held lien amount of 99 99 99 999 for no reasons

I have recieved a message that: hold for inr 99, 99, 99, 999.00 created in your account xxxxxxxxxxx on dd/mm/yy.
How this works. Without informing or contacting customer. Haven't recieved any call or updates from bank yet. Tried calling to branch but no response. Contacted customer care, however they advise to contact branch. I don't stay near to my home branch. I have no idea how do bank like sbi.
Who will be responsible for...

atm card hold and recovery of money

Though the estimed daily i request you sir/mam that my atm card has been hold and the money which should be recovered by the bank is recovered, but still my atm card is in hold. getting wrong calls from other persons asking to share the credit card details

I have got a call from [protected] number saying this is deepika sharma and i have got reward points on the credit card asking me to u can use this points as three options
1. Awail gift card
2. Cash back
3. Bill adjustment.

I don't know how she knows my credit card expiry date and card type. She's asking me to share 16 digit credit card number....

an amount of 354 deducted from my account without my permission

I don't know whats happening a total of 354 rs deducted from my account without my permission......

not receiving mobile messages after the money transactions

I have been charged by sbi for every quarter for sms services but i am not receiving messages for imps transactions/intended deductions by sbi for atm maintenance fees, interest credits etc.
How come sbi being one of the world's largest bank and doing all such # things?
This is not at all proper service from a govt bank.
I wanted to resolve such issues sooner. Or else inform them to not to charge.

standing instruction (si) failure charges

The bank is unnecessary charging SI charge on my Recurring Deposit (RD) account even though I am having sufficient balance on my saving account. Again recently the bank have deducted Rs 295 as SI FAILURE CHARGE

My SAVING account no is[protected]
My RECURRING DEPOSIT account no is[protected]

Kindly look into the matter and get my deducted credit back into my account...

not opening my scss account backdated on transfer from post office to sbi

fraud withdrawal

Case : on 15th dec 2017, night some one emptied/withdrawal my mother's sbi account. Around rs. 70, 146.32 were withdrawal overnight. She had the card and never shared the card or pin with anyone.

money deducted but recharge failed and i am not receive my money back yet

I am try to recharge [protected] this number from sbi rewardz by 198 my sbi rewards point is 330 =82.50 rupee and rest amount i will pay from oriental bank of commerce debit card for 115.50 rupee. my mobile number 9855501014 is linked with someone else account.

wrong message on irregular amount for cc/od account which is not existing/

I have received message from Sbi Yono stating that my CC/OD account is having irregular balance of Rs.2650/-. to my surprise as I have no such account with any of State bank of India branches.
I am having only S.B account with Anantapur main branch.
I want to get immediate response from concerned to my mail so as to avoid further complaints from my side to higher officials.

money deducted reason hold of inr 2000 cerated

I got a message from sbi that, hold of inr 2000 created in your account xxx xxxxxx on 02/01/18.
Total lien amount : 4018 rupees.
I have not taken any loan or not having any demat account. Also didn't got any message for document submission. So, i want refund of that 2000 amount and also need clarification on lien amount.
I also went branch but didn't get any solutions....
