Hi my name is Mahalakshmi. My niece have applied for an educational loan since six months ago. Till now we didn't get any status from bank side and also even we are not aware whether the file has being processed or not. Today we visit the bank to know the status. One of the bank staff in the branch said that he doesn't know about the status of educational loan because only the manager was handling it and he only knows the status. Also, said that the manager has been transferred and should wait until the new manager has come, no other source to get status. After hearing this, We shocked that how come the manager can transfer without handing over his work to the other staff who is next to him. And how can be the employees are irresponsible when approach the customer. So, kindly take this as prior issue and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you

    Unauthorised debit of Rs 47.30 from my loan account

    Hi,

    I have a personal loan in state bank of india
    On 07 April 2023, sbi has debited the amount Rs.47.24 with the description of "FINE ARR ADJSTMNT" and the same is credited to loan account on 25 April 2023 with the description of "single sided repa irr amount recovered". Surprising to see why this recovery is made.
    Again, on two dates 7 May 2023 and 7 June 2023 Rs 47.30 id deducted twice with the description...

    Charged Investment Intermediar for INB E - Mandate

    I was charged an amount of Rs 59 for investment intermediate of INB E - Mandate.
    There was sufficient balance in my account .
    I was not notified on this deduction and charge.
    I require a refund on this charge....

    I have hb loan account xxxxxxxx9328 with lichfl. Money deducted in four steps from my savings account xxxxxxx5264 through NACH but the amount aren't yet credited to the loan account with the lichfl. Money deducted from my savings account: Rs 3, 501.00 on 10.3.2023 ; Rs 30, 000.00 on 21.4.2023 ; Rs 30, 000.00 on 13.5.2023 ; Rs 30, 000.00 on 10.6.2023 =Total 93, 501.00

          I am taking loan from sbi solapur branch on July 2019 of Rs. 5, 40, 000/- at the intrest rate of 12.4% and installment of 60 equal months as per my loan agreement but after 4 years I am pay emi on time even in such a COVID lockdown situation I am pay all the emis but now when I visit bank to close my loan after 47 emis I am calculate my loan amount and arrange the money to close the loan then I am shocked they said your loan not for 60 months it's a 72 months emis they say and amount is much more than my expectation then. I am raise this question that I have agreement of the loan there are clearly mentioned that my loan is 60 month installment but now their system shows 72 installment how this possible I am said to manager they are told about RBI Guidelines for this i am said that how the loan will turn 60 months to 72 months even I have not received any of such this information about they change my emi 60 to 72 even my email is registerd my mobile no is registerd in bank even they are not contact me for this i am facing financial crisis and also I am paid all the emis my financial condition is not good. Now they are says your loan intrest rate is increases to 13.9% and they raised this to thier back office but even now they are not having to say how is this possible. even I am calculate this in the official website emi calculater of loan there are also I have seen that Personal Loan Amount

            Myself Dinesh Kumar mallik having a SBI saving account, debited rs 10000 and 3600 accordingly on 22/04/2023 and 24/04/2023 automatically by a CSP outlet. I don't share any OTP and account details to anyone.

              SBI has added a new credit enquiry dated 14/03/2023 on the credit report which I have not applied for. SBI is repeatedly reporting wrong information to the CICs

                Dear Sir,

                My account has been stopped without giving any information to me. When I called customer service, they suggested to update the KYC document. I sent documents to my home branch mail id sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 29 May 23. I also went to local branch (branch code - 21730) and submitted the hard copy of the self-attested KYC document with kyc update form on 29th May 23.

                I tried to call home branch (customer care provided number [protected]) which never reachable. When I tried to reach out to local branch number ([protected]), no one is picking the call.

                I have not received any update on this from the back yet.

                Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

                    CIF not scrutinised by LCPC for my NRE account at SBI

                    I created an NRE account and converted my domestic savings account to an NRO account at SBI Kolkata (Muchipara Branch). My KYC was complete and I was issued a debit card as well. I was clearly told that my account is complete.

                    However, I am not able to transfer money out of my NRE account. Yono SBI app gives the error "CIF not scrutinised by LCPC". Because I am a NRI, its not easy for me to visit my local branch. They are...

                      ALLEGATION 1

                      1. We have received the following two email message this day, about TDS deduction, which is wrong and illegal and to be refunded back.

                      Dear Customer, TDS of INR 14.00 deducted for interest paid on A/C No XXXXX256258.

                      Dear Customer, TDS of INR 16.00 deducted for interest paid on A/C No XXXXX671957.

                      2. Make a note that we had already submitted 15H on 1st April 2023 when we made a new FD on that day. And when we submit 15H, it automatically covers all our FD made with the bank by that day.

