but still I got the call 3 times from the number [protected]. When I informed that I will lodge a complaint, he had no regards to the law and abused the law and law makers as well.

                      This is to inform you that my name is Chetna Batra and I had a credit card from Standard Chartered [card number [protected]] 6 years ago when I used to live in Mumbai. I always paid the bill on time and closed the whole payment before I left the city. There was some fraud transaction of Rs 2000 made on my card after I left mumbai for ever. I want to raise an official complaint against Standard Chartered on account of my personal information leakage, threating, harassment and mental tension. Since 2010, they have called me and my family on numbers I never gave them. Since last few years my family has received numerous phone calls from Shruti [From Mumbai Standard Chartered] phone number[protected], saying that I have to pay some Rs 45000 against some bill for credit card. The lady who called, made constant calls[every minutes] on all the phone numbers of my house including mobile phones and landlines. Not only this, she made numerous phone calls to my relatives, in-laws, and everyone who is related to me here. She used abusive language to my parents and my in-laws and spoke very badly to everybody who came on phone. I NEVER shared any phone numbers with SC of my other family members. She made threatening demand of money upto lakh rupees to my in-laws. I NEVER received any bills, have not used SC credit card and have got not even a single notice from SC. I have been out of country from more than an year and had no idea what she was talking about. I have my mother who is a heart patient in my house and is in a very bad state after all the abusive language used by SC employees with her on phone and her constant nagging.It is mental harassment of my entire family by Standard Chartered Bank. I have spoken to multiple people in the bank/ complaints department and everyone. No one is ready to do anything. Can you please please help. They feel a common man can be harassed like this.                         1. Before Sanction they say free processing fee but after disbursement they charge processing fee in disbursement amt. 2. Pre-Closure Loan is free to all banks as per RBI, but this bank charges 5% of the outstanding amount. 3. Poor Feedback of our queries. 4. False statement by executives. please be aware of this

                          a fraud credit card was issued under my name just with a copy of pancard and id proof but without my signature a fraud of rs50000 is done and now a per bank the card was delivered the communicaton address, but we have not recieved any credit card.

                            Hi, I am Roopesh Sahdev, DOB is 18.09.1969 have used credit card in 1997 and got call in apprx. 2002 or 2004 to upgrade it. Got new card and found that credit limit was being reduced, I immediately called customer care and informed that " I don't accept this card" and surrendered it by cutting in 4 pcs and dropped with letter in drop box. After that since 2011 there was no communication from bank. in 2011 informed same incident to executive who called me and till today didn't get any call or communication. Last month applied TOPUP loan on my HDFC home loan and came to know that my case has been in CIVIL court. It is kind of harrasement so request you to withdraw this case as I have not used even a single paise of Bank. Regards, Roopesh Sahdev, [protected]

                                Some time in in Jan-Feb 2015 I was introduced about home loan transfer opportunity with Standard Chartered Bank. I immediately supplied required information of my existing loan with Citi bank. Then I also filled the form and supplied all the required copy of the documents through local agent Mr. Dharmendra to Ahmadabad office. Time and again I was asked to submit some or other documents again and again by Mr. Padiyar Abushek and Vikram Mahrani's office without any proper communications in the form of written mail or letter. Evan the phone call to them was either very badly handled or no response. Till date I have no official communications from the Ahmadabad office stating the status of my application. I was forced to open an account as well as take house protection insurance. I did comply the same. I also paid the required 2000/- rupees as processing fess. So far no official receipt of the same nor any progress regarding my application. I would like to know who will pay my financial loss, as I could not approach to other bank for the same.                                     SIR/MADAM I Have received a Credit Card from Standard Charted Bank on 05/2015 but I have never received Pin No. I Requested so many time for the Pin No. But it was not allotted due to this I not in a position to use the Credit Card, But after one year I received a statement on my E-MAIL & Message on my mobile phone of Rs.1, 338.86 due date 09/07/2015. I request the PRINCIPAL.NODAL OFFICER & HEAD SERVICE (MS. PRIYA RAGHUNATHAN) treat the CREDIT CARD cancel from the begining and there is no question of payment. Thanking you yours truly AMAN RAI
