I have a savings account in SBI at shaktinagar, Sonbhadra with the a/c # as [protected]. I have internet banking facility as well. I wanted to change the mobile number, and I applied it online and went to the local shaktinagar branch with the approval form and submitted the form. But the mobile number was not updated. Again I did the same thing and went to branch, this time they say that this request ( EHS[protected] is not showing in their system and they cannot change the mobile number. I tried to contact the customer care and they are saying that it can be done only from the branch. Branch is unable to do anything and customer care is also not doing anything. I also want to inform you that my previous mobile number is not in my possession. hence it is a threat to my internet banking and all the OTP are going to the previous number. hence, i request you to kindly change the contact detail so that all the OTP come directly to my new mobile number.     have two demat accts- one with sbi (single account) and another with SSL: (joint account with my wife) online trading was fine till i opened the demat joint ccount with SSL from day one, there are problems though i gave the instruction in the application itself, instead of mapping joint SB a/c, SSL has mapped my individual SB a/c to the SSL demat account. this mistake is confirmed by their office. SSL made their demat account as default after getting confirmation from me. now i could not use either accounts. i have sent many mails to all the departments and the issue not solved till date one staff working in SSL offline office tried his best for the past 3 months, by calling so many people at SSL on a daily basis, but could not solve this. today also, he called the e-hub at chennai and dp department. dp department redirected him to risk dept. gain risk dept redirected him to dp department, shunting him here and there. i called several times their sales hub people at chennai and sent mails on 3 occasions with the screen shots but nobody is bothered to resolve the issue. i wonder whether any of them know how to solve this or just sitting there redirecting the calls. worst experience with SSL

        Having Saving Bank account with ICICI Bank. On 2nd Feb 2014 at time 19:10:23, have used SBI Bank ATM, Rajgurunagar, Pune for withdrawal of Rs 5000 but not received money from ATM. At the same time got deduction mail as well sms from ICICI bank for deduction of Rs 5000. For which immediately called to customer care of ICICI bank for the incidence and Rs 5000 got credited to my saving account on 3rd of Feb. but again Rs 5000 debited from my ICICI Bank saving account on 10th of Feb after their internal procedure with SBI bank where SBI bank claims that money been withdrawn by me. SBI bank should cross check ‘CC TV’ footage from their ATM and credit Rs 5000 to ICICI bank subsequently to credit in my ICICI bank saving account. Kiran Tambe Mobile: [protected]

          I have registered with inter net banking recently and also got my inter net banking kit and could successfully log in into www.onlinesbi.com . But when I tried to recharge my mobile through an app, i faced error regarding authentication. So, I tried to add Biller to my list in www.onlinesbi.com, it is showing that "you don't have rights to add biller and need to take permission from the bank branch.               On 15th march a transaction of Rs 2199 was made on sbi credit card no xx7680 of pranjal dutta, at Bhajanlal garments at shillong. The amount got debited from my account but the transaction ws not succesful at there end, swiping machine. And the amount is not credited back to my account.

                To General Manager State Bank of India Kolkata Sub: Anomaly in Home loan Interest rate. HBL A/C no: [protected] (Old), [protected] (New) Sir, Being aggrieved, I like to bring the following facts to your notice for your kind attention and redress. 1. As per the Arrangement letter – Home loan, dated 18.04.11 a sum of Rs.24, 71, 000/- was sanctioned against my application for Home loan. 2. Against the sanctioned amount for Rs. 24, 71, 000/-, a cheque of Rs. 22, 66, 100/- dated 01.09.11 was paid. 3. As per the agreement, the rate of interest was stipulated @ 8.75% for the 1st year, @ 9.50% for the 2nd and 3rd year and the card rate thereafter. 4. But from the statement, details mentioned below, it was found that the rate of interest has not been followed as per the agreement. a) @ 10.50% from 01.09.11 to 29.04.12. b) @ 11.25% from 30.04.12 to 19.09.12 c) @ 11.00% from 20.09.12 to 03.02.13. d) @ 10.95% from 04.02.13 to 30.04.13. 5. The above anomaly was brought into notice to RASMECC, Durgapur. 6. A lump sum amount of (Rs. 17180/- + Rs.9689/-) total Rs. 26869/- has been refunded to my HBL a/c no.: [protected] stating as a correction from 01.09.11 to 31.03.12. (Reference letter in this regard is issued to me on 16.05.12 is attached herewith) Though as per my own calculation, the correction has been done upto 18.03.12. 7. Afterwards, AGM, RASMECC, Durgapur was approached several times for doing the necessary correction for the remaining period, but with no result. It is quite regrettable that there is none to mitigate the grievances which is not expected from such a premier bank. 8. Hope you will consider my grievance and normalise my Home loan rate of interest as per agreement.                     Since 8february 2014, I am witnessing SBI bank is charing Rs 10 with payment done cash. I have a Saving Bank SBI account, in bahalda branch, mayurbhanj, orissa I am using this student account for deposit cash amount from home and some relatives. Earlier the bank used to take Rs10 as intercity charge, but 8february 2014 it is only Rs 50. Thanks

