Updated by tcssshah Pl. go through the mail from the bank.
Which clearly states that I have paid the amount which I used actully.
The only amount I have not paid is Rs.50 which is towards late payment charges.
This is due to non receipt of the statement.
They have now increased the late amount charges of Rs.50 to Rs. 10000.
Sir, please help me to come out from the matter and take proper action against the bank so that they will not harass any individual further. Also claim compensation towards the bank for harassing me by calling and writing mails regularly.