                      3. So whatever TDS have been deducted by you is totally wrong and illegal and hands to be refunded back into our account.

                      ALLEGATION 2
                      SBI sad
                      SCSS quarterly interest will go on credited only at 9:00 p.m. at the ending day of every quarter. And we cannot do anything as it is not in our hand and we have sent the issue to the competent authority.

                      We got to say in this reference

                      This reply we have been listening from you for so many months and you will repeat it for the next so many months too because you people in SBI believe in excuses to make customers fool rather than providing general solution in a genuine time frame. Provide the details of the technical team their name and email ID and a deadline, when the issue will be resolved.

                      ALLEGATION 3

                      You said
                      Contact the branch manager for all issues and problems. This reply is neither satisfactory nor acceptable.
                      We have referred to the branch manager only many times over different issues but no proper resolution was found in so many cases, we had to refer to regulatory authorities including PG portal and to you. But regrette fully you are telling us to contact the same branch who failed to provide genuine resolution. This is the reason why complaints are getting filed up with no resolution by you people because you believe in excuses to make customers fool and this is evident as per the heap of precedents we have in our record as very bitter experience with your SBI. When Subbarao and Popli were branch manager, they always helped to resolve the issue to our satisfaction, which is not at all observed with the current branch manager.

                      ALLEGATION FOUR

                      We got a shocking SMS from SBi with a threat notification to deactivate our net banking and mobile services, if correct mobile number is not submitted to the branch.
                      If so, how come their warning message reached t to us without any issue through the same mobile number registered with them.

                      You said
                      It is a system generated SMS.
                      This clearly prove that how deficient and negligent your system people are who failed to take care needed to keep their system update and consequently result into harassment and trauma and waste of time to customers. And such deficiency we had to face persistently in all your workings. Why we have to suffer so much due to your people in SBI?

                      ALLEGATION FIVE

                      1. For each every complaint, you say, contact the branch manager. We contact the regularity authorities were not satisfied with the branch. But still you say, contact the branch only. What is the sense in providing such answer.
                      2 after so many months, you are telling us that the culprit mangal sali, did not behave wrongly. Why such a false defence after so many months?
                      3. We have lodged our complaint, immediately after the incidence. At that point why didn't you say that we are lying and you staff is innocent.
                      4. This clearly proves you are lying just to defend this rascal, who had miss behaved with obscene remarks to my wife when Subbarao was the chief manager. and you are saying there is no complain against this rascal.
                      5. This clearly proves how down your moral has gone and obviously we will take up this matter to police and court to teach you people the cruel lesson.

                        I have ordered products from myntra.com on 4th of may 2023 and that order got cancelled by Myntra on 15th may 2023 it was a pre-paid order and they inhitetd the refund of cancelled product but ammount is not reflecting in my bank account . along with this details I am attaching the screenshot of e-mail conating reference ID which is given by myntra.com

                          Respected Sir/ Madam,
                          This to inform you that I am a customer of SBI Card account Number ([protected]) and the Tracker Id ([protected]) and I have used SBI Card due to my financial issue. I was not able to pay money after that I took the settlement letter and on the last EMI. I haven't arranged funds for clearing the settlement letter of around 20000. I have received many calls from Mobile Number [protected] and her name is Mayesha Sharma. I already explained my financial condition and also how much I was able to pay but she told me that now you are in pressure so now take our offer. I requested you to please look into this matter and please take immediate steps to solve this matter. otherwise now i am not able to take pressure.
                          I will get suicide because my financial condition is not good I recently got job in a year. I will give all the amount as per the settlement but this types of recovery I am not able to give amount if i have no source of income then who can I paid amount..
                          I give you assurity that I will pay the amount as early as possible and as per the settlement.

                                I am already holding a state bank credit card. One of the sales guys offered me one more credit card with updated limit.
                                Application was approved and the card was sent to my address. As i was out od town; I couldn’t receive the card and told the courier guy to come back in 3 days as i will reach at the address during that time.
                                But they sent it back.
                                Once i reached back at the address, i had been constantly contacting the bank guys to redeliver the card. Which never happened and they had already sent me the statement.
                                After a month long follow up, they informed me i may have to pay delivery charges and they will arrange a re delivery, which i agreed. After few days i got a message saying my card has been delivered; but i never received it. Also they had charged penalty for non payment of statement charges plus gst on that and that is a huge amount.
                                Everytime when i raise a complaint, they are saying i may have to pay the charges but never interested in making sure that i am receiving the card.
                                Very pathetic service from SBI card team.
                                The guy who enrolled me always tells he will update the status, but that never happened.