                      I had transferred the amount of Rs. 500 from My Demat to my Saving Account which is not reflecting neither in my Saving Bank Account and nor in the Demat Account Lien.

                              Hi Please investigate and help me to get back the transaction by 'AMTEC ENGINEERS' and 'Deal At Once' . Last Monday, I got a call from SBI card back office 'Name: Rajeeb Sharma, SBI Gurgoan branch', he had updated me all my a/c details and offered me the gifts from 'Deal At Once' against my reward points. He said that according to new RBI guide lines, all customers are offered to avail the Reward points gifts. And its not going to charge to my credit card a/c, because its a reward point adjustment. Even when i asked twice he had given SBI tollfree and 39020202 phone no to cross verify same offer. But today i had validated the transaction, saw that 6999 already charged to my SBI Credit card a/c. How can SBI do that, i had immediately blocked my card and raised a sev1 complain on SBI Card. SBI card customer care is telling there is no such REWARD point adjustment scheme, and that call was a FAKE call. Take immediate strong actions against 'Rajeeb Sharma'. thank you. krushna

                                Hello All, I am very dissatisfied with SBI's new revised cash deposit charges at non-home branches from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 50/- w.e.f 8th March 2014. This matter is very harassing to all of SBI's customers. I request to the authority of SBI to change their new regulation for continuing customer satisfaction to SBI.

                                Let me know if you contest the statements as below.
                                1. X holds an Account with SBI in branch "a". If X (in person) deposits cash in branch "a" or any other branch "b" there is no fee to deposit cash.
                                2. If Y deposits the same cash in X's account, either in branch "a" or in "branch "b", the minimum charge is Rs. 50 for cash deposit.
                                3. If Y deposits the same cash into X's account through a walk-in into any other (other than SBI) bank's branch and does a NEFT (Cash-NEFT), the fee is a maximum of Rs 6. Similarly, SBI branches too are required by a RBI mandate to facilitate Cash-NEFT if a walk-in customer wants to deposit cash into a bank account different from SBI.

                                Questions:
                                Who would ensure the awareness of the above among the people for whom it matters?
                                Who would ensure that a seamless system is in place for SBI to effectively and correctly implement points 1-3?

                                      Hello Sir, I had taken education loan for higher education (MCA 2009-12) in year 2009 and as you know government has announced interest subsidy on education loan for economically weaker students. I had submitted the required certificates signed by Tehsildar Azamgarh (U.P.) But still I did not got any type of subsidy and they are charging interest at higher rates (currently 14.25 p.a.).                                         User Gauri Mansukhbhai Chauhan I have opened joint account in SBI Surat (Gujarat) Udhna branch (my hometown) in Sep. 2013. i received ATM card after 15 days. Still i am waiting for PIN number. I enquired about PIN in SBI Udhna branch. They replied that PIN number is not yet received from there head office. Now the month is March. I dont know how many time i have to go to UDHNA BRANCH SBI to get my PIN number. Kindly do the needful With Best Regards, Gauri Chauhan
