sir, my mother srinivasamma thammana, came to sbi branch(code :11099) near KBN college at vijayawada and also submitted freedom form for mobile registration mobile no is [protected] and a/c no is [protected] still the mobile no is not registered sir as my mother is aged person she cannot visit the branch always for same purpose. she came twice for this registration and it cannot be done until now

    Respected sir/ madam.
    Myself Didarali Anilbhai Kutchhi (Acc no. [protected]) a saving account holder of SBI, Thangadh branch (branch code: 11038).
    I needed a demand draft today & i went to this branch for the demand draft as i am its customer. I filled the application form for demand draft & went to submit. But the staff member told me that they had not a working demand draft machine today, so he told me to go to some other bank for demand draft. When i asked for the written reply for non-working demand draft machine, he told me, "you can complain if you want. I will not give you in written right now as i have many tasks right now. If you want in written, come to the branch at 8 pm." It is not a bank working time.
    If i am being a customer of SBI suffering from delay in demand draft, the national banks are how working?
    I need an action on this branch.

      Dear Sirs,

      We have been mentally and financially harassed by State Bank of India, Defence Colony branch for our Auto loan application.

      My fiancé has applied for a loan of Rs 10 lacs with SBI 2 weeks ago. The verification was done at residence and at office and we were called to the branch twice. We submitted all the documents in order. On 25th March, 2014 at 2.30 my fiancé had gone to sign the sanction agreement and the same was confirmed with a message from SBI that the loan of Rs 950000.00 has been sanctioned. She has signed all legal agreements, given her documents with 7 PDCs duly signed.

      At around 830 pm she got a call from someone in SBI asking her to get her father as a co-applicant. The same was informed to the Bank during the first visit that she would not like to involve her parents. She is a working lady since last 7 years and has proven her track record with her documents on the basis of which the loan was sanctioned.

      How can someone ask for a co-applicant after the loan has been sanctioned? If they can, and if as per them, we have not met the requirements, it is their fault if they went ahead and sanctioned the loan. If thats the case, why would it appear as a negative in my fiancé's CIBIL? Why should she suffer because of the unprofessional behaviour of the bank?

      We wanted to take the delivery of our car on the 29th of March, as its my father's birthday and the bank is hell bent to screw it. We are planning to get married on April 14th and all this is resulting in unnecessary mental harassment and financial loss as we broke our FD and other investments to pay the down payment.

      What are the remedies I have as a law-abiding citizen against such unscrupulous banks and their unprofessional, unethical actions?

        Dear Sir/Madam, I was approached by one of SBI Home Loan agents (Uttam Ojha, [protected], Gurgaon, Haryana) to transfer my home loan from HDFC to SBI to avail a better interest rate of 10.15%. After initial discussions, I provided him the complete list of documents, Rs 5000 in cash for opening an SBI savings a/c (mandatory requirement for SBI home loan, as per him) and 2 cheques for 1500 each (to SBI) for processing fees. He had mentioned Rs 1100 in initial discussion but right at the time of documents collection, he said Rs 3000 would be needed as property verification was not completed. It has been more than 5 weeks since submission of documents and money. I have received 2 calls from SBI for verification. I have been asked to provide more documentation 3 times. Today I received a call from SBI Home Loan officer (from number [protected]) saying SBI does not sanction home loan for 'possession linked plans'. She said this has been bank policy since always. I enquired why I was not told of this before (since all the property and payment details were already shared with SBI long back). She said she had no idea why. She asked me to contact agent for any refunds since SBI will not deal with me anymore. Agent has not been reachable since last week, and now doesn't pick up my calls. Since my loan was already existing with HDFC, all the details about property and payment plan were available to your agent and executives from the very beginning. Despite this, I was led to believe that loan will be transferred. Documents and money was collected from me despite knowing that this loan would not be sanctioned. I have wasted more than one month of my time in follow-ups and now will have to fight to get back my documentation and money. This kind o[censored]nethical behaviour is shocking from a reputed institution such as like SBI. I request you to enquire into my complaint and arrange return of my documents and refund of monies paid by me.               Dear Sir, I was maintained savings bank account at salur branch since 2009 vide account no.[protected] on dt:06.012014 I was withdrawn cash of Rs.3000/- at SBI ATM located at R&B Guest house junction, Vizianagaram vide ATM ID No.S10A[protected] but cash was not dispensed and amount was debited to savings bank account on the same day. I was given written complaint to my home branch on Dt:08.01.2014 As on date no action tobe taken by the branch people PLease do the needful and credit the amount to my savings bank account my mobile no.[protected]

                The redemption of my folio no.13106586 has been reportedly executed in an account which is neither held by me nor it is the account from which regular SIP is drawn to my related investment due to a printing mistake in the folio document. No request for change of account for getting redeemed amount other than the account from which SIP is drawn has ever been made by me.It is understood that the redemption is to be made in the same account from which SIP is made unless so requested by the investor. What will happen to my lost amount ? Positive action not taken, except mere assurance, by the company.

