Dear Sir / Madam, Since past one week I have been receiving messages from BV-CBSSBI, BX- CBSSBI, VK-SBSSBI, BP-CBSSBI, BV-SBIKBP stating that my account XXXXX133466 (which is not mine) has been credited with INR 40, 000/- and couple of messages stating AADHAR, PAN details change and then messages stating that there are withdrawals from the same account. I have also received WEB links to give feedback. I know this is a scam, Kindly look into this before people get cheated.

    State Bank Of India [SBI] fi txn @ csp

    There have been multiple transactions of 10, 000 rupees from my account with the subject fi txn @csp outlet. I did not authorize these transactions, and I was not aware the first few times. Kindly suggest me on what to do and how to get the money back into my account.

    Myself Manisha Bisht an account holder at SBI bank branch VILLAGE KUSUMKHERA KALADHUNGI ROAD, HALDWANI District: NAINITAL State: UTTARAKHAND Pincode - 263139 with AC-[protected]. I want to inform you that I received a msg from branch 2 June 2023 and I also tracked my speed post reference number on which it was mentioned that the cheque book has been delivered to my address .But I didn't recieved cheque book yet. Please look for the issue as soon as possible.& Do the needful.

      I have been provided with SBI credit card by the agent in Petrol pump despite my unwillingness to opt the card. The client has had given assurances that there will be no joining and annual maintenance fees in joining and using the card. Based on the assurances, the SBI client took my official details via whatsapp illegally to provide me the card. I got call from SBI credit card section and I answered all the question and asked the concerned that there should not be any maintenance fees in using the card. As I was unaware of the matter, I received the card and started using the card from 22.11.2022 onwards. After one month, Rs. 2999 + GST was additionally charged towards annual maintenance fees. I immediately contacted customer care and briefed about the same but they replied that I have to pay the fees additionally. I requested and mailed several times to customer care and requested to waive off the fees but my request was not considered. Consequently, I cleared all my dues except the annual maintenance part and blocked the for further use. Afterward the SBI credit card regularly call, message and mail me and ask to pay the fees and charge the interest which I am unable to bear the fees. It becomes a burden on my financial condition. Afterward, the credit card executive asked me to pay Rs. 201/- for waiver of the outstanding interested amount.
      Request to kindly take the case with appropriate action on forgery case and defamation. Also request the SBI Bank to kindly waive off the fees and close the case.

      I am unable to understand the intension of SBI credit card section. Do they want forcibly want me to pay which I am not in a position to pay.

        My Pmay Subsidy has not yet been received till date however I submitted my all loan-related documents to the SBI banker in March 2021.

        My Subsidy is showing as pending at Central Nodel Agency.

        It shows the last two-year Documents Submitted at Central Nodel Agency.

        We also asked the bank they say we can't say anything it is govt scheme please let us know the status of our scheme this is a humble request.

        Please help to resolve that case.

            I am the customer of 2018 since using 2 SBI credit card with good track but due financial crisis from last 8 months unable to pay the dues in time but still every month I am paying .the recovery agent visited my home town and threatened my mother who is aged and illiterate she is scared by them and also they are scolding my mother and brother in front of village people they visiting my home after 8 o clock and also both people are threatened me like they are visiting my relatives homes please kindly take necessary action please
            And also I know my responsibilities to pay the bills of my outstanding but due to some problem I m paying lately

              Hi,

              This is regarding loan applied for car . loan amount was processed and realeased on 17 may 2023

              Branch code:007117 (j .p nagar branch, bengaluru)

              After loan was released and car was delivered, there was harassment by the person who processed my loan.

              He said he has done some mistake and wanted to come to branch again and again.
              He has declared 2 accounts on my name and there is another deduction called part period intern amounting to Rs 3807.
              When asked the same the he says to approach branch or else there will be more deduction as the above.
              This has been a very disappointing experience for me. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

              PFA for the 2 account statement which have been opened on my name.

                I have requested so mainy time on mail toclose my account but again and agin AMC changes increasing and not close my account .recently for close paied AMC chare and now again they double AMC charge mgs me . Such a worts company SBI cap .

                  This SMS received when i was to SBI Bank Desk for depositing 3 x Rs.2000 Note (denominated) and bank officer asked to show OTP received on mobile and then he accepted my 3 x Rs.2000 Note (denominated) notes and transfer fund to my account and i received SMS too by SAVE SOLUTIONS PVT.

                  Is this new method by SBI to received Money through OTP SMS ?
                  We remind RBI every time do not share OTP while receiving fund it is only for Fund payment.

                      There a fraudulent transaction showing in my account dated 27/5/2023 at 11:25:35 AM towards MC DONALDS VISHAKAPATNAM IN for Rs 31 . I contacted the SBI customer support and mailed to [protected]@sbicard.com but they were saying it' a paywave (contactless) transaction and it's a secure one and I am totally liable for it but the case was I didn't do it and at that time I was at home an my card is with me.

                        The due date of SBI credit card for March month was 12th June 2023. Before due date on 11th June 2023 I cleared all the payment still without any notice SBI credit card submitted a Rs.500 + Gst as PAYMENT DISHONOUR FEES. Though I submitted credit card bill before due date.

                          Hello,

                          I had recharged my SBI fastag using phonepe but the amount did not get credited in my SBI fastag wallet. I have consistently been using PhonePe to recharge my SBI fastag successfully in the past.

                          I raised the complaint[protected] but this seems to have been closed with no action. Multiple complaints raised to this effect were all closed with no action or communication to me.

                          The comment on the status is as below.

                          Your Complaint has been routed to SP1-GITC for immediate redressal
                          Service Req Status - Case Closed

                          I do not know what to do now. Please guide.

                            Hi my name is Mahalakshmi. My niece have applied for an educational loan since six months ago. Till now we didn't get any status from bank side and also even we are not aware whether the file has being processed or not. Today we visit the bank to know the status. One of the bank staff in the branch said that he doesn't know about the status of educational loan because only the manager was handling it and he only knows the status. Also, said that the manager has been transferred and should wait until the new manager has come, no other source to get status. After hearing this, We shocked that how come the manager can transfer without handing over his work to the other staff who is next to him. And how can be the employees are irresponsible when approach the customer. So, kindly take this as prior issue and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you

                              Unauthorised debit of Rs 47.30 from my loan account

                              Hi,

                              I have a personal loan in state bank of india
                              On 07 April 2023, sbi has debited the amount Rs.47.24 with the description of "FINE ARR ADJSTMNT" and the same is credited to loan account on 25 April 2023 with the description of "single sided repa irr amount recovered". Surprising to see why this recovery is made.
                              Again, on two dates 7 May 2023 and 7 June 2023 Rs 47.30 id deducted twice with the description...

                              Charged Investment Intermediar for INB E - Mandate

                              I was charged an amount of Rs 59 for investment intermediate of INB E - Mandate.
                              There was sufficient balance in my account .
                              I was not notified on this deduction and charge.
                              I require a refund on this charge....

Money deducted in four steps from my savings account xxxxxxx5264 through NACH but the amount aren't yet credited to the loan account with the lichfl. Money deducted from my savings account: Rs 3, 501.00 on 10.3.2023 ; Rs 30, 000.00 on 21.4.2023 ; Rs 30, 000.00 on 13.5.2023 ; Rs 30, 000.00 on 10.6.2023 =Total 93, 501.00