                  Its such a disappointment to see that employees of State Bank of India in Sector-2 Noida Branch don't want to work at all. Especially "Mr. B.K. Yadav" who attends the customers for cash deposits or withdrawals etc. He is a very slow worker and talks on the phone the whole time while attending the customers. I had to deposit cash to an outstation branch today, and due to this particular person I had to wait for 2hrs in line. He barely managed to attend 15 customers on the counter within that 2hrs of time period. When my turn came, I confronted him and asked him to speed up a little bit as the queue was getting longer & longer, but he was very rude in response and made excuses. While further arguing with him, he just got up from his chair and went away saying, "I won't work further and will send somebody else". Now that 15 minutes were gone, no one came to attend the line and I had to leave the counter without depositing cash. Some of his behaviour while working was: 1) talking on the phone the whole time 2) typing too slow, as if he couldn't see the numbers or alphabets on the keyboards 3) looking here and there over and over again unnecessarily 4) thinking and scratching his head every 2 minutes 5) holding up the line for no reason 6) making mistakes while counting cash and then blaming the customer It seems like he is not willing to work at all. I have been a customer of SBI from a long time now, and I am very disappointed to see such behaviour of employees towards the customers. They don't seem to understand the value of time. I am sure many people will agree to what I have just experienced today, no-one takes 2 hours to attend just 15 customers on a Monday morning. My time has value.                     I am a student in VNIT, Nagpur. And I opened a new account in VRCE Branch Nagpur. But i already had one SBI account in Bhilai, when I studied there. I asked to transfer the account and CIF..My CIF no is [protected]...I had sent an formal application to SBI Branch Manager, Sector-1, Bhilai to transfer my CIF to VRCE Nagpur branch..                         My name is Dr.Vishnu. When I went to deposit money after my work it was 3:50pm. At that time they said 'CLOSED' the time limit is 4:pm. They asked me to look at the bank clock. I was surprised, the time displayed is 4:07pm! I confirmed my watch time twice by asking a man beside me and checking it with my mobile time which was standard Greenwich time. I also show my mobile time to them. Finally I returned from the bank without depositing. kindly do something.

                            Our customer Mr Neel D Shah is facing problem while doing online payment through ATM Card as he is not receiving OTP on his Mobile no([protected]).He contacted on helpline who told him that his mobile no is not registered by Branch, pl contact Branch.Here in Branch it (MOBILE NO) has already been registered in his CIF. we gave him mobile banking and he (customer) has registered his mobile no.Still the problem persists as while doing the transaction.
                            Please do the needful urgently as customer has visited the Branch many a time for the solution.

                              I have a savings account in SBI at shaktinagar, Sonbhadra with the a/c # as [protected]. I have internet banking facility as well. I wanted to change the mobile number, and I applied it online and went to the local shaktinagar branch with the approval form and submitted the form. But the mobile number was not updated. Again I did the same thing and went to branch, this time they say that this request ( EHS[protected] is not showing in their system and they cannot change the mobile number. I tried to contact the customer care and they are saying that it can be done only from the branch. Branch is unable to do anything and customer care is also not doing anything. I also want to inform you that my previous mobile number is not in my possession. hence it is a threat to my internet banking and all the OTP are going to the previous number. hence, i request you to kindly change the contact detail so that all the OTP come directly to my new mobile number.                                 have two demat accts- one with sbi (single account) and another with SSL: (joint account with my wife) online trading was fine till i opened the demat joint ccount with SSL from day one, there are problems though i gave the instruction in the application itself, instead of mapping joint SB a/c, SSL has mapped my individual SB a/c to the SSL demat account. this mistake is confirmed by their office. SSL made their demat account as default after getting confirmation from me. now i could not use either accounts. i have sent many mails to all the departments and the issue not solved till date one staff working in SSL offline office tried his best for the past 3 months, by calling so many people at SSL on a daily basis, but could not solve this. today also, he called the e-hub at chennai and dp department. dp department redirected him to risk dept. gain risk dept redirected him to dp department, shunting him here and there. i called several times their sales hub people at chennai and sent mails on 3 occasions with the screen shots but nobody is bothered to resolve the issue. i wonder whether any of them know how to solve this or just sitting there redirecting the calls. worst experience with SSL

                                    Having Saving Bank account with ICICI Bank. On 2nd Feb 2014 at time 19:10:23, have used SBI Bank ATM, Rajgurunagar, Pune for withdrawal of Rs 5000 but not received money from ATM. At the same time got deduction mail as well sms from ICICI bank for deduction of Rs 5000. For which immediately called to customer care of ICICI bank for the incidence and Rs 5000 got credited to my saving account on 3rd of Feb. but again Rs 5000 debited from my ICICI Bank saving account on 10th of Feb after their internal procedure with SBI bank where SBI bank claims that money been withdrawn by me. SBI bank should cross check ‘CC TV’ footage from their ATM and credit Rs 5000 to ICICI bank subsequently to credit in my ICICI bank saving account. Kiran Tambe Mobile: [protected]

                                      I have registered with inter net banking recently and also got my inter net banking kit and could successfully log in into www.onlinesbi.com . But when I tried to recharge my mobile through an app, i faced error regarding authentication. So, I tried to add Biller to my list in www.onlinesbi.com, it is showing that "you don't have rights to add biller and need to take permission from the bank branch.                                         Dear sir/madam, I applied soo many time for atm card but i didnt get. one time i got atm card but pin no. i didnt get.branch accountant told that again apply for atm card and i applied but i didnt get yet.actually now i am working in bangalore in private sector and i have not enough holiday.so i cant go always for applying atm card.so please help me. if it is possible then provide me atm card. my previous card no. is [protected]. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com
